A Panera with a drive-thru! Yes! I have been here a few times, and I love it. They always have my food ready SO FAST. And they are very new... so expect a few hiccups. But overall, this place is awesome. Finally, a good location where no good quick service restaurant exists, until now. Good job, Panera.

It's hardly necessary to review a restaurant chain that most people have been to, so I'll restrict my comments to this particular store, and to the new food item introduced on this visit. Compared to other Panera's this location is: -nicer than most interiors -a bit more difficult to park near -has a friendlier staff -has an annoying habit of paging you before your meal is actually ready. The new item I tried was the Soba Noodle broth bowl with chicken. The broth had a pleasant Asian-inspired flavor, and there was lots of tender and savory chicken. The noodles were a bit odd, grayish with a square cross section, and finer than true soba noodles. Overall the complexity of the dish did not approach that of the Japanese Ramen bowls it imitates. If you're looking for a Panera in Orlando, I'd rate this as the best one in the area.

I wish this wasn't the closest Panera to me since I have an addiction to their green tea and salads. They constantly mess up my order and sounds like they are screwing around at the drive thru, stopping and giggling, wasting time. Probably why about half the time my order is incorrect. HATE THIS LOCATION

Enjoy bringing kids here. Drive-through is handy, but it can be crowded early in morning...yet walk in and there is no wait. I enjoy Frontega Chicken panini with greek salad. They make a grilled turkey and cheese for kids. Coffee with breakfast sandwich is wonderful, too.

I thought "Great!" A Panera nearby with a drive-thru... I don't know what it is but I will not go back. The first time I used the drive-thru, my salad was missing crucial items. Of course, I didn't know this until I got all the way back home. Panera management for this location did NOTHING to rectify the situation. I thought I would try again, since they are new and perhaps it was because it was close to closing time. This time, same thing. Ordered another salad and it's missing ingredients. Additionally, after explaining what an "Arnold Palmer" was, I got some concoction that is NOT lemon aid and iced tea. This team really needs to go through training again.

I was so excited when this Panera opened. A Drive Through - what a great convenience. i mean, you're driving, you're hungry, you just want a bagel with cream cheese - no problem - drive up and get one and drive away with a simple easy eat on the run food item. WRONG!! You get a bag with a bagel, a container of cream cheese and a knife. Seriously?? If i had time to stop and make myself breakfast I would have done that at home. A drive through? And you don't give it to me ready? Oh wait, the other problem is they are so often out of the most popular bagels. i pulled up and ordered an everything bagel "I'm sorry, We just ran out". A week later I pull up and order an everything bagel and an asiago bagel "I'm sorry, We just ran out". OK, can I have an onion? "I'm sorry, We just ran out" Well what do you have? "Ummmm, we have French Toast, Chocolate Chip, Cinnamon Crunch and there's one plain left" SERIOUSLY? I understand that you don't want to be left with a surplus but it was 9:00am - you know - in the morning - when people eat bagels. Looks like I'll head back to Dunkin Donuts - at least they make my bagel for me AND they usually have one!

Thanks Panera for once again deceiving me to think that you can get a "custom" order done through the drive-thru. I do realize asking for "No Mayo" is a pretty advanced request for a sandwich. So I guess this is my bad for asking so much.

You know, I am not rating the food here, only the service. Our cashier, Courtney, had no personality. She only spoke to me when I asked her a question and when she gave me the total. The question I asked was whether or not the sandwiches came with cheese. She said no because it wasn't listed on the menu board. Low and behold, they came with cheese so I had to take both sandwiches back and had them remake it. In the process, they ran out of my favorite bagel so I had to settle for another type which just wasn't the same. Very disappointing.

It's Panera bread and this one has a drive-thru, 'nough said. But seriously, brand new location so it's super clean and I feel like they have twice as many people working as they need at any given time. Great soups, salads, and sammuchies...my personal favorites are the baked potato soup, thai chicken salad, and chicken caesar samuch. PANERA BREAD, IF YOU'RE READING: Cassie F is right about the bagels in the drive-thru. I have had the same experience, get a bag with a bagel, a tub of cream cheese, and a knife instead of an already made bagel.....defeats the purpose INSIDER TIP: Get the Panera bread card, you get free stuff. I've only had it for a month and got: free pastry for signing up, free pastry for my bday, and a free bagel and a free smoothie or espresso drink for making purchases. INSIDER TIP: They have a secret menu; yup you heard it here first! Go to the website and you can find a secret menu that isn't listed anywhere else and honestly most of the employees probably won't know what you're talking about but a manager should. It's got some sweet stuff on it.

I met a client at this location and it's your standard Panera. I have never been a fan of their bread because I feel it's a bit too hard for my taste. It was clean but service was a bit slow. There was a fair amount of customers but it took awhile to get basic orders out. I ended up purchasing a French Onion Soup to go and it was ok. I prefer the traditional melted cheese on top of the bowl and this is pretty much just shredded cheese.

I got screwed in the drive thru this morning. For the price of the cafe latte's you would think the cup would be full, not a 1/4 of cup. Ughhh

I have only one suggestion to make, chicken should not be served with the red veins to this extent. Why it was served this way is beyond reasoning. Just open and check you sandwich if it's one with chicken in it. Quality check is important in any kitchen before food arrives in the consumers hands.

This location consistently let's me down. The morning drive through is an atrocious letdown! You're lucky if you're out in 5 minutes. Ordered 2 bagels and a breakfast sandwich. Got the bagels and 4 minutes later was told to pull around front and wait. I said no, my kids have to go to school. The man yelled "mayday" and a girl in the back with blond hair yelled "ok and". I kindly asked for a refund so I could leave. The guy never gave me a receipt. I asked for one and he said he couldn't product one. I'm disgusted with the lack of service this location provided compared to others. I'll take my business to the Sandlake location or Ernestine's from now on.

I'm a Panera Bread fan and tend to end up at one everytime I'm on vacation because I get up EARLY and my husband and daughter like to sleep in. I ALWAYS ALWAYS get the Egg White, Spinach and Roasted Tomato breakfast sandwich WHICH is AWESOME. I've had a couple Panera Bread locations NAIL IT with the perfect head distribution to melt the cheese and have the egg white, spinach and tomato stay in tack. I've also had locations SLAY the prep or leave something off. However this location did a OK job. My husband LOVE the Oatmeal Raisin cookies, I picked some up after my breakfast to take back to him and he DID NOT like them. He said they taste as if they were from the night before and honestly Panera bread usually make the cookies fresh each morning which wasn't the case at this location so they get a THUMBS DOWN on the FRESH Cookies and PAstries

Have only eaten Breakfast here but always great! One of the few places you can get good coffee and good food. The bacon, egg and cheese on Ciabatta bread is a must have breakfast sandwich. Smoothies are great and so are the pastries. Quick service and nice dining area.

Someone get this Panera some HELP! I had the same issue with my coffees as a previous reviewer, my boss and I went through the drive through and ended up with a single cup between the two of us. The sandwiches were wrong and the ladies there were just plain RUDE. They seem pretty disorganized and its such as shame because they were an easy go to for lunch but no one from my job wants to eat there now because we've all experienced some nightmare of service story. I hope this store gets some help because they can't afford to slack with their prices!

The joke at my house is what are they going to mess up this time. This Panera gets even a one sandwich and drink order wrong ! It happened to me this morning. This has been a problem since the place opened.

I am a big fan of Sweet Tomatoes restaurants as they have several back where I grew up. Menus vary I know a lot of what I like so I typically check online and call ahead to make sure they have what I'm craving if I see something. I have called this location twice now before going and both times they didn't have what I asked about. They weren't rushing to refill any items either (we were there at 7 they don't close until 9). I went to ask about them not having items they didn't have that were listed on the website, they said you have to call first. When I explained that I did, they just said sorry. I put something on the website about my experience, someone called me and left a message to call back, it was a number that just rings and rings and no one answers... How convenient. Overall I'm pretty disappointed in this location. Food quality has not been as good as I've expected from a sweet tomatoes either. A lot of their things are broken as well (the water dispenser on one side of the drink station had no handle to get water for instance). Staff is friendly that's about as good as it seems to get here though, thus the 2 stars. I live by this one but think I will start visiting another of their locations here and hoping it is a better experience. Would not recommend this one though.

To cassie F. In their defense they are not allowed to open a individual serving container and cream cheese your bagel its against their health code also if they had to sit there and spread everyones cream cheese you would be waiting a while. PLUS some people like alot of cream cheese some people like a little bit......so its a no win situation with the bagels being prepared. NOW As for having the supply of bagels complain to management and not about the team because they cannot help it if the bakers the night before do not make enough dough for bagels. And the cookies are made fresh first thing in the morning but as to the fact as there are no preservatives in their dough (MAKING IT BETTER FOR YOU) Depending when you eat the cookies or pastries will affect the taste.
