Krystal's simply has the best wings. I love them. Who knew that the best wings can be found at a fast food burger restaurant? What a great surprise. The wings are crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. I wished I knew the secret of their seasoning. They are delicious and very tasty. Yummi, yummi... Their shakes are amazing, too. They taste of real ice cream because they are made of real ice cream ;o)

If you want delicious mini burgers then you don't want to go anywhere but Krystal. For those of you who are Whitecastle Fans, Krystal will be the place for you to go. The burgers and fries are delicious and the perfect food for a late night food craving. They have several locations all around Orlando, I reviewed this one as this is the one I go to the most.

There are not too many places that provides the choices in fast food that Krystal does. Sure you could go to White Castle, but unless you want to buy them frozen in a store and cook them yourself at home, you'd have to drive out of state and through a few others to get them served to you in a bag with fries and a fountain soda. Krystal is a great substitute for the state of Florida, and a place I go for one specific item, Chiks. There is something to be said for fried all-white meat chicken covered with mayo and pickles on a soft roll, and if the bread were a little softer it would be perfect. The fries are also a little bland tasting. But the combination of good taste and good value earns this franchise a solid four stars.

Ok, first impressions not good- drive thru sign not lit- outside ( backside) of building not looking too hot... But let's keep it real- I don't expect ambiance at a Krystal- not to say it couldn't surprise me. My expectations? Food fast and tasty. (cause I know exactly what I'm getting into as far as Krystal's go). What did I get? Exactly that! Quick friendly service and good fast food! So good I almost looped around again for a couple more! Fries were perfect burgers the same. Giving them four stars- not cause it's a classy cool joint- cause their service and product completely live up to the brand I expect!

The food is always shocking good for fast food. My problem is the pricing and the service. I don't understand why they hide the price of a single sandwich and make you buy in groups of 5, the coupons also don't seem to make much sense, and staff is literally incapable of helping you make any changes. The last time I was there I almost walked out because our order of 10 items completely boggled the mind of the dude working there, I think the ink from his neck tatoo must have soaked into his brain a little bit because he appeared to be afraid of our order. I knew immediately that we would need to check the order to make sure it was correct. The employee was nice enough to volunteer to do this without us saying anything at which point he looked into the bag, said "yep...it's all here," and handed it to us. My wife then checked it herself and realized we were missing 20% of our order...and that's pretty much the norm for the service. Thankfully no one in Florida is attempting to give these people $15 an hour in wages...

For some reason, I prefer Krystal to White Castle. The funny thing is we often come here when we can't think of somewhere else to eat. But if you're there on a day when they're making the food just right, it's heaven! I like to take advantage of dollar item days.

Worst service in drive thru. Asked for 4 burgers- 1 w/cheese, no mustard add cheese & a coke. Got 4 hamburgers and a diet coke. I can not tell you how freakin frustrating that is when you are on the go and stop to get something fast for the kids.

I'm sorry, but I love me some Krystal chicks! I don't have a Krystal's near my house, so when I'm on this side of town, I have to stop. I grew up near this location and have been coming here for as long as I can remember. Yeah, it's old and their fries aren't the best, but service is usually quick and their burgers, chicks, and pups are quite tasty! It used to be my favorite place to stop after a late night clubbing. There was nothing better than a Krystal's for a hangover. lol

I rarely put reviews on franchises and fast food UNLESS i have to yelpBOMB them. In this case, yes, they get the bomb but only on drive-thru since i've never dined in before. I don't know how hard it is to make fast food, but i do know that it shouldn't take 15+ minutes in the dam drive-thru when there's only one car ahead of you and i know they didn't order a lot of food. I maybe visited this krystal 10 times and out of the 10 times, 9 of them were 15+ wait time for FOOD! The only reason they don't get a 1-star cuz the food still comes out hot. But based on drive-thru experience, they are horrible! I do hope the manager of the restaurant reads my review, so you can DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT DAG-NAMMIT!!

Quick drive through for some Krystal Chicks (YUMMY) after a wonderful Yelp event!! This Krystal is like the after party stop!!! It kind of reminds me of white castle and it is as close as I will get so I'll take it!!! Go try a Krystal Chick they are YUMMO!

You cant beat their breading on the corn dog! Five for five mix and match don't mind if I do! I've been known to sneak away and have a lil pre meal at krystal. At the end of the day you get what you pay for here.

This is the worst Krystals! With 6 people working, it took 20 min to get my simple value meal order. The manager was half asleep mumbling to his staff to hustle (very entertaining to see). Then the manager grabbed my food and handed it to me w/o gloves on. When I asked for my money back, that was when I heard him as he yelled "WHY DO YOU WANT YOUR MONEY BACK?!?" Well, not only it took 20min & handled my food w/o gloves on, they still got my order messed up. That was the second time I had a problem when I stopped by at that location.. This place needs a serious management overhaul. Krystals Corporation, please go & visit that location!!!

I am writing a review of Krystal - so please keep this in mind before you banter me with why I gave them a 4 star rating. Krystal has really stepped up their game in the last year. This place has been renovated. The room was well light, clean, and well.. new. The staff was all very polite and friendly and the food came out fresh hot and properly cooked. Everyone has a craving for a Krystal burger every now and then.. with this experience I will certainly go back sometime.
