Much nicer now that the outdoor area is non smoking. Thanks Panera

I ordered you pick two to-go a few weeks back. I had the Asian salad and chicken soup. There was hardly any soup or salad and soup was also luke warm. They forgot my sourdough bread so I drove back. The bread they game me was not sourdough and was disgusting. I went to this panera again today and it was delicious. I wish the food, quantity and quality was consistent.

My friend & I ordered the "You Pick 2" I got a cup of soup and 1/2 sandwich, my friend ordered a 1/2 sandwich and 1/2 salad. The "Italian Combo Sandwich" is an odd name for a sandwich that has a miniscule piece of "Seared steak", smoked turkey breast, smoked ham, salami, Swiss cheese, and "combo sauce". The only thing "Italian" about it was the salami... The meats & cheese were all piled right in the middle of the bun so each of the first bites were only bread and lettuce. I asked the cashier what the combo sauce was & she said she didn't know (what?) I asked someone else for a side of Italian dressing and was told they didn't have any! (what?) The "Bistro French Onion Soup topped with Gruyere", was served lukewarm with a teeny tiny, itty bitty, smidgen of cheese. I think most people are accustomed to French Onion Soup with a thick layer of melted cheese... The Strawberry Poppyseed & Chicken Salad was good, light & tasty, but kind of dry. Could have used more dressing. My friend wasn't crazy about the Thai Chicken Flatbread Sandwich. There wasn't a lot of chicken, the bread was dry & hard, and it could have used more peanut sauce and Thai vinaigrette. The employees emptied all of the iced tea containers while customers were still eating, so there were no refills available :-( One nice thing we learned was that we could get a .99 cent pastry because we ordered drinks!

Compared to other Panera stores, I would say this one was on par. The locale was clean and organized. Showed up around 8:30am during the week, and it was fairly empty, not too crowded at all. The service and personnel taking our order were friendly and nice, striking up some casual conversation which was pleasant. The food seems to be a standard that hasn't missed. Going for a power-lite sandwich, it was prepared well, and considering the healthy-ness of the sandwich, it was good. The latte could leave something to be desired, but it was a decent latte. If I happen to be in the area again, sure, I will swing by!

I've been coming to this Panera for 3 years. There's a bunch of good food options in this area but I always choose to go to this location because the food is always excellent and the staff is friendly especially the manager Eric Nelson. He's always working the cash register and is always helpful.

Great place to have lunch. Nice place with excellent service. They have good combos with prices you just choose what you feel like eating. They have a very nice soup too. Worth it to go check.

This is one of my favorite places in Orlando. I like the food, free wi-fi and the staff. And I can get productive work done here. (I never camp on a table during rush hours.) I much prefer Panera to Starbucks as an office on-the-go. I also buy the giant loaves of whole grain bread... haven't tried the breads yet, so I cant comment. The other Panera shops around here are great, too.

Worst Panera ever!!!! Major lack of accuracy in food preparation and resolution of situation. Management is grimy..ugh.

Creamy tomato rocks! Just make sure you get on front of the old people in line, take forever to order and they practically live there...

Had the most pathetic Panera sandwich of my life here today. Got it to-go so I wasn't able to get it corrected when I realized it. I ordered a Napa Chicken Salad Sandwich which is a regular item for me to get at any Panera. I was highly surprised when I unwrapped my sandwich to find that half of my sandwich was empty due to the small amount of chicken salad actually placed on it.

I've ate at different Panera's and this one was like all the other ones. The parking lot is big so you'll have no problem finding a parking spot. As you enter the building its the same layout as all the other ones with the pastries as the first thing you see then the cash registers where you place your order. The customer service was excellent as always and the food came out pretty quick as well. I ordered the you pick two with broccoli cheddar and the BBQ chicken flatbread and the wifey got the creamy tomato and the Greek chicken salad. Both tasted great as always. Good experience overall would definitely go to that location again.

Food and service is always good but their restrooms were so disgusting! There wet paper towels all over the floor and the seats seemed like it had smeared crap on it! Ended up not even using the restroom and held it in until I got home. There's lots of parking in the plaza and shops nearby. This was one of the most uncleanly Panera's I've been too.

The service at Panera was awful. I ordered the Spinach and bacon soufflé that sits up on the display. (Ready to go food). The manager that took my order on Kim register did not follow thru with my order. Several customers came in and order The ready to go full as well. Plus, other customers ordered fresh food and got their order and left. My spinach and bacon soufflé still sitting at the display. I never received my bacon and spinach soufflé. So I went to the manager that took my order and explain that I never did get my food, he never opened his mouth to apologize or to provide any feedback. I would not go to the Michigan Panera. I told him to refund my money. Poor customer service.

I can't get enough of their broccoli and cheddar soup. I mean, I would bathe in if it was socially acceptable. I go back and forth between the Sierra turkey sandwich (always on tomato basil bread because it's amazing) or the tomato and mozzarella panini. I've never been impressed with their salads unfortunately. Green tea is also addicting!

Love this place with quick, simple, health lunch. Love the consistency of food everytime you order. Always order the "pick two". And I know it's fatten put I enjoy the whipped butter and bread.

Went here this morning for a few bagels and asked for butter. Didn't get any in the bag so before I left I asked the manager/the person who wears the button down for the butter. She was a grump! And didn't give me enough butter! The other person in my party went back to ask for butter, and she wasn't any more pleasant. What a shame.

Love the chicken poppyseed salad, I ordered a half but was given a whole. Too much for me but very good. The bread is so good.

I came here specifically for the free wi-fi. Apparently others do the same as there were many patrons seated with piles of paperwork, anatomy books, and laptops. I usually order the 1/2 sandwich and cup of soup. I really enjoy their vegetarian black bean soup along with a baugette. Now, the baugettes are not all that impressive. My Mediterranean veggie sandwich was ok, the bread was not to my liking, it was somewhat different, like a orange bread. I will say the service was excellent here. Servers came to my table to ask if I needed anything throughout my visit. (Never know if I should tip these people at these types of restaurants?) I mean, it's not the best, but if you need wi-fi, and happen to be hungry it might just be your spot.

I have coffee almost every Friday morning here with an old friend and it's fun to watch how many regulars there are. I never thought I'd say this about a chain but it feels like a neighborhood coffee shop.

I'm finally swearing off Panera after a lengthy love-affair. I always thought it would change but it hasn't and it won't. Anytime I go to Panera, I typically order the "Pick 2" and get a half salad and broccoli cheddar soup which I think is pretty good. I never really pegged Panera as a restaurant but it wasn't really fast food either, it just existed in this middle atmosphere where the food was prepared quickly and you pretty much served yourself but in a classy, relaxed atmosphere. The service is dwindling and so is the quality of the food. I decided to deviate from the salad and get a panini. If you're going to press or grill a panini, then DO THAT. I can't appreciate a panini that's been in the grill for two seconds and then thrown on a plate for me. The cheese wasn't even melted. The outdoor seating at this particular location isn't so great, it's right by the alley so you get a great view of the wall and the Boston Market. I feel like Panera is a great place to go and relax or work on things with free wi-fi but I can't justify it if I don't want to order anything anymore. I have found that this isn't the only location with service and food not up to par. The Fashion Square location is a nightmare: it's where masochists go for their food - I used to attend a meetup group there and found that the employees go out of their way to be rude. Farewell, Panera. We had some good times.

This location is huge! It also kinda busy so stake your table as soon as you can. The other patrons are super sweet. Some old guy offered the chips from his meal.

Usually this place is spot on, but today I am eating what is probably the worst Caesar salad I have ever had. Made with iceberg lettuce, and not only that it looks like the left over "rindy" part of the lettuce. I also had to ask for more dressing because it barely had any.

Great location, delicious food and friendly staff. The bread and bagels are always fresh and big, the pastries are deadly good, and the sandwiches are unique and tasty. I like the fact that there is free, Wi-Fi..see ya Starbucks!...and the place is clean and not too crowded. I can usually find a place to plug in my laptop but people are courteous enough to share outlets and bring extension plugs for the outlets. The staff is great, always smiling.
