They definitely are not able to handle large orders or crowds. Ashley took my phone order at 11 when they opened. She double-checked with manager to make sure they could have 5 pizzas ready at 11:45am. When I walked in - early - I wanted to pay and then wait for the pizzas. Ashley was running frantically around doing things - I think she was arguing with the guy in the kitchen. Just about that time, the LUNCH crowd hit and there was a line 12 people deep. I am a patient man (or I like to think I am :) I called ahead and made an order an hour ahead of time. I wanted until after 12:15 before I started standing by the register... watching slices of pizza get handed out from what I suspect might have been my pies. I was an unhappy customer and Ashley knew it. She apologized - in a NY-kinda way (remember it's called NY Pizza). Apparently I should have mentioned that my Uncle Kenny knows a guy who will make sure this place gets the review it deserves :D

Not a big fan here. Went with an XL pepperoni and an order of mild wings. I'll echo the comments of some others when I say the "XL" is only about 16''. Crust was a little too thick and stiff for my taste. Not really the NY style I was looking for. Pretty bland other than that. Good thing I was hungry. Ditto for the wings. "Mild" must mean "flavorless" here. Not terrible, just nothing I'd write home about or order again.

Best pizza in Orlando but theyd get more business if they stayed open later. People want pizza past 11pm especially people coming home from work who work in the restaurant industry or who have late plane arrivals. Anyways the pizzas delicious and i love that i can order by the slice it gives me alot of options. The gyros look just like the ones in nyc id eat them but im a pescetarian now so i cant but they look enticing! I always get the spinach roma slices and zepollis! Yum! Please stay open later i hate getting papa johns when youre closed

Went today and got garlic knots and chicken pizza. The garlic knots didn't even taste like garlic and the pizza was bland. I'm pretty sure a blind chimp can make better pizza and garlic knots. Will never come here again

I really wanted to like this place. I even took pictures. I ordered garlic knots and garlic wings. I can admit that I have a special place in my heart for garlic. It hurt me so bad when I had the garlic knots and they were not garlicky nor were the wings! I was very disappointed. Hubby got a sausage and peppers sandwich and he said that he wish it had more sausage to go along with the peppers and onions. Even though their food didn't live up to the hype, the people there were very friendly and polite. They even offered recommendations on what to get. This place just didn't do it for me. Sorry. I tried.

The bomb.com pizza!! My family and I love it here. Reminds me of pizza from up North!

pizza tasted bland. the reviewer who stated that it they had better microwavable pizza was right. it was just dull, and kind of rubbery. definitely not "NY STYLE PIZZA" like the paid-off, supposed northerner posted in his review. No thanks, I'd rather eat dominos next time if I had to choose between these two.

Great pizza by the slice. Specialty options are really good, especially the Rio Ranch and the Chicken Buffalo. Service can be slow around lunch time, as it gets pretty busy. Yet, it's worth the wait. I have tried at least 3 more places in the area, and this one is by far the best.

I Love New York Pizza remains one of my favorite pizza joints in the area. What is it about Orlando and Pizza that do not get along? On a Thursday night three of us went in to split a pizza. I noticed the place picked up it's elegance quite a bit. All tables now have place settings with cloth napkins. It did have a cheap feel to it, being a pizza joint with 11 televisions all playing different shows (what the hell is that about?). Our server was friendly, but had an odd charisma to him. He was kind, but I noticed how he hovered around us by spending about 15 minutes cleaning the table next to us. Odd. He did offer his opinion on a few pizzas to try (which ended up being spot on). We ordered two half pizzas to make one XL. First half was Roma Spinach Pizza with; Spinach, Fresh Garlic, Mozzarella, Feta, Roma Tomatoes. This pizza features no red sauce. The Roma Spinach Pizza was fresh and delicious. The garlic was subtle, yet I was aware of its presence the entire time. Second half was the BBQ Chicken Pizza with Chicken, BBQ Sauce, and Mozzarella. Again, very good. Neither one felt heavy to the point where the crust could not support it. My favorite was the Roma Spinach Pizza. The wait time for this one pizza to come out took a while. I would estimate about 30 minutes. This was a surprise since the restaurant was slow. Another snafu occurred when trying to square up the bill. The three of us were going to split it, which was $26. When the server returned with individual bills he charged each of us $12. We brought it to his attention and when we did he seemed embarrassed to have been caught, rather than expressing an embarrassment for inconveniencing us. This brings me back to the odd charisma I spoke of earlier. Take two, he returned with the new checks which were still incorrect. Sadly for him we gave up trying to correct this, subtracted what we were overcharged from his tip and left. I Love New York Pizza has mixed reviews, but with $1.25 pints during happy hour and great pizza it cannot be missed. They are improving and its noticeable, so hopefully one day they will get it. I certainly appreciate the effort.

Was studying across the street and needed some food and this place hit the spot! Pizza was fantastic along with the garlic rolls. Will definitely be back and recommend my friends check it out. Also, the owner came out and chatted a bit with me and he was a super nice guy. Pizza is by the slice if you want and they had like 6 different styles loaded with toppings ready to be put in the oven. Pizza is thin, but one slice and a roll was under $4 and filled me up. They have a number of items on the menu besides pizza, so I'm sure anyone could find something here if you have that picky eater in your house. Great place, will be back!

Not sure what happened to this place but the pizza is not the same. I've had microwaveable pizza that was better than this. Truly disappointed! I guess it's time to start going elsewhere from now on.

Delicious food! I had a slice of cheese and garlic knots, they were great just perfectly done. I see some negative reviews here and it surprises me, I'd go back every time!

The pizza was ok, the calzone was huge and yummy. Didn't really like the garlic bread knots. Maybe we not use to Ny style pizza. My kids didn't like the fact it barely had any sauce. But hey can't please everyone and that's cool. Place was clean, staff was friendly.

Pretty good pizza!!! The place is always packed, but the service could be a littler bit better...great deals also!!!

I'll stand by my earlier review, but add that when it's busy, you may find the service a bit slow. The very nice woman taking orders messed up the person ordering in front of me and tried to overcharge me. An honest mistake, I'm sure, but check your receipt.

Great pizza, come her for lunch a couple of times a month. Staff is very friendly and they always have a good selection of ready made pizzas by the slice. Two slices and a drink under 7 bucks.

Was down in Orlando for 15 days work purpose. A friend recommend me to try this spot. I can honestly said I was hella surprised. They truly do carry out what they name represents. The Pizza was delicious Ny style , also had a Calzone "Cheese" it was so fresh and I loved it . Definitely be visiting back soon

The good: Been here a couple of times and food had great taste, fresh and much better than many other options in the area at a reasonable price. The bad: I ordered delivery once on a lazy day and they told me it would be 30-45 minutes but I got it 1 hour and 30 minutes later while I live 5-10 minutes away from the place.

It's hard to believe no one has written a review on this place because it is GOOD. We are new to the area and have eaten here about four times, and every time we loved it. White pizza is fantastic....pepperoni delicious (thin NY style), and I'm from Buffalo so know my wings. These are good...no heavy breading. Garlic knots are OK.....maybe more butter and garlic needed. But no complaints AND they deliver. Good, friendly service. So much for my diet. :)

Well, I had high hopes based upon the reviews here, and at the other one for this place (fully spelled out). Needless to say, I am really disappointed. We got there at dinner time - 6:30 - but the pizza looked as if it was made in the morning and had been sitting all day. Very unappealing. The white pizza was sparce, and I asked them to put more ricotta on it. It was ok, but definitely not the best, or even "good." My daughter had the pepperoni, and I had to keep asking her to eat because she didn't like it... Seriously, what kid doesn't like pepperoni pizza? She'll eat that crappy stuff at Chuck E Cheese, but this was bad?? That should tell you something. The garlic knots were dripping in oil, and bland to boot. I make better at home. Definitely won't be returning.

I Love NY Pizza serves a pretty decent pie. Not great, but miles better than a typical chain. I suppose it help that this is a relatively small chain. My medium cheese was delivered to my table with an almost perfect crust. Soft and chewy edges with the bottom being charred and crispy. Where it fell short was the being a bit over cheesed, which in turn made it a bit greasy. My side of garlic knots were excellent, yet the marinara sauce that was included was thin and bland. Service was friendly, prices ok and decor just about what you might expect.

The pizza was good but I don't think I will be going back there again. I had to wait a few minutes for the pizza which is fine so I waited about 4-5 still fine. Then the cashier had some friends that came in the owner got kinda chummy with them too. My food came out and she passed right by me then gave it to one of them. Then it took them 2 times asking me what my order was till they told me I had to wait longer for my food and got just a sorry and an extra 2 minute wait!

I checked into this place a long time ago and never had the chance to write a review. I stopped in to grab a slice of pizza for a friend. The place was kind of messy and the staff was really pushy with the products. I asked for a vegetarian recommendation and was shown a cheese pizza; while this is vegetarian, I was kind of hoping for a pizza or products with actual veggies. Overall, I give the place three stars but I will say that the food is pretty yummy!

Same name, different location. 532 Cagan Park Ave, Clermont. This location is off 27 across from the WalMart and close to 192. Worth the drive and time. Apparently this is a chain restuarant that is individually owned. Ownership changed about 6 months ago. Pizza is the closest to NY pizza I've had in the Clermont Area. The Specialty pizzas all look YUM. If I could had sampled from each, I would have! Chicken wings from actual sized chickens, not the midgets most restuarants sell. TASTY! Yummy Pizza, fresh salad, beer cold, atmosphere enjoyable, service friendly, daily specials and again, Pizza YUMMY! What more can I say? Will definitely make this "our go to" for Pizza and etc .

Just ordered a xlarge pizza and garlic knots. I'm staying at a nearby hotel. And wow was I impressed. Pizza was hot and really tasted good. Garlic knots were fantastic. And delivery was within 30 minutes. Wish we were local, this would be my pizza place.

The owner and manger was extremely rude and refused to delver pizza to me because of traffic in my opinion he dose not want to keep business if he does not want to go the extra mile to delver pizza

I like to purchase online and when I purchased online this time I was charged MORE! The employee told me I used a third party and if I called directly I would've saved a dollar. Well, there should be something saying "you're going to pay more if you purchase online" I got an XXL pizza and it's the same size as the L of some National chains. The garlic knots were knot shaped but very dry. They tasted like garlic but there was very little butter at the bottom. I don't know if I'd like the hassle, I'm a huge pizza fan but this place just seems more problems than it's worth.

Good pizza, decent pasta and loved the garlic knots. The price was reasonable too. I'll go back.

The Pizza is fresh & not overcooked! I had the Lunch special which included two slices of Pizza & a drink for $6.50. I'll come back & get two slices of Deluxe.

I wanted to find a nearby restaurant the sold good pizza by the slice. I stopped by NY Pizza in the late afternoon. There were no customers and the staff seemed to be having a good old time. I felt like my to-go order was a burden to their social hour. After they had a debate over who would heat the slices I ordered I was motioned to the drink fountain with no cup and had to ask for one. The dining room is filled the Beef O'Beady tables with a mix of Italian decor. While the good was decent the service and decor left me unimpressed.

Irrespective of your locality, you will find a variety of different restaurants in your cities offering pizzas of all different types.
