If you don't know what Menchies is, you've probably been living under a rock, or in another country. Anyway do yourself a favor and come get some froyo (since you've been living under a rock, froyo = frozen yogurt) There's probably like 10-12 flavors, some of which rotate (bring cookie butter back). Then tons of toppings you put on yourself. It's super customizable and great for a hot day, and for kids!

I'm an avid Menchies goer, so much so that upon my recent checkout they told me I'd racked up a $5 coupon through my rewards points. What. How does that happen? I'm not sure either. Anyways, back to the food. Of the myriad of fro yo places, Menchies reigns supreme. The flavors aren't watery and don't taste fake. The topping selection is outrageous, hello Heath Bars and sour strips. I'll never be able to decide between fruit or chocolate flavors, so I usually mix them all together and then top with loads of candy. During my last trip I became an instant fan of their new Sweet N' Tangy Peach Mango! Just try it and top with lots of sour candies. Menchies, I'll be back for more.

It was an average frozen yogurt shop. Nothing of this location stuck out of the ordinary. Of course, as always, the frozen yogurt was good but it was not out of this world. The staff was just hanging around chatting while we looked around and sampled for the flavor we liked. They never greeted us when we came in either. We had to get their attention in order to get rung up. All in all, the product was good but the service was not.

I don't give many, if any 5 star reviews but this place deserves it. The staff are always young but always very pleasant. There are free sample cups laid out. They aren't stingy like some places who act like their life will be doomed if you sample multiple flavors. And as for the flavors, they are some of the best I have found so far. Some of them also get switched in and out every so often so it keeps it fresh. The toppings bar is one of the best selections I have seen too. Price wise it's very fair for the type of business and the area that it is in. I can't have any complaints about that. Over all, it's just a great place to go for some dessert after you have hit one of the local restaurants.

I totally liked this place. Too bad they were out of most of their favors, only had 5 ... This is why I'm giving them 3 stars. (I loved their new mango flavor!)

We are on vacation and found this gem and kept coming back. Nice selection of fro yo that are also gluten and sugar free. The toppings are pretty good and are clearly labeled. It was really clean and very affordable. We went back a couple of times.

Awesome frozen yogurt. After a long day, my daughter and I took a twilight stroll from the resort to City Walk for a frozen yogurt. There were many flavors to choose from along with toppings and sauces. It is somewhat expensive but delicious

Obsessed with self serve fro-yo; especially in warm climates like FL! Menchies didn't disappoint. We stopped in around 9PM and despite being busy we got our yogurt pretty quickly and the place was pretty clean, considering the revolving door of people coming and going. Highlight for me was the Cinnamon Buns flavor. Pretty standard at $0.49/oz, I never fill my cup more than halfway at these places and unless I am getting the tart, I go skimpy on the toppings. My fiance and I each had our own cups and it was less than $8 for the two.

better places around , I don't like the flavors that they have

It's a self serve yogurt place, so I really don't understand the whole "we don't get any customer service here" debate. It's like saying your plate wasn't filled correctly at a buffet. Other than that, the place is awesome. Grab a sample cup and get acquainted with each flavor or just dive in. You pay by the ounce so get as much or as little as you;'d like. I'd suggest going backwards and putting in topping first as it will all mix together a whole lot easier. The place is very clean and they have a few different cans of soda to chose from as well. Parking is iffy as there is a valet for the restaurant next door that reserves a lot of spaces for Monday - Friday afternoons which seems like overkill most days we go. The staff is friendly but all they really have to do is check you out because everything is pretty self explanatory.

Nom Nom Nom Nom Nom Yes Please!! Put me in a line to choose my own frozen yogurt flavor with the chance to taste each and every one? Then you give me SO many options of toppings my head spins? You Win!! Plus clean?? Double win! I am not used to these cool joints as I only indulged on my first one in CA at the end of last year. I am glad there were clear instructions, Grab a cup, Fill it up with your flavor or a mix - and top it off however you want! Let us weigh it, pay and ENJOY! I went with French Vanilla and topped it off with Pineapples, granola, yogurt chips, graham cracker crumbs, coconut shavings and peanut butter chips...can we say WOW! I finished that sucker in literally 3 minutes. I had to let my tongue thaw off afterward, it hurt! WELL worth it! Ever since I finished that last spoonful, I have been thinking of nothing but Menchies!!!!! My only :( about the entire thing...I wish the fruit was not canned and actually fresh...this would up my 4 stars to 5 fo sho for this fro yo!

Yummy!! Super cute and clean place. There isn't as many selections in flavor and is on the small side but still delicious. I love the plain tart yogurt with fruits.

My second time here, very similar to many of the other frozen yogurt places in the area. Not exactly cheap but the flavors are better here than average. I had pineapple (amazing) and cherry (usually one of my favorite flavors but was disappointing). Overall decent experience, you can literally try all of the flavors is you wanted to.

The yogurt is good esp with mochi bits but to pay per ounce is blahhh to me. Went on Halloween day and saw many patrons wearing a computer printout hat to be worn that day to get a % off. Im not big on self serve service due to the hygiene issues esp swine flu going around but ill def go back and watch the weight of my froyo!!

Menchie's is my favorite yoghurt place. Great selection of exotic flavors that change often, and a nice place to sit outside and enjoy it. Helpful staff.

Been here 2 times since my last review update... Menchies has responded!!! The frozen yogurt is FREEZING now. Ahhhhh~!!! Thank you for listening. I can't wait to go back and see what new flavors will be there next time! :D

We try to make Menchies a stop among each and every visit to Orlando. Menchies offers the best flavors, my favorites being original tart, pomegranate, and cappuccino. The yogurts are not too thin and not too thick. They also have some of the best toppings in variety and quality. Fruits are always ripe, mochi never stale, and choco pieces always delish. Service this time wasn't up to usual standards. The two guys at the counter just ignored us as we were making our way through the store. This is completely different from the usual service we get when the owner or the other employees are present. Someone needs some more froyo... And isn't that little guy in the logo just too cute?

We have been long time customers of Menchies but, after tonight, we would be hard pressed to return. Tonight's negative experience wasn't related to quality but to customer service. Went in around 8 PM. Our wants were simple. Tart yoghurt with strawberries. There were no strawberries on the line and when I asked the "employee" he begrudgingly went in back to look. Came out and reported that they had no strawberries. Really? My daughter wanted twix bars on her yoghurt but, guess what, exactly, they were out of those too. The issue here is that the staff couldn't care less. Very disappointing.

Yay for Menchies! The two times I've been they've always been packed and that's normally a telling sign. I am all about a place that gives me control over making my treat just the way I want. I love the variety of toppings- my favorite! Plus I love the little neon plastic covered spoons- they are just too cute!

First of all I had no idea this place was here as I am new to the area. I was actually going to the health food store located in the same shopping center. I decided to go in and try them out since I love frozen yogurt. I tried several flavors before settling on the blood orange. It was really tasty and I added as many mix-ins that would fit in my tiny cup. I asked the girl working what would be the best things to put in the yogurt that would not clash too much with the great blood orange flavor. She suggested several and I was pleased with the suggestions. If I am in the area and craving frozen yogurt I will head here. I took off one star for the cost as it can be a little pricy.

They have a larger selection of flavors than other fro-yo places I've been to. I recently had their strawberry kiwi and dole strawberry yogurt and it was absolutely delicious...better than most strawberry yogurt I've had. They also have lots of topping to choose from ranging from candy, fresh fruit, boba balls, cookies dough, brownie, hot sauces, etc.

Menchies is the best self-serve frozen yogurt place in Orlando. They have a large variety of flavors and toppings, and all of them are fresh and delicious! None of the flavors make me cringe or clench my jaw 'cos it's too sour, or feel like I'm about to crash in the next minute 'cos it's too sweet. So Menchies make me feel like I'm a brave person for having no worries in trying the new flavors. (At some of the other places, I have to take a deep breath before doing so to gather up my courage.) The only con is the price - it's, I believe, the most expensive out of all the froyo places. You may think it's not a big difference between 45cents and 40cents an ounce, but it adds up rather quickly. A friend ended up spending about $10 on his bowl of froyo. And it wasn't overflowing either. Yikes! But I must say, the price is worth it. Even the drive (I live up in Altamonte) is worth it. If you can only go to one froyo place ever in Orlando, or want to try only one for some craaaazy reason, then go to Menchies. My favorite flavor is Cake Batter - they have the best out of any of the froyo places that also serve Cake Batter.

YUMMY!!! Not only does this place have the best tasting yogurt I've had but it is also the cheapest I have seen since they charge by the weight of your cup! You can put as much as you want of the 12 or so flavors that they offer. They also have a dispenser in the middle of each section of flavors that combines the two flavors into a swirl that is awesome! Don't fill your cup up too high though because the toppings bar can be underutilized. They have everything from nuts to candy crumbles to these little mochi balls that are amazing. They also have whipped cream and syrups too. Another cool thing about this place is they offer little cups next to the register that you can use to sample all the different flavors yourself before you actually dispense them into your bowl. This is great for newbies like me who have never tried the flavors they offer. The best flavor by far that I had was the peanut butter!! My girlfriend and I split a pretty large bowl and it only ended up being about $5.50. It's a great deal!

John S.
Get your kosher~fro~yo on at this place! They have (metric/mega)tons of toppings, so don't go crazy on the yogurt - save room for the topping buffet! Sample cups are next to the dispensers so you can test taste all of this goodness before you create a wabblin' stack of product. I pretty much ruined dinner and breakfast for the next day on my first trip - it was sooooo good! I think I can forego supermarket yogurt and just wait for the opportunity to get my hands on some more of this stuff - yeah, it's that good. Do not pass go or die until you hit this place for some lipsmackin, freezin'-your-brain, sticky-finger'd, diet-crushing goodness.

Red Velvet Fro-Yo. The end! Ok, seriously, this place is beyond yum. I went with a friend before a day of outlet shopping and it totes hit the spot. First thing I noticed was that they had more flavors than other fro-yo self-serve places I had been to in the past. And not only did they have more flavors, but they had an amazing selection. I mean, c'mon, RED VELVET CAKE. Like there is any other choice. Nom Nom. And to top it off (get it? top it off?), they had a HUGE selection of toppings: fruit, chocolate candies, tons of flavored syrups. Delish. Try it. I mean it. Go. Now.

Menchie's has an exensive frozen yougurt collection, and they switch out daily. The true addicts can befriend Menchie's on FB: facebook.com/pages/Orlan… Pretty Simple.. Step 1.) Pick a frozen yougurt. Step 2.) Add one of many toppings and syrups Step 3.) Pay by weight. The fruit is pretty heavy, so stick with the non healthy stuff! :)

This place is amazing. Nothing else to say about it! I love the huckleberry flavor

One of my very favorite places to go for dessert! I love the face that I can put as much or as little yogurt and toppings as I want! The flavor selcetion varies but one of their staples, cake batter, is my absolute favorite! Just be careful, as others have said, with getting too over-the-top unless you're willing to pay for it. The first time I took my boyfriend he was overwhelmed and amazed at all of the topping selections that he went a bit overboard. Haha. But it's great!

Yummy FroYo! Great selection of toppings and flavors. Nice place to stop in between parks and away from tourist traps. FroYo 4 Service 5 Cleanliness 5

I was very impressed with Menchies! 10 flavors to choose from. You "make your own" frozen yogurt combination and can choose from many toppings. My favorite are the fresh seasonal fruits!! I was able to add fresh pineapple, mango and strawberries! I will definitely be back!

Clearly, anyone who's had frozen yogurt on the west coast would not rank this place a five. The place was clean and service was friendly. However, the fruit was not fresh (too bruised) and the plain tart tasted like some reconstituted yogurt powder mix. I was very disappointed with my experience. I would recommend Yogurtland (they use real yogurt cultures!), Pinkberry, or Red Mango to those who have access to one.

Menchies = Yummy. Nothing I can add about the actual yogurt that the below Yelpers haven't said. However I will talk about the lack of customer service. The two young adults working the register area were so engrossed in a conversation that we were not welcomed in any way, shape or form. Not even a sideways glance. Disappointing. Glad that we knew what we were doing... I think that we'll stick with the Winter Park location for the friendliness factor.

Out of the 100 yogart places dotting Orlando now, all of which I have tried, Menchies is the best. AND.. it is self serve. I like it more than pink berry, fro-yo, tutti fruitti, mochi, and what have you. Though, I will say.. if you want ICE CREAM, this is not where you would come. But the quality and selection of what Menchies offers is the best. I believe the wall has 10 flavors at any one time.. I'm sure its been mentioned before but i'm not searching for the exacts. It goes from fruity to standard, and some are non diary, low fat and other healthy options, all labeled. My favorite has been the peanut butter, the pumpkin, and cheese cake. The toppings are vast, and nothing is better than topping your own dessert if you know some self control. Normally my boyfriend and I get out of there with about 7 dollars damage. Not to bad at all compared to the other places with less slection, and my boyfriends overflowing cup. The first time we came.. he out did himself and it cost 14 dollars.. but after that.. he learned. Will get crowded, yes. Weekend nights are the worst, but the elite go to pink berry as of now, so the crowd has thinned out some.

Yummmmm- I LOVE Menchies! They always have a great selection of yogurt! I've only had a few flavors that I didn't really care for. I especially enjoy their seasonal pumpkin flavor w/ cool whip and cinnamon topping, so amazing! I also love that you can help yourself to your own samples! Although this usually results in me being torn between several flavors. It tends to be crowded on nights, weekends and after school. So if you want to avoid a line try going in the early afternoon, Also, it's always good to remind yourself that you pay for how much your yogurt WEIGHTS. Keep that in mind, sometimes I forget and spend more than I want to!

I am the happiest girl when it comes to Frozen Yogurt and was suprised that it took Orlando THIS long to hop on the froyo bandwagon when LA/NYC and such cities have been riding the trend for a while now. Although, my favorite place still remains to be Yogurtland, Menchie's comes in a close second merely based on the incredible amount of toppings, Frozen yogurt flavors and per ounce price. Located on 'Restaurant row' on Sandlake Rd passing Turkey lake Rd, Menchies is a little bright spot that will cool you down on the hottest of Florida days.

So many flavors to choose from! Which one do I get?! Luckily Menchies has mini paper cups on the tray for you to sample as many as you like. I tried a couple before choosing one I liked. The red velvet had a nice distinct flavor, pretty close to the taste of a cupcake. Tart was a little too sour for me, almost like curdled milk. NY Cheesecake was a little too cheesy for me. I went with cake batter, which had just enough sweet to make it compliment the frozen yogurt. I also mixed chocolate on the side which just tasted like regular chocolate frozen yogurt to me. So the process starts like this; grab a cup (one size - amount is weighed for purchase), also option to add waffle cone in the cup for an extra $1. Self service on the toppings. they had all the typical cereals, Captain Crunch, Rice Crispies, etc. I had mini peanut butter cups, fudge syrup, strawberries and fresh diced mangoes. I only filled up half of my cup. Just enough to taste and see if I enjoyed it. My total came up to $3.50 I love this place! Better than Pinkberry. Can't wait to see what other flavors they have! I would love to see green tea be added to the list!

I've heard so much about Menchies so it was definitely time to check it out! I headed here after dinner one night and I was definitely pleased after my visit! I would have to say this is probably one of the better fro yo places I've been to. There was about 8-10 yogurt flavors to choose from as well as the swirl option. And I have to agree with Shelika B. - they have SO many toppings!!! The environment is bright and fun and their staff was really friendly as well. This one is kind of a far location for me, but they've opened one up on Aloma so I'm looking forward to checking it out!

I LOVE MENCHIES! The design of the inside is fun, bright and cheery. I had the original tart with fresh fruit and sprinkles. They have the most flavors and toppings I've ever seen at a frozen yogurt place. I heard they're opening 2 more location in Orlando - yay! =)

Mmmm. Today, hubs asked me what I liked better, Menchies or Rita's. I say there is no comparison, I am a dessert connoisseur and therefore treasure the diversity of frozen confections. For italian water ice, go to Rita's, for fresh and totally customized fro-yo, menchies is THE place! From the unique store layout (rounded motif, ikea-esque furniture) to the option of 'trying before buying,' menchies is really on its own plain. I love how the flavors change with the seasons and always feature something new and innovative. Personally, I have enjoyed the peanut butter gold and island banana the best, topped with the excellent selections in the embellishing bar...pieces of mochi, cheesecake, fruit, nuts, mmmmmmm. delish! Try it! p.s. So excited menchies is expanding and there will be one even closer to my house soon! =D

Too much excitement at this place caused me to have sticky fingers. Yay to all the ingredients, the sweet creamy frozen yogurts and their variety of flavors. Topping extravaganza and its self serve... but I suck at serving so all the excitement from everything I was seeing caused me to put too much yogurt in my cup and squeeze the beloved toppings in the side of the cup until it started sqrinting out. Literally had a leaning tower of menchies.. drip drip drip But man is this place amazing or what? Menchies is the perfect treat on a nice sunny day... The frozen yogurt is soooo good and made me all smiles with sticky fingers but all worth the trip and the drips =O)

Yeeeah. Good stuff. Sometimes the line is a bit annoying. They charge you by the oz. which is kind of cool. You don't have buy some huge tub that you struggle to finish and pay over $5 doing so. My cups are usually in the $3 range. My recommendations are: Dulce De Leche, Red Velvet, Cookies and Cream. Don't miss out on the Mochi chunk toppings.

Have been here quite a few times! My daughter loves their frozen yogurt! Especially the fact that she gets to sample all the flavor before deciding which she actually wants. GREAT PLACE TO GO WITH THE FAMILY!

I heard about this place from a friend. She loves frozen yogurt. The place is so cute and clean. We love that we could try every single flavor and we love preparing our own ice cream... they have a great variety and so many dipping sauces etc. You make your own, weight it and then pay for it! You can seat inside or outside. The place is always busy!

for photos visit: tastychomps.blogspot.com… Inside, Menchie's is bright purply-pink and green colors with a long wall of yogurt flavors and toppings in the back with the register in the middle. There were a few seats indoor and outdoors. Based out of California, this franchise offers 12 different types of yogurts, changing about 3 of them every week with new flavors. On this visit they recently came out with Pineapple Dole Whip, a flavor from Hawaii, Irish mist, and New York Cheesecake. According to the friendly owner Rod, there are four popular flavors that never change: chocolate, vanilla, cake batter, and original tart. The first step is to take a cup or waffle bowl, then bring them to the yogurt bar to dispense your desired frozen yogurt flavors. After that, you head to the toppings area which includes chocolates, candies, cereal, and a entire fruit bar with mango, kiwi, pineapple, raspberries, and more. If you so choose, you can top it all off with some syrup as well. After you are finished with your frozen yogurt concoction, you bring it to the register where they charge you depending on its weight. The heavier it is the more it costs. Ours was a pretty medium filled cup and only cost us around $3.50. Score! If you are in the area, I definitely would recommend you to drop by and check it out, just make sure to keep an eye out for the herd of teenagers in the midst. (They need to find a place to go, like the library to read the latest Twilight book or something LOL) Note: all the flavors at Menchie's are also kosher! tastychomps.blogspot.com…

Love, Love, Love!! I have been to several frozen yogurt places in Orlando (Cefiore, Mochii, Tutti Fruitti, etc) and this one surpasses them all. They have up to 12 flavors to choose from and you can even swirl them together. You can choose from a tremendous number of toppings... more than the other places and they even have fudge, caramel and strawberry syrups that were amazing! I have not stopped talking about this place since I went last Friday. I think my boyfriend is sick of hearing about it. But once I get him to go, I KNOW he will be a convert.

I enjoy menchies very much!! It was the first fro-yo joint i had ever walked into. The flavors are great and the toppings are plentiful! I always end up trying the new flavor...red velvet, or dulce de leche...but I always kick it with the chocolate froyo. Ill top it with chocolatechips and all the fruit I can fit! Love the blackberries, strawberries, and kiwi. The prices at Menchies are a little higher than some other locations I have endulged at, but overall I truly love this place!! and plus...Im 3 punches away from getting my free fro-yo!!!

I love me some menchies but this location is discusting. It's dirty, small, and the employees are rude.

Talk about feeling like a kid in a Candy Store! Drool.... Cake Batter Yogurt! Yummy. Its hard to complain when you are building your own fro-yo masterpiece. All the topping are fresh and the people are nice. I wish it was spread out a little more though because it was so busy I didn't have time to look over all the toppings. Oh well, I got Cake Batter with chocolate chips, strawberries, blueberries, and a touch of chocolate syrup. Drool again. It was nice to get a Yogurt that didn't melt completely the second I walked out the door. If your between this place or Utopit, this place takes the cake, or Fro-Yo as it may be.

This was my first frozen yogurt shop introduced to me in Orlando. It was literally 5 minutes away from my friend's house and next to Bentos Sushi! I fell in love with the place when they gave out small cups for free samples. I was so excited and felt like I was a kid again. They had many different flavors. Every time I come to Orlando, I try to stop by this place because it brings back so many happy memories. I miss it!

Been coming to Menchi's for quite some time now. Definitely like the variety of flavors, and especially all the toppings. A lot of the other Yelpers got it right though, you have to be careful not to get too overwhelmed at all the toppings. Price is by weight, and it will be too late once you get up there to pay! I like the cake batter with cheesecake, whipped cream and chocolate toppings. Waffle bowls are also available.
(5)
Marci M.
This is a great frozen yogurt shop! There are always about 10 flavors to choose from, and you can taste-test all of them at no charge! I love the cake batter flavor. There are about 40-50 topping choices- cereals, cookies, candies, fruits and sauces. The pricing is based on the weight of the finished product. I usually go between $3-$4. There are also options for waffle cone bowls. The staff is friendly and are called Mixologists. However, the place is usually too packed to ask for suggestions. There is 30 minute parking right by the entrance, which is really nice! I have been about 5 times and I look forward to my next trip over to Menchies!

Cobra K.
Similar to other Menchies out there. Get your selection of yogurt with sides. My fav is original tart with yogurt chips, kiwi and strawberries. Yummo peeps.

This place was a complete mess when I was there last week. The floor was sticky and the toppings bar looked like it got hit by Katrina...The yogurt was okay but a little too sweet for my liking. They have a good variety of toppings, but I can't get over how unclean it was in there. Would rather go to Mochi or Froyos...... ---Thanks for the reply Casey. I definitely plan on going back and checking the place out again. Maybe I just was there after a busy rush. Hope you have red velvet cake when I visit!! Thanks!

Good frozen yogurt...lots of non tart flavors and lots of toppings. I guess I rate the Frozen Yogurt places by their original tart and I still like Pinkberry's the best.

JEWELe M.
So glad Orlando got something similar to Yogurtland (west coast franchise).... iLove the self-serve fro-yo and toppings... although Menchies is pricier than I am used to (Yogurtland is like 5 cents an oz)....this is "as good as it gets!" on the East coast w/ self-serve froyo spots! :D
(5)
Prof J.
Like any other froyo spot. This one seems to have tons of toppings to choose from. I had the honeydew froyo with bursting boba, mochi, kiwi, n cookie dough bits. I didn't like the glazed donut flavor though. And the cake batter seemed off.

Self serving frozen yogurt is fun! Great place to stop by for dessert with family, friends and loved ones. The place is kept very clean especially the amount of people that come and go. They do change flavors from time to time !

Whenever I go to "restaurant row" in Orlando, I stop here for dessert instead of any restaurant. The cookies and cream is my favorite. Prices are fine and it's a great way to relax after dinner.

One of the best Frozen Yogurt shops. Staff is always friendly and helpful. I love the cookies and cream and cake batter mix!!

Its a self serve frozen yogurt place that is done by weight. Its a common franchise idea that works. I had peanut butter and cheesecake yogurt with reese cup and cheesecake pieces in it. Had a nice amount (about 1/2 a large cup) and it was $2.50. No waiting. It was very good.
(4)
Jennifer D.
This by far is my favorite "create your own" frozen yogurt place. What puts it over the edge is the sauces, most especially peanut butter (my FAV). I've only been a few times since it is a little out of the way from where I live, but every time I've been it hasn't been crowded and I was able to help myself right away! I love the sample cups since I can never make up my mind on which flavor I want. The only downside is parking is a little hectic in the area. I can usually find a 30 minute spot though if I take a lap or two around the lot. Can't wait for the ones to open up in WP this summer!
(5)
Drew M.
Please be advised: Eating at Menchies can and will become addictive!!! The place is always packed, yet they seem to keep the line moving pretty fast. You pay by the weight which is good unless you're like me...My eyes are always bigger than my stomach. You can mix flavors, and they have every topping imaginable. I wouldn't be surprised if more of this chain pop up around O-Town soon! A great place!
(4)
Christine F.
I love this place! Amazing fro-yo and you serve yourself. The options are endless! :)
(5)

Yummyyyy...and lots of fun to make your own cup. Trick is to layer your toppings. Did up a cable car chocolate yogurt interlaced with hot fudge, caramel mini cups, butterfinger, and chocolate sprinkles mmmmm ;-)
(5)

Good yogurt, but a bit creamy - doesn't have the fresh taste on your palate. Used to be a fan until pinkberry opened around the corner.
(2)
Christina F.
Awesome serve yourself fro-yo with flavors changing daily. My fave are the tart original with strawberries (but they dare not touch whilst in the cup, lest the strawberries freeze) or the cheesecake flavor with one spoon of caramel cups near it in the dish. Finally a place where I can get the dessert I crave, without creeping the server out with my request for the food not to touch. I also realized one just opened at The Loop, which is about 2 minutes from my house, so Ill be checking that out shortly.

I had a much better experience when I went back a second time. All machines had flavors and all the fruit and toppings were full. Thanks Menchies!

I was disappointed. It was like the old school yogurt shops. I would recommend ikiwi in Oviedo over this place any day. However I did like their topping selection and loved that they had hot peanut butter.

Holy crap! I just had a cookies and cream swirled with cake batter.... And for toppings?!?! Peanut butter cups, peanut butter chips, peanut butter sauce, cheesecake bites, mint cookies, fudge, and marshmello topping! Let the diabetes start.... Now! Absolutely delicious! I only gave it four stars because it made me feel like glutenous pig hethen in public! If only they had booths like when you vote. LOL. But on the real, go there, screw my P90X workout for a night!

The best frozen yogurt place in the Orlando area. As a peanut butter lover, I was so happy to find warm peanut butter sauce and Reeses Pieces as toppings. They also give out cards that they stamp each time you visit to earn a free yogurt cup. Busy place on a weekend night, but worth the wait!

Menchies is great! I love that you can get what you pay for and having an endless possibility for combinations. Word of advice, GET SMILAGE!

I went for the first time earlier this week after hearing about it from a friend. It was the first time for both of us, but sadly late one night and also during spring break week. As we were tasting samples of the different flavors we were getting run into/over by kids AND their parents. There was something about that chaos that I just couldn't stand. I just caved and picked a flavor I knew I would enjoy, strawberry-banana. I then waited patiently to get to the cold toppings section with the fruit and such only to have others jumping in and out and not moving away when they were done. I found it quite frustrating. I also didn't find the topping bar area very clean and was hesitant to pick some toppings because of that. Once I was done they were ready to weight and ring up, so that was great. My friend and I went to sit outside and about 5-10 minutes later nearly all of the kids left and it got very calm inside. We did see two kids come in and go directly to the chalkboard with no consideration for the older gentleman sitting near it. I guess it proves that you have to time your visits well. One topping I wanted to get and was disappointed when it wasn't there was raspberries. It is in their signage hanging in the middle of the store yet it was not available. I found it misleading. The yogurt itself was enjoyable, but it was very watery. I will probably return if a friend wants to go but I don't intend to frequent this location on my own.

So glad I found this place! I grew up in Southern Calif where frozen yogurt is a staple in the diet, so I'd been missing it terribly since I moved away 18+ years ago. Until I left Calif, I just assumed the whole country enjoyed frozen yogurt on a regular basis, but I soon found out the ugly truth! Anyhow, one of my friends back in Calif had talked about going to Menchie's, so I knew of the name. One day about 3 months ago, I was driving down Sand Lake, and I accidentally pulled into the parking lot thinking I could get over to Chik-Fil-A from there. As soon as I pulled in, I realized that I couldn't get to Chik-Fil-A from there, but I no longer cared once I saw Menchie's. I came in and talked to the owner about how surprised I was to see them there. He told me they were the first Menchie's in the state of Florida (by now there's one more open and 4 more openings pending). I love how they have so many flavors and toppings to choose from & how you can taste-test each one before you make your decision. Even though I live in Kissimmee, it's worth the drive!

(5)Lauren Y.

(3)John H.
(5)Karina M.
I totally liked this place. Too bad they were out of most of their favors, only had 5 ... This is why I'm giving them 3 stars. (I loved their new mango flavor!)
(3)Nick C.
We are on vacation and found this gem and kept coming back. Nice selection of fro yo that are also gluten and sugar free. The toppings are pretty good and are clearly labeled. It was really clean and very affordable. We went back a couple of times.
(5)Beci B.
Awesome frozen yogurt. After a long day, my daughter and I took a twilight stroll from the resort to City Walk for a frozen yogurt. There were many flavors to choose from along with toppings and sauces. It is somewhat expensive but delicious
(5)Karen C.
(4)Marcel D.
better places around , I don't like the flavors that they have
(1)Jesse G.
(5)Colleen B.
(4)Dena P.
Yummy!! Super cute and clean place. There isn't as many selections in flavor and is on the small side but still delicious. I love the plain tart yogurt with fruits.
(5)Ryan K.
(3)Joy J.
(3)Steve A.
Menchie's is my favorite yoghurt place. Great selection of exotic flavors that change often, and a nice place to sit outside and enjoy it. Helpful staff.
(4)Paulene K.
Been here 2 times since my last review update... Menchies has responded!!! The frozen yogurt is FREEZING now. Ahhhhh~!!! Thank you for listening. I can't wait to go back and see what new flavors will be there next time! :D
(4)Jennifer M.
(5)Thomas S.
(1)Jennifer M.
Yay for Menchies! The two times I've been they've always been packed and that's normally a telling sign. I am all about a place that gives me control over making my treat just the way I want. I love the variety of toppings- my favorite! Plus I love the little neon plastic covered spoons- they are just too cute!
(4)Joyce K.
(4)Kelly H.
(4)Rayni K.
(5)David H.
(5)John S.

Delish. Try it. I mean it. Go. Now.
(5)Frank L.
(4)Michelle R.
This place is amazing. Nothing else to say about it! I love the huckleberry flavor
(5)Amber F.
(5)Foodie C.
Yummy FroYo! Great selection of toppings and flavors. Nice place to stop in between parks and away from tourist traps. FroYo 4 Service 5 Cleanliness 5
(4)Robert H.
I was very impressed with Menchies! 10 flavors to choose from. You "make your own" frozen yogurt combination and can choose from many toppings. My favorite are the fresh seasonal fruits!! I was able to add fresh pineapple, mango and strawberries! I will definitely be back!
(5)DT T.
(2)D S.
(3)Allie C.
(5)Lauren M.
(4)Shelika B.
(4)Jerrica J.
(5)Elizabeth F.
(4)Sara L.
I LOVE MENCHIES! The design of the inside is fun, bright and cheery. I had the original tart with fresh fruit and sprinkles. They have the most flavors and toppings I've ever seen at a frozen yogurt place. I heard they're opening 2 more location in Orlando - yay! =)
(5)Krissy M.
(5)Daya A.
(4)Allan F.
Yeeeah.
(4)M D.
Have been here quite a few times! My daughter loves their frozen yogurt! Especially the fact that she gets to sample all the flavor before deciding which she actually wants. GREAT PLACE TO GO WITH THE FAMILY!
(5)F. D.
(5)Ricky L.
for photos visit: tastychomps.blogspot.com… Inside, Menchie's is bright purply-pink and green colors with a long wall of yogurt flavors and toppings in the back with the register in the middle.

(5)Andrew K.
(4)TJ M.
I love me some menchies but this location is discusting. It's dirty, small, and the employees are rude.
(1)Amy B.
(4)Priscilla S.
I miss it!
(5)Billy S.
(5)Marci M.
(4)Cobra K.
Similar to other Menchies out there. Get your selection of yogurt with sides. My fav is original tart with yogurt chips, kiwi and strawberries. Yummo peeps.
(4)Henry W.
Thanks!
(2)Trung N.
Good frozen yogurt...lots of non tart flavors and lots of toppings. I guess I rate the Frozen Yogurt places by their original tart and I still like Pinkberry's the best.

Like any other froyo spot. This one seems to have tons of toppings to choose from. I had the honeydew froyo with bursting boba, mochi, kiwi, n cookie dough bits. I didn't like the glazed donut flavor though. And the cake batter seemed off.

Very friendly service and good food.

I love this place! Amazing fro-yo and you serve yourself. The options are endless! :)

Yummyyyy...and lots of fun to make your own cup. Trick is to layer your toppings. Did up a cable car chocolate yogurt interlaced with hot fudge, caramel mini cups, butterfinger, and chocolate sprinkles mmmmm ;-)

Good yogurt, but a bit creamy - doesn't have the fresh taste on your palate. Used to be a fan until pinkberry opened around the corner.
