This is one of my family's go to spots. I think over the years they have gotten a little more pricey over the years. I usually get the same thing but today I tried the parmesan crusted chicken Alfredo & it was great. We were the first ones there so the service was great!!

Went to Red Lobster on a whim. I have been to this particular location several times. We went in and sat down and ordered our food. Nothing spectacular happened on this visit. this was a normal visit. The food was good. The only thing that struck me as odd was that we were unable to get refills on the strawberry lemonades. I have always had this to drink every single time I have went to Red Lobster and had always been able to have free refills. My waitress said no, they never had free refills. I didn't stress the issue, but it was news to me.

I have been here so many times I can't believe this is my first review. I forget to check in all the time but can't believe I missed one of my favorite places to review!! Ok so this visit let me start with I'm usually sat immediately but I'm waiting on my best friend, who is late... So I go to the bar. Immediately a drunk guys starts cussing and being loud. Let's not go into detail about the drink guy.. The real point... The manager handled this with so much class. He was truly professional never loud or even rude to the very rude drunk patron. I was extremely impressed. He got the man to leave without any more problems. I can't say much about the food except I love this place. Never had a problem. So 5 stars everyday.

I hadn't been to a Red Lobster in the longest time. We had gift cards so we decided to venture on in. The hostess didn't seem to know what she was doing. We would follow her like we were suppose to, but she would bring us to a table that wasn't ready or whatever. So we walked to the other side of the restaurant to sit down at an awkwardly four person table... for two. Our server was the best ever though. She was really awesome at taking our order, being attentive, and really nice over all. The food itself seems as though it's improved through the years. Lobsterfest was going on, which I was so excited about. It was all delicious. Ive missed you, Red Lobster. I will be back!

Decided to swing by for the endless shrimp promotion for lunch.... gag. The service was slow and our waitress only showed up every once in a while and the food was terrible. The salad had a dressing that tasted like mediocre dressing from the bottle and the broccoli with the meal was so over cooked it was dry. Definitely pass on this place!

What a horrible dirty experience. Do not eat here people!!! Me and my husband were vomiting the next day for the entire day after we ate here. We had food poisoning from this place. I had to be admitted to the hospital to receive an IV because of how sick I got. One should be able to go to a restaurant and eat without getting sick. I will not be returning to this place or chain ever again!

Publix now sells the red lobster garlic cheese biscuit mix in their stores. Now we really have no reason to visit this mediocre, at best seafood joint.

I usually only go to Red Lobster when they have an endless shrimp or a good value promotion going on. Or I really really want cheddar biscuits. I'm not going to really judge the food, because it's a chain - it's going to be either a bad night and horrible or a good night and acceptable. In the 3ish times I've dined here, they were good nights, so props to the kitchen for consistency. There are a few things that can set chain restaurants apart - service, location, and upkeep. This one gets positive marks for all three. The staff I've interacted with have all been excellent - friendly and attentive. The location is good, plenty of parking and easily accessed. This is one of the newer restaurants, so it has the fresh design with the outdoor wraparound porch. It has always been clean and well kept even on crowded nights. So when my seafood craving hits all-you-can eat levels and I want my cheddar biscuit craving to be sated, I'll head back here.

I've yet to have a really goo meal at any REd Lobster in Orlando. The last time I went was to take my dad out for his birthday. His lobster was tough and scalops were chewy. The food is ALWAYS just so-so. The time before that I got the shrimp scampy but the only flavor that stood out was salt. The service is always ok. The only reason I give Red Lobster 2 stars instead of 1 are the buscuits and the drinks.

I live right around the corner from this Red Lobster, but I'm usually in too much of a hurry to stop in for lunch. I was so excited to find out about their new lunch concept called Seaside Express. They have a special area for quick lunch dining where you can get an amazing lunch for under $10 in less than ten minutes! Apparently they're trying out this new concept at this location on weekdays from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. There's a menu board and cash register where you just place your order, then they give you a drink and you sit in the quick service section. And then, lickety-split- there's your lunch! And the food is just as good as regular Red Lobster meals, and you still get a cheddar bay biscuit too, plus a little mini dessert at the end. I tried the spicy shrimp tacos with a colorful fruity salsa, served in soft tortillas. They were amazing, I'm craving them again already. I also tasted my friend's lobster flatbread, and it was very yummy. We all had the lobster bisque and it was wonderful with the cheddar bay biscuits dipped in. I'm so glad to have a new option nearby for when I want a good lunch but can't stop for an hour to wait for full service. I hope this concept catches on at other locations too!

Have eaten here many times. Best cheddar biscuits. Stopped by here today to pick up a gift card. You really can't go wrong with Red Lobster.

Is it sad that thing I love about red lobster are the drinks? Not that I'm an alcoholic but the bartenders do a great job of mixing drinks and are even willing to tweak their offered drinks to make me happy. Unfortunately their food is sub par. I love the cheddar biscuits but that is where my love begins and ends. The caesar salads were drenched in dressing with no actual flavor and too much parmesan and the shrimp and scallop linguine tasted like straight butter. I felt my poor heart constricting with pain at the damage I'm sure was done to it. My dining partner had the tilapia which seemed on the drier side to me but did have the smokiness that I was looking for from a wood grilled item. The deserts were ok but the huge disappointment was they were served with plastic utensils. I felt my jaw go slack when the waiter brought them out. Really?! Plastic silverware?! Instant deductions. Plus out waiter was a complete space cadet. She gave us the wrong drinks, messed up our food order, and brought thr wrong desert initially. Granted we were there around 9:00 so maybe she was just having a long day but, come on it's really not that difficult. There weren't even that many tables around. The only reason I didn't give this location a lower rating is because I do love those cheddar biscuits. So if you're actually hungry, go somewhere else. But if you just want to have a couple of drinks and an appetizer, I say give me another round and pass the biscuits!

Every time my husband and I have gone to this particular Red Lobster we've received superb service by the waiters and managers, and the food is delicious! I'm not a seafood eater like my husband, but they have an awesome selection of food for non seafood lovers.

can be an expensive meal but its worth it alot of good food to choose from and they have some of the best bread ever. The fish is always excellent and has a great taste to it so if u love seafood this is the place to go.

We went for a birthday on a weekday night. The place was only 1/3 full and still waited 5 miuntes to be recognized by a host. Then waited 10 minutes after being seated to have a manager come take out drink orders. With the place that empty you'd think they might care more about guests. The food was okay but very salty. But the desserts were great.

Alright, I am not proud that I am a patron of Red Lobster, but I make a yearly pilgrimage at lobsterfest time to get one of their lobster specials 'cuz I loves me some lobstery goodness. I guess the other problem is I don't know anywhere else to go to get even decent lobster around town, kind of sad really. Went here for dinner over the weekend and the rest of the food and drinks were just okay. But their two lobster tails did not disappoint, although I could have skipped the pasta with lobster and shrimp in a creamy sauce . Cheesy biscuits were particularly cheesy and crunchy too. Service was pretty good and the price is okay for what you get. If I could find another way to get a decent lobster fix I would probably skip this next year.

I thoroughly enjoyed my visit today at Red Lobster East Colonial. While the food was "okay", our server Jon saved the experience. I enjoy sea scallops, but there was no sea scallop entree. Instead I was charged per side of scallops. My grilled scallops tasted like bacon for some reason (not a fan) and my fried scallops were over cooked. Golden brown became golden black. As a server I rarely send food back, so I kept the fried ones. A manager visited our table and was very gracious and apologetic. Jon maintained professionalism and didn't miss a beat. His infectious smile and perfect service will bring me back. I've been dining at this location since I was a child, I'm now in my forties. It's great to know they are still there.

I tend to visit Red Lobster because of my folks. Living in Orlando my whole life, this restaurant has been around forever and the parents tend to be chain eaters. Some dishes aren't bad, but most are typical chain fare and really not outstanding. I do like to go when they have all-you-can-eat crab specials because I love crab. My father enjoys the all-you-can-eat shrimp. Otherwise, most people go for the cheddar biscuits. They are good...and even better with a cup of lobster bisque or claim chowder. I've eaten so often at Red Lobsters over the years that it's not really something I look forward to doing. The prices have gone up, so it's not even the best deal in town...unless they are running specials like the "all-you-can-eat" seafood options. You can search Yelp in your area and find better seafood 80% of the time.

On a mission for their biscuits, and boy were they good. However, the other food was below average and really small for the price. I though this place would be one of those spots where the ratio of averageness was outweighed by the good price and/or ampleness. Not the case....their prices are whack for what you get with respect to quality and quantity. Server was good, though. Next time, just biscuits and a beer.

Red Lobster is never the place where I'd choose to go. Once I'm there it usually isn't that bad, I'd just rather support smaller, locally owned businesses. But my friend had some coupons and raved about their new lunch deal so that's where we met for an early lunch. Service was great- we were greeted and seated promptly. We did the quick lunch where you choose your own combo then pay and sit in the bar area. You are given a number and then the food is brought to your table when ready. I was a little disappointed when I couldn't find the nutritional value for any of the items on this new menu. There didn't look to be many healthy options so I splurged and had the lobster grilled cheese with a side salad. Our food was brought out just minutes after we were seated. The sandwich was pretty good but was a little greasy. Still, there were noticeable chunks of lobster and thick gooey cheese served on thick sliced sourdough bread. As my friend made her way through her pile of fries she stopped cold when she found a hair. Of course it was small, black and curly. Gross. She sent the thing back and got a whole new dish but I'm sure her appetite wasn't quite the same. The manager came out quickly to apologize and refunded her money without being asked. Great customer service but really, how does this happen? I have to say I'm not surprised. So two stars for this Red Lobster.

Went there yesterday. it was not good at all. I wanted to try the lobster and shrimp pot pie. What a disappointment it was. There was one miniature piece of lobster in it. The sauce was bland and tastless. The garlic shrimp wete notbing more than poorly cried sbrimp with cheap parmesan cheese spri.mled on it. My husband fared no better. His fried shrimp wasuke warm and lacked seasoning. 33 dollars for lunch and it was bad. We won't go again for a while.

Early disclosure: I feel like wearing a scarlet "A" when I go to a chain restaurant. Ok, this is my second review, and I'll say......the service we had was great. Very very nice waiter. But, the food,.......no. Just no. Everything was way overcooked. The biscuits should be soft not crunchy and I shouldn't have to cut my fish with a knife. Whomever they have in the kitchen needs to dial it back a notch. Luckily the out-of-town parents I had with me didn't know the difference between good and poorly cooked food, so........observations kept to myself, and the tears were tears of joy. Whatever changed from the surprisingly good food/service I had the first time I went here and now...........make a U-turn Red Lobster.

My mom and I stopped in a few weeks ago...ok, more like a month ago. We wanted to grab a quick dinner before bible study. Anyway, it was a nice last minute idea! We were greeted by the manager on duty at the door and our server promptly greeted us at the table. We had no idea what to order so while we looked she served us those deliicous biscuits they're known for while we ordered/looked over the menu. Eventually, we ordered a shrimp dinner and it was good, full of flavor. Red Lobster is one of the few sit-in chain restaurants that no matter what state you're in you can always count on consistency. Plus, the always are having some kind of special happening. All in all, Good seafood, warm and inviting customer service and quick service.

Customer Service #1 at Red Lobster. They are detail oriented from the start of your visit, by welcoming you, taking you right to a table, and communicating with energy. Even though Red Lobster is a chain restaurant, they stand out in my eyes to having fresh & delicious food. Their rolls are by far the best "before dinner" bread I have had at any place. Being a oyster lover, I always grab them as an appetizer. Apalachicola oysters that are very fresh! Red Lobster always has specials each night and a wide variety of different plates. My favorites are all of the shrimp and scallop dishes, and the Snow Crab - yum! I always have to have some help by a friend for the Snow Crab, but it is well worth it :) Going back to customer service, the general manager always comes out to see how the meal was, and they give you a survey at the end of your meal. They pride themselves in improving their atmospheres, food plates, customer service and more.

Went here on a Friday night, got here about 7:30 ish. The wait was not very long for a table since it was just my husband and I. Service was ok. We finshed the rolls pretty quickly, and had to wait a while for more to come out. My husband had a coke and I had a glass of wine. The coke came out quickly, the wine not so much. The food was average, not the best but not the worst either. The food came out very quickly. I feel like I had only gotten half way done with my salad when my entree came out. If you're looking for a place to eat quick and leave, this is it.

Went here last night and the food was GREAT! I got the create your own platter. I had the seafood stuffed flounder with shrimp Alfredo and added a grilled lobster tail. The flounder and lobster tail were delicious and the best I have had! As always the biscuits were good. I also had mozzarella sticks with calamari and fried veggies. The calamari was cooked to perfection and wasn't overly tough and the fried veggies were good with the ranch sauce. So after the appetizer, Biscuits and salad I had plenty left of my meal to take home :-).

I went red lobster for my sons birthday. He wanted salmon. It is just not good. Small portions for the price. Bad service and just not a good experience. I used to be a fan of red lobster 15years ago but now I can get better seafood if I cook it at home. Even the cheessy biscuits are not as good as they used to be. It took forever to get my overpriced check and several days later some manager keep calling me and leaving messages about with did I think my experience was bad. It goes to show you corporate suits are simply clueless . Save your money....

IF you have family or friends that love Red Lobster - you can at least count on them to be consistent. The food is very Meh. But, the lobster is quite good when I get it here. Everything else other than the biscuits generally leave a lot to be desired. The shrimp are generally not good. The chowder is only average. Etc... So, only go if you have to. If there is a Red Lobster that means your in a good enough neighborhood to find something better.

Gonna have to agree with some of the reviewers below like Mark G. When we got to the restaurant, there was no hostess. A server walked past us and asked if he could help us ......and we said we needed a table for two. He ran around frantically and never came back. Another server came out and asked if we'd been helped and we said no, so she said okay, and again disappeared. I saw the manager and he looked at us, and walked in the room on the left and never said anything to us. By this time, it had been 5-7 minutes. My brother and I sat down on a bench where another server came out and asked if we'd been seated where we replied no again. She said the hostess was on her way and actually went back somewhere to find here. After 10 mins, the hostess came out saying "Hi, table for two? Sorry." and led us to our table. When we got to our table, the hostess and another server got into argument about the table that she sat us at...so it was very uncomfortable. Our server took quite some time to come out so that lady, came over and took our drink order. He finally came and he honestly looked like he was on crack...had a very unprofessional manner...was all "cool" and "chill"...it was just inappropriate behavior for a server. He was also very buddy buddy with the table behind us so he neglected us at times. We both got soups to start...I got the lobster bisque and sent it back because it had a foul smell. I exchanged it for the clam chowder. For my main course I got the stuffed flounder...wasn't impressed. It was kinda mushy and lacked flavor. One thing that bothered me was that none of our food was hot. It was room temperature. Also, the only reason we went was because my brother wanted the biscuits, and they came out nearly at the end of our meal and weren't good. The hostess was walking up and the down the aisle carrying booster seats and high chairs, etc...and was swearing the entire time. Although they weren't busy that night, I guess they had a lot of problems with staffing...which is understandable, but be professional about it. And I hated the fact that not one time did the manager come out and apologize for the wait, and the food. Being the second time that I ate at this restaurant, I'm not a fan. It seems like it may just be this particular location so i'll have to give it another try at another location.

I only come here for the cheddar bay biscuits, and i have to say, these were the best. This location good, not amazing, and for some reason, everytime i go into a red lobster, its always ice cold to the point where it's uncomfortable. the server wasnt all that great. It was really, and i mean REALLY slow, and it took forever to get my beer and the appetizer. The food itself was great.

Love their new lunch concept! Order at the counter, take your number and pick a table in their special lunch area. All meals are under $10, and are delivered to your table in under 10 minutes. I tried the Lobster Lovers Grilled Cheese with the Lobster Bisque, and both were fabulous. They have a grilled shrimp taco choice that is a healthier option, although I didn't try it. I did try the Strawberry Shortcake dessert, which was the perfect size for a lunch treat. And of course, my lunch came with the famous Cheddar Biscuit on the side as well. I'm happy that I have a new option for a counter service type lunch, so I can avoid the yucky fast food establishments!

What else can you expect from a chain restaurant? The only reason I went here is because my father wanted something he thought would be quick! That of course did not happen, its funny how whenever you want something to be fast, it is the longest experience of your life! We sat down at our table around 8 pm, there was no wait compared to the Olive Garden across the street. Once we placed the order for our drinks, we waited about 10 minutes just to get them. For an appetizer we ordered the mussels, which if there would have been a body of water out back I would have thought that they were in a boat catching them fresh! It took 30 minutes for them to get to the table! Oh did I mention that we were not even asked to place our order until the mussels arrived at the table? By this point I just ordered a bowl of Lobster Bisque (cold when it arrived at the table) and my father ordered some scallops and steak (which looked as if it had been sitting under the heating lamp for an extended amount of time) It is what it is, but I will not be returning here in the future!

My husband and I had dinner here recently for a friend's going away dinner. Instead of having overall happy memories of our last dinner with her, our table's poor experience overshadowed everything. I was embarrassed for our party and embarrassed for Red Lobster because I know they are better than this. It was one cluster after another. Our young server seemed fine at the beginning of the dinner but it was soon clear that she was only there to do barely the bare minimum. We were all made to feel like we were inconveniencing her just asking for refills. No smiles from her, more like indifference. It should not take someone 4 times to ask for a refill of water. Forget the endless cheddar biscuits. That was a lie. We even asked a manager that was making his rounds and those never came. My friend that ordered a steak and lobster asked for her steak to be medium rare. It came out medium well. Since our server was nowhere to be found, she had to flag down the manager who took care of everything and replaced the steak. To get a refill, it was like flagging down a taxi cab in NYC! That should be Restaurant Service 101. I had a strawberry lemonade and it was down to the bottom of the glass. I was never asked for a refill or even offered a glass of water throughout the entire meal. I feel like I shouldn't have to be flagging down someone throughout the meal just for the bare minimum in service. I wonder if she realized she is working for tips! I also felt like we were rushed. Instead of having a leisurely meal, we were asked if our dishes could be boxed up as my friend (with the incorrect steak) was still eating. That, I think is rude. The running joke in our group was that our server had tried to get out of her shift with no luck and was taking her passive aggressive anger out on us. By the time, we got our checks and paid, I was just ready to get out of there. We never, ever tip below 15% but, in this case, it was warranted. And my friends made sure to talk to management on our way out to let them know. It was an uncomfortable and embarrassing experience that overshadowed what was supposed to be a good one. For the amount of money we spent, we felt duped. Not coming back.

Went to this location to try the lobster fest menu. Ordered one Main lobster tail and one rock tail with shrimp Alfredo pasta. Food was served cold. The Main lobster tail had a fishy old taste but the rock tails were ok. Manager asked if she could bring a new hot order, but I decided to just leave it. It was a disappointing meal. Two entrées, two diet sodas plus coupon for free appetizer $84. Definitely not worth the price. Next time I feel like lobster, I'm going to Joe's Crab Shack. The restaurant was clean, service was fine. Food- not worth it. Sorry.

We used to be regulars here years ago but the quality in the food has decreased significantly. The menu prices are inflated and the portions have gotten smaller and smaller. Our last experience was just awful. The server literally checked on us every 2 or 3 minutes. We could not finish a sentence without her asking us if we needed anything else. Im not sure if she was new or just trying to hurry us out, but everyone at the table was annoyed. We didn't get to enjoy any conversation.
