Fast, good tasting personal pizza, and side salad with fountain drink for $10.64. What a value! I had the chicken carbonara pizza, side caesar salad, and fountain drink. Everything tasted good and super fast! By the time you get to the cash register to pay, your freshly made and personalized pizza is ready.

We went to Pie Five because they handed out coupons at our school. We walked in at 4pm on a Thursday and we were the only customers. It was a little disconcerting (we thought if it was a good place to eat, it would be more crowded) but figured there are plenty of great places that people haven't caught on to yet. There was one girl working behind the counter, who said "What do you want" as if she was annoyed to see customers. Having never been there before I said "Um... I want to do the make your own pizza thing." I picked my crust and then she awkwardly stared at me so I just started naming stuff. Although they list dozens of ingredients (including many different cheeses) she just threw on some provolone and didn't allow me to ask for any other kind of cheese (I also didn't see any in the bin). The ingredients were haphazardly thrown on and they looked about as fresh as the vegetables at Subway. We finished, paid, and went to have a seat while we waited for our pizzas. Seeing they were out of the oven, we walked to the counter. She squirted something on my friend's pizza (she had gotten one of their signature pizzas), gave us a dumb look and said "That's it". I said "Oh, I didn't know if you brought them to the table." and she said no before thrusting them towards us. In other words, customer service is pretty terrible and the entire ordering process was awkward and uncomfortable. I will not return for that reason alone. As far as taste goes, they clearly aren't instructed on how to make a pizza. My pizza had at least a cup of sauce and 3-4 big clumps of caramelized onions (with at least 6 onions in each little ball). The spinach wasn't fresh and neither were the mushrooms. The pan crust was fine and overall the pizza didn't taste bad, but there are much better pizza options for around the same price in the area that taste at least twice as good with three times better service. We had discounts and I still felt like I wasted my money. For $7 (at full price), I could buy myself a Digiorno and save myself the awkward trip.

It seems as if the made-to-order personal pizza & flatbread trend is kicking into high gear, as several similar restaurants have opened up in the area. I really enjoy Pie Five Pizza Company's take on the concept, and their execution is great. The menu is simple, with a choice of about 10 set pizzas, or a selection of 40 different options from which you can make your own custom pizza. The pricing is simple and straightforward, with no limit to the number of ingredients you choose. I ordered one of the pre-selected items, and it was delicious. Service was friendly, and the pizza did not take very long to come out. One of the better DIY pizza places I've been too!

Actually, I had avoided coming here for a while because looking at the pictures I thought I would leave unsatisfied. The pizzas look really small, especially the thin crust. It's true, if I'm absolutely starving I might not be happy going here, but for lunch or a relatively light dinner this is a good option. The dining area is clean, there's outdoor covered seating, the people are friendly, and the pizzas they make are pretty tasty. If you don't like the selection they have, you can make your own. There is no charging for toppings or anything like that, everything is included in the $6.99 price. Just don't expect the personal pizzas you can get at places like Mellow Mushroom. In terms of overall mass, these pizzas are about half that. Of course, they're also priced accordingly.

Personal pizzas in under 5 minutes?! This place is awesome! They have a great "bundle" special as well! Get a personal pizza, salad and a drink for $9.99! Good food and affordable! I really enjoy this place!

I have to say, I wasn't sure what to expect. It was not very busy upon my arrival. The line to order is very similar to that of a lot of the burrito places. Walk up to the line select your pizza/crust and your toppings. there are 10 signature five selections or you can create your own using any amount of toppings. There is no up charge if you want more than three toppings. I think this is an excellent selling point. They also have salads if you don't want to a pie. On your pizza you can get artesian thin, classic pan, whole-grain thin or gluten free. You have multiple choices for sauce that include Tuscan marinara, spicy marinara, bbq, buffalo ranch, ranch, olive oil and Alfredo. There are too many toppings to list but I want to know that they have caramelized onions! Any pie or salad, anyway = $6.99 You can add a dessert and a drink for $3.00 The food is excellent! The ambience is a little bit loud but this is a college town.

Keep this place in business!! Their pizza is fast and delicious! Possibly the best gluten free pizza I have ever had. Every time I am in Orlando, I make sure to stop and get a pizza. It's absolutely addicting! The pizza is hot, fresh, and reasonably priced. Although there is an up charge for the GF crust, I don't even mind it because I load the pizza up with a ton of toppings (which would cost an arm and a leg at other pizza places). I love this location and encourage everyone to go try their pizza! You won't be disappointed!

After writing a paper and giving a presentation about Pie Five pizza for my marketing class, I decided to check this place out. I was excited to try out their concept after hearing about it for the entire semester. Supposedly it is named Pie Five because you can have your very one personal pizza in under 5 minutes. Well My pizza took over 20 mins. I ordered the chicken alfredo and added a few more toppings and also had their ultimate brownie dessert pizza. All was well and I paid at the register and waited. They then told me my pizza had to go back in the oven because it did not finish cooking yet. So i stepped to the side and continued waiting while my brownie pizza was still at the register already on the tray. The next few customers continued paying over my brownie pizza and talking on it. I finally dove in and rescued it but I did not find it appetizing anymore after people were all over it. After several more minutes, the guy takes out the pizza and shows it to two other girls, everyone takes turns poking it and then he finally comes and tells me they have to re-do it all over again. I am told to sit down and they will bring it to me when its done. I sit and wait 10 more mins. It finally comes and the guy apologizes. I give them 3 stars because the guy working there was nice and apologized about it. I also liked that he must have seen something wrong with my pizza and he took the time to re-do it instead of just serving it to me. I appreciate that. Now for the taste: after finally getting my pizza,at first bite it was good, but I felt it was too doughy and tasted a bit undercooked. The toppings just slid off with my cheese. But overall it wasn't bad but not the best pizza I've had. The concept itself seems really cool. If they improve I might visit again.

We went there when it was slow, our pizzas were quickly prepared and the staff was friendly. We didn't try the deserts or salads, though the desert pizzas looked delicious so that'll probably happen next time we come here. The sauce and crust weren't anything special, but my own topping combination was wonderful and I liked being able to have ALL the veggies I like (I picked 6). Additionally, the staff let my girlfriend do something slightly off - menu by using their pesto drizzle as the sauce instead of as a topping: she was super happy and I appreciated the flexibility. That further reinforced the need for 5 stars. We'll be back for sure! For the price, this is a pretty darn good deal with unlimited topping possibilities.

Love that you can customize almost everything. Pizza's and salads are very good. Desserts need major improvement.. Inside is small, but clean and really too busy. They also have a very nice outdoor seating area. Prices are great, can't beat $6.99 with UNLIMITED toppings.

The desert is also really delicious. Friendly and great service as well. Also they were playing really good music in my opinion when I was there.

This pizza was pretty good! It's set up like subway. There's so many choices for crusts and sauce and cheese and toppings. And there's no price on toppings, so if you want it all it won't cost you extra! My side salad came in a little cute shell. My only bone to pick is that my lettuce didn't look fresh, but that's to be expected considering it's precut for the line. They set me up on a free loyalty program. Not very busy. All around good experience. I'd come back.

I was super excited to try this- the idea that we all get our own pizza, awesome! However.... Not good. Edible, but jeez, what's the point then?

Awesome new place to the neighborhood my only complaint is the red sauce doesn't have much flavor but everything else is pretty awesome not a big fan of the salad bowls but I give them props for trying something new . The staff was super nice and friendly def worth a checkout

The team was very friendly, and there were options a plenty. $6.99 for all the toppings you want on a pie or salad. $9.99 with an added drink and small salad or dessert. It was clean, the service was prompt, and the food was very tasty. It definitely topped corporate chain eateries and at least a few of the local joints.
