My wife and I stopped here to kill some time before our haircut appointment. I looked at the coffee urns and did not see any decaf. I ask Elizabeth if they had any and she glanced around at all the empty urns behind her and said "I think they are making some". Well we never did get any. We got a blueberry scone. It was stale. We always have some type of issue when we visit any Panera. They always run out of the quiches well before their breakfast hours end. This leads me to believe they are not made in house. We were there after the lunch hour so it was not busy. So no excuse for the poor service.

I'm a huge fan of Panera Bread, but this particular location? not so much. Their pastries are not so fresh, the staff needs more training in knowing the products a little bit more. I just feel the restaurant is way too new and management is trying to keep it together so i will give this location the benefit of the doubt for now. When I come back again if things change for the better then i will up my rating. For now all you guys getting is a 3 and thats being nice.

There's something strange about Panera bread, I don't know if it always was this way or not. but it kind of feels like a hospital cafeteria. I do like how they put the time of brewing on the coffee. But that's really about the only thing that's likable here. I mean how can you serve bagels, a large assortment of bagels. And then fork out the cream cheese in a shitty little plastic container. Isn't there some law that says you can't serve bagels without lox or at least lox spread. This is just another crappy American chain.

Always forget something on our order at the Lake Nona location!! This is probably the third or fourth time. I don't have this problem at the Panera on Osceola Parkway.

They always mess up my order. If you ask for no onions, you get onions, I asked for extra dressing once in the drive through a got a teaspoon (we measured it because I was so surprised they would put that little in there) on the side. There is little customer service and it's not like there aren't two better locations within a ten minute drive.

I have to agree with Vee T. about this Panera location. We live in the area and come to this location at least once a week and there is ALWAYS an issue. Today, it was 8:00AM on a Friday, and they were already out of Everything bagels. According to the employee, this was because of a catering order. Huh? If there was a catering order, I would think it would have been ordered ahead of time and planned for by the management. Running out of baked items has happened to us numerous times. It is usually the Everything bagel and has also been the croissant and sesame bagel. Another big problem is that when you ask for your bagel toasted, it comes out warm with no color. We have asked for it to be toasted again and then told by the employee that they will not be responsible if it comes out burned?? How about adjusting the toaster before you toast it the first time? Just about every time we visit, they run out of half and half as there does not seem to be an employee in charge of making sure they are full. Overall, we really would like to continue to visit this location since is it close to home, but there needs to be some major management changes because this has to be the worse run Panera in the Orlando area. The customer experience needs to take priority.

Occasionally I will stop by Panera's to grab a soup and salad for the wife. On this visit I decided to go with their Pick Two special and I chose a Broccoli Cheddar Soup and a Turkey Cobb Salad. I couldn't resist their dessert options so I went with a Chocolate Croissant and Strawberries & Cream pastry. The pastry didn't impress me much, it was bit stale but the croissant was fluffy and the chocolate hit the spot. Service at the register was helpful and Cammi helped me understand their special because the descriptions on the board are somewhat confusing. It took less than 5 minutes to complete my order and everything was correct so I have no complaints. The interior was clean and spacious and the bathroom was spotless. This Panera is located in Lake Nona on Narcoossee between Dowden and Moss Park Road adjacent to the restuarant Nona Blue.

With drive through and a spacious dining area, we were pleased to find this on our way to Kennedy Space Center

After watching the commercials a few times, I was highly anticipating trying the Turkey chili and the Southwest Chicken flatbread. I was very much disappointed. The chili was very subpar, comparable to canned soup. The flatbread was bland as well, and did not remind me of southwest flavor in the least. These were big let downs for me. I did like the drive through window at this location though. It made getting a to go order very easy.

Great place for fast healthy fresh food. Service here is great. It gets pretty busy so you might have to wait 15 minutes for your food. They do have a dive thru also. Thai chicken salad is one of my favorite salads and the Frontega chicken sandwich is one of my favorite sandwiches.

I have been a devoted Panera customer for over ten years. I've never experienced poor customer service at any of their chains from Tampa, DC, Chicago, LA, to Orlando. At least until today. I was diagnosed with an autoimmune disorder this past summer and I can no longer eat gluten (to my dismay, but I'd rather be healthy than sick). It was a last minute breakfast stop for my sisters and I. So I asked the associate when placing my order if they had any gluten free options - to my surprise she had zero clue and made it seem like a burden... So she asked her supervision who was standing next to her finishing an order with another customer if there was any gluten free menus. (Just to add in the restaurant was very empty, so she wasn't very busy). To my surprise she not only said no, but made me feel so small for asking as if I was a burden and a difficult customer. She assumed that there was maybe a salad that was gluten free but refused to stop and ask for further information. So I turned around and immediately told my family I'm not going to eat, and we decided to go elsewhere (Sweet Mama's if anyone is wondering! They have plenty of gluten free options! And the staff are so nice!) At 5 p.m. I ended up calling Panera and speaking to the manager Tim. Not only was he helpful, but let me know there is indeed a small gluten free menu! He was so appreciative that I called and let me vent about my encounter earlier in the morning. And he knew exactly who I was talking about, so it wasn't a first for the manager. I will go there again, but will be hesitant the next time I visit.

I've been to this location twice. The second time (and last) I found a hair in my turkey sandwich. Soo soo gross. When I called to let the manager know (not expecting anything just making sure his staff is wearing proper head attire ) he said he would send me a $5 gift card. I never got that and this was a month ago.

Let's be honest, you don't come to Panera for gourmet coffee and food. I come here to get out of the office and to work. The internet and bottomless caffeine is why I come. I've been here about 40 minutes and the router has stopped working twice now. The absolute best Panera would still probably only get 4 stars, but then again no one has spit in my food or cursed a me. Average both of those realities and a large portion of broken internet and you get 1.5 stars. I'll be nice and round up. UPDATE: I was told that "sometimes Apple products have a hard time connecting to our wireless." Yeah, that's probably going to cause problems down here in Lake Nona.

We went from ok, to skimping on ingredients and now every drive-thru order is incomplete. Consistency would be nice.

I'm a big Panera fan when I travel so very disappointed that this franchise falls short in following the Panera standards regarding menu and quality. I won't visit again until a new operator is found.

The boyfriend got my order wrong and the staff was very accommodating in fixing my order. They even let me keep the wrong order instead of throwing it out. That's a PLUS in my book, I hate when restaurants waste perfectly good food because of any order mistake. GO PANERA LAKE NONA!

A standard Panera, with good soups and fresh salads. Love the secret menu items for breakfast and lunch. This is a hopping location, but the wait isn't usually too long of a wait!
