The order was missing biscuits...so it was returned. The chicken was not spicy...so it was returned. The chicken was still not spicy...so it was returned again. And again. They said some of the chicken doesn't get as much of the spice mix as the others, but either way the spicy chicken should taste the same. After we talked the manager, they admitted to forgetting to make spicy and made some to order on the spot. The staff was not friendly and considering the order was sent back three times...you'd think they get it right at least once. Also the drive-thru takes forever no matter what time of day & always double-check your side orders before leaving...

I love this popeyes! Always delicious, always fresh, always respectable. I love their different sauces and I come craving their biscuits and red beans and rice.

It's no wonder why these particular women are working at a Popeyes Chicken in Pine Hills. Rude, unprofessional and don't know their right from their left. Pam, the Manager is is very unprofessional and has a horrible attitude and is promoting theft. Example: you give them a coupon and they act like you ordered an additional meal on the receipt, but they dont give it to you so they can pocket the money. You go back to say that you were not credited for the coupon and they say that you were but you ordered an extra meal. Then you have to argue that you never ordered or received any extra meal. Ghetto thieves! Needless to say I will not be making a stop there again as a favor for my co-worker.

This is my favorite Popeye's in town and my review has been delayed far too long. I have never had bad service here. Actually, the ladies at the drive thru window are the epitome of Southern hospitality. Recently, I forgot to specify that I didn't want any wings in my order and the lady helping me (Leona) gladly had me pull forward and changed the order for me. This is the mark of great customer service when it done with a good attitude and smile. I will go out of my way to go to this Popeye's.

This was a disappointment, I went on my lunch, I had a half an hour from when I walked in, I ordered, about $15 worth of food, they messed up the order, I went back, they told me 5 more minutes, it wasn't difficult I simply wanted naked strips, not regular, so I waited, then they hand me a box, its wrong again, its the same food I just returned, they told me 5 minutes, I waited, then they asked if they could help me, I finally just asked for the any food at this point, they gave me something completely different, when I got back to my truck I was now 5 minutes late from lunch, and I had the wrong food, and I was missing one of my sides, the food is great if you're not in a hurry, and can dine in.

Last night in the rain I order the typical food from Popeyes I get 3pc chicken tenders with a side of fries. Well when I got them they gave me something else and say that I should have been more specific. How much more specific do I need to get?? I said a 3pc chicken tender and fries and normally when I get it it's a total of $6.70 not $7.24 so I got robbed of 54 cents

I came in at the end of lunch hours. The place is very clean and managed. They were very polite taking my order and explained the difference between the meal and combo. The food was hot and served very fast. I wish their spicy was spicier. I used 8 hot sauces for my meal. The person working the dining area asked if all was well and if I needed a refill. First time this has happened to me in a Popeyes.

Went to the drive thru today. We asked for up-sized drinks, didn't get them, had to remind them. They asked us when they took our order if we wanted bbq sause with or chicken tenders, then didn't give it to us. Overall service today was lacking to say the least. Maybe that's why the line was going so fast, they didn't give anybody what they asked for.
