The baristas are not really that friendly and accommodating. Today, they didn't even bother to check if the napkin container is filled and they let people stand in line without being acknowledged.

This is my very first Yelp review and it's not a good one. I live in the area and have gone to this particular location at least a dozen times or so and every time the customer service through the drive-thru has been consistently lackluster and borderline rude. The employees taking the orders are usually nice and friendly but the employees at the window actually taking your money and handing you your items seriously lack basic customer service skills. No greetings, no eye contact, no response when I say "thank you". Ok, I can deal with that but I shouldn't be made to feel that I am a major inconvenience to request a receipt, a napkin, or some sugar. After too many times with experiencing poor customer service, I won't be returning to this location and will divert to another Starbucks (such as SODO or Fashion Square area) with better service and where I feel more welcomed.

It's no secret that I am a coffee lover and Starbucks is one of my fave places to pick up some Java (when I'm not in Miami of course LOL)... This particular location is my favorite hands down. Yes it's in my neighborhood so it's convenient! But not the only reason. Their staff is friendly and will go above and beyond to make your orders just right, its a nice sized store with a decent outdoor seating area, free Wifi, and offer both hot and cold bakery selections. I also love this place during the holidays; their merchandise selection is quite nice and I've been coming to buy my collectible ornaments and CHRISTMAS Blend coffee for a while now!

Stopped on in, looking for some caffeine, wifi, and a seat. However, I couldn't find a seat. The limited indoor seating was unfortunate. There was no real action happening behind the counters either, there were just people sitting. It was just unusual. I would've loved the outdoor seating, it's just impractical in the summer heat. I ordered, and I left, regretting the drive.

This is my Starbucks of choice while heading into work in the morning. They are always super friendly.. even at 6:30 in the morning. They are also very fast. I have never had to wait in a long drive-thru line. My drink has always came out just the way I like it t!

I stopped by on my way to work this morning and they were so quick and so friendly! I ordered an iced coffee and pastry and was through the drive-thru in less than 5 minutes! Try the pumpkin loaf! It's one of my faves!

I stop into this Starbucks whenever I am in the Conway/Hoffner area of Belle Isle. The coffee is always hot, the service is great, and this Starbucks is always clean. Whether it is the dining area, service station/kitchen, or the bathrooms. This seems to be the norm at all Starbucks I have gone too. Come to think of it, I have NEVER been to a Starbucks that has been dirty, the service being poor, or a employee being rude or obnoxious. Say what you want about Starbucks. But I feel that several other businesses in Orlando should take notes about how Starbucks operates and performs customer service. Anyway, I usually get the coffee of the day in a venti serving. But on this visit, I bought a latte venti and proceeded to sit at a table outside. I like the patio this location has. Unfortunately, it is right by the intersection of Conway and Hoffner, so it makes for a noisy experience. Nothing more relaxing as the constant sirens from passing police/fire vehicles. Or some knuclehead with a boom stereo with a bass that shakes the windows. Turn that ******* thing down! As long as I have a newspaper, I can pretty much drown out the sound. Inside, several patrons enjoyed their beverage with their laptop with the Wi-Fi this Starbucks provides as a service. Like other Starbucks, this location also has a great selection of pastries to choose from. Makes my blood sugar go up just by looking in the case! And as I noted, the staff are always friendly and welcome you as you approach the counter. And as usual, there are several products you can purchase. There are the different blends of Starbucks whole bean coffee packaged, which a employee can ground for you if you do not have a coffee grinder at home. And if you are purchasing any coffee to take home, may I recommend Starbucks Breakfast Blend. I purchased a bag of this on my last visit, and it makes for a great cup of coffee at home. A convenient location if you are going to the airport or to the 528. Or if you are coming or going to the CVS pharmacy or Publix nearby. Also a great place to go if you are having your car serviced by the Tires Plus location across the street. And this location also has drive thru service you can use if you are on your way to work. Or just out on a Sunday drive. Especially those beautiful winter days that are great to open the windows and put the top down. Unless the guy with the boom stereo pulls up next to you!

Standard standalone Starbucks. Located right next to the CVS off Conway and Jetport, this store was easy to deal with. Easy in and easy out. Service was good and the coffee was good.

This Starbucks is special because it has one of the largest outdoor seating areas I've seen. It is a standalone store with a drive-thru (awesome!). Service inside is always good. There has never been a line when I've stopped in, so that makes me happy. Overall, a typical Starbucks, but the fast service and ample seating really make it stand out.

This is the closest Starbucks near my area and Im a fan due to not crowded and of course FREE WIFI! Was here for hours backing up my iPhone for a new iPhone and no problems. Had the Classic Steel Oats and It was okay but it was filling while I was waiting for my phone to do back up. Would I order it again? Nah. Stick to my Fraps! Only downfall they didnt have this new tumbler Im in a search for! This is my go to spot for FREE WIFI and to be out of the house type of thing!
