It's a Popeyes. I haven't had Popeyes in two years so I was looking forward to fried chicken. The fried chicken that we got was not as juicy as I had remembered. It was a bit dry. The mashed potatoes and the biscuits were delicious however. Also the lemonade that is basically Tropicana sugar water went really well with the greasy food.

I have NEVER EVER had such poor service as the service my husband and I received at this Popeyes. We waited over 30 minutes, THIRTY MINUTES to receive our order and there was a line ahead and behind us waiting as well. All of the employees were rude (one was even talking bad to a customer who complained) and the manager did absolutely NOTHING to calm down the waiting customers. Piss poor service, I will NEVER be back. Date of visit: Sunday, June 29th.

Rude staff! Gravy has pork which they pour on top of the mashed potato, not on the side. Drive through took over 1/2 hour to serve.

One person to staff the front with a manager who looked completely despondent and unwilling to help. Time to get through the 6 people in front of me (and notably the two who cut in front of me): 18 minutes. Time to get my food once ordered: another 6 minutes. That feels too long for fast food.

Not sure what the fuss is about Popeyes but I tried it cause my boyfriend likes it. It might just be this location - but the food was horrible. Most importantly this place was SUPER dirty. Eww. Which really didn't make me want to eat my food. And wait was just ridiculous.

We have been to Orlando four times now and I always call in for a Popeyes. Again I was not let down , the lady serving was loud in a good and funny way and helpful with people not sure what to order . The chicken was great and the fries are the best , just as I remembered. I know I am back in Orlando when I have my Popeyes .

Would I eat here again... Probably not, me and my partner has something out of here. My first order was popcorn chicken, I was served popcorn shrimp as they don't do popcorn chicken. Chicken and shrimp are two completely different things. Anyways my order was changed without much of a hassle, I ended up with chicken strips. They weren't anything special I think I'll stick to KFC

Okay, this is not a fine dining establishment. It's a fast food joint. So adjust your expectations accordingly. That being said, compare it to a KFC for example, the chicken is way better and so is the service. Usually very friendly and food comes out quickly. My family eats here (to go usually) a lot. We have no complaints. We usually stick to the basics, fried chicken (spicy) and the sides/biscuits. If you venture off on one of those "limited time only" items, all bets are off.

First time having Popeyes, always curious when I saw commercials about it. Decent fried chicken nothing special. I do love their meal deals always worth the money and my goodness they have mutated chicken 1 piece is a meal.

I stopped by here a few days after getting back from New Orleans, thinking that I'd treat myself to just a bit of fun from the Big Easy. That was a mistake. The chicken was really bad. I'm sorry to say so, but I have to call it as I see it--or in this case, call it as I taste it.

I like a fried chicken fix once in a blue moon but seriously.....the next time my moon is blue for fried chicken I'm going elsewhere. Too much breading on the chicken, the chicken is obviously marinated in butter and oil, and we waited almost 30 minutes for our order to get filled. Half the order lost and the other half went out the door with another customer. And lastly......absolutely filthy.
