Not a fan , had the French onion soup, VERY salty. Don't wate your money and it had next to no cheese on the top as it should. Kinda my fault for expecting it to be done the right way.

Just your standard Panera, nothing over the top and nothing terrible. I had both dinner (pick 2: turkey sierra with mac and cheese) and breakfast (whole grain with egg and cheese) and everything was as expected. The service was friendly and my food was made quickly. No complaints.

I love Panera and frequent it at home but while I was with my husband on a business trip in Orlando, I hit up the outlet mall and found this location. I thought, hmmm, an easy salad sounds good so I went in. It was sort of a mistake. While my salad was really good, there was something "off" with the employees here. The workers were friendly and there were plenty of them working during the INSANE lunchtime rush, but they didn't seem to know much about the menu or the food in general. My standard order here is a chicken avocado cobb salad, no eggs, whole grain baguette as my side. When I placed the same order I do just about every week at my hometown Panera, the girl at the register looked and me and said "it don't have eggs." Uh, yeah, I can assure you that "it do." She also tried to argue with me and say that Panera doesn't have whole grain baguettes anymore, never mind the fact that there was a full basket of whole grain baguettes directly behind her head! I suspect this kind of poor customer service is what's behind the low ratings. I went around 12:30 and it was so crowded that it was standing room only. Go EARLY if you want a place to sit and eat. The food is standard Panera fare, nothing more and nothing less. The prices seemed a bit higher than normal too, but I'm sure that's just due to its location in a prime tourist and business spot.

Not a huge fan of Panera. I ordered the 4 cheese souffle and it was burnt :-( I only come here if I have a gift card or can't find anything else.

My husband and I went to Panera Bread on Vineland Ave in Orlando FL for breakfast. We ordered... nothing out of the ordinary... a bagel with cream cheese, a bacon egg and cheese breakfast sandwich, coffee, and a lemonade. Our name was taken; we were given a "buzzer" which was to go off when the order was ready. We waited and waited. Finally my husband heard his name being called; the buzzer never went off. When my husband went to retrieve the order the only thing that was there was the breakfast sandwich. When he inquired about the rest of the order the manager got really rude with him saying " that is your order". My husband came back to the table to get the receipt to prove we had ordered other things; at that point the manager said "well some other customer took your bagel" and walked away. After about 5 minutes of conversation my husband got the bagel but no coffee or lemonade. The sandwich was cold by that time and the experience of dealing with the rude manager was unbelievable. When my husband went back to the counter to get the coffee and lemonade the manager looked him in the face and said " really? WOW!" Lastly, while we were eating, in an area where there were no other customers, the manager sent a female over to vacuum. She vacuumed around our table only including under it while we were sitting there. She kept taking the vacuum and going back and forth under our table once even hitting my foot. We felt this was done in retaliation due to my husband complaining about our not getting our order. Amazing! What an awful experience. To this experience I have to take my queue from the manager "Really? WOW!"

This is the worst Panera I've been to. Service is slow, the quality of the food was not as good as the other Paneras I have been to. For example, I got the turkey and avacado sandwich, it costs a lot extra but they put 3 slivers of avacodo on it about the size of a thumb nail and they were as hard as one too. As I was sitting I could hear another guest complaing about his order. Drive the extra miles and go to the florida mall location, much better service.

My wife had to have a Mediterranean veggie sandwich, in which I went thru numerous toll booths (they really get out of towners) to find it. We split this and the crust was so tough, it had very little pesto and really was not satisfying at all. Not impressed for the price of a little tomato, some lettuce and pesto for $7 bucks and $5.75 in tolls.

Good soup and sandwich deals for lunch. Fairly priced too.

I can always count on Panera for an excellent lunch. This location has a Disney discount for cast members. Broccoli cheddar soup and the sierra turkey sandwich is my favorite you pick two combination!

Stopped at this location for breakfast while on vacation in Disney. I have been here twice. The first time was in April 2013 was a disaster. Our order was messed up. The 3 sandwiches we ordered were all wrong. We didn't ask for anything special just a regular sandwhich the same way it comes and it was just one huge mess.On the bright side the let us keep the "messed up sandwiches" It seems like we were not the only ones having this issue since others were complaining as well, not to mention that they took such a long time! Then my most recent visit was in June 2013 and they were a lot better. Not sure if it is because we went really early in the morning. All the sandwiches and drinks we order were right and tasted great.

Great Panera Bread location! All the staff were very friendly and attentive. The food was as expected and the restaurant was clean. Good location next to the outlets! Many of the local restaurants have fallen to become tourist traps so it was nice to eat at a chain where the food quality was on par with home.

We've been going to this Panera for 2 years now and don't plan on returning. The last several times we picked up takeout there were a few ingredients missing from our salad and/or sandwich. We were already home each time so had to make a call to let them know about this problem...very disappointing. The Manager indicated he would refund our money on the card we used to pay but he never did and frankly we were so frustrated we didn't follow up. I decided to give them ONE more chance yesterday and sure enough when I got home the cookie I had ordered with my sandwich was missing. Never ever again...

I love Panera Bread. I really do. The workers at this location though... I'll give them the benefit of the doubt: it was empty and close to closing. But... c'mon. I was sick (on my honeymoon of all things) and in need of some solid soup. We located this Panera on Yelp and off we went. Our cashier was having some serious trouble answering a couple of simple questions about the menu (she really just didn't know) -- but no big deal. I can handle that. What I can't stand is when employees are loudly talking to each other behind the counter about less-than-desirable bits of personal information. I'm wonderfully informed now on the "goings-on" of teens and lower twenty somethings in Central Florida -- but at the cost of a nice meal. I hope the managerial staff gets their hands on this review so that they can let the staff know to be quiet when on the clock. Nobody wants to hear your business.

I have been coming here for a while. Food is always good and the service is good too. Sometimes the internet is a bit slow. Overall, nice Panera!

They have consistently good food, made partially fresh and service is always quite good. This is a much better choice than ANY fast good out there. Do yourself a favor and go in for some good food. Their prices keep going up, but I guess that has to do with the long lines.

This is undoubtably the worst Panera I have ever been to. Consistently, the food is mediocre, the place looks dirty and the service is not knowledgable about their own product.

Would have been 5 stars but while we were getting our water and bringing our stuff to our table, the staff was yelling across the restaurant to try to figure out where we were. I knew our food was about to be ready, but give me a second to set my stuff down.

I frequent panera bread often, they have good food and it's quick and easy. My experience here was mostly awful. They didn't have the appropriate bread for the sandwich I ordered. Instead of asking what we would like as a side they automatically gave us baguettes. I ordered a grilled cheese sandwich with a side of yogurt for my son and they gave us a bag of potato chips and apple chips. When I mentioned that I has asked for yogurt I was rudely told, "we don't have anymore!" I would have liked to have been asked what I'd like as an alternative to the yogurt. I did appreciate the gentleman who cleared our table though.

It's your typical Panera. Pretty good! I know it can get very crowded here being near Disney, but I've never had bad service nor had to search for a place to sit (parking though...). Yummy breads, good sandwiches (stay away from the Chicken Cuban though), nice employees.

Good food since it has to be the standard panera food. The workers suck. They forget your orders and don't pay attention while you're placing your order. Go to a different panera if you can.

Very slow service at this Panera. Kitchen needs better management. I have seen many Panera fans, even many Elite's give both high scores and high dissatisfaction at the same time. From Boca to Orlando. Came here to order off of the hyped "secret menu". mypanera.panerabread.com… I was looking forward to it, but sadly other than the manager, they did not know how to make the order, and also, regardless of the order type, they were crazy slow. I keep wanting to like them, but they keep failing on delivery. You Yelper Elites, that give both high and low scores. Work your magic. The chain has a good concept, but is failing on execution.
