I was totally underwhelm by this establishment. First I grew up with my mom concocting all kinds of herbs together to create complicated aromatic teas. I was under the impression this was going to be a step up to Teavana. Once you enter this establishment on the left is a table with all kinds of flyers and business cards for the local area business. I'm a bit appalled they will use prime real estate for such endeavor. To the left is an array of pastry in a case that are hardly enticing, they really need to check how the French does it by watching a few you tube videos of La duree. I was totally underwhelm by the choices of tea and creativity. for those wondering how creative you can be with Tea, you will need to visit the Tea houses in China which should be on your bucket list. while dining you can peruse the craft offerings on the right side of the store, there are some kewl gift ideas such as small terrariums, fun towels. Pro's it's cute and quaint Great selections for Vegans Cons Lack of creativity for teas Lack of great selections Store is poorly design and attributed, tall stand of cards right by the register. Lack of tasting I will take Teavana any day for my tea thank you, and only visit here for some Vegan experience. Enjoy, Maggie

Had a wonderful experience at Infusion Tea. Ordered the afternoon tea for me and my friends and they were able to do a gluten free option for me. The service was good, staff was polite and attentive. Food and tea was delicious.

Gourmet tea for the hippie in us all. I happened upon this shop a little over 5 years ago. Great tea but definitely NOT at a bargain price. They will get you at the register for just about everything, which includes a vegan menu. I've sampled their flat breads and found myself leaving still hungry and unimpressed. They do have a good gelato selection but then again you will pay a premium for a rather small serving. Good, free internet service but only one plug available (an extension cord hanging on a pole near one table). So charge your computer well before going. I've mainly used this location for internet access and a pot of tea (Moroccan mint rooibos). There is a quaint little shop (or sorts) on the far side of the business with craft goods, nothing of which I felt compelled to examine further. Occasionally there is a massage therapist on hand with a chair. These also host booths in the lot on the weekends which seems to be a mini arts & crafts affair. I often saw business owners using this location for meetings or job interviews at some of the larger tables. I would classify this as a meeting spot for locals and a viable alternative for the nearby Starbucks which has limited seating. I would not call it a place to get a satisfying meal but it still does have its minor appeal for the tea selection. If I lived nearby it would be a place I might wander to occasionally for some tea and mindless internet surfing. If your in the mood for gourmet tea, this is the place to go. Otherwise... meh

great service, adorable place for a nice, relaxing lunch and sip of tea... I wish they had made their hibiscus lemonade with stevia, but it was still mighty tasty! The dessert selections were nice and I look forward to having another sit down lunch here next time I am in town!

Great place to have a veggie meal and some great tea. My friend treated me to Infusion on a Wednesday for lunch. We ordered the hummus platter to share and I had the chili with the avocado wrap combo. All three items were delicious! I am not vegetarian but I would seriously consider it if I can cook like this. The avocados were ripped, the hummus spices just right, and the chili had a great zing to it. And the tea... oh what a great tea! I'm not sure what was the flavor (they change it on a daily basis I think) but it was great. Plus, you get a refill to take to the office....total plus! Great place.

A great little treasure in Orlando. They offer vegetarian dishes and great quality teas as well as local artisan goods such as pottery, paintings, jewelry, and crochet.

You should go there just for the hibiscus tea. It is a refreshingly, tart iced tea. Not for everyone, I know. I have eaten the Milton's salad a couple of times. It's a delicious salad packed with lots of goodies. Definitely check them out.

This place was perfect! We went at lunch, loved everything about it! The service was great, The atmosphere is wonderful, it is fun and interesting, I took my two little boys and it was nice food but entertaining enough for them, We tried the vegan chili, a humus veggie sandwich and gelato, and black currant tea it was all amazing!

So flippin' cute!! Plus: Free WiFi Can we say Nut & Honey Whole Wheat Wrap? HOLY YUMMO!!! Are you a fan of the old school PB and Banana sandwiches when you were young? Yeah it's kinda like an adult one of those. Cashew butter, Banana, Local Wildflower Honey, Strawberries and Granola...are you drooling yet? I am thinking back on how amazingly fresh and yummy it tasted. I am not even lying, my stomach just growled. It was so good that I attempted to recreate it at home but it was not nearly as awesome. I also had a warm cup of Vanilla Latte, I was tempted to get a tea since they have so many amazing flavors but I can NOT resist my espresso and vanilla!!!! Next time I promise to check out some of their awesome tea selections. They even have this cute tea timer on all the tables. It gives you the option of Strong, Medium and Lite strength for your tea. All the teas are also fresh and not packaged. You can buy the teas in bulk to take home as well. The inside is such a cute little place to catch up with some girlfriends, have lunch with some people from work or sit back and do some interwebz surfing! I chose a tall table in the corner near the windows. With some great background music that is chill - this was a great spot to dive into some work. I am surprised this was the first time I have been to this awesome cafe but I can assure you that this is going to be a weekly stop for me.

I am very much a carnivore, so it took me a little bit to read over their vegetarian menu, but once I did make my selection, I was not disappointed. Whether you're getting a wrap or a salad or one of their fantastic quiches, you seriously can't go wrong. The spinach and mushroom quiche was perfect and I'm already looking forward to when I can have it again. I've never seen such an extensive selection of teas, too. I ventured outside the norm of a normal hot black tea and got a jasmine mint, and it was fantastic. They also pick a tea of the day, which you can get free refills on during your visit.

Really good food and tea service!. I'm not a vegetarian and I don't miss meat when I eat there.

This was my second time coming here. The first visit I used a Groupon for Tea for 2 which gave a lovely selection and tea sandwiches, scones, cookies, an of course tea. I actually brought my parents with me so this was really enough for 3 as a nice snack. I loved herbal sweet teas so they suggested Hibiscus Berry and that was pretty good. The food stood out with amazing flavor, though. This brings me to my current visit that I brought a friend with me. I ordered the lunch combo with 1/2 a Mediterranean Tea sandwich and a piece a 4-cheese quiche. They were both so yummy. I had a cup of the same tea and I noticed it came out better this time. I think more tea leaves were used (I like a stonge flavor). All in all, I will be visiting again.

Went for lunch after spa date. It was very nice and cozy. The food ,Quiche(4 cheeses) and uptown apple salad, part of the pick 2 was delicious and both seasoned very well. The ice tea of the day was a Vanilla favored, very different but nice. I did not have time to browse all the teas they have but I will be back. Nice place to relax, unwind and not feel rushed.

Yesterday was my first opportunity to have lunch at Infusion Tea. It was OVER-THE-TOP! The atmosphere, price, salad and beverage were the items that inspired me to rate it OVER-THE-TOP1 I wanted to return today for lunch with my husband, but it is a long distance for him to ride. I will certainly bring him when I am in the area again. Thanks so much!

We used to eat here quite often, but the service has gotten worse and worse. Last time, the young woman actually turned off the lights while we were eating. It was 9:02. She had not even told us that they were closing at 9. . This was after she closed the kitchen early, banged chairs on the table next to us, and turned away three other families. It was clear she wanted to go home. Apparently the proprietors do not care since an email to their website about this incident remains unanswered after a month. Beware.

Went last night with my girlfriends to catch up. We liked the atmosphere and the staff was personable and attentive. Liked my spiced chai tea and the waiter even had me try it with coconut milk after I had the soy milk I ordered. Will definitely go back to try other things on the menu.

This place would be great if the staff was friendlier, and didn't act like I was such a bourdon by asking about menu items or for a refill. Such a cute little place, why does everyone working there act like it's such a drag!

The tempeh chili is to die for. let's just get that out of the way. very few things in MCO are as good as this chili, chock full of tempeh, beans, tomatoes and other goodness. it's not spicy in the least, instead opting for a sweet chili flavor. on a cold day, mixing the tempeh chili with a hot earl grey can be just the thing the doctor ordered. infusion symbolizes college park for me. trendy and local, chock full of crafts; a menu that caters heavily to the vegetarian and vegan, it's the kind of place that says to me, "this is a neighborhood i would want to live in." the best part about it is, even though everything about it should scream "hipster pretentiousness" (which, i ain't gonna lie, i enjoy) it manages instead to create a homey, family feel....mainly as a result of the art expo space, which typically displays homey crafts; as well as the interior, which is done in warm pastels with very comfortable and warm furniture. the menu couldn't be better for a veagn; we've already talked about the tempeh chili, and the tempeh tacos are also spectacular and loaded with a very good vegan sour cream, which one doesn't find very often. if you are a tea lover, the place has a selection so vast that sometimes it's hard to order. someone who knows about tea could probably comment better than me on the quality, but i've never had a bad cup of tea there. i say go and go often.

Enjoyed a Panino sandwich and a bowl of the tempeh chili. Liked the different textures in the sandwich and the side salad was refreshing. Washed it down with a cool raspberry tea. Definitely recommendable. Nice place to eat and unwind...or just relax with your wife... Like I did.

Chili not good. At all. Very surprised bc of other good reviews. Tasted burnt. Or maybe that was the normal taste? I honestly couldn't tell. Maybe they had a bad day; we may or may not give them another chance. I really wanted to like this place, so very disappointed. Salad and tea were both delicious.

Their catering manager, Gina, is phenomenal. In planning an anniversary party for our shop, another local cafe/bakery fell through and let us down in a huge way. The afternoon before the party we were left without any food! Despite their standard 24 hour notice, Gina and the pastry chef were able to get us dozens and dozens of pastries by 10am the next morning, and under budget at that! I cannot say enough about the phenomenal service. They saved the day for us. They were professional, friendly, and willing to do anything they could to make our event a success. Not to mention, this is my first time using Infusion Tea in any aspect and I'm impressed with everything. The pastries were delicious and everyone has raved about them so far (creme puffs, cookies, and cupcakes...strawberry and a dulce de leche I believe were the flavors in my "chef's choice" assortment). In picking up the goods, I was pleasantly surprised by the ample parking and fun decor. There is even a retail section in the restaurant that sells some locally made art, some baby items, and other things (I didn't get to take a big peek). The dining area was simple, but inviting with a nice outdoor seating area, too. The young man that rang up my order was also very friendly. I'm definitely looking forward to working with them in the future, as well as coming back with my family to try some of their more savory menu items!

The first couple of times I came here were a year ago, and the service was quite poor. However, the last two times I've come, it's been great! I'm glad I decided to try it again. Today, I had a soy chai latte, which has always been one of my favorites. It was honestly one of the best chai lattes I've ever had... Just the right amount of spice!

I love this place! As a vegan, I'm always seeking good veg food and Infusion Tea has just that. I love the tempeh taco salad a lot and get it regularly. Their tea is some of the best in town! Such a cute little place too to have lunch/tea with friends.

I love this place! Amazing food. The tempeh chilli was hearty and the portion was large. My son loved the curry veggie wrap too. I purchased a few great teas to step at home based on their recommendation. The carrot cake was really good too. Great ppl. Can't wait to return.

Great place with a good atmosphere and a menu that's vegan friendly. Good stuff. The Admiral's salad is wonderful (with soy beans and lots of yummy stuff)... and the mushroom quesadillas are great... and the tempeh chili is fantastic.

Food is always on point and the prices are definitely fair. On my recent visit, my only complaint is that the bathroom was dirty, the staff seemed annoyed, and overall the place seemed like it needed a pick me up. Where you can buy teas at (in the back left corner) was covered in dust. Kind of grossed me out.

Infusion Tea is a comfortable place that is part tea shop, part restaurant, part lounge and part Artistree Co-op. Browse the shop while you wait for your food or sit in one of the oversized chairs and sip some delicious tea while reading a book or catching up with an old friend. The place also offers seminars, kids play dates and more. We stopped by on Thursday evening to hit up their Farmer's Market and ended up having a delicious dinner complete with tea and dessert. I had the Portobello Panini ($8) which had large chunks of mushrooms as well as red onions, spinach, pesto cream cheese and provolone cheese. What made the sandwich was the crunchy ciabatta bread. It came with a small salad with chicken peas, beans and spinach. I had to try one of the varieties of teas and settled on the White Raspberry Truffle ($3.10) which was just sweet enough without being overpowering. It came with some strange seeping pot over the glass that I was unfamiliar with and I wasn't sure where to put this dripping thing once my tea was done brewing! The service at the food counter was ok but nothing outstanding. We had obviously never been here before and when we asked about menus the girl at the counter gestured to some folded paper. It took us a moment of sifting through various menus before finding the food one- all with her standing idly by. The older woman working in the shop area made up for the other girl- she was super friendly. She chatted with us and made sure we knew about their upcoming events. I loved browsing the shop and saw some beautiful local artwork and got some great Christmas gift ideas!

The loose teas here are excellent and deserve five stars. That said, do not go here if you are a hungry guy and want to leave as a well-fed guy. The portion sizes are an absolute joke for the prices. I had to hit a Taco Bell on the way home to fill the void. I would go back any day for tea, but never again for food.

    (3)
  • Alicia P.

The food is tasty and heathy. I especially love the Tempeh taco salad. I am allergic to dairy and gluten and it's so great to be able to find food I can eat. The tea is delicious. The only drawback is the service which is sometimes recalcitrant, surly, and rude. I wonder why that is.

    (5)
  • Katrina O.

I've only been here once, but it was cute, the food was good, and my friend and I had a good time. Seemed a bit over priced and I wasn't a fan of the over priced merchandise either, but worth a trip, especially when Yelp has the 10 for 20 voucher up! Worked like a charm! I don't know if we'll go back, but it was a fun experience.

Wide selection of very good teas. My husband and I came in for the afternoon pastries and pot of tea. The staff was very helpful in advising us and we selected a rare white peony that was stunningly good. That good iin the opinion of the reviewer who usually prefers wine. I put some local honey in the first cup (because I was not yet a believer) but drank it unaltered for the rest of the pot. People are nice. Bakery, gelato and healthy lunch items menu give you a variety of choices. Relatively near Leu Gardens in case you want to go for a beautiful walk after tea. We will definitely be back.

First I must say that I was looking forward to visiting infusion since a friend of mine is a regular and says great things about the place. Under normal circumstances I'm sure it is. It was pretty crowded but not hard to find a parking spot. My friend had a groupon for the tea for 2 service, and as soon as it was our turn, the man at the counter very simply, rudely, and loudly stated that he just needed to know what kind of tea we wanted (earl grey), gave us our table marker, and informed us to find a seat. Very very rude. The tea was nice, and the sandwiches were good, but I was annoyed to find out that the scones were hard and burnt. Given the fact that so far the staff seemed rude (with the exception of one girl who cleared our outdoor table), I decided not to complain and just enjoy the beautiful day and conversation with my companion. My mind was made up though, I don't think I'll be visiting infusion tea again. I would not subject myself to such horrible staff in a place that is supposed to be peaceful.

Since this was our first time here, we tried a wide variety of items, including and "afternoon tea" tray, tea, soup, sandwiches and tempeh tacos. We enjoyed every item and had plenty left to bring home for later. A very nice surprise was the live music which was perfectly balanced for the space. Interesting variety of music and excellent technical skill. We're very happy to find this local gem and certainly will be back often.

Wonderful tea shop and cafe. Incredible selection of any type of tea you can wish for. Great to shop and grab a cup to enjoy with a friend or a book. Sandwiches, soups, bakery items are all fresh and delish. Staff is very friendly and community involved. $-$$ depending on how much tea you buy to take home. :)

Pleasant, relaxing & yummy experience without costing a pretty penny. SERVICE Top notch! Although you order at the counter and seat yourself, they will wait on you for refills or other items you need. Food usually comes out very quickly. They are very attentive even when busy. ENVIRONMENT Cute but elegant, cozy but not too small, lots of natural light without being too bright, and local art & hand-made jewelry on display and for sale. Free wifi makes it a great place to hang out all day if you work remotely. LOOSE LEAF TEAS I have purchased a few of these and have been pleased with most of them. I get the impression that they could be a little bit more vigilant with how they store their teas long-term. I say this because my only complaint with any of the teas is that they could have a stronger flavor. * Blueberry white tea was memorable, * Monk's blend (notes of cherry and vanilla) was amazing * Mary's darjeeling was just okay (maybe they don't sell enough of it? seemed a little lacking in flavor - I prefer stronger teas). *Green tea latte - quite interesting, very green in color, I believe it is made with matcha. A little grassy-tasting but if you love a strong green tea flavor, this is for you. *Orange flower oolong - Not too orangey/citrusy and not too floral - perfect subtle balance of both while the tea is not overpowered. *Pineapple bliss green tea - delicious iced! *Almond amaretto - yummy with half & half but I wish the flavors were stronger * Many others - I can't remember all of the teas I've tried, but I don't remember one I didn't like. FOOD Not into tea? Come for the food! There is a wide selection of unique sandwiches, paninis, quiches, pizzas, tacos, burritos, enchiladas, soups and salads... and all with a gourmet, yet simple and homemade feel. Plenty of options for the vegan, vegetarian, or gluten-free patrons. It's hard to describe the feeling of clean-ness I feel after eating the food here... like I did something truly good for my body and soul. * Seasonal menu - always a great selection and always yummy. * Avocado delight wrap - soooo refreshingly tasty, even for a non-vegan. * Egg salad sandwich - so yummy! * 4-Cheese quiche - best quiche I have ever had. Rich and cheesy but tastes homemade and natural. * Milton's salad - spring mix with tomato, cucumber, sunflower seeds, dried cranberries, hummus, balsamic vinaigrette, and some kind of quinoa tabbouleh? So nourishing. * Scones - so good. I love the mango and black cherry. They are a bit sweeter than the traditional English variety, but that's something most of us Americans are used to. Served warm and toasty with a traditional thick cream to melt over the top. * Afternoon Tea for Two - Tea and scones with tea sandwiches and cookies served on a three-tier platter - have to try it once! It's a bit carb-heavy and sweet so I would say to be hungrier than you normally would for a light snack with tea. * Tea sandwiches - I love all 3 varieties but the herbed cream cheese is definitely my favorite. Perfectly suited for a light snack with tea (not a meal). If you don't want the full afternoon tea, I would just get these. PRICE I love that it's not too expensive - lunch specials are $8.50 and most items are less than $15. The tea is a bit more expensive if you want to take some home, but there are always deals! Yelp has the best one, but there are frequently deals for Infusion on Google Offers and Groupon, too. OVERALL If you love tea, come here. If you love great healthy food, come here. If you like a cool environment with free wifi, come here. If you crave an escape to a fancy tea room but don't want to drive that far, this is your best bet in Orlando!

First time eating a vegan restaurant but I would come back. I tried the portobello mushroom sandwich which was better than I expected. The tea choices can be a little intimidating for an amateur tea drinker. Word of advice, don't turn the tea stepper upside because your guaranteed to make mess.... (You know who I'm talking about)

Just discovered this little gem and I am so delighted it's close to me. The tea was awesome and the food was delicious. The cafe is quite big, compared to the surrounding shops/restaurants. Yummy food and good tea! I've had the Mediterranean pizza/flatbread, which was really yummy, and the carrot cake, also really good. The teas are good, though not the best I've had. The wait for food is also quite long, even if it's not busy. I like this place and it's also vegan friendly.

It's been a long time since I've been impressed by a restaurant. During my quarterly visit to Orlando to see my b/f, I've read many good reviews about this place and was anxiously awaiting a chance to try it out. David and I ventured here on a weekday night for dinner. I already scoped out the menu beforehand, so I knew what I wanted. I ordered the Nut & Honey whole wheat wrap. Ingredients: whole wheat tortilla, cashew butter, bananas, strawberries, granola, and honey. Came with a side of field greens and balsamic vinaigrette dressing. It was amazing. The combination of all the ingredients may be strange, but it is amazing together. David ordered the Avocado Delight whole wheat wrap. Ingredients: whole wheat tortilla, avocado, hummus, sunflower seeds, and spinach. It came with a side of bean and edamame mixture. YUM. YUM. YUM. Drinks: David had an iced tea of the day [I can't remember the name, but it was citrus flavored] and I had the Blueberry White hot tea. This is one of the few healthy vegetarian dinners that filled me up. Usually, I am feeling satisfied and full with non-healthy vegetarian dinners such as: pizza, pasta, veggie burgers . . . but to have a healthy vegetarian dinner leaving me satisfied is great! I highly recommend this place. Seating throughout, ingredients are fresh, people are friendly and place is clean. Their tea selection is massive, desserts are available, even though David and I didn't try any of the desserts.

What a great find! I went to infusion tea with some co-workers who recommended the place and I'm so glad they did! Everything is Vegan or Vegetarian which I love because I feel like the option are much more creative. This place has it all. It is part restaurant (serving sandwiches, panini's, salads and wraps) part store (cute little section selling everything from organic honey, teapots, books, cards, cute decor items with sayings) part massage spa (there is a massage chair and a massage therapist! Plus they will give you 5 free minutes with any session purchase). For my lunch I got lunch combo that is available until 3pm. You get to choose 2 of the following: 1/2 sandwich, 1/2 a wrap, 1/2 salad or soup and it comes with the tea of the day. I got the 1/2 of the Mediterranean tea sandwich which comes with eggplant and a tomato spread and for my other half I chose the Tempeh Taco Salad and it was bomb. The best salad I have had in awhile! It comes with corn, salsa, and chips sprinkled within and tempeh and another white sauce drizzled on top. Perfection! They had two options for their tea of the day: winter mint and pineapple bliss. I chose the Pineapple one and it was unsweetened so I got to sweeten with the various options on the table. They had organic honey, agave, raw sugar and Splenda. Everything in the menu sounded so yummy that I had a hard time choosing.

Haven't been to Infusion in a long while because I felt like their quality was diminishing. I tried it again today and it was good again. I usually order the lunch special with quiche and half a pear salad. The salad is so tasty and the different quiches they have are great as well. I like getting one of their iced teas of the day and since I don't drink caffeine I'm glad they usually have a decaf choice (herbal). The price is kinda meh - I spent $14 on my lunch today which is just so much for one person. Luckily their portions are a decent size.

It's amazing how my recent experience differed from my past one over a year ago. It was like night and day. I will say that it does make a huuuuge difference when you come on a weeknight versus coming during high peak times like weekends. I love the Sunday afternoon tea idea but this place just gets waay too overwhelming to go on that day. My friends and I decided to venture here after work for (late) afternoon tea on a Wednesday. There were a handful of customers here so we had our pick of where to sit and no lines to wait in. The tea selection is astounding and a bit overwhelming but thankfully the girls working were able to make some suggestions based on our tastes and preferences. The jasmine green tea was our unanimous pick and paired wonderfully with the 3 tier sampler of goodies. I do love that we were free to hang out, enjoy our tea/goodies and just chat without being made to feel like we had to hurry. It did start to fill up the longer we stayed. I noticed that this place seems to be popular with local meetup groups. There was a German woman sitting near us teaching a knitting class and off in the corner looked like a book club meeting. Make the time to also check out all the fun items for purchase. Lots of fun gifts ( some tea inspired) including some gag gifts for those hard to shop for people. When I want a laid back, non alcoholic "happy hour" with some soothing tea and tasty treats, I would totally come here...

This place is sooooo cute. I was introduced to Infusion by a friend of mine a few months ago, and I have to say...I love it... for the most part. Their tea selection is fantastic, except for the one time my coworker and I were working remotely and she got a tea that smelled (and tasted) a bit like fish. I love their cheese and fruit platter, and their wraps are fantastic. I haven't sampled most of their menu, but it all looks so good!! I've tried about half a dozen or so of their teas, and enjoyed most all of them!! You can buy their loose leaf tea, which is hip! I enjoy going here to do a bit of work remotely from the office; but as I learned last time I stopped by to do that, it gets a littttttle crowded. There are also very few places to plug in a laptop, so make sure your computer or tablet is fully charged if you're going to work remotely!! The staff can be a bit... rude. That sucks, because generally this place is awesome otherwise. There's a little shop that dominates half of Infusion, and it sells knick-knacks and gifts. It's really cute, though I've never bought anything there.

Great place. Cute. Great service. Foods tasty. Had the Milton salad! Pretty good & I like that it's a hardy mix of stuff and not a boring sale. The chili lime burrito... I was sold at "chilli lime..."

This place is awesome. They offer absolutely delicious vegan food, and they have many options, which is definitely not common in the Orlando area. They also have a killer Yelp deal in which you only pay $10 and can consume a value of $20. Would definitely come back.

I drive by this place everyday on my way to work. There are so many things to choose from on the menu, so I decided on the quesadilla. It was very tasty, I enjoyed it. The strawberry basil lemonade was good as well. For desert I had the peanut butter pie it was delicious. It's like a restaurant and a clothing shop together. I didn't get a chance to look at any items. However, I'll be back to see what they have. Overall, it was a nice experience. Service was great, didn't wait long for my meal and the price wasn't bad.

I recently bought a LivingSocial deal for Afternoon Tea for Two. I took my husband and we were both pretty excited to try it out. Needless to say I wasn't too thrilled about it once we got there. The tea wasn't too flavorful (white raspberry) but that's no one's fault. I have had tea here before and enjoyed it. They serve tea well here and the tea experience is pretty good. It's the afternoon tea that was the disappointing part. The bottom tier had scones and another sweet bread of sorts. The scones were very hard and tasted rather stale. I couldn't even finish half. They mentioned there was clotted cream but it just tasted like some cream with powdered sugar in it. Definitely not clotted cream. Second tier was finger sandwiches. There were six. SIX?!? That's it??? And four of them had cucumbers. .... which really lacks variety. I usually skip over the cucumber sandwiches when drinking tea but when 4/6 have cucumber slices on them it really feels like a waste to me. Surely there can be more variety. Maybe a chicken salad of some sort? Maybe a cheese spread of some sort? Bread was a little hard... like they were pre-made and sitting out. Top tier is two chocolate chip cookies. A very bland dessert. Cookies were hard and felt pre-packaged. :( No cute tarts? No petite four? No tiny cheesecake? Two stale cookies? Just really disappointed. Would not get afternoon tea here again. I feel bad for those who pay the full price for it. Please consider re-vamping this, Infusion. You can do better. Otherwise the atmosphere is REALLY cute and they sell lots of neat stuff there made by local vendors. Really enjoy that part.

Been here a few times now and have to say I adore the huge tea selection. I absolutely enjoyed afternoon tea with crumpets, well they were more like scones than crumpets but fantastic anyway! Came here with my sister and we tried a three-tier "tea for two" order. This order has a great selection of scones, nut breads, and savory finger sandwiches that go perfectly with a pot of hot tea. I didn't know what hot tea I wanted, but I knew I needed something without caffeine. The staff behind the counter were really helpful was suggesting herbal tea that would pair nicely with the afternoon lunch we had ordered. Okay so the scones-they were also served with Devonshire (aka clotted) cream which is butter's prettier cousin, essentially it is so good you forget what butter even is! Enjoyed the decor of the store too. After eating we walked around and checked out the selection of bath products, jewelry, unique gift items, and cards. This is definitely a "ladies who lunch" type of place to go. I understand they have great vegetarian options as well. Will definitely come back to get my tea fix here.

Cauliflower chickpea tacos!!!!!! So delicious and the right amount for lunch. I think they're on the seasonal menu, so get there soon. Also, I so love them for respecting peace and quiet. One of the few places without music blaring trying to create a soundtrack for your dining experience. You can actually talk with your fellow diners or even eavesdrop.

Goodness, I love this place. I won't bore you with my sappy memories about how this place means so much to me because it was the first good local place I found since moving back home two and a half years ago, so let me talk about what really counts: the food and tea! The tea selection is very expansive and sure to fit any of your needs. Whether you want a rich earl grey or a light and fruity herbal tea, they've got it. My personal favorites are the black apricot ginger, cinnamon ginger herbal, and the green passion fruit tea. I've had almost the whole menu and I've never been disappointed with it. The goat cheese pizza is divine. The saltiness of the cheese and tomato sauce is balanced well with the earthiness of the pine nuts, mushrooms, and spinach salad. I can't say enough good things about the vegan chili, either. It's hearty and filling, and comforting on cold, rainy days. I am not a fan of their desserts except for their gelato. I've found their cakes to be very dry and bland. However, I still give Infusion five stars because of the of calm ambience, great service, and great food and tea! Infusion, you have my heart forever. Side note: Infusion also owns The Soda Fountain down the street. I also recommend that cute little gem.

I'm taking Infusion down one star because their service has taken a turn for the worse lately--pretty consistently. The women behind the counter seem constantly exasperated by the crowds and business and annoyed if you order, well, almost anything. So the step down in stars is merely because I hate being treated like I'm bothering the people from whom I'm buying food, you know? Check your game, Infusion. I'm a long-term fan and customer--Still love infusion. Love your mushroom soup. Hoping this is a momentary glitch.

Huge selection of tea and delicious tea lattes! They have a really nice lunch menu and the salads are tasty and healthy. They occasionally have a Groupon for Afternoon Tea (One pot of tea, a three-tiered tray of premium pastries, including scones with cream and jam, fresh baked cookies and breads, and three types of tea sandwiches, and two servings of gelato) for $23 that I hope to take advantage of some day soon!

I came here with my office for a going away lunch, the girl who was leaving is a vegetarian, but all of my other coworkers are meat lovers. They were very skeptical about going to a vegetarian restaurant, but after there food arrived I didn't hear a single complaint! This place is awesome. I had a southwest burrito and it was fantastic! There are so many yummy options on the menu you will struggle to decide what to eat, but I guarantee you won't miss not having meat in your meal. If you aren't looking for a meal then go here for the tea, they have an awesome selection of teas that you can have hot or iced or buy some to take home! GO HERE you won't regret it!

Aside from the fact that I am so grateful to be so fortunate to live just a few short blocks away from this place, Infusion is simply the right spot to grab a bite and have a unique experience. Simple menu, basic stuff, well made, flavorful and healthy. I usually try to have something different from the last time, and have yet to be disappointed. Wonderful selection of teas, and pleasant service will close the circle to a good time. Whether alone, with my sweet spouse, or a group of friends, we always leave this place satisfied and pleased. We usually stop by for dinner after a day's work, but sometimes just a glass of tea and a quick dessert on any given weekend will certainly hit the spot. Infusion is the real deal.

Can I just move into this place? Delicious teas, sandwiches, salads & a super cute place, what's not to love about Infusion Tea! This is one of my favorite cafes in Orlando. Every time I go I love the food options, everything tastes fresh & is packed with flavor. If you're a fan of savory & sweet check out the roasted pear salad, that's by far my favorite thing on the menu & will make your taste buds super happy. So what are you waiting for? Go to Infusion Tea & go often!

I've committed a food blogger fail for not finding out about this place sooner! A friend and I grabbed breakfast here recently and I'm highly anticipating my next visit. This place made tea cool long before Starbucks and Oprah made it "trendy." The tea option and endless and the mint tea was expertly brewed. My cup was so flavorful I didn't need milk or sugar! The quiche and salad with homemade dressing were fresh and scrumptious at the same time. PLUS there's a cute little shop attached to the restaurant. Don't pass by this College Park spot, you're sure to embark on a new favorite!

Food is decent, but I would definitely not recommend their events / catering service. I tried to schedule my daughter's birthday party with them. I made several calls and visited the store personally before receiving any sort of response from their catering manager, Gina. I was offered a date and I immediately accepted one of the time slots offered, after which I was told I would receive a contract. As I was in a time crunch, I went ahead and ordered party invitations. Thirty-six hours later, I was told that the time slot I had accepted was no longer available. Infusion Tea should stick to what they're good at: food and tea. It definitely appears that they are over-extending themselves by offering events at their location.

This is a great little place to grab some tea with friends. The food was delicious (I got a grilled cheese sandwich) and the tea was good. I tried the Orange Flower Oolong and it was very delightful. They have a punch card system which is nice. The atmosphere is very warm and it's a great hip place to take your friends to for tea. I did however take a star off because when I asked about the difference between the two types of honey they weren't very knowledgeable about the product. Couldn't tell me which they thought was better and at first when I asked, they weren't even sure what the difference between the two kinds of honey they carry was. Finally one of them told me one is flavored and one isn't. Still, I'd expect you guys to know your product and give me information so I can make a good informed choice on which to buy.

I love this place! It's a healthy gem in College Park, where pizza and sandwiches seem to be plenty, leaving few choices for those limiting their carb intake. I always find myself getting their raspberry salad but yesterday I got their lunch combo with a half salad of choice and half sandwich and an iced tea of the day. I got my usual salad and the PB sandwich topped with bananas, strawberries and granola. My husband got a wrap with hummus and avocado and we both left very happy.

  • Ryan S.

Let me start with the best part of this place. They have so many different varieties of tea so there is something for everyone. In fact, every tea i've tried has delicious! However, that being said, the afternoon tea leaves something to be desired. The tea portion of the afternoon tea = great. However, the finger sandwich portion = not so good. My wife and I were greeted with a delicious looking platter that did not offer much variety. Most of the finger sandwiches were cucumber sandwiches (with the exception of the egg sandwich), and the rest of the offering was all sweets (scones, jam, chocolate chip cookies). I will definitely be back for the tea and to try some of the other food offered on the menu, but will not be returning for the tea time.

Absolutely loved this place. Great outdoor seating and incredibly fresh food. All of the dishes were filling and on-point, and the drink menu is out of this world. If you're looking for ethical food that is good and good for you this is a must-stop while you are in the area. Check it out!

Ordering process is straight forward, order and pay upfront. Sit wherever you like, and workers will bring you your food. They will then disappear for the rest of your stay-- I shouldn't of tipped upfront, as there was no real service done. But that was my only complaint. The food was delicious and in big portions, the decor was is very friendly and also community based, with local art works for sale and whatnot. It was my first visit, very likely my only visit (as I'm from NY.) It was enjoyable, and with the yelp voucher deal; you've got nothing to lose!

Well, where shall I begin? We've been here a handful of times because one of the places where I work is kind enough to give us gift certificates to use here. First off, what is it that I/we (my husband and I) like about this place? *We like that it's quiet. We've heard that it can get noisy in here but during the times we've been (which are on week day early evenings and today was a late afternoon on a Saturday) it's been quiet. * We like that we can meet for a pot of tea for only $6. That's probably the best deal they have there. We both get 2-3 cups of tea out of the pot. If the budget is tight, we go there just to split a pot and talk and reconnect. *We liked the meals we had there today. Hubby got the sweet potato tacos and I got the mushroom & spinach quesadilla. Both excellent & would get those again. * We like that there's chair massage available here. Wish they were here on the weekends. What is is that I/we don't care for? *Yes, the help can be a bit "surly". Today was the first day we've gone there and the help had smiles on their faces and had great personalities. Other times, not so much. At all. *They are very, very pricey for what you get. The meal we had today was: 1 order of sweet potato tacos (2 small ones) that came with blue corn chips and a side of salsa and 1 order of mushroom & spinach quesadilla with 3 toppings (salsa, sour cream sauce and guacamole). The total for this was over $17. If someone had not given me a gift certificate to use there, I would not have paid $17 for the meal. Not at all. We had a $25 gift certificate so we decided to make up the difference in loose leaf teas which we wanted to take home. All we could afford was 2 ounces of a pomegranate green tea and we had to pay $1+change for the difference. 2 ounces?? Seriously? It wasn't even organic tea. You get my point. *The Christian sayings printed on the bathroom wall I did not like. We are all entitled to our own opinions and beliefs. I keep mine to myself, especially with regards to my business. Please do the same. This very much bothers me. *It's a little dirty here. The floors could use a good scrubbing and sweeping. Would we go out of our way to come here if we didn't have gift certificates? Probably not, especially considering we live in Oviedo/Chuluota. We would find something closer to our home. I have another gift certificate that we haven't decided if we'll use on another meal or just get loose tea to bring home and enjoy.

Kind of attitude-y service. No one seems to be happy to be working there. I don't think it knows whether it's a shop or a restaurant. It's trying to be both. I think I'll skip it and head over to Dandelion next time.

Awesome place in College Park. Love the variety of teas they have available and they will mix teas for you if you wish. I had a Lavendar Rose combo and it was the bomb dot com. The workers there are super pleasant to encounter and the vibe is just chill and easy. Really nice relaxing spot. I also did a paint night here and it was totally worth it. $29 got you your art supplies, unlimited tea and/or wine (white and red) and if you wanted you could spend an additional $5 to get a wrap or salad. In the famous words of the old Governor of Cali., "I'll be back."

I have to say I've only been here to purchase loose leaf tea, but yesterday I went to work remotely and have brunch. I was sold! I had the Nut & Honey wrap, and for a die-hard carnivore it seriously had me thinking of converting. It was so filling that even though I had it at 11a I didn't get hungry again until around 5p. Talk about sustenance! I also loved seeing all of the items you could buy. It was like a tea shop and Urban Outfitters made a baby in College Park, but because there is such an emphasis on locally produced items (from the food being served to the knick knacks you can buy) you can feel the authenticity. My one complaint is the service. It feels like once you order at the counter they kind of forget about you. Occasionally I'd see a server stop by a table, which made me wonder if there was supposed to be some kind of table interaction. But my friend and I also happened to have laptops and notepads so I'll give the benefit of the doubt that maybe they were leaving us alone to do our work. We were there for a good 3 hours, and it would have been nice if someone had stopped by to see if we needed a glass of water, or even upsell us on another cup of tea.

Infusion is my goto place for text in Orlando. The person behind the counter is usually very knowledgeable about tea and have helped me several times find a tea I liked just by asking a couple questions about teas I liked in the past. Some of the wait staff once you are at the table, though, are less than helpful and difficult to flag down. I've mostly had the pastries and high tea, which is pretty good. Every flavor of scone I have tried was amazing. Their fruit bread with cream cheese spread is also pretty good, though in the past couple of months the slice of bread has definitely gotten thinner. Their gelato was a little too soft for me, so I wouldn't recommend it. Overall, I would say Infusion is best for tea and scone.

  • Chris D.

Really fresh and delicious tea. Their food is healthy and delicious as well. I really want to give them 5 stars, but the customer service was terrible. The cashier was super pretentious and really bothered by my simple questions about their tea selection. The rest of the servers were in a mood too. Wish they would hire friendlier staff. I'd really like to give them a perfect rating!

  • Bryony B.

Their afternoon tea is nice, but nothing spectacular - and I would know because I go to every afternoon tea I can find! It had two kinds of sandwiches, some cookies, and two scones. The tea was great though and the person who helped me was knowledgeable and quickly picked a great option for me with little input from myself. The dessert case looks good although I didn't try anything in there. They also have a cute selection of tea related items and accessories. Outdoor seating is covered and dogs are welcome! They'll even bring you water for them.

OBSESSED. I'm obsessed with this place! The food is healthy, fresh, filling, and happens to be delicious too (always a good thing...). I have to give a shout-out to a few of my favorite dishes though: Nut & Honey Whole Wheat Wrap- This wrap takes the PB&J you were embarrassed to eat every day at lunch and kicks it up 10 notches. They use local organic cashew nut butter, bananas, strawberries, and locally-made granola crumbles from Old Hearth Bread Co. Seriously- this aint yo mama's PB&J. Avocado Delight Whole Wheat Wrap- This vegan wrap will convert any hard core meat-eater. It boasts organic avocado, hummus, tomato, sunflower seeds, and plenty of spinach. I like to order this after a draining workout sesh since it fills me up and is as guilt-free as it gets. The wrap comes with a side of Infusion's famous 'The Admiral' 3-bean salad. This salad is so insanely, ridiculously good that it inspired me to try to recreate it. I failed miserably and now bitterly swear that they sprinkle some sort of addictive/tasty narcotic into it. But if you're looking for a cheap, quick bite- get the Fruit Bowl and have them add Greek yogurt and Old Hearth Granola ($5 + $1 for the additions). Trust me, It won't disappoint!

Infusion Tea is a nice spot for lunch, dinner, or afternoon tea. Their salads and flatbreads are fresh, light, and tasty. They have lots of vegetarian and vegan options on the menu and many unique dishes not found elsewhere. The service was VERY fast from the time I ordered to when food was at my table. The shop is nice and I could easily walk out with a fun purchase every visit. The yelp deals and check-in offers are an added bonus!

  • Laney R.

Be careful with the teas you get. Some are great, and some are pretty bad. It is really pricey like two dollars for grapes, but I liked the atmosphere. It is hardly ever busy, and their gelato and cookies are great! It is a long drive, but it was a pretty good place.

Neat little place. Good food, awesome variety of teas available. Have seen some beautiful parties in there. Would avoid high volume times, if possible to gain the best experience. Early mornings, Afternoons and evenings seem to be the best bet for that, you can even bring your laptop and hangout and do some homework, work, or even just relax and read a book.

I love this place. I honestly wish we had one of these in Houston! My boyfriend and I found this place on yelp while on vacation in Orlando. Oh boy! This place amazing! So much tea! We tried their iced tea and hot teas. It was so delicious! The ladies that work there know about all the teas! We didn't have enough time to try their food, but next time we will!

  • Kelly P.

Tea is good, food is okay. The quiche tasted like spinach cheesecake...wouldn't recommend. Mainly writing a review because of a cashier's insanely unprofessional behavior today. An older woman behind the counter was complaining to customers about how busy it was, while telling one young woman to go to college so she wouldn't be 'working in a place like this at her age'. It was pretty awkward. She even snapped at her co-workers so people in line could hear. My friend went to check on his food and she said "here". He said "have a good day" and she replied "yep". Other than this miserable human, it's a cute environment.

Overpriced average food and TINY portions. This is the first time I've seen cut up slices of a quarter of a portobello mushroom served with tomatoes as fillers, rather than a whole portobello mushroom slice, like most restaurants serve. The panini is half the size that you would get anywhere else for the same price!! This food won't fill you up even if you weigh only 113 lbs like me! Otherwise it's a nice atmosphere and they sell cute $20 T Shirts. I bought a T shirt. I have no problem spending money..... But I won't go there to eat again on principle because it's a shame how little they give to their customers. Shows how little they think of their customers. One imagines greedy and miserly owners!

Pleasantly surprised. I always pass this place and have wanted to check it out and I finally did. I thought all they had was tea and while they do have an extensive collection of teas they also have really good food. I am not much of a tea drinker but there featured tea was good and not your typical tea. I ordered the half egg sandwich and a salad and they both had loads of flavor. I would come back again for lunch.

Super cute place! They have little cute knickknacks around the store/cafe. As for their food, super yummy and healthy for you. I can definitely recommend the caprese panini. I had their pineapple bliss tea, which was nice. If you like sweet teas, note that they do not add sweeteners to them. As for staff, it feels as though they are rude. Almost like they do not want you to be there or you are out of place. Being sassy to a customer is not cute or appealing. They should definitely work on that.

This might be my favorite cafe in Orlando. The food is excellent, fresh, and flavorful. The menu has something for everyone. I am obessed with their sundried tomato spread tea sandwich. If I could make that spread myself I'd eat it daily. I highly recommend that and the roasted pear salad. Tea of the day is always delicious and the cafe ambiance is always sunny and pleasant. This is my happy place.

Tasty food and delicious tea! However, I've been in a few times the staff always looka bit somber. On a more positive note they have great deals with Yelp sometimes earning you a free tea or gelato just by checking in !

One of the best choices in Orlando for vegetarian yet tasty items. The salads are fresh and refreshing. Try the white pizza or the southwest burrito... And then there is the huge assortment of teas!

I agree with others- the price is a little bit high, but its nice that they offer yelp check-in deals and their food selection is quite good. The food always tastes fresh. If you are in a hurry during the lunch hour this may not be the spot for you, unless you can call ahead to order (which I am not sure about). The tea selection is excellent- I like to ask the employees what they are drinking and have them fix me the same. I have met very nice and helpful employees and some others have been a little short with me- but they are quite busy. I don't ever take it personally and it doesn't factor into my rating.

Great place, very good selection of teas that are fresh brewed and served to your table. I gave it 4 stars as I feel restraints that serve healthy (vegan) should also offer low carb/sugar options. They do have Stevia.

Grabbed lunch here recently with a friend. At first I was skeptical - I'm not much of a tea drinker, but the staff was really helpful in helping me find a tea that I actually enjoyed. I ended up getting the Caprese Panini with the Green Tea Jubilee - it was sooo good, I left with a full tummy already looking forward to my next visit.

It's been a few years since I've been here. From what I recall, the tea was awesome, and their food delicious. I took advantage of a $20 for $10 Yelp deal and had dinner tonight. I had one of their seasonal items, The White Pizza. It was one of the most delicious and deceptively healthy pizzas I've ever had in my life. The gelato was ok. The tea was excellent as always. I also love the fact that the place is much more relaxed than that other tea serving, vegetarian place people seem to like. This might become my home away from home while I'm living in this neighborhood.

Stopped here for lunch with the family. Really cute place that has tea, a bakery case, a little store and they serve breakfast/ lunch dishes. It's vegetarian/vegan so don't look for any meat here. We all got something different and there were no complaints.

i love this place! I can't tell you what I love more: the food and drinks, or the store itself. My first experience here was due to a coupon I purchased online for tea for two. My friend and I came in and shared a pot of tea and a tower of tea sandwiches, scones, and cookies. All of it absolutely delicious. We loved it so much, we just did it again the next time a coupon like that was available. There is a large selection of teas and I can't say enough about the food. The scones with cream are amazing. I'm craving one as I write this review. I've also had a mushroom quesadilla there, and it was out of this world. I have no qualms about recommending the whole menu to anyone, as i'm sure it's all incredible. The store is so cute and always has the best stuff. I've purchased items that now decorate my home and my office. A lot of the things they sell are so artsy and cute and you aren't likely to find them many other places. It's fun to just look around after you've enjoyed your tea and check it out. I often see groups of people having baby showers there and wouldn't mind having a little party there myself one of these days! It's a great place and you should definitely go enjoy it for yourself!

This place is the best for lunch. If you are in the area, I recommend stopping by for a healthy option. My mainstays here are the Tempeh Tacos and the Roasted Curried Vegetable burrito. You can eat here, and not leave feeling unhealthy and overstuffed. The portions are good, and most of the food I have tried or seen is chock full of vegetables. One thing that I was not a huge fan of was the salad. I find this to be common in restaurants that serve vegetarian food, but sometimes the salads just lack flavor and have too many greens. Overall, this place is awesome for the food and the accompanying tea that you get is top notch. I have only had the iced tea's they offer, but their Salted Caramel Pie they had was THE BOMB. **For Celiacs - This place offers a ton of options, and they were really good about offering gluten-free bread! Great stop in Orlando.

If a place can be kid-friendly and not at the same time, Infusion Tea is that place. Let me explain the not-kid-friendly part first, since it's shorter: there's no real place that's safe for the kiddos to be. That being said, Infusion Tea is SUPER tolerant of kids- I mean, they host an event once a month called "Mr. Richard's Dance Party," which is a music/dancing thing FOR toddlers- Can't get more kid-friendly than that, and they don't seem to mind if the kids are wandering around... but there's too much stuff that the kids can get into, especially on the co-op side of the restaurant. Speaking of the co-op, they sell amazingly cute and original pieces and gifts for reasonable prices! I'm a fan of their e-card products. The tea room itself has a relaxed atmosphere too. They bring the tea and food to your table, the staff is extremely knowledgeable and helpful about the menu, and the variety of tea is impressive. It feels a little luxurious hanging out here, because of the presentation of the tea sandwiches, the service staff, and there's no one bothering you as you dine al fresco... except maybe your toddler, who's wandered off again!

Floors are dirty and the "help" are too busy with their phones to bother sweeping or cleaning. Customers are not greeted with "hi", "good afternoon", "how can I help you" or anything other than a dirty look. Yes their food is good but everything else is just so poor I'm not going to be going back here of my own volition. (Yes, I was there today. I was meeting a friend who just inSISted that we meet there. :P )

If you are looking for a place to have a light healthy lunch, this is the place to go. This place is set up so that you order at the register, find a seat and they bring you your meal. It was such a lovely day, my good friend and I decided to sit outside. I had researched the menu online and had my mind set on the Concorde wrap (hummus, tabouleh, field greens, sunflower seeds and balsamic glaze = total deliciousness) but when I saw the soup of the day was a white gazpacho (cucumber, green apple and other goodness = yummy), I had to go with the combo 1/2 sandwich and 1/2 soup. The ingredients of both of the soup and sandwich were super fresh. I can't tell you how many times I told my friend, "This is so good!" She had been there before and recommended it. She had 1/2 soup and 1/2 salad. She said she always gets the Tempeh chili because it's so good. If you are not afraid of food packed with flavor, check this place out.

Been going to infusion for many years & love the atmosphere. Best thing is the tea! Loose leaf is the way to go, my favorite being True Life. The lunch combo is a good deal. Mostly everything is vegetarian/vegan/gf so if you're not into this you may not enjoy. The store also has baked goods & gelato for your sweet tooth!

Tea-riffic! Sorry. I couldn't help myself. Part tea house, part local shop, Infusion Tea is wholly adorable. The tea menu itself is ridiculously deep. If you're a tea snob, you won't have any complaints here. The teas are listed out by type and flavor profiles are give for each. They do have a few coffee options and a handful of other beverages available if you're not tea-minded. But I say when in Rome... The local shop side is just a precious. If you seek a gift for a hostess, a birthday, or just a little something local for yourself, this is a great place to pop in. And I saw they have some tasty looks eats, too, so you could certainly make a day of it. With a handful of couches and chairs, plenty of light and said tea menu, Infusion Tea is a great spot to get your looseleaf deliciousness. Side note - what the heck are you supposed to do with the infuser *after* taking it out of the tea pot?! Our party felt odd just placing it on the wood table.

Be prepared to wait. Especially if you come in during the busy lunch hour. I waited 30 minutes for my food, and while I waited, I dealt with rude staff, and diners. The decor is trendy, and artsy, but in the "money making" way. It's nice that they feature local artists, and have someone offering chair massages. But a relaxing haven? I don't think so. As for the food- it was okay. Definitely didn't warrant a 30 minute wait for a salad with beans on it, and 1/2 a hummus sandwich.

This place is absolutely amazing!! So many tea varieties and great food. My family and I went as a vacation treat. We did the afternoon tea that came with tea sandwiches, scones, cookies, etc. It was so great I picked up a few tea samples for my boss and will try to make it back again before we go home. Only bad thing is some of the staffers aren't as happy or friendly as you might like but if the lines are always that long I can kinda understand why. Hard to be happy when you are really busy.

This place is a rip off, we bought the groupon for 4 people ($40) and the only difference between the one for 2 people and ours was that we got 1 extra pot of tea and 2 extra chocolate chip cookies, the amount of scones/sandwiches was exactly the same. And each of us got gelato. But we had to ask for it, like they were hoping we'd forget. The service was horrible. The guy seemed mad we had a groupon. The food was ok, just basic, scones, cookies, bread with cream cheese and cucumber. Nothing you couldn't go to publix and get 5x the amount for the same price. There's so many places like this in Orlando, that are tons better! There's no reason why I'll ever go back.

The pesto panino is SO GOOD and I love the unique salad that comes on the side! Love the ambiance and the tea flavors! I do agree, though, that the staff isn't very helpful and kind of seem like they don't want to be there. A little smile goes such a long way especially for such an adorable place!

OK Infusion let's get it together! I was excited to try the sweet potato tacos as per my tip, but it came out with beans which is not listed as the ingredients on the menu and they can't make it without beans, not cool nor freshly made. I detest beans... Now I sit and wait patiently for my less exciting mushroom quesadilla. Loosing stars!!! Been waiting for my food. Wasn't put to the front but sent behind everyone else. Now I have to take it to go.

I love Infusion Tea and what they offer is unique for the College Park community. Unfortunately, I went with three ladies for afternoon tea and our service could have been better. My mother-in law ordered English Breakfast and asked for cream. Everything was brought to our table except the cream. No one checked on us and she had to get up to ask another staff member. The food tastes good but is casual in the presentation. Also, the three tiered serving piece is made of glass but was covered in water spots, so just a lack of attention to detail. We went to test it out for a baby shower but decided against it based on our experience. I'll still go back for tea and lunch but not for a special occasion.

I've been here three times now. Eaten here twice, and just had tea the other two times. The tea is very good, freshly brewed, and the choice is huge. The one time I ate there I had portabella sandwich, which I remember being very good. Some interesting deserts as well, although I've only shared one in the past. The atmosphere is a bit eclectic, with comfy couches, and places to sit outside as well. And, there are lots of artsy things for sale. Gentlemen, the ladies love this place. Every-time I've been there I was far outnumbered - not a bad position ( :

This is a cute little spot nestled in the College Park neighborhood. It's completely vegan and the menu options are plentiful! We ordered the: Mediterranean Pizza Tempeh Tacos Veggie Panino (that's not a typo) Monk Tea The food was very flavorful, fresh, and filling! The Mediterranean pizza had this amazing after taste of basil which was absolutely divine. I love vegan because it does so much for your taste buds! The tacos were delish and so was the veggie panino, my goodness that ciabatta was so savory! This place is known for their teas (obviously) and the Monk Tea is absolutely fabulous I highly recommend it. There are SO many different teas to choose from that I want to go back and try them all! The fruitiness of the Monk Tea is amazing! It's also just a nice quaint spot to catch up with a friend and the decor inside is so cute and vintage! I'll definitely be back for more tea! DON'T FORGET TO USE THE $10 for $20 COUPON right here on Yelp! Can't beat 50% off!

Love infusion! I love that they are a vegetarian/vegan place with desserts and not filled with soy. I seriously love everything I've eaten here, from the soups to the quiches. They also have some awesome local artwork for sale in the shop to browse while you wait for your meal!

Love love love love love. The food is amazing, fresh and different! The tea selection is jaw dropping!! The salads are so good! Combos I wouldn't have thought of but were pleasantly surprising! I was really very happy that I finally got around to eating here. I must go back ASAP. The lady at the counter was so nice and helpful when I couldn't decide what of the many tasty looking items I wanted. And free refills on tea of the day!

Delicious and healthy with plenty of vegetarian and gluten free options! I wanted to try everything on the menu, but I ended up going with the strawberry salad and the pesto panini. The food was fresh and filling, leaving me satisfied but not stuffed, which is a good thing in my opinion. Infusion Tea has a light and breezy vibe both inside and on the outdoor patio.

Having recently moved here from Doral, Florida (by Miami) where the idea of vegetarian makes most residents confused, angry, smirk or laugh and make fun of you, having a place a block away that has vegetarian options makes me very happy. I now don't have to worry about picking from a lard based Latin menu trying to find something to eat. We had been very excited with the reviews and on our second day in the area strolled over for something to eat. We are also huge tea fans and found out that we can find Hierba Mate here too. It is very cute and we managed to hit it at a time where the "ladies who lunch" crowd were in. We didn't know what to order so we decided to have a couple of things from the lunch menu were you can choose two 1/2 size portions. This way we could try a couple of different options. I had 1/2 the Avocado wrap and Chili, my daughter had the Quiche and Broccoli and Cheese soup. Everything we had was delicious, including the teas (one was Mango and the other I forgot the name but it was citrusy). The soup and the Chili were quite tasty, I loved both, almost took my daughters soup from her, it was zesty and delicious. We came for dessert last night - one gelatto and one piece of cake $10. I can't wait to go for another meal, although I found it slightly pricey for the portion sizes. Not too much so, but enough that I will try other options once and a while. Free WiFi? Thank you very much.

What can I say about Infusion Tea..... It's all about tea and I love that! I am not a coffee drinker so to have this hip and cool place just for tea drinkers is awesome! There are so many teas to choose from sometimes its over whelming.....sometimes I just go with my standard...chai latte because it's my safe go to drink. Sometimes I'm adventuresome and go crazy and try the iced tea of the day. I have to say it's been awhile since i've been here and I was a little sad to see that the co-op artsy side has changed. It used to be so cool to walk around and shop for eclectic gifts for friends or myself. Now it's smaller and not as much stuff...and it all kind of looked the same. I used to want to buy quite a few thing here but only found 1 thing yesterday.... Anyway, enough about the art side of Infusion Tea back to why I'm reviewing this great tea shop.... It's a great spot to meet a friend for tea, lunch or ice cream. They have such great little goodies, like handmade marshmallows on the counter. I was there to have tea and took a peek in the ice cream case and they looked delicious. I noticed lots of Vegan choices. Which surprised me. I do want to check them out next time....even though I'm not Vegan I enjoy checking out flavor profiles for school. If you have time get a chair massage it's worth it!

They have a tiny farmers market that isn't a farmers market because there isn't really any produce but it makes for fun shopping nonetheless. They have a store inside with cool goodies too.I loved my rice bowl and the salads my friends were eating looked GNOM! The service was for the most party friendly but I could see where it could be a little off based on some of the previous comments. A server dropped something off at our table but balked when we handed her a plate to take away. I guess that was too hard. Other than that, I enjoyed it and was thrilled at the tea selections as the desserts (some of which are vegan).

Infusion Tea By Anna-Marie on September 4, 2012 | Edit Editor's note: Chad and I visited Infusion Tea last month before I started my September 30-day No Bread Challenge. So far, only 4 days into the No Bread Challenge and I have only messed up once- more on that later....for now enjoy our adventures at this organic teahouse.... Orlando is a very well-rounded culinary mecca. We have restaurants that cater to every type of cuisine from around the world. One of the newest trends here in town is the popularity of organic "teahouses". I am not sure how to categorize this trend but there are three places I can think of in Orlando that serve up not only a huge selection of teas, but they also cater to the vegan/vegetarian crowd with their food. Chad and I love this place called Infusion Tea in the College Park neighborhood just north of downtown Orlando. You can order from a huge list of all kinds of tea - from black tea to white tea to rooibos to everything in between. You can order a pot of hot tea and enjoy some cucumber tea sandwiches. You can order a glass of iced tea and enjoy one of their organic items on the food menu. Everyday brings a quiche, a soup and a hot and cold tea as the daily feature. (Hint: If you "check-in" on Yelp you will receive a complimentary glass of the iced tea of the day). And if you order the hot tea you have a "timer" on your table that will tell you when your tea is done steeping if you want it light, medium or strong. (They sell these cute little timers for about $15 right at the counter). So while the tea is great, they also serve a great selection of healthy sandwiches, soups and salads. I had the white gazpacho soup and the goat cheese pizza. A delicious combination......the tangy goat cheese and the sweetness of the gazpacho really went well together. On a previous visit, Chad and I got their lunch combo special. I ordered the avocado delight wrap with the Milton Special salad (organic field greens, roasted beets, dried cranberries, sunflower seeds, hummus and tabouleh). Chad ordered the veggie and hummus sandwich and the roasted pear salad. Wow- that salad was terrific- the salad was topped off with these pecan crisp crackers and caramelized pears. The space itself is very eclectic- while you are waiting for your food to be prepared you can stroll around the store located right in the dining area. On Thursday nights you can find some of the local food trucks and merchants out in the parking lot. On a recent visit Chad and I made, we enjoyed a frozen organic popsicle and a German chocolate Vegan cupcake after dinner. We just love trying out all these organic vegetarian places - Infusion Tea is one of the great places that is putting Orlando on the healthy food map!! CHOW ORGANIC!!

I have been here a few times with friends but haven't been in a few years.. Came out with my friend n her hubby n my children today for a late lunch... Even though, we were there almost 4 in the afternoon it was fairly busy.. I like that they now have an outdoor eating area.. Nice touch for people that like the fresh air.. The food was delicious n very reasonable price.. We were impressed with everything's we ordered.. We got the ruby red raspberry iced tea.. Yummy!!!.. We looked at the ice cream but didn't order it this time but will next time for sure.. Such a treasure little place.. Will be coming more often.. Great atmosphere:)

After visiting this place couple times in the past 2 years, I want to give it another review! This is still my favorite tea place in Orlando. I went there this Saturday with my little book, it was quiet around 4 pm, not many people around, which was perfect time to read my book while sipping the Orange Flower Oolong iced tea (free refill too!), it was $2.95 so the price was decent! Later, my friend joined me and got a cup of hot tea, no refill on that, and it was $3.25. We didn't get any food since we weren't hungry, but I highly recommended the Nut Honey Wrap as I remember how good it tastes and almost get it every time I go there. We had such a fun time and then ended up tasting different honey bottles from each table since there was literally no others around!! We were the only two in the cafe, it must been very slow or our craziness just scared everyone away! But their organic honey came in different flavors sitting on each table turned us into little kids, tasting honey and giggling!! It was a lot fun hahaha, and I also discovered a new clay teapot they got there, it was a PIGGY!!!!!!!! I had to tell myself to calm down as soon as I saw it, and reminded myself it was just me lusting over a materialized item, no need to get all excited, and eventually talked myself out of it. What a fun trip to Infusion, wish I lived closer!

Love the food. Atmosphere is great. Wonderful vibe, but I wish the staff was a little but more friendly. Thought the 1st time someone was just having a bad day, but the 2nd time I guess it's just their manner. Love supporting small businesses but just wish I got a better vibe from the staff.

Terribly slow and miserable customer service. Was there today about 1:00 to place a to-go order. Place was not too crowded so, foolish me, I figured I would be in and out. I place my order for a honey nut wrap and take a seat at the counter and wait... and wait... and wait... Well, 20 minutes pass and nothing. So I flag down one of the indifferent employees wandering about behind the counter to inquire about my to go order. He goes in the back, comes out and says "it's not ready" which, at that point, was pretty obvious. Apparently, they only had one person on the line and that was somehow justification and an perfectly valid explanation because after telling me that he just walked off. To make matters worse, they burned something in the kitchen. Think burnt popcorn on steroids. So, I'm waiting, my eyes are burning, the place reeks, and now 25 minutes have passed and still no wrap. When the wrap was finally handed to me, and I commented that it took a long time, no apology, no further explanation, nothing but an indifferent employee simple turning her back and walking away. Very sad state of customer service affairs. Worst part is, the wrap wasn't even for me so I can't tell you I enjoyed the food after the grotesque wait and epitome of indifference from the staff.

I was surprised I liked this place. The tea was delicious. The food was very good as well. We ordered the 3 tier meal: cookies, 3 different tea sandwiches & 2 different scones. At first this didn't look like a lot of food but I was full. We also got free gelato which was tasty. It's not that big inside and has a little shopping area next to your seating. Staff was nice.

AMAZING TEA. Oh my tea, and such a huge selection too. I wish I could stand there all day and ask them about all their teas, but the people behind would probably kill me. lol. I'm not too big a fan of their food, however. There's nothing wrong with it; I'm just a dedicated omnivore. Meaning, I like a little bit of meat with my veggies. So it's me, not them. xD I came in with a friend for their Afternoon Tea. It had been awhile since I'd had a real tea time, so I was excited. I was looking forward to their scones and cream; especially their cream, which I thought would be the traditional tea-time treat, clotted cream. When their three-tiered tray came out, everything looked amazing! It was fresh- and delectable-looking. The tray came with cookies, three types of tea sandwiches, scones, and sweet breads. Everything turned out well initially, the tea, sandwiches, and cookies were great! We had chosen white strawberry tea; the flavor was wonderfully light and refreshing. The sandwiches tasted great and really filled us up, considering how small they were; and the cookies and sweet breads were a good treat. Unfortunately, the scones and cream really disappointed me; especially since they were the main reason I'd wanted to do tea time in the first place. The scones were burnt, hard, and stale-tasting. Thinking I could mask the flavor, I smeared it with the cream, only to find out they had provided us with cream cheese instead of clotted. Normally, I'm a fan of cream cheese, but the disappointment really hit hard. xD I've also gone in a couple times after and tried their Lunch Combo (select two of the following: 1/2 salad, 1/2 soup, 1/2 tea sandwich, 1/2 wrap) with their Daily Tea. It was good, and I felt so healthy eating it. But as soon as I left the shop, I was hungry again. lol. Service here is good. They definitely know their stuff and they're super attentive. I've noticed the rapport they have with their regulars as well. With their free wi-fi, I suppose you could get some work done at Infusion Tea, but I don't think I could. lol. The atmosphere feels very much like a cute little cafe or shop; so while I would shop there and lunch there, I probably wouldn't feel comfortable spreading out my books and settling down for hours of study.

What a fantastic find! My sister and brother-in-law took me here while I was down visiting them in Orlando. Infusion Tea is an amazing community space with wonderful, healthy food and more varieties of tea than I've ever seen in any other tea shop. They have a great series of free events, too. Such a charming place - inspires me to want to open a franchise in New York City.

For over a year I have worked near the College Park area and can not believe it took me until last week to pay a visit to this fine establishment. I have made multiple trips to the other local vegetarian/ vegan establishments, but none of them hold a candle to Tea Infusion. Immediately upon stepping inside I was taken aback by the wonderful earthy atmosphere of the café. The cashier was great at recommending a great tea from the large selection and I was happy to hear that any tea could be served iced on the hot summer day. If you go I personally recommend the Passion Fruit Green Tea. Yum! In May I spent some time in San Antonio and though I was craving tamales, I was unable to find any semi-healthy versions to enjoy. It took me until September to find the perfect tamales at Infusion Café. The Vegan Tamales were not greasy at all and tasted very fresh. Mine were served with a side of black beans and rice that were wonderfully infused with fresh spices, onions and peppers. They reminded me of the black beans I make from scratch at home. My boss enjoyed lunch with me. She ordered the Raspberry Salad and made attempts to lick her bowl clean when she finished. To round the meal out the two of us split a Greek Pizza. The pizza came with lovely fresh toppings and a crust that melted in your mouth. I honestly can not wait to visit Tea Infusion again. This may be my new home away from home. :)

When I lived in College Park, this was one of my favorite places in the neighborhood and I quickly became a regular visitor. In my opinion, the tea is not the greatest attribute of this place. For some people that is discouraging, as they are looking for a great TEAhouse. While they do have a great selection and are always wiling to help you find a tea that is just right for your palate... the teas themselves are, for the most part, pretty mediocre. The food, however, is great. The menu is all vegetarian, with many vegan options, and lots of fresh locally produced ingredients. I always enjoyed the lunch combo (iced tea of the day and choice of any duo: 1/2 soup, 1/2 salad, 1/2 sandwich). Every salad on the menu is fantastic, but I highly recommend the Raspberry salad. They also have a good rotation of specials, including a soup and quiche of the day. Another great thing about Infusion is the atmosphere. There is plenty of cozy inside seating, as well as shaded outside tables. The music is relaxing and there is free wifi. The space is also shared with a cute little store that sells locally made knick-knacks and art. And some days they have an area set up for a local masseuse where you can get a nice shoulder rub. The staff and owner are all very courteous and personable. Overall, it is just a great place to relax and munch on some yummy food. Good for some alone time or for a group. Very community oriented.

So, after a year i went back to Infusion Tea, against my better judgment. I should have trusted my instincts, because once again i was treated rudely at the counter and ignored. What is wrong with these people? I will ABSOLUTELY, NEVER EVER, EVER go to this restaurant again.

Even though Dandelion Cafe is my favorite teahouse/vegan outpost in Orlando, I live just a few blocks from Infusion in College Park so I decided to give it a go after yoga @ CPY last night with my friend. Food was really good but pricy for what you get. I have the chevre panini which was creamy and tangy from the artichokes and olives. It was a bit greasy, but it was VERY good. When asked what side choices there were, I was dryly informed that it came with the "three bean" which was a hearty bean salad. Also had the tempeh chili which had a really savory, meaty flavor (tasted very salty though) and was pretty tasty. It's enough for a meal in and of itself. My friend had the strawberry salad and said it was pretty standard given what it was. We also had a peanut butter gelato which was good, too (from the Gelato Shoppe). Normally, I'd have given this place four stars based on great food quality but the "service" was absolutely terrible. The girl behind the counter was clearly pissed off from the moment we walked in the door at 8:20pm (they close at 9pm) and acted like we rushed in five minutes before closing. She took our order and then immediately started turning off lights inside. She even asked us (pointedly) if we wanted to take our gelato now and take our food in boxes outside since they were closing. My friend laughed and told her no, that we had plenty of time. Really?! We couldn't have felt more like unwelcome party guests that couldn't take the hint. God forbid customers be such a burden on the cashier who wants to close forty minutes early. It really rubbed me the wrong way since our bill would have been ~$30 for counter service had I not had a Yelp deal. I promise that I-Bar will still have PBRs left for you when you leave at 9 instead of 8:30, girlfriend. I'll probably go back for takeout simply because of the proximity to my house, but let it be known that Dandelion Cafe is a much better option if you're looking to linger with friends.

This place is really great! The food is healthy and they have a great selection. It's perfect for a lunch meeting and an after work meal. They have free wifi and are attached to small artistry boutique. If you order to go you can shop while you wait. They always have a tea and soup of the day. They have an awesome lunch special for $8 you can't go wrong with that. On Thursdays they have a fresh market with various vendors in front of the store. It's a great little neighborhood hub!

Just echoing the praises of so many other Yelpers. Excellent vegan food from a wide variety of backgrounds (try the chili lime burrito), and a bitchin' tea selection that I'm anxious to try. Cupcakes, too. It's a must-go. Also, I should've added this initially, but not everything on the menu here is vegan. It is, however, 100% vegetarian. Bottom line: go there.

I didn't look closely enough at their online menu to realize that this was all vegetarian fare. I might be okay with that normally, but I was really hungry when I went. And meat eaters crave meat. Oh well. The dishes that my hubby and I ordered were okay. They weren't super tasty, but not bad either. I just wished they had a larger selection of sandwiches and stuff. I think meat choices would have added to the list. lol They had a lot of teas, but since we only visited once, we only got to try one tea and one hot chocolate. Again, just okay. Nothing especially fascinating. The guy who took my order was really nice though. Oh - one thing that was cool was that they had a whole shelf of board games. You could order your food, and sit with your friends and play cards or other board games. I thought that was a nice friendly touch to the place.

I went here while on holiday in Florida. I was with another hungry vegan and just when we were starting to think we may not find a meal in Orlando, lo and behold we found Infusion Tea. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful and we even got a deal through Yelp fr $20 worth of food for $10. The food was excellent and we were even able to get vegan dessert! I highly recommend Infusion Tea!

I absolutely love this place. The food is all vegetarian, a lot is vegan or gluten free. Everything is delicious! Their coconut cake is to die for. The artisan shop has super cute stuff too. Love the Mexicali Pizza. Wish they were closer to home, or maybe I'd spend too much time and money there, hehe.

Really a lovely tea shop in a place with rather a dearth of them. The first thing I noticed when I walked in was the adorable decor and the extensive selection of tea on the back wall. I got a cup of Lapsang Souchong, which was high-quality and very tasty, and a vegan(!) cupcake, which was equally good. I don't appreciate that they used a glass mug, which wound up singing my hands if I held it for any length of time. The menu also had plenty of things I'd love to try when I come back, which will be often.

I am a tea freak and I have to say that I LOVE this place :) It is so cute and the employees are friendly. The tea isn't spectacular but it's a great chill atmosphere. The food is pretty good (all vegetarian). I love the Pesto Panini, but my absolute FAVORITE is the flatbread and 3 dips. The mango chutney is AMAZING! Infusion is perfect in the College Park area!

When I went to go visit Infusion Tea for the first time, it was actually also my first time in the College Park area. But from what I could tell, the atmosphere of this tea shop is more than likely a good representation of what the College Park community is like--young, artsy, and organic. As soon as you walk in the door, you will notice the giant wall of fresh loose leaf tea, which may be slightly upsetting for coffee drinkers. If you are looking for a coffee cafe, Infusion Tea perhaps isn't the best place. But I digress, both my friend and I went with the iced tea of the day (free unlimited refills!) and neither of us regretted it. After browsing around the art co-op which is actually connected to Infusion, we decided that we wanted to get some food as well. I went with the Goat Cheese pizza and my friend got the Vegan Chili. All I can say is WOW. I LOVE goat cheese pizza (which is rare to find at most places) and my mouth is watering just thinking of how delicious the Goat Cheese pizza is here. And if I wouldn't have spent my money on the pizza, I definitely would have gone for one of their tasty looking pastries or chocolates. They even had Shark Week cupcakes (it happened to be Shark Week the time I visited). Overall, I would highly recommend Infusion Tea to anyone who has not tried it. Definitely worth a stop in if you're in the College Park area, even if it's just for some tea on the go.

Great, yummy food! Healthy, too. With a huge selection of teas! Love the location. And added bonus, connected to a local art store. I'd definitely recommend giving place a try!! (service is never bad, but depending on who's working...you could get ok service...or extremely great service)

This is a dishonest proprietor. Please do NOT patronize this establishment! Infusion Tea refused to honor their LivingSocial.com Deal for bulk tea. The proprietor agreed that there was nothing in the fine print for the deal that excluded the purchase I wished to make. He agreed that he had no basis for refusing my deal certificate as payment for my purchase. He refused to negotiate any other agreement, and walked out of the room without resolution. We do not need unethical businesses in College Park, who treat their customers rudely and unfairly. I ask anyone who reads this to seriously consider patronizing one of the many other fine restaurants in College Park. Mr. Infusion Tea needs to learn that a pre-paid deal such as the one he provided through Living Social, is a contract by which he is required to honor to the best of his ability. His refusal to do so in this case strongly indicates that he should not be allowed to remain in business. Certainly does not deserve the patronization of the fine folks in College Park and greater Orlando.

I just had dinner here last week for the first time... IT WAS AMAZING! The vegetarian chili and mushroom bisque were delicious. The Black bean with lime rice was fantastic. It was nice and warm, pressed just long enough. The pesto panini was also good, a nice variety of grilled veggies served perfectly. Also, try one of teas here. They have LOTS of teas in different varieties. I didn't even know they had white tea. I even commented on saying, "Do they have teas for every color of the rainbow?"... :) I'll definitely be back again soon!

I was recommended to this place by a coworker and it's by far the cutesy teashop! I got 2 half sandwiches, one was the hummus veggie and the other was nut and honey. The nut and honey was like CANDY. They were both delicious. My mom had the pesto panini; also very good. I like to eat really healthy for weight loss reasons and this place made me feel like it was okay to eat pretty much anything. We also got the citrus sunset iced tea and the turkish apricot iced tea. We also bought some loose leaf pineapple bliss green tea to take home. Just brewed some up and it's great! Unique aspect is this place has local artists' arts and crafts available for sale as well! All in all this place is just a wonderful cute setting.

Hosted my sister's baby shower here and was not disappointed! The event coordinator was extremely cooperative and accommodating. The setup was fantastic! There was a huge table provided for the placement of gifts, favors, and decorations. When it came time to open her gifts the waiter advised us that a sofa was reserved for our party so my sister could stretch out and get comfortable! (Very important to a pregnant lady!) The server was perfectly attentive without being overbearing. He made sure not a single teacup went empty for long, and when one member of my party was not eating he immediately noticed and quietly inquired as to the problem. Turns out the guest could not eat gluten so he wasted no time having a gluten free option prepared for her so she could enjoy the food as well! The food selections provided with the tea were delicious and everyone had more than enough to be satisfied. I could not have been happier with the experience and would recommend it to anyone looking to host a shower!

Infusion Tea has a great selection of black, green, white, and oolong teas. I frequently buy tea there for home. As far as I can tell it's the only real tea house in Central Florida, apart from the chain. I usually eat lunch, which is always fresh, local, precisely cooked and tasty. Try their pizzas! But the tea's the thing. Drink their Dragonwell, Silver Needle, Iron Goddess, and Sencha. Follow their (easy) directions on brewing. You'll soon be a convert to real tea, which, after all, is the Elixir of Longevity. Friendly people and a lovely environment full of art and tea.

A really cool tea shop in college park. The tea selection is awesome, the descriptions are accurate and very helpful. They have a great selection of organic teas too. My favorites are Blackberry Sage and Wintermint Rooibus. The cafe delivers fresh, delicious and reasonably priced food, very vegetarian friendly. Taking them down a star from 5 because the tempeh chili isn't as good as it was a year ago. The shop attached features products from local artisans, and while that usually means a hefty price tag, I find the prices are fair for some really unique gifts.

It's nice to see a cafe in Orlando that offers vegetarian and vegan options, alongside with great wifi. The tea selection is extensive, covering a broad range of types (white, black, red, green & herbal). They do also have coffee. I had a great hummus and avocado wrap, super fresh. They also have seasonal offerings (the day I was there it was pumpkin hummus). Staff were helpful when I went to buy some tea as well. There's indoor and outdoor seating. Place seems clean. The only drawback is that this place can be a bit confusing the first time. Infusion follows the order-at-the-counter-we'll-give-you-a-number-and-bring-you-your-food approach, which I'm well accustomed to, but I find the fact that the menus are hidden up by the cash register makes the cash register logjam. The menu boards are so full of tea descriptions, there's no space left for food, which means that everyone gets to the counter and has to figure out what they want.

We had a groupon for this restaurant that gave us a pot of tea, 2 entrees and 2 gelatos. It was a great deal. This is a vegetarian restaurant with lots of vegan options. But meat eaters won't miss the meat, everything is so tasty and there are plenty of egg and cheese dishes. We arrived around 12:30 on a Saturday afternoon. The place was busy. They have some outside seating in front with umbrellas for shade and a white trellis for separation from the street. Inside, they have some two-person high top tables and some small square tables. They really need more seating because this place is popular. The store is nicely decorated and feels like a garden decor store and is quiet enough for a decent conversation. You stand in line and order at the front counter. Behind the counter are several long rows of tea jars with all kinds of teas. We had the Muladahra Black, a smooth black tea with a medium body and a hint of honey. It came in a very large tea pot with enough tea for about 5 of their large cups. The perky lady behind the counter was very patient and very helpful. We ordered the quiche of the day (broccoli and cheddar) and the mushroom and spinach quesadilla. When it's ready, the food is brought to your table by a guy that seems overwhelmed. He was the only person there not smiling. The quiche comes with a small, very nice baby leaf salad. While the quiche was good, it was just ordinary. The quesadilla, however, was large, very good, and full of flavor. And the smells of the vegetarian tempeh chili from the next table were wonderful. We finished with a small bowl filled with gelato. At first it looked tiny, but the bowl seemed to have no bottom. We could not finish them. The dark chocolate was a chocolate lovers dream and the cappuccino was tasty. The only disappointment was the Tiramisu which was kind of bland -- more like a creamy vanilla. I talked with the lady at the front counter and she said they are typically much busier for lunch than for dinner. We will definitely be back. For the lonely guys, this place is filled with women. Go by and ask to share a table.

Came with a friend and split the Middle Eastern Pizza and the Goat Cheese pizza. Very satisfactory indeed! Paired with the delightful Coconut Black Tea, one feels as if they are sitting on a hill in Lebanon, staring at the world ahead while sipping tea with a relaxed goat. Absolutely splendid!

Infusion is one of my favorite places for lunch! The convenient College Park location is easy to fine, and easy parking. Opt to sit outside under one of the big umbrellas, or if you prefer, chill inside. The tea selection is extensive, my favorite in the summer is iced Rose-colored Glasses which has a hint of mint. The quiche and the vegetarian chili absolutely rock. The wraps and small sandwiches are perfect too. The fare is vegetarian, with some vegan options as well, and the portion sizes are just right. After lunch save a little room for a delicious confection from Chocolate Provocateur... my favorite are the little red velvet cupcakes and the macaroons!

I hadn't been to this tea shop in years & years...until yesterday, when I went there for lunch. My oh my, how wonderful it was to eat here! Everything on the menu sounded so very yummy that I had a hard time choosing between their wonderful selections. So, I ordered 3 items! All 3 were perfection! I had their wonderful summer seasonal offering: White Gazpacho. A cool soup made with cucumbers & apple. I dreamt about that soup last night! I also had a goat cheese sandwich with spinach, artichoke, tomato & basil on a wonderful hunk of Ciabatta. Such a combination...loved it! I also had to try one of their delicious sounding salads. I chose the Roasted Pear Salad with crumbles of bleu cheese, a Balsamic Reduction, Pecan Crisp crackers & caramelized pears. My lunch was heavenly! The only complaint that I have is that lunch wasn't cheap. Of course, I ddn't have to order 3 items, which upped the bill, but still, $30 (with tip) for lunch, for just 1 person...that's a tad steep. Nonetheless, I will be back! They also (obviously) have a huge selection of teas....I had their iced tea of the day: Vanilla Rooibos. It's a cute, cheery atmosphere inside. You order your food at the counter & then it's served to you. They also have a cute gift shop inside the store, local artists.

I have to concur with the other reviews of Infusion Tea. I enjoy going to Infusion Tea and just relaxing! With their extensive list of teas, I get to try a new flavor whenever I come in. The folks who work there are very knowledgeable and will offer suggestions for the tea that fits how I am feeling. When ordering food, I usually stick with one of their salads because they are so tasty. Their raspberry salad (organic field greens topped with toasted walnuts, crumbled bleu cheese, dried cranberries, and raspberry vinaigrette) is simply delicious. The greens are always fresh and never limp and they put in the right amount of nuts, cheese and dried fruit. My daughter and I treated ourselves one day to their "Light Tea" which included organic banana bread, 2 fresh-baked scones with Devon creme and strawberry jam, and a 2-cup pot of tea. There was so much food, that we ended up taking some of it home. The creme and jam on the scones was delightful and the banana bread was so fresh! Now, every time we go in to eat, she immediately asks if we can get the Light Tea again! All food is vegetarian, so you don't have to ask if there is meat or meat products in their entrees. I am happy that Infusion Tea has moved into a much larger space and has more seating available. They have also opened a second location at Urban Think Bookstore in Thorton Park. Beyond the food and teas, Infusion also offers live music, live poetry, film nights, and often display art from local artists. They truly try to support the community and I really appreciate that! I feel good when I go in there knowing that I am supporting a business that shares my values!

I'm surprised this place doesn't have more reviews. Very cozy tea house, lots of couches, lots of yummy healthy organic food, the tea variety is amazing. The open mic nites and poetry nights are very entertaining. Their vegetarian chili is spectacular and so are their vegan cupcakes. Chill atmosphere and great place to study or get together w/ friends. Highly recommended.

yummy! is the only thing i can say about this place! i love the avocado delight wrap! they have over 100 different type of teas. hot, cold, regular, sweet...alll organic. you name it! just all in all a great place to grab a bite and to feel energized. they also have certain activities on certain nights. as in poem readings, bands, open mic night.

Huge fan of the food...not so much customer service. I am obsessed with their White Pizza, Porti. Panino, Sweet potato tacos, fruit peanut butter nut wrap, and Pesto panino! Seriously delish and filling. HOWEVER I have tried several sweets and they all have not been good. The ice cream always has a freezer burn taste. I have tried on 2-3 occasions. I go often for lunch and every time the customer service is disappointing. You order and they bring you your food and finally I stopped tipping because of it. Snobby! BUT again great food and such a cute place, love all the cute books and art!

Love this place. Fantastic tea, great food. The gelato is so awesome, they have live music on occasion. One of my favorite teas is a chrysanthemum flower that blooms as it steeps. Be sure to eat in and get a clear glass to watch how pretty it is! The co-op inside where they sell local artwork is incredibly cool to check out when you're there. Thumbs up!!

Simple vegetarian fare to go with tea. I had a pizza and it was really small; much more like a snack than a meal. My grandmother had a quesadilla, which was quite large; and my mom had a good-sized salad, so most portions seem adequate. The prices were reasonable and the tea selection seemed good; unfortunately I don't care for tea so I didn't try any. The only beverages they have are tea, lemonade, or water. I was happily surprised that parking was pretty easy even at 1:00 on a Saturday, and they weren't terribly busy. Lots of gift shop-y art stuff on one side of the store; not my demographic, really, but nice local flavor. I don't know that I'd choose to return here, but that's a lot more about this place just not being my style than any issues I had with food/atmosphere/service.

Used a Groupon that was a good deal and gave my friend and I a chance to try a new restaurant not in our neighborhood. The tea was fine, the three tiered goodie tray was delish, and the gelato okay. However, the service was very disappointing. The cashier was unfriendly. The server delivered the food and never returned to the table even though he said to leave the number on the table so they could check back and refill our tea. Too bad because it was an unique place but won't go back.

We all know that eating a healthy diet is good for you, but sometimes a "good" diet doesn't always taste so great. I enjoy that I can get some good eats from Infusion Tea, and not only are they a healthier choice but they taste pretty darn good too. This local eatery located in the College Park neighborhood is much more than a tea shop. Yes there is a decent selection of organic teas to choose from, but the foods they offer are just as impressive. I like that the restaurant is bright and cheery. You'll find a number of tables along with a couple of sofas to sit back and relax. While you're waiting for your tea you can browse the local handicrafts displayed in the store. They also have a patio out front which is a nice place to sit and enjoy their weekly Sunday Brunch Market. Infusion Tea is my favorites spot to get some veggie dishes. While I enjoy meat I also enjoy going veggie when I can. Not many places can pull off tasty vegetarian options, but Infusion Tea does a great job in doing so. The menu has a lot of nice options with salads, wraps, pizzas, and sandwiches, but I always end up going with a panini. I've been a few times and have enjoyed all the tasty menu items I've tried. With over fifty teas to choose from I always enjoy getting one of the iced teas of the day. They are flavorful and you get refills with your glass. If you're looking for a sweet treat they have a great selection that changes daily from the Chocolate Provocateur. While I've never tried any of these treats they do look amazing! Maybe you aren't looking to indulge in a dessert, but perhaps a chair massage is your type of treat? Take 5 Massage offers chair massage from noon-4pm Tuesday through Friday. Enjoy a stroll around College Park and stop in for some lunch or a nice glass of iced tea to cool you off. Infusion Tea is a nice local eatery worth checking out.

I really enjoyed this "new to me" lunch spot! Clean food (healthy), clean restaurant, friendly people. Service was slow and not just because the food was so good - the staff moved like sloths.... I will definitely go back, but when I have more time.

The perfect tea place. Excellent tea selection, good music, relaxing atmosphere. I love this place and I miss it very much since moving far away. They really know their tea, and I appreciate their descriptive menu. They provide pretty little tins for when you want to buy a batch. All-loose leaf, timed steeping, perfect infusers and served in specialized teaware that allows you to enjoy your drink to the fullest. With some teas, you can save the bag, take it home and have a second steep. (Or stay in the cafe and re-steep as many times as you want. They understand the re-steep thing very well.) Favorite teas: 1. Roasted Mate. I haven't found anything like it anywhere else. My mouth is watering. Irreplaceable. 2. Ginger Peach: yum, yum, sells out quicky. 3. Monk's Blend: Dark, tasty and refreshing change from plain black. 4. Black Currant Tea: Totally unique and fruity. 5. Earl Grey Creme - it tastes as good as it sounds. 6. Turkish Apricot - perfectly balanced apricot black tea. 7. Weekend in Provence - wow wow floral and delicious. 8. Any of their Oolongs. 9. Their Cold Comfort blend is amazing. Even if you don't have a cold. Actually, I got excited whenever I contracted a cold because I had another excuse to go to Infusion and buy a big cup of Cold Comfort blend. Food wise: Pretty good, vegan options are decent. We mainly partook in the cupcakes anyway- which are lovely. They offer vegan mods for a lot of menu items, which is great. Whatever non-vegan thing they cook in the back - always smells great. Bonus: I really enjoyed perusing and buying some of the craft art that the artist co-op provided in the cafe. Some really beautiful stuff from hats to bird feeders to hand crafted lotions and jewelry.

I had a nice lunch here with my bestie. We sat outside because it was a gorgeous Orlando day. I got a wrap with avocado, hummus, and sprouts. And the peach ginger iced tea. (Free iced tea with Yelp check-in, btw). And you can get refills on the tea. That was a nice surprise for the drive home. I felt healthy eating there. My friend is kind of obsessed with this place right now so she took me. It was super cute. I enjoyed it.

Fabulous food options. We always get the afternoon tea special whenever popping by. The sandwiches are unique and super tasty. Their roasted tomato and herb cream cheese sandwiches are an absolute Godsend. Many tea choices to choose from, both hot and cold. Would highly recommend!

Infusion Tea is a cute vegetarian/vegan cafe attached to a nice little art shop. The menu was very good, and everything tasted very fresh. The service was okay and the prices were reasonable. The setting is very laid back and welcoming with a hipster vibe. They have both indoor and outdoor seating, which is nice. They also have their own parking lot, which adds to the convenience. I would definitely recommend Infusion Tea.

Me: So, I think I might be coming down with a cold. Infusion Tea Person (ITP): Oh, we have a tea called Cold Comfort that would be perfect. Me: Wait, it's seriously called "Cold Comfort"? ITP: Yep! Smells and tastes kind of funky but it'd make you feel better! It really did. At another time, Me: So, my stomach's feeling rather unsettled. Any suggestions? ITP: Yes, we have a tea called Happy Tummy. Me: No way! It's really called that?! ITP: Yep! It's great! It really was great. I don't think I need to go to the doctor anymore. Kidding. But this place is seriously amazing. For tea. They still haven't quite won me over yet in terms of food, but their tea selection is amazing. For the most part, service has also been great (if only I could remember their names) and the place have been clean. Infusion Tea is definitely my favorite place to get some delicious tea. Especially when I'm actually feeling well.

Great little place in college park. It's right near my house, so I go quite often. Great mix of vegan/vegetarian/omnivore options. I haven't had a bad meal, but the milton salad with taco tempeh is my go to meal. They sell local bakers' pastries and local artists' work as well. It's a great place for lunch or a casual dinner, as well as for group meetings or study sessions. Stop by--or go out of your way--for a bite or tea!

I love their vegan chili. It goes very well with their avocado wrap. They're a vegetarian restaurant and their food is delicious enough for non-veggies to enjoy as well. It's also a super cute spot that's great for a lunch with girlfriends or a casual romantic dinner date. Don't forget to try their teas. I find their iced tea of the day is a great place to start. Finally, I love their various items for sale - mugs, tea infusers, honey, etc.

I really like this place. The food is tasty and tons of teas to try. It's a little pricey though. I've used a groupon each time. It's fun for an afternoon tea though. Its in a okay location if you travel downtown a lot which I don't really.

For a good long time I only every visited with clients over tea or coffee in the early morning for the quiet interesting space and never really liked coming here because of the hipsterish service. ...but after seeing the lunch crowd I gave them a go and I've been coming back ever since. You'll especially like this place if your vegan-iffy-ish. My favorites are the the Jack Kerouac quesadilla, seasonal cauliflower chick pea tacos. The grilled cheese and white pizza are awesome!! I also appreciate the groupon, yelp, and loyalty coupons you can get by Email. Makes them attractive.

This is a very nice tea place. Last night I went with my family and we had three teas: the Goddess was the purest and cleanest while the mint to be was more menthol flavored. Having six people, we ordered three tea for twos and this included some pastries which were delightful. It included sugar cookies, sandwiches, and scones that were so good I didn't even notice that there wasn't any meat in any of it! Overall, it was a good experience in a quiet environment playing an 80's playlist that my parents and older cousin could enjoy. A very homey place, highly recommend this for high tea.

After being recommended to come here for the large selection of tea, I decided to make a visit with a friend. We had tea sandwiches and the tea of the day. Both the food and tea was very good. I also bought some tea samples to take home and can't wait to try them out, they smell so good. I would give the place 5 stars, but because of the poor service we received, I am giving 3. The service my friend and I was not the best; poor hospitality, especially after coming from another tea house where their customer service was excellent! And I was also told by a fellow co-worker that she was at Infusion Tea the exact same day and she also experienced bad customer service. I will more than likely be back to purchase tea if I end up enjoying the teas I bought. I just hope that if I do, the service will be better at my next visit to what I had on my first visit.

I'm in love with this place. I love that you will never feel guilty after a meal. Everything is so fresh and delicious. My favorite is the goat cheese pizza. Cheese is so creamy and the crust has a nice crisp texture to it, and there is a lil salad that you can eat with the pizza or separate. I recommend eat with the pizza cuz it adds a nice tang to it. Only problem, it's not very filling. I tend to get hungry after a bit. There is also a bakery here, and I've had a cupcake (which had a macaroon on top yum!) from there too which was very good as well. I don't drink tea myself, but friends I've gone with say its great. I love the feel of the seating area. It's very hip and trendy. Sometimes the chairs and seating is a lil tight, especially if busy.

By far, the healthiest place to eat in Orlando. Our kids love it too. Gotta try their chili. The Mediterranean pizza is my favorite. Even if you're not a vegetarian/vegan - Try it. You'll be pleasantly surprised.

Such a cute spot, great place to go with friends or family you have in town. The food is very flavorful and fresh! Great tea selection and the staff is very helpful when you are not sure which tea you should get.

Super cute place with great food and tea options! I had the featured hot tea and the Apple cheddar panini which were both delicious! I will definitely be going back soon to try something else :)

I want to love this place.....but, you can't advertise as vegan/veg friendly and throw attitude to a guest when they ask if you have vegan desserts. One employee said "it's labeled" One said "the signs are wrong but they're vegan". I was done at that point. They were the most unfriendly bunch ever. I thought us earth savers were supposed to be nice? Part 2 do not sit at a high top and look at the light fixtures. They were beyond-dusty and so was the serving plates. I see you're busy so congrats but I won't be back. I visioned myself yelling "corporate sell outs, posers" but I refrained.

I really enjoyed my meal here. The inside is eclectic, and the food is delicious. I had the taco salad and gobbled it up. To be honest I know it was vegan and I have no clue what was in it but I didn't miss meat and it was awesome. I also had the iced tea of the day which was great! It is a smidgen pricey for lunch but you are getting what you pay for and will be satisfied.

Couple ladies in big hats, and eclectic selection of products besides tea make this a very unusual place. Attempted to study, but with a lack of outlets this isn't exactly the place to go. Beautiful large table in the back would make it ideal for a study sesh spot. It's no Stardust, but for College Park it fits well.

INfusion tea sells a wide variety of delicious teas. They also have wine, food, ice-cream, and deserts. I only had the tea and pistachio ice-cream, but next time I will definately try their food (it looked really good). Cute atmosphere, they have sell local art and crafts.

Very good, quality food and experience. Highly recommend to fellow vegans and vegetarians (though my wife is neither and really enjoyed it). Note - on Sundays they open at noon, not 11:00 as Yelp info indicates. Try it - you'll be pleasantly surprised.

Quaint, peaceful, simply an oasis in my busy world. I was invited to an unveiling of a friends artwork at the attached co-op one evening and was astounded at the wonderful people and quality food. Rustic and simple decor bring in the warmth of the place and the smiling and friendly staff are more than accommodating. They walked me through a basic intro into tea (wow I felt dumb, but now enlightened) and walked out with a bag of Organic Raspberry Truffle loose leaf tea. For some reason, even when I follow the directions as instructed, the same tea just tastes better when I am sinking into one of their couches and drawing in the ambiance.

one of my favorite vegan/vegetarian places in Orlando. The food is amazing, the tea is great, and they even have vegan/gluten-free desserts! (along with regular sweets). The service is great (although sometimes a little slow when they are really, really busy at lunch, but most places are like that during a rush) and I always leave full and satisfied. You must try the chili, the Milton Special salad, and/or the avocado delight.

This is a unique restaurant, and I am so happy to live so close. This restaurant truly supports the idea of community, and regularly hosts College Park interest groups and the farmers market. I go here frequently, and every dish I've tried is fresh and delicious. The Concorde wrap is great, but my favorite is the mushroom quesadilla. My husband (eats meat every chance he can) craves this dish. Additionally, the staff are helpful and polite. They make guests feel welcome and easily answer questions and give recommendations. Thanks, Infusion for offering such healthy meals to College Park.

Today I experienced excellent, friendly service along with a really tasty avocado sandwich. A few months ago (pre yelp days) I experienced the lousy service others have mentioned. I actually wondered if maybe the kid behind the counter was the owners son and being forced to work there. You could tell he wanted to be anywhere but behind that counter. Today the environment was friendly and well managed. I love the organic produce and the way it's prepared so I'll be glad to go again and hopefully find good food and service to be the new norm.

The other night, in typical fashion Marty and I were having trouble deciding on a place to eat. Unfortunately I suggested Infusion Tea in College Park, read him the menu and got him all psyched about trying their nut and honey wrap before I checked their hours. As it turned out they close at 8pm and when we were driving down the road that night it was already 7:45pm. Trying to redeem myself, I thought perhaps their Thornton Park location might have later hours so I called the number on the website. Bad news is that the Thornton Park location (inside Urban Think!) closed permanently a month ago - another victim of the times. The good news was that the girl on the phone said cheerfully, "We are having an art opening tonight anyway so if you show up a little after 8pm, I wouldn't turn you away!" "Seriously I said a bit incredulously, you would still serve us?" "Sure" she replied, "We're like that here." Can I just say how incredibly refreshing and remarkable it was to come across that kind of attitude? Not only did they live up to her promise and let us in when we arrived on their doorstep at 8pm but we were greeted with smiles and made to feel welcome. No one rolled his or her eyes at us or acted put out and impatient as we decided what we wanted (which actually happed to us at an ice cream place while we were on vacation in Sanibel). No one sprayed ammonia cleaner on the tables around us and swept under our feet as we ate our meals (which we've experienced at other places near closing times). No one turned the dining room lights out while we were still finishing our meals (yet another prime example of service we've received elsewhere). The staff at Infusion Tea was helpful, accommodating, and pleasant. They made us feel comfortable - dare I say as if they actually appreciated our business. Marty was able to have his Nut & Honey wrap after all and it was quite tasty. The generously sized whole-wheat wrap came to the table filled with cashew butter, bananas, local Winter Park honey, strawberries and granola. On the side he was served a little fruit salad which was an unexpected treat. I opted for the hummus and veggie wrap. It came brimming with fresh spinach leaves, red onion, bell pepper, cucumber, organic tomatoes and hummus. On the side, I was served a little salad that among other things included edamame, black beans and garbanzo beans. I really appreciated the fact that they had put enough care and thought into the menu to serve side salads that actually complimented the individual wraps rather than using the more typical generic, one side fits all mentality. We shared a pitcher of iced Pineapple Bliss tea. Marty liked it so much that we bought a tin of it to bring home before we left. The food at Infusion Tea is fresh, tasty vegetarian fare. Their selection of loose teas is vast and they offer an assortment of baked desserts in addition to gelato. You can also feed your artistic side while you are there by shopping in the attached gallery, which features a variety of local artists and their wares. Most importantly they seem to understand that people have a lot of options when it comes to spending money so they genuinely seem to appreciate the fact that you have chosen to spend some with them. They are like that here.

I expected to encounter a "2 Hip 4 U" staff at Infusion Tea, maybe based on a previous review. But they were friendly and personable. I chose a favorite according to the menu, the Avocado Delight wrap, organic avocado, hummus, sunflower seeds and spinach. While I waited, I wandered through the place and its adjoining business, the Artistree Co-Op. I'm not a tea lover, but a co-worker looked at their web site and seemed impressed with what they offered. It's a nice spot in College Park for a light vegetarian or vegan lunch, and lots of tea.

This used to be my favorite place for iced tea in Orlando and a good spot to just come and hang out. Unfortunately it seems the majority of the staff has been replaced. What used to be a consistently friendly welcoming atmosphere, in my last three visits I've found seems to be replaced with a rude and unhelpful staff. I'm sad to say go at your own risk.

Charming little boutique-ish shop with a nice menu. Not as clean as I had expected and service was very slow, but all in all, I will be back with my girlfriends for tea, quiche, pastries, etc...

This place understands the process of tea. It's not just about drinking the tea--it's about aroma, music, steeping, pouring, relaxing, and enjoying. The co-op featuring useful creations of local artists helps one remember the creative self and makes you want to go home and nourish your spirit somehow. I enjoy tea for all the above reasons, and I'm so thrilled to have found a place locally where I can go to just chill. Another great thing about this spot is that it is a book crossing location. You can pick up free books, read them, and leave them somewhere else "in the wild" for someone else to find. You log into a website and leave notes about where you found the book and pass it on. A great way to read, knowing that your book could potentially travel the world in the process. I had a veggie quesadilla which was ok. I think I would have enjoyed the salad more, but that is for another trip. I'm so inclined to take out my tea sets and steep me a cup right now! Definitely a place that should be visited often!

Amazing food and service. So accommodating for any type of dietary requirements. Love, love, love this place! My favorite is the sweet potato tacos when in season or the curry veggie burrito (over rice and not on burrito) and the tempeh chili. Eat and enjoy!

So this is not a place I would have wondered in on my own, but a friend was raving about the place so I joined her. I would suggest you try it out on a Thursday evening, because they host the college park farmers market in their parking lot, so there is lots to see and do. 1. Atmosphere: When you enter the restaurant, right in front of you is the ordering counter, to the left there is a gelato freezer (the gelato isn't very good, I've had better) and finally to the right are the tables. The tables are white and plastic, not exactly what I was envisioning of a tea house... There is a co op craft store inside the restaurant passed the tables, it's cute and gives you something to do while you wait for your food. 2. Food: Tempeh Chili $5.25, it was served warm on top but cold once you got into it, we asked for it to be heated more, the food runner took it back and said that if it wasn't because we had ordered the last cup of chili she would have just exchanged it for a new one. once heated all the way through it was really good. Then we had the Roasted Pear Salad $8 which was delicious, we continued with the Hummus and Veggies $8 the plate had plenty for two people to share and the only thing I would change is that I would serve the pita pieces toasted. After that we had the Mediterranean Sandwhich $8 this sandwich was yummy. On our second trip we had The Goat Cheese Pizza $8 the flavors work, but they do not say anywhere on the menu that the pizza is not cooked!!! The dough is toasted but the sauce and cheese never see and oven, and the spinach is fresh (the only part I expected to be uncooked) i wouldn't order a pizza here again, it just doesn't satisfy as a real pizza would. We also had the Avocado Delight Wrap $8 this was okay, it didn't have nearly enough avocado! 3. Tea: this is what they are known for and they sure live up to their namesake.... We've had the tea of the day $2.75 the best deal by far, you ask for it hot (comes in it's own steeper and there are tea steeping timers on the tables so you get the perfect cup each time) or cold, the best part FREE REFILLS (tea of the day only). Tea Pot or Pitcher $6 it is plenty for 2 people to share, specially if you like one of their exotic tea blends... I haven't had one that I do not like yet. 4. Desserts: I have to say the desserts do not look appetizing.... The cupcakes are small and expensive $3 each, the gelato doesn't have the deep creamy flavor that gelato is known for, the scone is the only thing I liked $2.25 for it plain, or $2.50 for it with fresh creme and preserves. Overall, the staff is friendly, not very attentive, because they never come back to check on you, if there is a problem you must get up and go back to the counter (not very relaxing for a tea house). The food is pretty good, but ask a lot of questions so you k ow exactly how your dish is made, so you aren't disappointed like I was with the pizza. I will return, but this will not be one of my regular places.

I didn't know about this place until a Living Social deal caught my interest. The deal got me the BF a pot of tea (we tried Happy Tummy, quite tasty) and a 3-tiered sampler platter. So we got to try a few tea sandwiches like cucumber and egg salad (I think) which were good, and a few scones which I thought were delicious (with and without jam and cream cheese) It was all followed up with a small (which is still large to me!) scoop of gelato. Pretty good. I would recommend this place for a -light meal-, or any tea lovers of course. The selection is huge. The space is large enough but still cozy. There were a couple larger tables with a baby shower party and still it wasn't crowded. The staff was friendly and made us laugh. The place was clean enough, not spotless, but nothing that was a deal breaker (it was also the very end of the day). I noticed wine and coffee were also available but I did not try either. We did buy some local honey though :) Would return!

Such a great little place to grab a quick, healthy bite to eat. I left Infusion feeling full, but not guilty. The citrus tea (caffiene free) was delicious! I also enjoyed the Milton Salad/Chili lunch combo. Next time I'd love to try the gelato!

Their tea selection is amazing, as is their menu. I've never been disappointed by anything on the menu, same to be said of the tea menu as well. The service is always prompt, friendly, and if you can't make up your mind, they give great suggestions!

I have been to the Thornton Park location and now believe that this one is my favorite. It feels more like a café and has a much better atmosphere. No disrespect to the Thornton Park people though. The green chairs and yellow tables match the feel that this tea shop inspires perfectly, or to a "tee." I am not an avid tea drinker so when I walked in hoping to order a coffee of some sort, I was overcome with the amount of tea choices there were. Labeled glass canisters line shelves behind the counter so customers can see exactly what they want. When I did ask about their coffee the friendly server told me she could make me French press coffee, cappuccinos, lattes and espresso. I ended ordering a chai tea latte which was by far the best I've ever had. It was full of flavor and definitely left me slurping the last drops through my straw. For a small it was $3.73 which isn't cheap but isn't above what competitors charge either. It was post-lunchtime so I wasn't hungry but if I had been there around breakfast time I would have paired my latte with one of their whole grain blueberry muffins or a slice of their organic banana bread. They even sell the mix for the banana bread so you can make some on your own. If you are in the mood for real food they have a considerable menu that changes seasonally. Wraps, salads, paninis top my list. I can't wait to try their Pesto Panini ($8) which consists of roasted red peppers, artichoke hearts, organic eggplant, spinach, tomato, and fresh basil pesto pressed on thick-cut ciabatta bread. They also feature platters for sharing, pizzas and options for kids. Most items on the menu are vegan friendly as well as organic. To sum up my thoughts on why this place is so fabulous, I'll include a quote that they have on the back wall, "Slow down. Sip. This is true life." If only we could adhere to that simple mantra on a daily basis.

Great tea house. i am not Vegan, but their Vegan food selections are kind of awesome!! They have a happy hour special and some kind of deal on food too. The wifi is free and the staff is friendly and attentive. Parking is pretty easy. If you want a new coffee/tea house to check out or just want a place to work on your lap top for a while, check them out!

What hasn't already been said about Infusion Tea? But I definitely want to join the chorus of great reviews for this fun little place in College Park. It's a great place for tea drinkers and shares space with a unique little shop filled with all kinds of handmade goods. Not a bad place to meet friends for a quick bite to eat and a yummy drink. I had the Creme Brulatte and an interesting interpretation of a pierogi. Everything tasted really fresh. Plus, they accept the Buy Orlando card so you get 25% off your purchase! Win!

This place is a diamond in the rough, not only does it serve really good hot and cold teas, it has amazing lunch sandwiches. I live right down the street and love to go there often. It's a nice place to read or do work with some tea in your hand and a hot sandwich......in your other hand!

If you are into tea and some healthy choice options, this is a great place to go to. Pros: It's bright and stands out on the outside. The College Park neighborhood that its in is pretty and nice to wander around. There's a vintage store across the street. It was larger than I expected. When I walked in, I saw about 20 tables and there's about 10 tables outside too. There's huge windows to sit by and it's definitely a nice place to sit and chat with a friend or sit alone, which many people were doing since it's so large that it's ideal for loitering alone. It's also great if you want to read a book or use wi-fi. Their desserts looked delicious (hot pink cupcakes)! They modeled them in a glass bakery case. Im not a fan of sweets so I cant comment on them but I saw lots of options. The variety of loose tea that you could buy was excellent and the book describing what was in the tea, what its purpose was, etc was helpful. They had so many kinds of green tea from Asia, even the rare expensive kind. What's good is that you can buy a cup of tea and if you dont like it, you dont havta waste your money on buying it loose in bulk. Also, they have an artsy store inside that is set apart from the dining/lounge area. It looks like local artists with paintings, baby clothes, jewelery, bags and random craft products that dont make sense (cloth strips hanging on a wire from the ceiling). It was interesting but the only thing that appeared worth looking at was the small paintings (maybe 10 of them on the wall). Most of it was way overpriced, especially the Art class looking jewelry on a string, BUT its still nice to see them supporting small-time creative people. Cons: They played angsty-femme-Jewel-like 90s music from my childhood loud enough that me and my friend kept commenting to each other on the crappy music. I thought there'd be a larger emphasis on tea. Even though there's a bazillion containers filled with loose tea that you can purchase on shelves behind the counter, there's only a chalkboard sign with the featured hot and iced tea of the moment mentioning tea (with no prices). In the generic menu that you pull out of a basket at the register, the main thing is food. I asked the lady "Where does it talk about teas?" to which she bleakly pointed at an extra menu that talked in depth about the teas. I think most people use this place as a vegan/vegetarian option and tea is just something else that is there. None of the other people in line looked at the tea menu and even my friend just wanted to order the vegan chili. Once again, another place that keeps menus at the register so that, after waiting in line 10 minutes, you have to arrive at the register with some lady wanting you to order on the spot when the menu has been sitting right next to her and not out for the patrons. The clerk/waitress/not sure of her title was not pleasant. She wasn't rude but she never smiled or said very much. If I asked questions, she just sort of stared and then pointed at the menu. Maybe she had a bad day but I think places like this should try to be more charming and helpful as their business isn't a necessity in this economy. I read about the teas to myself and got out of the line as it appeared she didnt really want to help. Note: The manager was friendly and smiled as he walked by.

I am not a vegatarian, but one of my best friends is, so we go here, and both of us walk away happy. The food is killer! Today I had a watermelon gazpacho that was so refreshing. I, unfortunetly do not care for tea (at all!) but my friend always loves the tea she chooses. I look forward to trying some of their sweets next time I go in.

Quite possibly my favorite lunch place in Orlando. The food here is not only good for you... it's tasty! Really tasty. Tea is the superstar here, all loose leaf... and accompanied by hourglass timers to ensure the perfect steeping. My favorite thing to get here is the salad with raspberry dressing. It comes with candied walnuts and blue cheese crumbles... and something about it is just so freaking yummy! Their wraps are really good too... I've never tried the sweets, but my friends are big fans. Don't forget to visit the adjoining Artistree Co-op which sells handmade items by Orlando artisans. Seriously, THE BEST PLACE to find a gift, whether you are shopping for a boyfriend, your mom, a baby shower, etc.

TEA HEAVEN, my friend initial told me this is a coffee shop. I walked in and realized this is a total TEA HEAVEN. they have standard coffee drinks. but definitely more variety on the teas. The space is pretty cute, arty. definitely a good place to chill. they also sell lots of tea products( like tea pot, tea filters) If you are in the area, check them out.

We have a new office on Edgewater and have been touring the spots for good lunch eats. Today we decided to go to Infusion Tea. We pulled in and it wasn't that crowded maybe about 5 people in line. Great menu! We ordered - it took about 10 to 15 mins to reach the front of the line. We ended up having to get our order to go, thinking we would eat there but it took sooooooooo long!! We waited almost 30 mins for salad and sandwichs. You need more then an hour for lunch even if they are not crowded. Food was great but will order ahead and do a pick up from now on.

I am a carnivore. I had lunch here with my sisters and really enjoyed our meal. I didn't even miss the meat, which is unusual for me! We had the Milton salad, the goat cheese pizza, and the cucumber tea sandwich. I liked all three, but my favorite was the tea sandwich. The bean salad that came with it was delicious! It was not a place I would normally go, but I am actually excited to go back.

Alas, I started a diet today. I have lived well and now my gastronomic adventures have to be curtailed just a bit. More specifically, I am dropping 20 pounds before I indulge again. Fortunately, just because I am trying to lose weight, I do not need to forego all culinary pleasures. Accordingly, I used my diet as an excuse to visit Infusion Tea in College Park today. I am a vegetarian, so the menu would have appealed to me even if I had not been on a diet, but I knew that a vegetarian menu would give me a multiple of options. There were three in my party, four if you count my dog who joined us for the ride. No one wanted to overindulge so our order was rather small for three people: Two gazpachos and one order of the soup of the day, a fresh tomato and bleu cheese bisque, all washed down with tea (of course). One in my party also ordered a mini "apple" from Chocolate Provocateur, which shares space with Infusion Tea. The gazpacho was easily the thickest gazpacho I have ever had and while most gazpachos I've had have been based on a tomato base with fresh vegetables added, the gazpacho at Infusion Tea is so thick with fresh vegetables that it is about an ounce of liquid away from being a salad! Heat it up and it would be a stew. Whatever we might call it, it is DELICIOUS and very filling--perfect for a fellow just starting a diet. The Tomato Bleu soup was very thick and smoky. The tomatoes tasted almost fire roasted but there was no indication on the tomato chunks that they had ever been on a grill. Clearly, this was a soup that was made on the premises and, just as clearly, the chef brought his A-game to its creation. Chunks of tomato and bleu cheese floating in a smoky tomato jacuzzi. Very special. Both soups were served with a couple of crunchy pieces of garlic toast. The toast was very flavorful but a bit too crunchy for my taste. I like to hear my bread when I bite into it but I do not want it to shatter when I bring my teeth together. The teas were wonderful, as one would expect. I was pleased that they had a wide selection of decaffeinated teas and was quick to order a decaf breakfast tea. One of my party ordered a berry tea, iced with sugar and the other ordered the berry tea iced with "a little sugar." Both enjoyed their tea but found that each cup had more sugar than they would have liked. (I suggested that perhaps that was a sign that sugar does not belong in tea!) One of my party also devoured an apple "mini" from the Chocolate Provocateur's counter. I have enjoyed those in the past (and they are perfect for dieters since they are fat free). My companion loved hers as well, but I shall write more about that experience when I comment on Chocolate Provocateur in a separate review. The staff at Infusion Tea is remarkably pleasant and helpful. The proprietors should take note that they have such a good staff because that will be very much an incentive for me to drive the 16 miles to Infusion Tea the next time I want a bite to eat. After a drive down I-4, a happy server can do wonders for the spirit! I found the price of my food a Infusion Tea a little steep. Will I pay the price again? Yes, most certainly. Nevertheless, just because I am willing to pay a little more, does not mean that I think the prices are on point with the value delivered. That may be my own ignorance of the bulk price of loose leaf tea, of course. No matter--Infusion Tea is a wonderful place to relax and to enjoy a light meal and a special cup of tea. You should make a point of checking it out the next time you are near College Park.

I don't know much about tea. I know that I like it much more than coffee but I don't think I can tell really good quality tea from ordinary tea. My knowledge and tastes of tea would be refined after the trip to this little spot in Orlando. Infusion tea has a wide variety of loose leaf tea for any taste. Each tea is served with a timer to ensure the proper color and taste. You can really tell the difference between the loose leaf tea and the tea bag served at Starbucks. Infusion Tea also has a little store with everything that a tea lover could imagine. In addition to the tea, they have a breakfast and lunch menu as well gelato and homemade desserts. I had a piece of the coconut cake which was unbelievable! If you are looking for a great spot to enjoy an afternoon, grab an excellent cup of tea and a bite to eat or some dessert, Infusion Tea is your place.

The daily teas were delicious and the food was great for me. However, it will be hard to me to eat there often. I don't like eating alone and my husband felt his choices were limited. He's a big guy who's not a vegetarian so he wanted more heartier vegetarian choices than just the grilled cheese. He said if we came here, he wouldn't eat anything else because " the other menu items didn't look appetizing". He's not one of those people scared to try new things either because he ate sashimi like there was no tomorrow the first time he tried it. He just knows what he likes and doesn't think any of their options enticed his appetite. I talked to a friend of mine and this was also the reason why she rarely goes, it's a great place for her but her bf feels the same way about their menu.

We had the Greek and Middle Eastern pizza. THE best pizza in Orlando hands down. Really nice atmosphere, small jewelry shop in the back. Nice choice of teas. Free 5 minute massages.

i met a girl out for something sweet and it was my suggestion to stop at Infusion Tea esp. because of something called the Chocalate Provocatuer so we figured some cool sweets were ahead. we ordered some light bites- an Avocado Wrap and some Carrot/Ginger soup. places like this give "healthy" eating a bad name cause the food just tastes lame. the "soup" looked and tasted like the pulp left over after you made carrot juice. no hint of nutmeg, sugar or anything other than carrot scrapings. we did have a good time laughing at the table full of boring and expensive food but we ended up going to another resteraunt to get Creme Brulee and spent another 25$ for dessert and conversation. the tea was awesome though, i had hot and cold tea by sheer accident. so if you want some cool tea or tea drinking supplies then this place is perfect, other than that- skip it.

I love this place. I came in for tea, but tried one of their veggie sandwiches and was hooked. They have great specials, and the food and tea are refreshing and tasty. Perfect relaxing lunch spot.

Infusion tea understands what it means to be a teahouse. They offer a wide selection of teas - hot or iced, The decor is rustic and the vibe is relaxing. I enjoy Infusion most on a weekday afternoon that I happen to be free. It isn't crowded during these times and it's always nice to enjoy the afternoon with friends or a book. You will also find some of the best vegan food in town as referenced by other reviewers. I am not vegan, but I still love the food. The main reason I am leaving one star off is because the umbrellas outside are a serious risk. If you are sitting outside, you run the risk of the wind blowing the umbrella and hitting you in the face. That's my only criticism and I hesitate to make it because I want to encourage you all to go. However, it's better for my fellow Yelpers to be informed!
