Tons of work space! This is a huge Starbucks and the layout is awesome for people looking for a work space or a spot to curl up with a good book. It usually is pretty packed but no worries, there is a lot of space to choose from. It's also a great location if you need some caffeine in the middle of a shopping spree as it's in the middle of a shopping plaza! Also, the staff I have had contact with here have been the usual lovely Starbucks employees.

I give it a 5, only because they are the LAST ones to carry pumpkin spice syrup in Orlando. Last year, I was able to get a pumpkin spice latte all the way into May!! Thank goodness for pumpkin addicts, like me, in management positions!

Always a long line here. Never seems to move fast. Needs to have more baristas. The Starbucks in Millenia Mall move faster than this place.

A good weekend hangout due to the ample patio (my dog likes it, too), or solid spot to get work done due to a decent quantity of indoor tables and bar space. I typically encounter moderate lines & wait for my drinks but nothing out of line - the space is generally busy, but not overcrowded.

The line here is always long (even though there's another Starbucks less than a mile away), but the employees seem to have a good system of managing the lines better than some of the other busy locations in the area. There is a lot of space to meet up with friends or sit down with a computer and get work done, and their outdoor area is great when the weather is nice.

Love this Starbucks, even though there is another one near Target that is closer, I always enjoy coming to this one for the large amount of work space it has. The baristas have always been on top of things, even in "high crowd" moments, plus they have always been a pleasant bunch to talk to. Not sure if its the same baristas from the 2011 review but I'd be shocked if they were. The location is pretty nice as well if the inside is packed because its a great location to take your coffee in and out of the stores around it. There is a little more charm in going here rather than Barnes and Noble, but both are always on my list.

This is a good Starbucks location off Colonial Drive, right in the Colonial Plaza area. If I remember correctly, the place used to be a Barnie's. However, somebody thought that the Starbucks located inside nearby Barnes and Noble wasn't good enough, so here we are. The baristas work fast and are always nice. Wifi is free. They serve pastries, sandwiches, and bagels behind the counter. They have 2 or 3 daily roasts ready to go. So yes, it's a Starbucks. It's what you want, isn't it? =) Parking is plenty and they have outside seating. We usually bring our corgi with us and sit at one of the tables in front. Fact: I like their Sumatra. Alyx K goes for the Blonde roast.

Great location and surprisingly I've had an easy time getting in and out of the prime located plaza. The drive thru moved quickly and I was happy to be greeted by a cheerful gentleman. He was attentive and made my experience great. I could tell he loved what he does. Thanks!

Some of the cashiers are incredibly rude (primarily Danielle - aka 'Love') and seem more concerned about their next break than providing the high quality service Starbucks has come to be known for.

This is a very large Starbucks located at the Colonial Plaza shopping area. The baristas are very friendly, very knowledgeable. There are big fluffy chairs to sit on. There's also a large dining room table where groups of people can get together or if you need to spread out and do some work you can do so. I also noticed lots of power outlets. And experience that I had during this visit, I asked what I thought was in the Reast for a utensil, he turned out to be one of their traveling maintenance workers. He was very friendly, very kind, and very gracious, and made an effort to give me my fork, although he was there to service the espresso machine. Just another example of the fine customer service that you receive any Starbucks.

Free WiFi and you get refil. Plus there is lots of plug some hidden under the table and they have honey packet so its a great place to come relax and get something to eat while searching the internet. Coffee anyone!

I had to go to the other side of town because of an errand I had to run. It was late but I still wanted some coffee to fuel my workout later in the night. This Starbucks is located in a large square strip mall right off of 50 and faces the interior of the "square". I was in and out within 30 seconds on a Friday night. Definitely appreciate that!

I like this Starbucks for their indoor and outdoor seating. It's spacious and the staff has been great at this location. It's also the closest to my office. :)

Very Clean. Friendly staff. No lines (though it was SUPER early on a Sunday morning). I don't like going to starbucks over a local place, but this early, nothing else was open and my wife loves their lattes!

I just recently adopted a gluten free diet which happens to be very restrictive. I went to Starbucks to have a "treat" on a Wednesday. I went into the store and asked the "baristas" what gluten free beverages they had to which they replied "none". Totally bummed out by this I got a tall cappuccino and called it a day. First off not only was my cappuccino really a latte and the barista that steamed that foam burnt the milk. But I then got online and found several websites that listed multiple Starbucks beverages that are safe for people with gluten sensitivities. As a past barista it is incredible to me how uninformed the employees were and how bad the quality of my simple cappuccino was. Definitely won't be going back to this location.

Great location for a Starbuck! Whether I'm waiting for my car at Goodyear or stopping for a bite at Too Jay's, I always make a point to grab a tea at this Starbucks. They have a large outdoor patio with umbrella or grab a seat inside. This is a hopping spot for people to grab their coffee and go since the parking is great. The staff is fast and efficient here. Which makes for a quick stop.

Like any Starbucks sometimes busy but without a doubt my favorite Starbucks to go to in the Orlando area. Staff is very quick and very friendly Wi-Fi always works and that's a plus! Make sure to check out the collection of Starbucks mugs from other cities above the cash register.

Best Starbucks on the planet. I come here every day unless I am on vacation. I will actually go out of my way to come to this Starbucks vs another one. The baristas are very friendly and manage the long line expeditiously without batting an eye. The manager Nic is great and always professional. Whenever I can steal a moment to myself I try to stay and do some people watching while reading or knitting. Their coffee is consistent and even if you're one of those people that order a skinny, two pump, upside down, steamed to 180, no whip, something or other they will execute it perfectly.

Service is always speedy and friendly. On my last visit, I realized my wallet was lost as I was trying to pay, and the balance on my Passbook didn't quite cover it. The friendly barista covered me. I'll have to tip her double next time! Just wish they had a drive through.

I'm a huge fan of outdoor iced coffee drinking quality girl time so this Starbucks is my go to. There is ample parking and like all other Starbizzles, their drinks are usually tasty. Bring a jacket when you come because it is super cold inside. Also, they have a small book swap so you can read instead of being attached to your phone or computer while sipping on your latte.

Stopped here in the morning before work and was surprised at the reasonable line. For 8am on a Monday morning, I was prepared for the worst. My drink was made just how I like it and the service was quick. I'd love to come back on the weekend or week night with my computer and do some work. A lot of outdoor spaces to work and the indoor area is well-laid out with a lot of great places to sit.

The drinks here are fine. However, some of the staff are among the least friendly Starbucks employees I have experienced at any location around the world. One of my least favorite locations.
