If I could give this location a negative star I would. Warning DO NOT ORDER CURBSIDE PICKUP! There are no signs outside and you will end up waiting even longer. A pickup time was given to me, 20 minutes later I got my food. After waiting outside, I had to park my car and go into the restaurant - no apologies, instead they tell me I had to wait another 5 minutes. Overall a really BAD experience.

First off, I tend to travel often and try to oh to placed familiar I have done business before. Outback is a favorite of mine. This one I waited 30 minutes and never offered bread or menu- requested bread from 2 servers who never returned. Requested manager twice- never even approached me- I left after 40 minutes. Called back and it seemed not to a dramatic issue to her. I am appalled. Worst experience of my Life.

Great service, waitress was sweet. What I do not understand is how in our day and age of allergies especially with kids are these large chain not accommodating to cooking using double fryers for shell fish allergies. Wasn't fun to not order an appetizer(s) due to the fact most of everything ordered is fried. They offered to bake the wings which was nice but 50 minutes for an appetizer? No thanks. Steak was good but found a lot of the found over salted or seasoned. Mac and cheese was spicy. But back to my rant an allergies big companies, be reminded that these kids you cannot accommodate today are your future clients. My son said he never wants to go back to Outback EVER. There are many chains that will accommodate. It does take a few more minutes of effort but a customer for life. My son loves RED ROBIN us not so much, but go there because they accommodate and my son was happy. Let's see our bill was $150.00. Let's do some math, if we could have ordered the appetizers we wanted the bill would have easily reached close to $180.00! Mmmmmmmm

Horrendous! 1star is too much for this poorly run joint. Don't leave your money there. We went with two little ones (5months old and two y.o.). It was on Mother's Day. If I knew it would be so bad, we would just drive home and I'd spent time cooking food for the whole family. Where do I begin... Only positive thing was being seated right away. But even then whoever was sitting us, took us to the wrong table and told us to wait till he goes back to figure out the table. We sit down and no waiter to be seen for the next 7-10 minutes. Only people fussing around because party of 10 next to us had all orders messed up. I had to get up and look for manager. I could only find waiter who agreed to pick up our table. Food was taking more than 25-30 minutes. My husband ordered a sandwich and I've ordered an appetizer trio for my entree. While waiting, empty tray appeared next to us, so I've used it to put disgusting bread and whipped margarine on it, so my daughter would not eat it. That tray with dirty plate and bread stood there the whole time, even when we were leaving. My 5months old was getting fussy, so I took her to walk around a little. And all I could see is servers returning wrong ordered food and a manager (young girl in red jacket) apologizing for mistakes and promising to comp the food. Food finally arrived. Was hot, but no flavor, average. My husband had to eat the meat only from the sandwich, bread was plain and cheap kind. Asked for the bill. It was $25.01, waiter asked how much do we need in change, because he only had $11 in bank for change. (My husband gave $40). How convenient, that's exactly 18% tip. Didn't mind giving it, poor guy was running there with his other tables. Just the fact that it was asked like that. To add to all this, men's bathroom was flooded and dirty. Highly recommend to the management start making some changes: back and front of the house, train servers properly (no food auctioning, which saves from serving food to wrong people), have reliable and good cooks, food timing, not communicating with a front of the house. I've been in food and beverage industry for 10 years, and it's been, by far, the worse experience I've ever had!!!

Outback Steakhouse is the latest restaurant to open its doors at the all new I Drive 360 complex at the Orlando Eye. In keeping with the direction of the new tourist friendly stop on International Drive, this Outback features a "Modern Australia" building design on the inside and the outside that is the first of its kind. The design of this location was based on the regional geography of Australia. The idea is to give guests the sense of adventure that being down under brings, as well as to reflect the leisure of modern day Australia. Along with the new modern Australia design is a pretty modern and cool outdoor dining patio area that wraps around the building. The area has plenty of seating and there are fans outside as well to help keep you cool. Guests will enjoy a more spacious bar area that includes a community table with customized seating and furnishings, vibrant colors and connects directly to the outdoor dining patio. I got to try the Maple Mustard Glazed Pork Chops during a preview and training session. I must admit, they were pretty good and packed with flavor. My dining companion went Surf and Turf with the Outback Special and Shrimp Combo. The steak was cooked perfectly and the Coconut Shrimp were a tad sweet, but very good as well.

Worst experience there. The tables were empty yet it took them 45 minutes to seat us. Service was incredible slow, and they served us a rock instead of salmon. Apparently it was left on the hotplate for half an hour. Not worth the money.

I never thought I would give a five star rating to a chain restaurant but I was blown away when I was down in Orlando one night. Multiple people came by to make sure we were taken care of +1 star. Immensely helpful waiter who was amazingly personable and fast and attentive +1 star. Manager who came by to ask how everything was going +1 star. Good speed on the kitchen and good food +1 star. More follow up from waiter and manager +1 star. Anybody looking at getting a restaurant manager should check out the guy running this joint. He's got these guys on their 'A' game.

Great experience thanks to manager Justin Smith. He took care of a misunderstanding with a waiter and made us feel appreciated . Definitely will visit that outback again.

Awkwardly slow. Hopefully it will last through to when the Orlando Eye opens! The staff was friendly and the food was consistent with other locations. Will be back soon....if they stick around.

worst experience ever !!!! food served cold , sides missing, waiters who didnt know bacon was served on rib eye sandwich, then when food sent back to reheat, took 45 mins and got a piece of raw pork... showed manager and he agreed he would not eat the raw pork....hamburger missing side of fries---- fries served after burger already consumed because it took so long...top it off... bills were incorrect and had to be redone and toilets were filthy...

So I came to outback for Father's Day with my boyfriend and at first we were excited to come to this location. When we were ready to order our drinks the waiter took the order then came back to ask us what we ordered again. I was thrown off because outback is a very well known restaurant and to not remember drink orders is a pretty bad start. As we waited they brought the drinks fairly quick which I was happy with however we ordered our food with a rush because the waiter just wanted to take the order. We ended up waiting about 40 mins to get the food. The food was hot and ready to eat but no one came and gave us anything to eat with. We waited and saw several people walking around and our waiter never came, eventually after 10 mins she came back and asked how was the food we haven't even touched, I advised her we didn't have anything to eat the food with. She ran and grab it brought it back then left. No one ever came to ask us for a refill, we had to ask her to come to us just for a drink. I will say the food was great and that's what I expected but the service was horrible. I will come back to an outback just not this one.

This Outback is hit or miss. Today was a miss. Ordered filet & crab legs. Crab legs were very old & fishy. Could not eat them. The steak was cooked properly but was overly spicy. After telling server crab legs were inedible, they were taken away but no manager ever appeared. Not did I even see a manger walking around the store the whole visit. The weather outside was chilly but the restaurant was colder. I was told it was on automatic timer but noone knew how to change it. Seriously? C'mon Outback, get it together!

Great service! Always good for a good steak. Our server David was very kind and patient with my mother, and efficient with service. And when my parents asked for extra butter, a server named Nicole brought more than we could ever hope for! I've been to lots of other Outbacks but the service stood out here.

Just your average Outback. Food is decent and consistent. Service was very friendly and they even let us stay late to finish our beverages.

Had lunch on the patio today. Nice new restaurant. Service was very good, our server was attentive and on point with what we needed. Four stars for her! Unfortunately the food was 2 stars. We had two different steaks, mashed potatoes, baked potato and salads. I ordered a medium rare rib eye, it was over seasoned and over cooked. Not a drop of pink anywhere but we were in a hurry so I didn't send it back. Mashed potatoes were pretty bland. Wife's steak was ordered well done and cooked well done. She got the outback special steak, it was a very tough piece of meat. Baked potato was short on toppings. Side salads were fresh. Overall I've been to better Outback's for sure, maybe they will work the kinks out in the kitchen.

I'm only giving two stars because the food was good and the manager was super nice. We waited 35 minutes to be seated, but hey, it's I-Drive, everything's gonna be crowded. When we finally got a table the server was MIA. The manager was the one who took our drinks/appetizer order. The server brought the drinks after 5 minutes aprox. & said that the appetizer would be out soon. Soon was actually 20 minutes later. The food took like 30 more minutes and my order was incorrect. I didn't complain because I wasnt goint to wait another 30 minutes. The server didnt bring any silverware and we waited like 5 minutes for him to appear. We ended up asking another server for silverware. The food was very good! Thanks God! The server never stopped to ask if everything was alright. We asked him for the bill and he never came back. The manager came to the table apologizing for the wait and he brought us the bill. It was a really bad experience.

Been to outback many times. It is a particular favorite for my fiancé and I since they have pretty awesome wings. That being said, this is one of the worst experiences I've had in a restaurant in a while. We sat in the bar area to watch the football games and no sooner had we sat down than two different families with children under 10 came into sit in the bar and the adults were drinking. I have strong issues with this since I question who drives home safely. Also our service left more than enough for room for improvement. Our waitress, when she decided to come around and check on us left without taking anything from our table leaving us with a full table and little room to eat. When my fiancé asked for more of the aioli sauce for his tacos he was told "no". The manager stepped by our table to push her arm in front of my face to hand him his sauce with the phrase of "yum, yum here you go". This will be the very! Last! Time! We eat at this outback.

We went to outback cuz it's our favorite. We said -Outback is outback no matter where you go. WRONG! It wasn't too busy there but it was 9pm. The first thing that happened was a waiter dropped a side of BBQ sauce that sprayed all over my sandals, feet, and legs. I had to go to the restroom to wash my feet and sandals! We mentioned it to our waiter, gaston, and he replied "oh". We ordered the special medium rare, Salads with dressing on the side, sour cream/chive potatoes. Our salads came loaded with dressing. We had to ask a random waiter for bread. Our waiter keep disappearing for 15 minutes at a time. Our steaks came well done. They were flat not the usual tall and they were fire grilled. The potatoes were loaded with bacon and cheese. We are the good basically because someone delivered the food and left. Our waiter never came by. When we were done, he walked by and said he'd get some more water. Five minutes later, he dropped it off as he walked by. We were ready for the check but it took 20 minutes for him to come back. We were just pulling cash out to leave it on the table and leave. It took 2 hrs to eat!!! Then we both had to run for the bathroom at the motel! Horrible Outback- BEWARE!!!

Where to begin. I'm in town for a convention and decided to go somewhere in walking distance. So many restaurants on international drive but chose outback. After dealing with a host that gave me the blankest stare ever I decided to just go to the bar. Bartender was cordial at first but then became the highlight of the evening. Not only did George recommend items that I never thought to try before but he was also pure entertainment. It's weird because I read another review that basically bashed him and I did not get that at all. He does move around a lot but I did not see it as being rude, the bar is full and he is listening to me while multi tasking. Food came out on time and hot, later another bartender Brandon came over and introduced himself. These two work very well together. Very attentive. Chicken tacos are amazing. Manager in polka dots came around as well to check in. I will definitely return within the week before I head home
