I noticed a lot of bad reviews about this ligation, but decided to give it a try anyway. I used the drive thru, they were friendly and fast. They got my order correct and looked efficient while doing it, so I'll give them 4 stars. My only suggestion will be placing a bigger Starbucks sign outside near the road. The existing one is so small that it's hard to determine there is a Starbucks located at this place, I drove by twice past the shopping center until we were able to notice the tiny Starbucks sign, which was covered by trees and other items blocking it.

No napkins...how is that acceptable? can't even get on wifi to yelp. My drink was fine. The pastry was good but those are out of the box. The cashier was very polite and super accommodating!!!

I'm not a normal coffee drinker, and Starbucks is the only coffee I can stomach. Randomly I got into convo with the cashier at the drive through explaining I don't like coffee and she was so nice and began recommending new non coffee drinks for me to try. As a nice incentive she also gave a "treat receipt" to come back and try any cold beverage after 2. Great way to start off the day!

Very mixed opinion here. I have always had great service. Today was no exception. I didn't know what I wanted so the employee made a recommendation and said if I didn't enjoy it, I could switch it for something else. So that's good customer service. My only gripes are that it can sometimes get very busy with it being the tourist area.... but everyone should expect that anyway in orlando. Now for the real complaint. Every time I go in, it always seems like there are some off duty employees sat at the bar stools. And they are always loudly complaining and whining about the company and their job. It gets very old listening to that as a customer trying to relax. Take it somewhere else. Please.

It's Starbucks. I don't frequent this company as almost every drink and all but 1 or 2 of the pastries and drinks are in the 400 calorie range. Check out their breakfast sandwiches. Some of them have over 60% of your daily cholesterol and tons of fat and calories. I'm not expecting low-cal everything, but I'm not expecting them to top McDonalds on the calorie front. And they're expensive as hell. That said, of course the stuff is good. It's a nice treat from time to time. The staff at this location have always been great!

I'm from LA and was surprised when I ordered my usual drink and it ended up being almost a dollar more. Then, when I get my drink, it has almost no coffee in it. I ordered a grande triple iced caramel machiatto and it tasted like milk with coffee flavoring. So I asked them if they could make another one as it didn't taste like it had any coffee in it. They were nice about it and made another that tasted exactly the same. The via packages I get from Starbucks have more coffee flavor. I ended up throwing out the second half of the drink as it wasn't worth drinking. If it was just me, I would have just been annoyed, but they also messed up my niece and nephew's chocolates with the wrong milk and not putting whipped cream on when the cup even said it. My sister in laws drink also tasted like it had no coffee in it. Being from California, I'm used to enjoying outdoor seating. However, Florida doesn't have the same smoking laws and one person smoking outside kept my entire group from enjoying the warm day. I didn't dock them for this, but it was pretty annoying. Not sure if it is just this location or Starbucks in Florida, but I wont be coming here again.

Ah, here I sit in a very standard USA Starbucks, replete with drive-thru, adequate seating, a traditional layout, outside seats as well, and pretty good coffee. At least you know what you're getting, anywhere in the world, when you come here, and the atmosphere is comfortable and familiar. I'll be back. There's no other good coffee nearby as far as I can see.

Clean place, friendly people, hardly ever a long wait. I miss the overwhelming smell of coffee, barely an aroma now. I would suggest that they sell more of a variety of the flavors to take home

The only thing this location has going for it is its drive through. And even then it has taken me 15 minutes with myself and another car in line. The fastest it's ever been has been at 6 am, when there's is not one soul in there. Going in in person is not much different. I just really want it be better but every time I go i am bitterly disappointed. One of my friends had a drink remade twice because they kept using whole milk even though she asked for soy (she is lactose intolerant). I recently decided to just give up all together and find a different place to go.

The unprofessional & loudest staff I've ever encountered at a Starbucks. I am from Philadelphia & needed to get some work done while on vacation with this staff it was impossible. Positive the drinks were great.

Slower than death. Barista is unable to keep up with any volume at all. Being close to Disney it's always busy, so it's always a losing battle. 30 minute wait for an iced tea anyone?

This is a typical Starbucks locale. The staff is fairly friendly and a steady stream of tourists and locals keep the coffee fresh. Would easily make this a 5 star if the exterior had more character. My preference would be for Starbucks to stop renting from developers that choose to build such horrible architecture. Mediterranean themed is not native to Florida. Keep serving great fresh coffee, but reach for the five stars and build or select architecture with true character for me to enjoy.

Pro: they are good rememberers. The coffee is good. Con: four adults at the table over are discussing with straight faces how Jesus is going to shine laser light down and take up the Christians to heaven, while the rest of us suffer and die at the hands of Satan. People, you couldn't have this discussion at Disney, where the fairy tales belong?

Close to Disney but without on site price inflation, there is nothing to say about this place which is bad. The location has a drive through which obviously diverts the staff but it is generally well enough manned for that not to be a problem. Imbibe with confidence!

I am from Baltimore, MD. While visiting Orlando for vacation I stopped at this Starbucks. Day 1 I asked for a tall Verande blend. Then said "is that how you pronounce it?" Joking like, but truly wasn't sure I pronounced it right. The woman said with an attitude "you want a blonde or a dark?" I gave it right back to her saying "well there's only one Verande blend and its not a dark." Day 2 I go to the same Starbucks thinking maybe that girl was just a, well you know. This time I ask for a Venti Caramel Ribbon Crunch w/ an extra shot. A drink that cost $6.50 mind you. I already knew the drink was a summer promotion that had ended, but every Starbucks I had been to still had the dark caramel just no crunch. A women then came on the microphone and said "that was a summer drink and we don't have it anymore." Didn't offer an apology, or say sorry we don't have it right now. She was just rude. I say to her "well you still have the dark caramel right? Just not the crunch." She says "nooooo" with an attitude. I told her I wouldn't like anything and left. I go to Starbucks all the time and have never had such a horrible experience. I even went back after my first time thinking it was just an off day. DO NOT go to this Starbucks if your in Orlando. It's worth driving five minutes to another location.

No drive through but that doesn't stop all types of getting out of their cars and filling up on morning java 7 days a week. Staff is friendly and fast - two things I look for in the morning when my caffeine tank is running on E. Thanks Starbucks!

I must say, that after reading some of the reviews, I was a little skeptical! Everyone was very nice here and my food was warm. My Chai was certainly more of what I was accustomed to and not that spicy sludge they served me at the Hilton pretend Starbucks!

I went to this location over the weekend to work on my blog and enjoy a pumpkin spice latte before driving home. It was the closest one to where I was. A nice location, the staff was friendly and was having a great time singing. I would have liked a couple larger tables to work at, needing a plug for my laptop, I had to use a small round table. But, all in all, a nice location!

I love drive thru Starbucks. I can get my coffee in the morning on my way to work without having to get out of my car. It is spectacular slash convenient. And I am a simple coffee drinker. Give me a grande black bold and I am a happy camper. DO NOT FORGET MY GREEN lid blocker so it doesn't spill all over my clothes. Been there, done that, bought the T-Shirt. Overall, I love this Starbucks. The only reason it doesn't get the 5th star is because it is not the Starbucks in Northville, Michigan. If you have been there, you would understand.

This is the Starbucks that is located across the street from the Sheraton Vistana Resort on 535. I went there three times during a vacation week I spent there. Each time they got my drive-through drink order wrong. Like making a tall when I asked for a grande. Or forgetting to include the whipped topping I asked for. I can understand an occasional mistake as anyone can have a bad day. But three for three is pretty bad.

Super, super nice people who work here. If I have the misfortune of being in the area I make a stop here and I am reminded that there are nice people in the world.

No surprise, there is not a Starbucks anywhere in Disney but luckily, we had a car and could drive a mile down the road to get our fix here. This Starbucks has a drive-thru which was convenient when we were on the go but they also have a small dining area where you can sit and relax in. No couch seating, just tables. Met up with a friend here that also did the Princess Half Marathon the morning after the race and enjoyed a cup of coffee with her before she made the long drive back to South Carolina. The staff here was really sweet and joked with us as we sat there for hours catching up. When we left, the barista said..."leaving already? You've only been here for 4 hours". hahaaha. Thanks Starbucks for getting us through our packed 6 day trip around Florida!

I'm not a huge coffee drinker but my wifey is a Starbuck's addict so I'm constantly running to one to get her a drink. Good hubby I know. I've been to this location a few different times so far while we're on vacation in Orlando this week. This location is extremely busy and appears to be filled with tourists...like me. The store itself is smallish with extremely limited outdoor seating and a poorly designed drive through. The creamer and sugar station is right next to the door. Bad Spot! Every time I have been there I have noticed people just stand over there and wait blocking it for people like myself who want to use it. When they are very busy, customers are just standing everywhere with no real orderly fashion. Today (Sunday Feb 5th 2012) a group of aggravated dance moms (proudly wearing their matching yellow t-shirts exclaiming their daughters accomplishments) were in there waiting for their orders when apparently someone forgot to order a drink. As I was standing in line waiting to order, one of the dance moms gets behind me. Just as it's my time to order, aggravated dance mom asks me if I'm ready to order in a pissy tone. Like that dumb a$$ person at a red light who honks just as the light turns green before you can even react to press the gas pedal, aggravated dance mom was honking that proverbial horn. I'm an easy going guy but she annoyed the heck out of me, enough for me to reply back to her question with an equally pissy tone of "easy dance mom, yes I am". I could tell the Batistas thought that was funny and well deserved. They must have been a handful the first time around. Okay, enough side story, sorry guys. Based on the amount of traffic they get, these Baristas work fast and furious and do it with a smile on their face. They are 5 star material all the way! The drinks are typical Starbucks quality. The old stand by is Venti White Chocolate Mocha (hot or iced depending on mood) or a good ole regular coffee, cream and sugar. Based on the poor layout/design of the store, I had to knock it 1 star but in NO WAY is based on the service. These guys rock! Keep up the hard work!

This Starbucks impressed me with the Drive Thru service, spacious interior and the staff's effcient service. The music was jazzy and really nice too.

This Starbucks is horrible! They are sloooooow as all get out! I have never waited in a Starbucks drive thru for more than 5 minutes--and with this one it takes them 5 minutes per guest...so you can easily sit in line for a good 30 minutes which is INSANE! They over charge & when called to complain instead of replacing drink the barista spun some story about how they charge for extra milk. As a barista I have never even heard of this policy!! I have been drinking the same drink for 3 years, made the same way, & this drink was horrible! Maybe they need to recalibrate their espresso machine! Avoid this Starbucks! Go down to 192 to the Target--there is a Starbucks there!!
