As if today I have ordered from here 3 times during lunch and I must say that the food is pretty decent Chinese. Prices for lunch range from $4.95 to $6.65. I've always ordered takeout so I cannot comment on dining in. I have had 2 different dishes here...Szechuan Chicken and Orange Chicken. I got the lunch combo B which includes entree, rice, spring roll and your choice of soup. The only disappointing thing about the meal is the soup. I only really like Wonton soup so that's what I've ordered each time. It's honestly not that good. No flavor to the broth or dumpling. The Szechuan Chicken was the best that I've had in a long time. Perfect amount of spice, chicken and veggies. The Orange Chicken actually tastes like Orange. It comes in a delicious orange sauce that is not too overpowering. You can actually tell your eating chicken as the pieces are generous and are cooked to perfection. I honestly drive past 2 other Chinese restaurants to come to Pine Garden because they have pretty decent and tasty food. I look forward to my next visit!

I had a good experience getting takeout food at Pine Garden. The chicken and mix vegetables dish I ordered was perfect and not greasy. It was close to traditional Chinese food and unlike other places I've gotten Chinese food. The prices are also ridiculously low/cheap in my opinion. The place was a bit difficult to find. However, after being told it was next to a movie theater, I had no problem spotting this place.

Our favorite delivery Chinese food in the Waterford Lakes area. The portions are ample, the food is tasty, and I haven't had a problem with the service. I am a big fan of the steamed dumplings, the orange beef, and the lo mein.

Gross... Bland General Tso's chicken... The fried rice was like cous-cous. Will not be going here again... Still looking for good cheap Chinese in O-town. Wonton soup was pretty good though.

I order the wonton soup, it was not good. The amount of meat in each wonton is less than the size of a grain of rice. Wonton is supposed to have a heaping teaspoon of meat in it. What a disgrace to their own country to serve such lousy food. I asked for a cup of water to go, I got some melted ice in a cup with no lid that tasted very suspicious, like it was ice that was used to chill other items. I asked for a napkin because there was none in my bag and none on the counter. Cashier gave me one (appeared to be used) napkin and asked me with an attitude, "anything else?" I do not recommend this place.

Substandard Chinese takeout, pretty much sums it up. The food is bland and filled me with regret even before I finished eating. Those precious calories wasted... Sigh. I had the kung pao shrimp ordered extra hot. It came to me medium at best and slightly sweet. Not good. I opted for plain fried rice (vs the standard pork) and a veggie egg roll. The veggie egg roll was really gross. It tasted like it had been fried in really old grease. Didn't have more than 1 bite. This meal reminds me of why I thought I didn't like Chinese food. Going with 2 over 1 star because while the front of the house guy wasn't particularly friendly, he did helpfully offer the options to non-pork sides.

Not sure what all the complaining is about. This place was good. I tried to go to the panda, but they locked the door on me. Won't see me again there. Found this place on yelp and thought I would give it a try. Ordered the pork fried rice, Kung pao chicken, chicken with mix veggies, and spring rolls. I have no complaints about the items I ordered. I'll be back!!

I noticed the mixed reviews, so I didn't want to invest too much into this place on the first visit. I decided to try a spring roll. I am the Fry Snob, so that's as close as it gets for a Chinese restaurant. Physically speaking it was perfection. Flaky outside, hot inside with the ingredients cooked perfectly. Unfortunately it had ZERO flavor. If this is indicative of the rest of their food, I'll pass.

I ordered from an app called Foodler. It was delivered to me. I ordered white rice, dumplings (duh), and the sesame chicken combo with wonton soup. I had no idea what wonton soup is so yay first experience. It's actually really good. I absolutely loved the way the sesame chicken tasted and how well it was cooked. My meal was still pretty warm (surprised) and it look about 30 minutes from payment till it actually got to me (typical). I will be definitely be ordering a combo again and I recommend this place to everyone.

This place always makes me sick. I think they must use a lot of oil and MSG. Staff is nice but I always regret it if I eat anything from here.

I would not even give this place a one star but I had to select something.. I had hair in my food 2 times within the space of 2 months. The 1st time it happened I thought it was an accident.. But when it happened the second time I made the staff aware, they made me drive all the way back to the restaurant to give me a partial refund on the food that did not have hair on it. .. No apology at all!!! They act like they did not seem to care at all... Gross and would never eat there again... They need to wear hair nets , a major sanitary issue..

The food is always fresh and hot when we go. I always get the pork fried rice, fried dumplings, and chicken on a stick. The pork fried rice has plenty of pork, vegetables, and some egg pieces in it, good flavor. The dumplings have a decent amount of meat in them for the price and the chicken on a stick is good. They did give me the wrong rice one time, but it was once and we go fairly regularly. Staff is nice and the food is generally ready for pickup within 15 or 20 minutes.

This was so mediocre! The large bourbon chicken was filled half way with broccoli, why would I get a large just to get it with that much broccoli? The sauce was gross too for the bourbon chicken. The chicken lo mein was not good as well as the wonton soup I got. The crab ragoons were okay, and the fried rice tasted weird too. I will not be ordering from here anymore. Please do not put anymore menus on my apartment door anymore I do not want your business thanks.

I don't usually leave reviews, but I had to after eating at pine garden.. Excellent service!!! Food is amazing! What made me leave a review was that they were NOT cheap about the amount of meat they use. I order the usual house special with beef and broccoli and it was so full that I had share lol... Other local Chinese restaurant put limited meat inside and charge way to much.. This is my new Chinese spot and thank for taking care of us at UBREAKIFIX

The worst food I have ever eaten. It tasted like cleaning products. The man behind the counter was so rude and he was rolling his eyes at customers on the phone. He actually called us back to the restaurant because we failed to put our trash in the can and pointed it out. Horrible horrible way to treat customers. I will never set foot in this place again.

This is the worst Chinese place I have ever ordered from. I called there number 3 times and finally when I got an answer they told me they would "call me back " I have never ordered from a place that told me they would call me back. Anyways waited a little over an hour for the food to get here and when it got here it was missing food. I tried calling the place and no one answered this is the second time this has happened to me. The first time they forgot the drinks, not a huge deal so i decided to give them another try and they screw up again. Don't recommend ordering deliveries or anything from this restaurant.

This place is great at a great price; I usually get sweet and sour chicken with white rice for $5.15 and it's enough for both my dinner and lunch the following day. The servings are extremely generous and the food is pretty good. You can eat inside (lots of tables), or outside, or take-out. It's usually ready in ten minutes.

This place was a bit under average for a take-out joint. We'd consider it lame "mall food", rather than "take-out". We went there once, and they used too much starch in some of their dishes, giving the sauce a goopy consistency. Really, there are better options in this shopping center. They have a few vegetarian dishes, though.

Pine Garden Chinese is your average, run of the mill fast food Chinese take-out restaurant featuring the same standard menu that you will find at any one of them. There's really nothing special about this place or anything that sets it apart from the rest. The food is okay, kind of greasy at times and the portions are typically large enough to save for later. However, if you have a craving for some Chinese this could be a good fix to satisfy your tummy and your taste buds.

Chinese Cuisine

The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.

Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.

There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.
