    Food is okay. But WORST SERVICE EVER. If I was brave I'd of walked out. RIDICULOUS. Did not get the side of crab legs or crab cakes ordered. Had to tell them to take off check. Waited 1/2 hour for check. RIDICULOUS. Also, my daughter paid her bill with cash and had to request change back. The waiter was planning on keeping almost $22 tip on a $56 bill. RIDICULOUS

    I was at this location last week for my friends birthday. We all did all you can eat shrimp!! The waiters were rude, I asked 3 times for my water. And it took forever to get our first round of shrimp also they messed up everyone's orders. But we all didn't care we ate it. Then the waiters never came back for over 40 mins. No one asked what we wanted next or if we needed water. We tried to get their attention but they ignored us. Also one person ordered a meal that wasted shrimp and never even got it. So over a hour goes by the waiters showed up with checks like what the hell its suppose to be all you can eat but nope they never asked what we wanted next. They swiped my card 3 times and never told me till I checked my account! And charged my friend who never got their meal. And to top it off 5 of us got sea food poisoning. I was severely ill and ended up going to the hospital! All I can say I will NEVER go back to this location! Worst experience. Worst servers.

    The food quality has been on a steady decline since the ownership transition and is now slightly below the quality of the frozen food section of my local grocery store. Sadly, this was the last straw for me and I won't be returning to Red Lobster in the future.

    This worthless place is too expensive for the service they provide. Staff not friendly I walk in and the lazy host didn't even say hello. and food not tasty and prices too high. I rather go to Benihana.. I'm done with red lobster.

    Red Lobster is always a nice place to eat. They always have some sort of special that makes the trip worth my time. If you're trying to eat healthy they have lots of options to choose from to stay on track. This location is probably one of my faves because the waiters always seem to have a lot of charisma and take pleasure in serving.

    This place used to be great, but now, not so much. The last time I was here, I went in to get a take out order. It was a fairly slow night, so I figured I'd just wait at the bar for it to come out. I was there for an hour waiting for my food before I finally asked a manager who was near me when it would be ready. He went in the back to check and I saw him grab a bag that had been sitting on a counter for about 40 minutes. I know it was 40 minutes because I saw them put it on the counter 40 minutes before I asked about mine. But I had no idea it was my order until they brought it to me. I figured it was someone else's until then. I told that to the manager who brought it to me, and he flat out tried to lie to my face, and said that the kitchen had just put it there a few minutes prior. Yeah, that's why it was ice cold, right? I can accept the fact that maybe they were having a really off night. It happens. But don't ever lie to me.

    Worse service ever! My server messed up my order and gave me lobster bake when I told him I wanted the lobster feast! And the waiter was trying to argue with me. The cheddar bay biscuits are really good here tho and the rest of the food but hate the customer service

    Delicious food as always but the service was S L O W it was crazy. The table seated after us received everything long before we did. Server was personable but kept us waiting much too long. I had forgotten why I don't go to this location very often..... now I remember.... it's the slow service, every time.

    So I wanted to take my wife out for a nice dinner. It was raining and the Red Lobster sounded good. We love their menu and Key Lime Pie... food was great as expected... but the service was S......L.......O.......W After 32 miutes of not receiving our meal after the salads our server came up and said he had forgotten to put it in to the kitchen. I was shocked as he left and got up to find the manager, Candy Siedlecki. She apologized and changed us to another server, then never checked on us again. It wasn't busy, in fact half the tables were empty. The other half had a few couples like us patiently waiting for their meals. We paid the full check, (no one offered to adjust it), skipped the tip and decided to write our first restaurant review as a tip to you. Don't go. Do yourself a favor and choose another chain since we had a similar experience at the Darden restaurant across the street, (Olive Garden) a few weeks earlier, but the manager was extremely apologitic and extremely attentive to solve the problem. At one time this Red Lobster likely catered to their guests. Sadly that time has gone. Next time we'll go to Cheesecake Factory or Mimi's. Sad.

    I've been to this location twice and both times were good experiences. The first time I ordered the the shrimp trio, and the second time, the fried fish sandwich. I've tried a few Red Lobsters in different states, and I remember in the 90's as a kid and up until my teenage years, the portion sizes were always huge, but I can't help but notice the portion sizes over the past 10 years have gotten much smaller, all the ones i've tried except this particular location. You definitely get your moneys worth and the portion sizes are substantial. The food is always excellent, as well as the service, and don't even get me started on the cheddar bay biscuits....that's mainly the reason why I come here. :)

    ABSOLUTELY ask for Natasha! She is fantastic. Red lobster is a chain so the food can really can only be so good. That's why when you have someone like Natasha it makes THIS Red Lobster the place to be! Ask for her and see what I mean. Unmistakeably caring, sincere, considerate, and accommodating.

    Good food but a third of the tables needed to be bussed and cleaned at 7:30 pm. It should also not take 17 minuets for the server to come and greet us. Another 15 minuets to receive our appetizers. At 45 minuets we still had our menus waiting for anybody to take our order. We called for the Manager Christina and she apologized and straightened the servers out and pulled BJ to take over.
