I had a great meal at the restaurant but on Saturday it was packed. I am disabled so trying to find a space to park was extremely hard because you only have two if I remember correctly. We waited for another car to pull out just to get a space. The food was really good and even with a large crowd Carmella got everyone food to the table within ten minutes and we had a very large group with us. Ive gone to this IHOP several times and can say.. it's hit or miss. Sometimes it is packed and very very loud inside! I think that's just due to the neighborhood. The food is always good and comes out fast, so that's a plus. The staff are very nice. I can say that! One suggestions i would make would be for the manager to stop wearing his emotions on his sleeve! Frustration may exist, but your customers dont need to witness it! Poker is one heck of a game.. Learn it! lol Despite the 3 stars I will return.. I cant stay away from that ROOTIE TOOTIE FRESH AND FRUITY!!!

I dined here a few nights ago with some friends late in the evening. The restaurant was clean, friendly staff members, and my experience overall was ok. This was the first IHOP I experienced that had a restricted menu from 10 pm to 6am. Usually the menu is open for anything, but not this restaurant. The menu was very narrow & it was difficult to find something I wanted. My meal was satisfying to my pleasure with hot temperatures, seasoned well, no problems, and no waiting. I would recommend this IHOP if you are in the area. Remember that the menu is narrow in the late evening/ early morning.

Here with my boyfriend , got seated right away. Our waiter did not really speak english all that well but she tried . The service was very fast . Its your typical Ihop , nothing too fancy. However , it is bigger than most Ihops I have been to. If I'm in the area again, I will be returning .

Went to this IHOP at like 2am after a night out at the bar, so wasn't expecting much. Actually it was really good! Food was fantastic! Might have appeared better than normal though because I was in desperate need of water, coffee and some serious food after a night of drinking. The service was really good. Our waiter was great! Better than most I've had a really nice restaurants. Good thing I checked in because honestly I don't recall where this IHOP was at in Orlando. Just remember saying damn that was a fantastic experience! Thanks Yelp for tracking what took place last night.

Stopped for something quick to eat. Wife had cheese sticks. I with the burger. Daughter has chicken strips. The food was ok. Nothing exceptional, not poor. Fries were few in number and just has some seasoning poured on top. Ordered a sweet tea. Either it was two weeks old or the machine used to brew it hasn't been cleaned in a long time. Nasty, nasty, nasty. Hope I don't get sick, sent it back for a Pepsi. Waitress was a sweet person who did a fine job. Next time I'll pass the IHOP.

Absolutely horrible. Grits were nasty, took one bite and pushed them to the side. Bacon was just fat even when ordering extra Krispy. Hashbrowns were just salt and the diet coke tasted like soap. Stay away.

We came to orlando on vacation and on our last day before we headed back home we stopped to eat at this ihop.Every ihop we have been to we always have horrible service but we never expected to have an amazing breakfast with Emily our server! Very nice overall experience. We are from Miami and have been to Ihops all over and would definitely come back to this one. The waiter was very friendly, her name was Daria, and she was very quick with everything. The food was good and Daria recommended a lot of placed to go see.

My mom had a craving for pancakes, so we stopped at the Ihop since it's close to my place. She ended up getting the crepes and was disappointed. I had half a salad and half of a pot roast sandwich. The sandwich had decent flavor for a diner type place. My mom's pot roast is 10 times better. But it was fine for the price. I ate everything. The service was good. We had Wendy and she did a great job and had a great personality.

We stopped in for breakfast definitely a good choice. The hotel was packed and we were not waiting an hour for food. Our server Carmela was great! Very attentive and caring.......that was the surprise for us, she made us feel like she truly cared as to whether or not we enjoyed our food. VERY Satisfied! This does not happen much anymore in todays rat race. Food was good. If you are in the area you should stop in and eat.

Unfortunately this location for my order incorrect and the manager gave me a free order for later during the week for the same thing....but they managed to get it wrong the exact same way again even though I repeated it twice to make sure. Oh well my friend was here and we enjoyed it at least.

While vacationing in Orlando, we stopped here one morning for breakfast. The service was excellent. The food is always good at IHOP and when it started raining cats and dogs outside, they gave me an umbrella to walk to my car, drive back to the front to pick up my date and they opened the door for her (with umbrella). Great hospitality!

IHOP, it seems you've jumped the shark. You used to be so. damn. good. But now, not so much. Granted, it's been years since I've indulged in a visit to any IHOP location, but the girls were jonesing for some breakfast food, so we dropped in on our way out of town. The wait wasn't too bad - line moved quickly. Our waitress was painfully slow, albeit nice, and had a ridiculous memory. My order was super complex, and she nailed every detail. Our food took FORever to come out. I had an egg white omelette with veggies and cheese. It was LAME. Small, limp, and the veggies were barely to be found. Doesn't even come close to comparing to say, a News Cafe omelette, although the prices were about the same. I also had one pumpkin pancake, just to try a few bites, given my love for pumpkin. With syrup on top, they were pretty good. Although not as good as I seem to remember. And the seasoned fries? I was expecting the real deal. Instead, they're plain fries with a bunch of seasoning dumped on top. And I got about 10 of them in an order. WTF? And it took our waitress like 20 minutes to process our payments. So all in all, this was a major disappointment. Maybe I'm spoiled by all my Miami brunch haunts. Either way, I think IHOP is off my list.

This IHOP had phenomenal service! Met at the door by hostess opening the door for us. Great food and fast! We had Cici for a server and she had to be one of the best servers I have ever had. If you are in the area and have a hankering for pancakes...this is the place!! Ask for Cici!!

Since the one we had in Miami was horrible and ended up closing, I really had no faith here. My daughter and hubby wanted pancakes so we came, why not? We are on vacation you have to be willing to try everything right? Well service again was awesome. Our server chatted and joked with us, food was prompt, so were drinks. I could tell she was busy but she made time - she earns 5 stars for that. I wish servers in Miami could learn from the restaurants here. So far in Orlando all service has been awesome. The food, exactly as we all ordered, the eggs were perfectly done, the hash browns crunchy where they needed to be, the bacon delish! The food was surprisingly good! I am impressed. This was an awesome experience and I stand corrected. Not all IHOPs are the same. Keep it up IHOP! Good Job, for I am very hard to please, and please me you did!

After a long night at Horror Nights then having our after party shut down what a great place to unwind. The place was packed it seemed like our party was not the only one shut down this night. We sat immediately which took me by surprise even more so was the fact that we were served just as quick. I think it had to do with my good looks and charming smile more so then the fact I almost stumbled onto our waitress. Our waitress was friendly and she apologized for the slow service and wait which was surprising; it was late possibly the end of her shift, the place was packed and we had our bill paid within 45 minutes. If that's a long wait I'd like to see how fast it is when IHOP is empty. If your usual IHOP meal is good and quick then this is a good place to check out.

Why is it that the only place to eat around here after 10pm is IHOP or Denny's? Seriously, for a touristy city, that's not so accommodating! Anyway, we were promptly greeted and seated. Oooh was this going to be a 5 star IHOP? Afraid not, as the service quickly plummeted from there. My crab & shrimp omelette was amazing as always, but the hunny bunny's steak, shrimp, potatos and crepes left something to be desired, seriously. All in all, it was IHOP. It wasn't DC IHOP though, IHOP in DC is awesome, but it was what it was, food, 1030pm, locked out from all the decent places in MetroWest....

The only real issue I had here was that my silverware was greasy. Knowing that its IHOP I expected somethings to be out of place and dirty. My fork had this thick film of grease on it so I "accidently" dropped on the floor...not so that it could get clean but so the waitress could give me another set of sliverware, which she did. When I opened the new silverware I must of recieved the twin of the fork I just dropped, because this one was just as greasy. I figured I would be better off cleaning it myself. Other than that the service was great and the food was...well it was IHOP. " She said..."So normally i like going to IHOP but i got a dirty feeling once we walked in this one. The silverware and plates were a little greasy and dirty. The plate came out and there was grease dripping off it. Eh, not impressed.
