We came here on our first day of vacation for dinner Order to sky the same items Cheddar cheese and broccoli soup Excellent!! Cream of potato soup love it! They discontinued the grilled panini tomatoes and fresh mozzarella, they accommodated is with a very similar sandwich And I hag the new hot broth Dish soba noodle. Omg, love love it! But I can imagine it's not everyone's kinda crave. My husband didn't like it. Food was great period. Service was not great! They ran out of bread?? Really?? They messed up our order, luckily we CT Jeff before leaving back to our hotel, it was a good 15 min drive. Once explaining the mistakes they made, they weren't apologetic, I was upset and explained is this normal business conduct? Then they shaped up and gave us an extra cup of soup, lol! Service needs help, understaffed! Love panera food though!

Atmosphere was great, conveniently next to the florida mall and friendly employees, especially the cashier at the time, Iris who was very patient with me. I appreciated her taking her time to help me.

This panera was pretty good; just typical like the rest of the panera breads in orlando! The broccoli cheddar soup is to DIE FOR. I would bathe in it for the rest of my life if I could! It was pretty busy around 1 on a Thursday. The food came out pretty fast compared to all of the customers that were inside. Employees made sure to check around restaurant and keep tables clean and available for new customers. I had a pleasant experience.

Lunch the other day was The Southwest Chili and Asiago steak sandwich. In short : Meh. I now recall why its been over two years since I last had lunch here, Just pleasantly boring food. The chili was barely hot and the seasoning nothing really special other than it did provide me with undesirable reminders the rest of the day. Once was good enough. The sandwich was made with all fresh stuff and looked great tho again, nothing to bring me back to do this chain again. 1/2 soup and 1/2 sandwich (no drink) at $9.25 cost /budget opens a very large field of options where adventure or familiarly are easily matched. I'll be opting for the "options" card.

We were visiting from out of state, and Panera always seems to be a safe option when looking for something fast & healthy. This particular location made me remember there was an "older style" Panera, circa early 2000s. The site was clean, food was good, and the staff friendly - even offered us paper towels to dry off since we came in during a downpour.

Inefficient service. There was no coffee after we bought it. Nobody came to even act like they were going to deal with it until we asked for our money back for the coffee because there was none made. Think twice before you go there.:-((

I have been to a ton of Panera Breads... This one did not disappoint me. The staff was extremely friendly along with the management... I am pleased. =)

The times I have been to this Panera have always been good. They keep things clean and the customer service seems to always be nice and friendly. This Panera is also larger than I think most of them and it never -seems- too busy, so it's a nice dinning experience! I recommend going here if you finish your shopping excursions at the mall around lunch or "linner" time.

This is a Panera that I have been to literally dozens of times at all times of the day. During the early morning (7am ish) it does not have as big a rush as other locaitons, since the Florida Mall opens later in the day. The staff is helpful, friendly and quick. My favorite time to visit is for lunch, when it can get very busy. This time the lunch crowd lasts a bit longer because of the Mall and its traffic. Still this is a good location on the exterior of the mall. One if the largest Panera patios that I have seen. Nice place for the spring time lunch.

Normally, I'd say "a Panera is a Panera." They've already fallen from grace in my book by going from "reasonable" to "way overpriced" (at some of their prices, I expect table delivery like Pei Wei -- $10 for a fast-food entree? Really?). I used to visit weekly, and now it's an "occasion" place. On our most recent visit, my partner ordered a hot breakfast sandwich, while I ordered a bagel and cream cheese, and an iced coffee. He was seated with his sandwich well before my bagel even went into the slicer -- it was as if the cashier and her coworker were mad at each other, and refused to work together. I saw other orders get made and go out, all while I was still standing there, awkwardly, waiting. Once I finally got my bagel, I inquired again about my coffee. They took a cold cup, filled it with ice, and pointed me toward the counter with coffee urns. Most items I needed were there ... except lids and straws, which were on the other end of the store with the soda and tea machines. By the time I'd collected everything and gone to my table, my partner could easily have been done and ready to leave. Not that we were there for lunch, but we're both still miffed you can't order a cup of soup. You can order a bowl (overpriced), and they have cups (for their "You Pick Two" combos), but you can't order just a cup. Pretty ridiculous. I'm just amazed they're still (usually) as busy as they are. I'd just as soon go to a Starbucks or Dunkin' Donuts for the same quality and lower breakfast prices.

I've always been a fan of Panera. Really good soups, sandwiches and salads along with very good baked goods section offering bread and pastries. No matter which location I've gone to, service is good, the food is consistent and the place is clean and well stocked. I visit this location roughly once a week for lunch and I always get my food in a timely manner. I'm not one for sweets (although I did have a tasty cookie from there today) but the breads are some of the best in town and I really enjoy their sandwiches. They have a chicken and wild rice soup which is one of my favorites and a must have when I come down with a cold.

Panera - OK, unremarkable. Everything was nicely presented and fresh looking. Tortilla soup tasty and half a sandwich OK,

I am not a big Panera fan at all. I think they try to be something they are not. I just got a bagel and it was just a bagel. A lot of other people love Panera so it must just be my culmination of bad experiences there.
