The service here SUCKS. I walked in really excited..but as I stand here I am completely dissatisfied. I am totally new to Indian cuisine and when talking with the woman up front each time I asked a question her response was unhelpful each time. Their menu said "fresh juice available..." excited I asked what kind of juice...turns out they don't have juice. I asked for a menu hoping that there would be descriptions of the food they offer..they don't have menus. No explanation further than that. Not "we're out at the moment.." Or we just opened and don't have them yet.." Just a flat no. I tried one of the snacks they provide..I asked if she could tell me what it consisted of because it looked like it had wasabi in it and I wanted to confirm my own thoughts, I love wasabi. I don't even know what her response was..ask her to speak up..she continued to speak to me at the same level. She wasn't rude per say. But she might as well have been. I hope they get menus and new attitudes really soon. I won't be returning.

This could have been a 3 star review except for the fact that the service was lacking. The food they serve is good, but its not terribly hard or a long process to make, yet the wait time is consistently long over 30 min, and the timing of the service could be improved. I ordered 3 entrees and a drink, i didn't get my drink until after I was done with my entrees.

I eat the buffet here often. The food is great. Good price and the deserts are awesome. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Excellent, spicy and healthy Indian food. I eat here often as well but always get the buffet. It is a little pricey but well worth it for the quality of the food. I have brought friends and family with me and without fail, everyone has loved the food. I have eaten at many Indian restaurants and this place tops the list. The staff is wonderful and always helpful to explain the various dishes. I'd recommend this restaurant to anyone.

I tried this place for the first time with my mother and the food was decent. It's best indian veggie place you'll find in that area. The place was very clean , the food was tasty. Overall not bad I would give them a five start but the staff needs more training. The need to be more courteous and more importantly need to understand the menu. A little smile and greet would not hurt. So going forward I hope the can better at customer service.

Royal Sweets is a cute little casual eatery tucked away in a shopping center outside the Florida Mall. In addition to South Indian and Indo-Chinese food, they have a variety of desserts and snacks for sale. They also have a lunch buffet. We ate the paneer tikka masala, rice, naan, and pakora. Everything was prepared quickly and tasted surprisingly good considering the fast food layout. The service was prompt and the prices were reasonable. They also have two screens playing Indian music videos in the eating area, which was a nice touch. I would recommend Royal Sweets if you're looking for a quick tasty bite.

Would give zero stars if I could. Food was stale and refried. Potato kathi roll was more like a veg spring roll. Pathetic. Take it from a person born and bred on Delhi street food- this was not even close to Indian food.

This is by far one of the worst Indian restaurants I've ever been to. The food was horrible there is no service!! The rice was hard and crunchy the dal was watered way down. Just disgusting. I went there because they catered some sweets for a buddy of mines party. The sweets were ok i guess i didnt care for them but he had to pay the guy. I went to chipotle across the street to get that nasty taste out of my mouth.

The name mislead me at first because while they do have a large selection of traditional Indian sweets that you can admire and sample, it is the entrees that they serve that are so good! The mushroom saag and palak paneer are the most amazing, super savory dishes I've ever had at any Indian restaurant, not just a fast food one. Being vegetarian, I love that everything on the menu is vegetarian. My "carnivore" husband enjoys the savory dishes so much he said that he doesn't miss meat at all when we eat at Royal Sweets. We also enjoy talking to Preeti, who always has something new for us to try.

They serve stale and expired sweets and snacks. Never buy any snacks from here. The oil they use is never changed and the food stinks.. Even their employees were not able to eat the food they serve..

Didn't try the sweets but the food was decent. Ask about their flavor train. It's awesome!

When it comes to fast food, it was good. Thumbs up. However not the same when it comes to sweets. Tried laddoos and jalebis and none of the two was good. Can't give more than 2 stars in that.

The entrees we were recommended by the very helpful manager (owner ?), were awesome, all three times we have eaten there. Being vegetarians, we eat Indian food regularly, but I have to say these dishes were really good. We stay away from anything containing sugar, so I cannot comment on the many sweets this pace offers, though it all looks very inviting.
