My friend and I stopped at this location while shopping at the Orlando Outlets for an Saturday afternoon pick me up but the whole expereince left me feeling - Meh. The store, located inside the Food Court, was crowded and for the amount of people that it seems to serve - might be better served by expanding their location. The line moved relatively quick and the employees were pleasant enough but each and every one of them had a bored expression and appeared as if they either were (or could not wait to be) on break. The amount of time from placing our order to actually having it executed was, based on other similarly busy Starbucks locations I have patronized, unacceptable. I ordered a Passion Fruit Unsweetened Iced Tea and my friend ordered a Strawberry Banana Smoothie, both of which were tasty and refreshing but should have also been relatively easy to execute. In addition to the wait time for our drinks and the "I can't be bothered" expressions of the staff, was that the cleanliness of the store left much to be desired. Empty sugar bins and milk canisters as well as coffee stain rings were on prominent display. There looked to be one employee behind the counter sweeping but she would have been much better served straightening up the portion of the store where the customers congregated. I was disappointed to say the least. I am a huge fan of Starbucks, their products and the ultimate experience and I did not feel that I got the Starbucks experience even though I paid Starbucks prices. I have to say (and it pains me to say it) one of my worst Starbucks experiences to date.

Very slow in the morning. I couldn't believe how long it took to take orders. There were only 6 people in the store...

Needing my fix I was so happy when I saw a Starbucks. The line was long but totally worth it. Omar was so nice and personable which made standing in line worth it.

The cashier was really nice and helped me with my drink orders. It's just really busy here!

Worst Starbucks experience. They didn't fill any of the drinks full. Very long lines. The barista was very busy flirting with a girl that came in that worked in one of the local shops in the mall. He was just robotic and it was apparent he screwed up on a couple drinks but didn't think the customers would care, especially after waiting so long to even get their drink.

Starbucks needs to consider an expansion of this location. The narrow and tiny store can't handle shopaholics and caffeine junkies. For a pint size store, it does have a huge selection of baked goods. While you are patiently waiting for your turn, you just can't help staring at the display of sweet temptations. Do not look directly at them. Seats are limited inside the store otherwise try to grab a seat in the food court area.

For being located outside of Seattle, this Starbucks does a good job maintaining Starbucks standards. Sure the line is very long but keep in mind that the fact the line is so long shows Starbucks is a popular place people want to go to. Guests stand in line for an extended period of time staring at their phones verses looking at the menu and then when it is time to order look in ah at what to drink to then simply decide on a mocha minutes later. This of course while the line behind them grows even longer and they complain then how long the process took... go figure! The staff does this while trying to keep the line moving and keep a smile on their face, its a tough job. The service at this Starbucks is sure better though then the service of Starbucks on Disney property. Service could be better here yes, but for the sheer volume and speed in which they work they do it well.

At an outdoor open mall in Florida (regardless of time of year), you have to be able to cool off. Starbucks will do just that. Even though I usually drink hot coffee in the morning, the Iced White Chocolate Americano I had the other day hit the spot. Best part? I could come back later and get a grande one for $2! Double win! Knowing that it's in an outlet mall and more than likely has a constant line going, I would invest more in doubling the espresso machines and having two baristas making orders rather than just one. Especially when you have two cashiers taking orders.

This store is a VERY crowded Starbucks. It's located in the middle of an outlet mall. If you are short on time you would be better off going to a different location. You wait in line to order then wait in a second line to pick up your drink. Employees seem disinterested and un willing to help.

Just the usual Starbucks stuff but limited indoor seating. Not ideal as work hub. Lots of seats available outside though.

One of the nicest Starbucks around Orlando. Very clean, Good service, and plenty of seating inside and out. Look for me someday and you may catch me having a pastry, ice caramel latte, and possibly a cigarette. Starbucks is always good, even in a can :)
