I read through the reviews prior to coming here so my expectations were set; two maybe three stars. I was pleasantly surprised. The staff was extremely friendly, the service quick and accurate. I must have hit a lull in demand because I experienced no delay placing and then receiving my order in the lobby. And the drive through seemed to be moving right along. Overall I'm very happy with my experience at this Starbucks! Thanks staff!

Perhaps it's the cheery disposition of the employee named, Gerald, but for the past few months my experience has consistently been pleasant. Whether I am driving through or dining in the service is pretty efficient given the large volume of people coming through. I am finally happy that this is my neighborhood Starbucks.

The pastries in the case were unappealing, I hate to see donuts sweat. I asked if I could have a donut still in the plastic unfortunately they didnt have any. I ordered 2 strawberry shortcake fraps; they were $10.50, tasty if you ask them to make them thick, and service was pretty fast. No complaints and I would stop by again.

Who doesn't love Starbucks??? I don't even like coffee and I still love Starbucks! My favorites are white chocolate mocha and caramel macchiato. Perfect when I am starting to fall asleep. Free wifi. Comfy chairs. Yummy pastries.
Not one of the fastest Starbucks I have visited. The drive thru was empty and it still took about 10 minutes to get one caramel machiatto and an apple juice. My order was correct so no complaints there.

If you are going to or from the Orlando airport on 436 this is the Starbucks for you. There is a drive-thru, but depending on the length of the line I have found that it is usually faster to go inside. This shopping center is crowded and the traffic pattern makes very little sense to me. Every visit to this shop involves me disobeying at least one of the traffic signs in the parking lot. I have found that from 436 it is easiest to turn at the light for Lee Vista to access the shopping center. I go here several times a week for an afternoon coffee fix, and while there are of course ups and downs, overall I have had very good service. It's Starbucks, it's yummy, that makes me happy.

I've been coming here for meetings and also to study for a very long time and always enjoy it. Only a walking distance from my place. Keep in mind that this Starbucks location is almost always super packed! Especially for lunch and after hours when people come to study. So if your looking for a starbucks that has more space for you, go to the one on Belle Isle, just about 3 or 4 minutes away. ....or you can support local coffee shops like I tend to do and go to Stardust, super chill vibe..believe me you won't regret it ;) *oh and it's always freezing in here!

Fail isn't even justice. This Starbucks has been cited as one of the busiest blah blah blah.. if you're sitting in the drive thru and saying how good they are cause they're so busy? Go inside and see the dysfunction at work. Slow.. Slow .. Slow.. no motivation to move quicker so they deal with lines out the door and 20 cars in the drive thru. Go further down the road but pass this Bucks up.

I am not a raving fan of any Starbucks due to the stronger coffee. On occasion I will order a decaf. This Starbucks was quick, friendly and everyone was smiling. I could drink the coffee (yay!). I tried the oatmeal with blueberries and nuts and it was fantastic. I watched as the line grew long and then short again. Maybe I was here on a good day, but it seemed to me to business as usual. I didn't see what the other reviewers talked about. It was neat and clean and parking was plentiful.

One of the busiest Starbucks I've seen for 10am on a Wednesday. The drive thru line was completely wrapped around the building making it difficult to park. My friend dropped me off and I ran inside where the line was not bad. There are several tables and couches to sit, work, and enjoy your coffee. All of which were full. They handled the crowd pretty well. The baristas weren't as friendly, I think they were concentrating and a bit stressed. But the line moved quickly. And before you know it, I had two coffees in hand and was out the door and on my way to the coast. Starbucks fresh baked products are pretty solid, not so good for you, but consisten in quality. I grabbed a bag of the dried mango and it was terrible. Had I not been in a hurry, I'd have gone back inside after opening. It was too dried, hard, and taste less. Gross.

I have to admit it - I only go to Starbucks for regular coffee and shortbread cookies. The rest of the drinks are too sweet and too expensive. So as long as I can keep getting my regular coffee and cookies, I'm gonna keep going!

As many times as I have passed this area I never noticed this Starbucks. Service is friendly enough and my drink turned out well. Now, they wee out of about every bread item I wanted, so I tried the pumpkin bread, which I would have NEVER chosen. It was actually very tasty, smooth, and light. I'm glad my poor choice in breads turned out to be a great experience!

I've been coming to the Starbucks for about 10 years now and the last three years, I think they change management, the customer service sucks the drive-thru is the worst they don't care if you waiting there for 30 minutes. They don't represent Starbucks well known name one bit!

Nice Starbucks in the airport area, with a drive through. Orders are taken quickly inside and in the drive through. Probably the fastest drive thru I've been at in Orlando, it's never slammed. Service is always friendly, drinks are made well.

Drivethru people are always soooo nice here! I almost always hit this one up on the way to or from the Airport. I have never been inside but it's always bustling. They also have doggie biscuits for when you have your pup with you in the drive-thru, lovely touch of course!

Have you been to Starbucks before? If you have, this is like every other Starbucks in the world except the line doesn't seem to be out the door because there isn't a bunch of people ordering foofy drinks. I don't think the traffic here is as ridiculous as other Starbucks because it's mostly people on the go and are just passing the time until they have to make their way to the airport. I'll give it an extra star just because it has a drive though and adequate seating area.

A few years ago I used to live in Orlando and frequently visited this Starbucks, strictly for convenience, because I was usually disappointed. The drinks were often wrong, and the baristas were playful with one another while the orders took a backseat. I recently was in Orlando and again, went to this location for convenience. And I have to say, my experience was completely different. The coffee was awesome and the barista was quick. I noticed the decor had also changed. Haven't used to drive through as my husband and I usually get just coffee and put the creamer in ourselves. This Starbucks is right next to Chipotle, Cracker Barrel, across the street from Carmax, and close to the airport an all it's hotels.

I was really happy with this Starbucks. My boyfriend's flight got delayed out of MCO, so we pulled up to this Sbux at 5:55am. They hadn't opened the doors yet, but they saw us and a couple others waiting and opened the doors early. They served up our drinks quickly and with a smile. I give most Starbucks only 3 stars, but this one definitely deserves one above the rest.

I go to this specific Starbucks simply because it is convient, and on the way to work. The drive thru is very fast and efficent, and the employees are very kind. But the many times i have went inside, the employees are not helpful or cheerful at all, like the drive thru is. There has been many times that they stand there talking to eachother while you are standing there waiting to order. Although that is not every time, thats where the 3 stars come in. if you want good coffee... starbucks is the place... if you want really good service with nice seating area inside and out, go to a different starbucks.

Been to this location several times. Always friendly employees and great service. Today, I forgot my wallet and had already ordered a Café Latte. I apologized and was going to leave. They had already made the beverage and told me to take it. Now THAT is service! Needless to say, I can back a few minutes later to spend some "me" time and bought also bought a sweet treat. Their menu selection is getting better and always have something for every taste.
