The coolest and nice staff always have my drink when I walk in the door. I can't imagine a better Starbucks I just wish they had the old comfy chairs but seriously no complaints

Love this location!! There is ample parking and the baristas are always friendly and efficient!! I go out of my way to come to this location as compared to others. There isn't much outside seating I think just a bench or two but there is an entire pavilion you can sit in. There are always seats in the Starbucks so you can work or Facebook stalk your ex ;) without using all your data! Might be my favorite baristas here out of all the Starbucks I visit across the country!!

Nice Starbucks located in the fountains plaza. The staff members are really friendly and the drinks were made to our tastes. They were more than happy to do a pour over when I requested the blonde roast coffee and they did not have any available. Will stop by again when I am nearby.

Only one person working in the evening, but I guess that fine because it's not very busy. Very spacious inside. Lots of tables and chairs. There's even lamps on every corner. The barista was very nice and quick. My caffe latte with caramel was delicious.

Came here twice because of it's convenient location. The drinks we got were superb, as usual from a Starbucks. I love the exterior of this shopping center, too. Very nice It's located just down a bit from the Publix, which was helpful when restocking the fridge at our hotel. Something else that was really nice: the internet here is hosted by google...and it's FAST. Really nice, considering the free wifi we get at our hotel is slower than bananas growing inside of an AC unit. If you're nearby, check this place out. There's a bunch of Starbucks shops nearby here, but this one is really nice. Not too packed, plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. Something else to note. Another Starbucks nearby, for whatever reason, charges MORE for drinks there. No idea why. From what I noticed, this place does NOT do that.

Customer service is a negative the lady helping me had no facial expression at all. My nephew whom is 4 ordered a cake pop and she was like what what do you want in a nasty tone. He's four lady have some compassion and understanding of a toddler. I wouldn't go back to this one for the customer service issue unless it changes

Uncomfortably loud. Rather than playing the music at a comfortable background level, they crank the volume until it is annoying. This makes reading, talking, or working on a computer very difficult. Other than the loud music it is a typical Starbucks location. Food, drinks and service are OK.

Great Starbucks in the Orlando area. I was staying at a hotel near the area for a few days and decided to check it out. The baristas are quick and friendly. They also have that crazy fast google internet. One star off for the standard high priced Starbucks coffee.

Plenty of seating. Plenty of parking as it's in a large shopping plaza. Faces the plaza so it's considerably quieter outside than you would expect. Quiet inside as there isn't a lot of seating (but is there ever?) The usual Starbucks atmosphere. It occupies the corner on Plaza Venezia, opposite a crawfish spot (yuck). There used to be a couch outside, not sure where it went or if they took it out because of the weather getting chilly (come on FLA!) Quick service, good drinks, friendly staff. Nice fountain outside that's hit by the sun - giving you a nice warm-ed perch to sit and sip. This is usually my second stop after a Tijuana Flats lunch. Perfect 1-2 combo.

I stopped in this morning on my way into work, solely to use the coupon I had for a free tall Hazelnut Macchiato. YUM! I think the only way that it could be better is to add some chocolate drizzle. This location, to me, is a bit small, but the couple of times I have been in here they haven't been too busy. So, maybe it isn't too much of an issue? Anyone else have any experiences here?

This Starbucks saved my life. Went on vacation in a hotel without free wifi. Needless to say I was in this Starbucks till 10:30pm getting school work done after a long day at Seaworld. This location stayed open the longest than the other locations. Woulda gave 5 stars if the music didn't start blaring at 10pm like it was a club.

The location is awesome with really cozy not to mention plentiful seating. There is indoor as well as outdoor seating. The baristas were friendly but there was one young woman who was so loud in discussing her personal business and I wasn't impressed. This is very unusual for Starbucks. While the banter is generally friendly and light it is not often you get to overhear a staff member blathering on about things best best left for barroom discussion. Still, I would return (and bring my iPOD!)

I found this Starbucks location from their corporate website. It was a bit tricky trying to locate this store. Nested in a huge Colonial Spanish style building within Plaza Venezia, this small Starbucks actually was quite nice. Super fast, friendly and efficient, staff and barista were working hard and trying to keep up with demanding caffeine addicts like us. Great outdoor seating area. It faces a small Spanish style fountain, which helps to reduce traffic noise. It's a nice little oasis off Sand Lake road. Perfect spot to enjoy my perfect oatmeal and a cup of latte, while soaking warm Floridian Sun.

I have resisted writing reviews of Starbucks because . . . . well, it's Starbucks. That being said, I have begun to appreciate Starbucks because it is consistent from location to location and because there really are not a lot of other convenient options for espresso beverages. The big difference at each location is the quality of the staff and the barristas at this location are outstanding. Friendly, efficient and hard working. You cannot go wrong with this location or the location across the street (heavy sigh . . . .).

I love coming here to do work, and of course drink the coffee. The staff is extremely friendly, fast, and educated on the drinks and food that is offered. The place is always kept clean and organized. I personally have had the great opportunity to be assisted by the wonderful manager Nichole, and the rest of the staff: Corey, Brian, Teresa, Tim (to name a few). And, like the yelp "reviewer" Rich S., I have had the opportunitiy to visit numerous Starbucks all around the world but unlike him I would say this is the best one that I have visited (maybe he was having a bad day). Regardless, I recommend this location and will continue to return to this location due to the awesome staff.

If you're in Orlando and anywhere near this Starbuck's, keep driving. I have traveled the world and am an avid Starbuck's customer and I have to say this is one of the most poorly run establishment I have ever been in. For the past four days I have been "forced" to frequent this Starbuck's on my way to the Convention Center, and every morning I have waited over 20 minutes to receive my beverage even though there were 5 employees behind the counter. Come on, franchisee - mornings are busy, step up to the plate. When I'm back in Orlando I will definitely avoid this Starbuck's.
