Meh... That's the perfect way to describe this experience. Me and the hubs went here for a much anticipated date night, before we caught the Sting/Paul Simon concert. It started off nice..the perfect dirty martini...delish! Downhill from there. We were seated upstairs, which apparently means you don't get the same quality of drinks and service takes forever! When I ordered my 2nd martini (once seated) it took 15minutes to get and tasted completely awful. The waitress was sweet and apologized for "getting held-up" which explained the delay in drink service but when my husband took back the martini he was told that, not only did they not use Kettle One (as requested), but they didn't use vermouth because they were out of it at the upstairs bar. So, you were trying to charge me $10 for a premium drink with sub-par vodka.. no-no. Not once did anyone offer to go get my drink from the downstairs bar. So I asked for a glass of their pinot and was told they were out...I switched to water. Our appetizer came and I will admit it was really delicious (Mozzarella bread), not your everyday cheezy bread; quality mozzarella, dusting of oregano, and a Italian-style salsa for topping. When our main course came (almost 40min later) it was only "ok". I ordered the "buffalo wings" and being from the buffalo, ny area, honey they ain't! They used a dry rub that was tasty but the wings were very dry and beyond extra-crispy to over-cooked. My husband got the rib and wing combo, the ribs were really sad looking and completely dry. Atmosphere was loud and kinda dirty. Overall, this experience wasn't horrible, but I wouldn't never go out of my way to go back. Don't even think I would go back if I were in the neighborhood. So, you are wondering why I didn't give it a 2-star???? That delicious dirty martini had it's merits! ;)

Kind of an average sports bar/burger joint. They replaced Mojo on Church Street. My first visit here was for an office lunch. Needless to say, it wasn't very crowded at 11:30 on a Friday. We had called ahead, so seating wasn't an issue. Our server was helpful in the menu options, especially since we had some vegetarians and some team members with gluten sensitivities. Looking over the menu, they offer an array of options. Burgers, pizzas but also some Buddha Bowls, which are brown rice bowls which are available with tofu. I settled on a Build Your Own Bison Burger ($8.00+$3.00 for bison), then cheeses and toppings are $.50 each and "Extras" like bacon, pulled pork , fried jalapeno peppers and spanish cheese will run you an extra $1.00. Positives: It's a chill place, lots of daily specials, somewhat of a more diverse menu than most sports bars. It was nice to have so many vegetarian and gluten free options. The decor isn't overwhelming but isn't underwhelming either. Very rustic, giant buffalo heads seem to somehow mesh with big screens. Negatives: They only had our one server running our food, which seemed to take forever given we had a party of 15, so I felt that was poor planning on their part. Also, I ordered my burger medium rare, it came out with zero pink in it. But because our server was totally MIA after her exhausting run of 15 plates on her own, I ended up just eating it otherwise I'd have to wait forever for a new order. Overall, I'd be back. I don't think I'd actively seek it out, but if I was downtown, looking for a burger, I'd give it another shot.

I feel pretty take it or leave it about Harry Buffalo. I ended up here Saturday night after the Solar Bears game - they were offering free pretzel sticks with your ticket stub if the Solar Bears scored 3 goals (which they did). So, on a whim my boyfriend, his family and I ended up here to grab some drinks and get our pretzel sticks. We were seated quickly but it took awhile for a server to show up. We got all of our drinks except for my boyfriend's, which we had to ask the server for again before it showed up. We're laid back, so things like that aren't really bothersome, but the service did seem slow. It didn't leave a lasting impression on me but I can see how it'd be a great place to head to before/after a game or event downtown or if you want to watch a game. They have a ton of big TVs and a good sports bar vibe. All in all an OK spot, but I've been to better elsewhere in Orlando.

My Boyfriend and I stopped coming here for a few reasons. 1. The service is ALWAYS slow. We've come here on a Saturday or Sunday afternoon and with a total of 5-7 people in the restaurant/at the bar they can't seem to get the food out in under 30 minutes. Also, they are always missing something; sweet potato fries, a side, etc. 2. The food is small for the price and definitely not fresh. From the brown lettuce on the side salad that my boyfriend's friend got, to the boneless wings, the food is pricey but tiny. Even the Buffalo burger is pricey for what you get. 3. The bartenders seem to care less and have quite an attitude. The last time we went they were busy getting drunk and our bartender had a hard time speaking when she was serving us. We've decided to go elsewhere now for better service, better food, and better prices. Such a shame, especially since we like coming here before hockey and basketball games. Oh well.

Came here last Tuesday night for beer and a bite to eat. The bar service was EXCELLENT. Very speedy. Decent beer selection. And the server was hilarious. Kept us laughing throughout the night. The food wasn't really very good though. From their seasonal menu (about 8 items), there were only 2 items available. I ordered the fish tacos, which were missing a few ingredients and were very bland/flavorless. My friend tells me the burgers are great, so I'll have to try those next time. Either way, enjoyed the overall vibe and beer selection. Not a must-visit spot, but it's a decent watering hole to watch a game.

Been here a few times now. Love the wings, especially on Monday's when they are on special. Service here is hit and miss. It's a sports bar, come prepared to enjoy the multiple TV and not expect the quickest service in town.

checked this place out w/ my cousin before the badfish and hor!zen concert at house of blues... we both got the bision chili and a pulled pork sandwhich no slaw....bison chili was great (coulda used a bit more meat though) as was the pulled pork....would like to go back and try some other menu items as well......bartender was a bit weeded but still helpful and attentive

I was pleasantly surprised by bison meat. It was tasty and delicious :) And low in fat. I didn't realize the health benefits. I love buffalo sauce. On the way to dinner I mused that it would be funny if they had some kind of buffalo buffalo meal. Ya know buffalo meat with buffalo sauce. And guess what they had? A buffalo buffalo burger!! It was amazing! Okay so actually, it a chunk of fried mozzarella dipped in buffalo sauce on top of the bison meat. But it was close enough to make my evening. I never really read the rest of the menu. My bestie built his own burger. There were a couple of minor downsides to the place. We had to wait awhile before a hostess came to seat us. And our waitress was a little MIA at times. But she was attentive to drink needs. They don't have much in terms of desserts. And I wanted dessert. We opted to go elsewhere for that. So yea, nice place.

An average bar. They don't do anything to make it stand out of the crowd. If I was walking by I might stop in again, I would not go out of my way to come here.

Went here on a Sunday to grab a drink and bite to eat before a Magic game. On Sunday they have their buffalo chicken baked mac n' cheese dish for $7.00 rather than $10 so I decided to go with that for my meal. I really like it....the crust on top was really delicious, the mac n' cheese underneath was smooth and creamy and there was tons of buffalo chicken mixed in which went with it perfectly. The only complaint I have is that for the price, the size of the dish is fairly small. I would considered it a large side dish. I was definitely hungry a couple hours later. The bar was pretty crowded, which is where we sat. The bartenders seemed to be a little bit all over the place and sometimes it was difficult to get their attention. They have tons of TV's in there so it's a great place to watch a game. I think this place is a definite improvement from the previous establishment, Mojo's. I'll have to go back again to give it another shot. I have my eye on the chocolate chip cookie sundae.

Good spot for a group to hang out and catch a game. And, really good shots. The food is on point...give the bison burger a go--it's the best thing on an already excellent menu. I would highly recommend Harry Buffalo to anyone.

Twice in recent weeks I have had a server take an order and not write it down (they must think this impresses someone?). Both times the orders have been wrong. On this occasion I was seated at the bar as the restaurant began to get busy before a hockey game. The person I was dining with and I both had not only the wrong incorrect orders, but also burnt burgers. The bartender apologized for the mistake in order and blamed the burnt burgers on the kitchen staff explaining that sometimes they get busy. He also gave me a coupon for $5 off my next visit. The coupon immediately went in the trash. I don't plan to go back.

Miss Rosie O'Gradys, not impressed with decor, service and food. Some of food was OK, French fries are the worst ever. Suggest Hamburger Mary's-across the street.

Harry Buffalo is basically an average sports bar right on the end of Church St. They have an interesting menu, yet average execution by the cooking staff. The stampede sandwich (a sandwich with fries and slaw enwrapped in a fried pizza dough) sounded delicious but the pizza dough was really chewy and the sandwich was falling apart. My jaw was exhausted after eating half the sandwich. There also weren't that many fries inside the sandwich, maybe a total of 10 fries which is heart-breaking! That thing could've fit at least double the amount of fries given! Hell, it was messy anyways so might as well stuff the crap out of it! No need to be so stingy on those fries, Harry! And the coleslaw was on the plain side. I'm going to give it another try one of these days and order something else with fries served on the side. My friends' fries portion seemed a lot larger when on the side.

I have had the opportunity to visit Harry Buffalo twice this month to grab a bite with a friend prior to Amway Center events. Arriving two hours prior to the event start each time (one event was a sell-out, the other about 1/3 capacity) we barely made it out the door by start of the show. On one occasion our server let anyone within earshot know that "After last night, I'd rather be anywhere but HERE!" (Still not sure whether I should have offered congratulations OR sympathy.) Table service is harried at best during the pre-show rush, staffed with servers who needed to read the menu along patrons to ensure a correct order - Only it didn't. We're only talking about two people, each ordering a menu selection and a couple of drinks. And on each visit one food item was totally wrong. There were offers to correct, but after waiting more than hour for a couple of simple items - Once food hit the table we weren't about to let it go! One of the 'correct' menu items was "Boneless Wings" (Hand-breaded all-white chicken fried to a crisp & tossed in your favorite sauce. Served with a side of French fries.) A few breast chunks served in non-descript (supposed to be Hot flavor) greasy glop of a sauce. It obviously had been quite some time since these only-warm bird bites had seen 'crispy'. The well-cooked crispy fries helped atone the foul fowl. The aptly named "Buffalo Chip & Dip" (Cream cheese, grilled chicken, buffalo sauce & crumbled Bleu cheese. Served with lightly fried pita chips) served up another disappointment. Apparently the chicken just plain flew the coop this time. We even challenged our server to attempt to detect any bit of chicken in this ramekin of warmed cream cheese topped with more 'buffalo glop sauce'. I wish I could tell you about the "Glazed Wild Salmon" instead of a salad with topped with cold 'grilled' chicken accompanied with aging Iceburg, limp cucumber slices and carrot disks that each had the same dark deformity along one side. On the other visit we ordered a "Create Your Own Salad" with Thai peanut dressing and were instead served the "Sweet Soy Budda Bowl" (supposing the Thai peanut salad dressing request factored into the kitchen confusion?) What hit the table was a smallish bowl of rice with a layer of room-temp carrots & broccoli and a topping of a few bland chicken strips (oh yeah, and a drizzle of "slightly pea-nutty something".) Confucius says: Say NO to the Budda Bowl! The menu is quite extensive and during a more normal flow of patrons, the back of the house may well perform at a higher standard. But on event days, forget about it! Maybe a simplified 'game day' menu of limited items available a few hours prior to events could help things move along more smoothly? I cannot recommend in good faith to any friends that they should visit this poorly executed, great concept of an establishment on event days.

Ate there with some friends before heading over to the arena for a concert. We were there early so it wasn't that crowded. The building this place is in is gorgeous. Exposed brick walls and tiled ceilings. There's a second storey which looks out over the main area. I'd go back again just to be inside the place... If only the food were worth it. We had the cheesy garlic bread for an appetiser and it was good. Could've had more garlic in it. It was basically a cheese pizza cut into squares. To me the dough seemed a little undercooked but it didn't affect the flavour. I got the "shroomin bacon cheddar" burger. It comes with a side of either their homemade chips or, for another ¢99 French fries. Ridiculous that the fries are extra. I ordered the burger medium rare but it seemed to come out rare. One of my friends ordered the same burger cooked medium and his came out just as pink as mine. The burger was huge but it was devoid of taste. There was virtually no seasoning on it and the mushroom and sautéed onion topping was pretty oily. On a good note, however, the bacon it came with, when tasted on its own, was amazing. The chips were a huge letdown. Normally "homemade" style chips are always better than bought ones but these had no flavour and were too thick. They were so thick that some of them seemed undercooked inside of the incredibly hard outside shell. I didn't think it would be possible for them to be that hard on the outside but still soft inside but they were. One of us did get the French fries and they were way better than the chips. The waiter was personable and attentive but never offered to fill our drinks at any time during the meal. I finally had to ask him for a refill. Aside from that I had no problem with the service at all. Going back to the food...the menu is a strange mishmash of bar food, and vegetarian and gluten free offerings which do not go together at all. Is it a bar or is it a trendy health conscious place? Overall I'm probably not going to go back again.

Pros: great for people who like sports, good for having a beer and talking, lots of items on the drink and food menu, portion sizes on my friends dishes were decent, prices were average Cons: food was average, portion size on my dish was super tiny I went here on a Sunday before a game and it was very busy. There are a million TVs all over the place so there were tons of people watching sports here. The place was clean. The service was slow but it made sense because she was busy. My friends got wraps and salads and they looked pretty big. The menu had so much on it and it wasnt all generic stuff - some of the different stuff I saw were: sandwiches with cole slaw and french fries on them, bison burgers, vegetarian dishes. etc. They had a variety of beer: cocoa beer, apple beer. etc. My food was average. It was baked buffalo chicken and mac and cheese. It was on sale for 7 bucks because it was Sunday but it should have been like 4 bucks because it was so tiny. All my friends thought it should have been an appetizer. I dont know how they charge full price for that ever. It was okay tasting. I was sorta bummed because it sounded awesome. Everyone said their food was okay but no one was blown away. I think they will do okay because of the sports crowd but really, i dont think I'd go here again unless someone wanted to go and I was tagging along.

Pros: Happy Hour $2 domestic drafts Service was on top of things as usual Cons: Food was subpar which isn't usual per my previous visits. Everything I ordered was fried and came out room temperature. There was also a burger special that was explained to us as coming out more expensive than actually ordering a burger off the menu which was quite confusing. Overall, I enjoy the place but will probably only be returning for the drink specials, not the food.

Great food and awesome atmosphere! This bar/restaurant had a large menu featuring standard bar food taken to the next level. The macaroni & cheese pizza is a must, as well as their appetizer of buffalo chicken dip with pita bread. Also, they have the best pretzel sticks I've had in awhile! Really cool interior that looks kind of old-fashioned.

I met some friends here. I ordered the Moscow mule to drink. It was weak. I mean really weak. I ordered the buffalo chicken macaroni and cheese bake. I The noodles were chewy, the sauce was runny and the chicken tasted like it came from a can. It was Inedible! A pizza was ordered for the table, too salty and dry. The fried cheese balls were good, but can you really mess up fried cheese? The trivia was fun and we won $30 towards our outrageous bill. But no compensation was offered when I voiced my dissatisfaction in the food. And had I known the drink was over $11, I would have just stayed home and made this myself. Don't waste your time.

You know... I kinda like this place and I hope it stays around longer than some of it's other owners. First off, it's an enormous space. There's a downstairs and an upstairs, a patio, a bar, and tons of TV's. Great for game days. They have a huge menu and it's pretty diverse. Everything from pizza, to burgers, to salads, to wings, you name it! I've been here a few times and have enjoyed both my experiences. The first time I got the Buffalo Chicken Mac n Cheese pizza which was so yummy! It wasn't greasy at all like I was expecting. I've also had the black bean burger which was really good. Fresh and you can even "make your own burger" so you can add whatever on top that you want, including the type of bread. For dessert I shared the chocolate chip cookie topped with ice cream and caramel and chocolate. Can someone close my mouth? I think I'm drooling. Seriously delicious. I've had good customer service both times I have been and best of all, it's very reasonably priced. I definitely recommend checking out Harry Buffalo, even if you're just in the mood for watching a game and grabbing an appetizer. I think you'll enjoy!

I love coming here on Mondays for the battered chicken and fries for $5. Great food for the past 5 times I have been here. I have yet to try the bison burger but from what i can see def get it medium. Try the Harry Buffalo drink when you come here. It will surely be tasty.

Got a drink and a takeout in-between social activities. The Harry Buffalo (that I bought for the gf, she didn't like, so I ended up with) was pretty good as far as fruity drinks go and the price wasn't too bad either. Both of us got the buffalo chicken mac and cheese bake. It was ok I guess, the portion was pretty tiny though. Other people we were with got sandwiches and they were much bigger...should have went with the safe pick.

Went once when they first opened and only had drinks and an app. (It was a little slow and sorta awkward, but they were brand new and still sorta working things out.) Just finally made it back for an actual meal. Came in on a weekday for a lunch with coworkers. Looked fairly busy , full of the usual downtown lunch crowd types. Our waitress seemed new, a little too worried about drink orders and placing them in the right location... only to have them be on the wrong checks later... but she was nice, friendly and did a decent job. The menu was a little overwhelming and maybe a little too much. A lent menu, a lunch special pick 2 or 3 type meal, create your own salad, salads you can put on a tortilla and make a wrap, sandwiches... that you can wrap in dough and turn into a fried pizza... But it did offer a good variety with options to make it as healthy or as food-coma inducing as you choose. Our group all ordered fairly basic lunch items, sandwich/salad combos from the lunch special page, salads, wraps, etc. Nothing that should take too long to make, we were all only on an hr lunch break... as it would seem most other people in the restaurant at that time were. IT TOOK FOREVER. Over 30 minutes to get our food from ordering time for sandwiches and salads.. We watched other tables get their food, pay, leave... and we couldn't track anyone down. Just about the time we were about to get up and either cancel or change it to go, it came out. Everything was correct and it was all decent, but I don't know if I'd go back on a lunch break due to the amount of time it took to get in and out of there. We got our checks, only to find drinks all mixed up on them, but we were in a hurry, paid and hauled ass back to work. I'd go back... without a time crunch. Or possibly for that one allowable cheat meal hangover day and go for the buffalo chicken mac and cheese pizza or whatever that is.... Won't be ordering that and heading back to the office, that's for sure.

I ate here a couple of weeks ago and I have to say that I was not impressed at all by the food. I absolutely love anything with buffalo sauce, so I got their meal with both buffalo wings and boneless wings. Both were dried out and, the hot sauce I ordered, wasn't even hot like I like it. I ended up only eating a few and leaving the rest.... And i don't usually leave any food, so it was that bad! Lol! The only thing my party and I liked here was the cheese bread, and let's face it, it's really hard to mess up bread, butter, and cheese!

A perfectly average bar with decent staff. Nothing great. Nothing bad. Ok, correction. The Long Island Iced Teas here are vile. V-I-L-E. That's all.

I am new to the area and I was looking for a place to watch football. They had my team (Philadelphia Eagles) on several screens and the sound was playing. I sat at the bar, but later joined co-workers at a table. The entire staff was friendly. The pricing is fair and the food quality is decent. If you are looking for diversity in fans and a friendly staff on a Sunday afternoon I would check this place out!

I'd give it 3 stars for the food which was reasonably good. But the bartender/service was another story. So, we stopped in before an event, ordered happy hour drinks and then about 5 to 7 (still during happy hour), decided on another round. However, the barmaid - who was not congenial, and seemed too 'busy to bother' - apologized that it was after happy hour and, I quote, "the computer won't even let me inside". But when I then called her on the time, she feigned ignorance and explained that she thought *I said* it was after 7. Which is totally irrelevant, because she's the professional behind the bar not me, right?! And besides, I thought the computer wasn't letting you inside? Next, I ordered a well drink and now another hapless yarn was spun: "Oh, we only have top-shelf scotch; we're out of well scotch". Now please tell me, how can a top Orlando sports bar be *out of* well scotch at 6:55pm in the evening?? So I bypassed the bartender and spoke directly to the manager, who apologized and bought me and my partner another round. Now this may not seem like an earth-shattering event, but of course, first impressions are so important. And while Harry Buffalo's is potentially a cool bar, and could be a go-to bar for future visits, I'm now really hesitant, because I don't appreciate being hustled nor treated like some back-woods tourist from I-Drive being nickel and dimed for a few measley, extra bucks. In the end - and in today's digital age of instant review - it's not really worth it, is it?

Moved here from Chicago and decided to go downtown for lunch on our anniversary. Wes was our waiter and really made us feel comfortable. He was a world of knowledge about the area! I even tried a buffalo burger! Very good, but a little rare for what I requested. My husband had fish and chips, and was happy with his choice. We will definitely return and ask for Wes! Give that man a raise!

I know this location has turned over a few times but from my experiences, first at lunch and then before a magic game, I would say Harry Buffalo's has some staying power. Here are my top 5 reasons why: 1. The menu is expansive (think book-style menu). There is literally something for everyone with many "build your own options" for things like salads, sandwiches and I think pizza. 2. The atmosphere is great. Fun, laid back and open space. The kind of place you would have fun at whether you were with one friend or 10. 3. The service was good on both occasions I was there which really goes a long way for a spot that hasn't had much luck staying open. 4. Free popcorn :) 5. An obscene amount of TVs viewable from all angles. A very important factor for any watching a game.

Nice place. Been on Thursday nights a few times for trivia. Food is great. Thursday nights is $8 Long Island ice tea pitchers. there is usually a couple families in there eating so it's not a wild crowd or anything.

Go to Harry buffalo quite often... Extremely disappointed tonight. Burger was dry and onion strings were hard as a rock and tasted like they had been left out for days. Bar tenders were more interested in talking to their friends then helping customers.

Now this place was an experience. We came here on the evening that the Magic played the Lakers. Wow! It was loud in here tonight. We ended up here for an event and say upstairs on the second floor. Nice view of the people downstairs. Buffalo chicken mac & cheese, Buffalo chicken egg rolls and red pepper hummus. Nice. Very good. The Chef came out and explained what they had for us tonight and it was pretty darn good. I would like to come here when it's not so loud. That was the only bad part. But the bar itself is very nice. Great atmosphere. didn't even know this place existed in this area.

Ehhh, the only good thing about this place ahas the chocolate chip cookie dessert. Everything else seems over priced for the fried average food. Service was awful...

This place is great! Bar food done very well with great service ( despite the massive crowd). Wings are delicious and the cheesy pretzels would make Pavlov's dog drool harder than ever! Only slight downside is that the prices are a little precious, but the overall experience merited a high mark..for its category prob my favorite downtown o town!

I order to go from here semi-regularly because its close to my house. Today will be the last time. I walked in and sat at the bar to wait for service. The bartender was busy with another customer so I sat a and waited, nbd, except he NEVER came over. I watched him chat with his guests, go make a few tickets for the sevice well, and then start cutting garnish fruit, all without so much as a glance in my direction. Finally I walked up, stopped him from cutting limes and asked for my to go. It was sitting by the register the whole time, dying in the box. He brought me my food and reciept still with out a "hello," "thanks," or "is everything ok?" When I checked my food outside the order was wrong, I had asked for sauce on the side and it was on the burger. Again, typically this is nbd but after the 100% lack of service (I can't even call it shitty service because there was none whatsoever offered) I made it a point to go back. The only response was "oh, they put it on top? It'll be a few minutes for the new one." To this guys credit, I did get a half assed "sorry 'bout that" when he brought my recook. I do this for a living and I totally get being busy (which they aren't atm) and not being able to get to everyone in a timely fashion, but sometimes I guess its easy to forget just how far a "hi I'll be right with you" goes. This is beyond sub par. The food here, while definitely not awful, also isn't anything to enthusically write home about, so coming here has mostly been a matter of convenience and the idea of having a fairly good meal. If your food is blowing guests out of the water, then your service damn well should be, and I was certainly left with a bad tast in my mouth, although the burger itself was fine. Not recommended.

There's another option for downtown lunch that's reasonable! Food options are different than other downtown eateries, service was great, food came out just as described. I have only eaten there for lunch so I can't comment on evening service/food/drink specials.

Waited in front for 10 minutes! No hostess came to seat me! Was going to have lunch but food reviews were average so I left. Come on--better service needed. You may serve great wings??? But now I'll never know.

I went with a couple of friends after work, and the best thing about it was the draft beer (doesn't say much). The cheesy garlic bread app was good, but dough and cheese tastes pretty good any which way you cook it. I got the Buffalo Mac & Cheese - it was just "okay", not as flavorful as I would have liked. One friend got the stampede sandwich, which based on the description and photo, I was tempted to get as well - VERY glad I didn't. The menu made it sound like it was all of the sandwich fillings, wrapped and baked in a warm pizza dough (made it sound kind of like a calzone). Her stampeded arrived in a fried dough that was crispy, crunchy, and very greasy. It was not soft and warm, as described, and the inside was pretty pathetic looking (she sent it back). Another friend got some type of veggie tacos (can't remember the exact name), and the completely left off half of the veggies. They were able to fix it and bring it back, but overall, none of us were impressed, and won't be returning unless it's for the occasional happy hour beer, since it's close to work.

HB is your typical sports bar. On my visits I've found that you get the best service at the bar as sometimes the servers get lost and you end up waiting a long time to order/get refills/receive the check. The drinks are always good, just be careful what food you order. The bowls are delightful while some of the appetizers leave you with much to be desired. If you're in the area for an Orlando City game or just looking for a sports atmosphere in general, you've found your meca.

I was searching for a new place with a good Happy Hour, that was a casual restaurant that I could hold a good conversation. I was so happy to have found this place! I can't believe I have not been here as long as I have ventured Orlando. Sports bar, cozy seating, upstairs for when its busy. $3 wine, beer, and well drinks, plus a select few apps for happy hour. I went with the Bison Burger which was FANTASTIC, with delicious sweet potato fries. My company had the Buffalo Chicken dip- also superb. Otherwise had a large/varied menu with decent pricing. It was quiet enough to discuss business and have a good time. They started 80s-90s trivia (Thursday) which they offer an extended hour of HH, plus prizes if you win. They are known to hold all major sporting events on TV and get pretty crowded, but still a good time.

Came in today to have a drink and some grub before our Juan Luis Guerra concert. The place was super packed because of the game. We waited a few mins before being taken to the 2nd floor and a waitress approached us pretty quickly. Overall the service was quick and decent considering it was jam packed. This is my 2nd time here and ive been happy both times. I only had the truffle fries and cold beer but my friend had the cheese steak sandwich with fries. My fries were great and my friend said her sandwich was good but her fries were very soft. This is pretty solid bar if you're looking for some drinks and hangout time any night of the week.

The food is really good most of the time but if you go at the wrong times you can end up with some really stale fries and bread. I'm probably closer to a 3.5 star rating but they don't allow that. During the lunch & dinner hours the servers are usually on point but on the in-between hours they can disappear for quite some time without checking on you.The happy hour specials are decent but nothing that would make you choose them over some of the other specials downtown. I do really like this place but they could work on their service.

All I can say is wow...I wish there was a 0 stars option. After literally being sat for 10 min, one of the three servers that saw me and my girlfriend sitting down (she was waiting on a party of 20 and also apparently our designated server) told the bus boy to get us menus because when we walked in, the sign said "seat yourself". Please keep in mind the servers that had the tables to our right and left, both looked at us (more than a few times) and didn't say so much as "someone will be right with you." When we were finally given our menus by the bus boy, there was no explanation as to why we were waiting so long or who our server was eventually going to be. Nor did he offer to get us water or anything else to drink. At this point I asked for the manager. After watching the bus boy run around for no less than 5 minutes trying to find the manager, he came back and said "Reese" would be over in a few minutes, he's upstairs doing the schedule. I've only been in the restaurant business for 30+ years so maybe I'm wrong but should the manager be "upstairs doing the schedule" at 8pm on a Saturday night? Reese did finally show up to our table to explain that "because there was an "event" tonight (one at the Amway Center, I assume) the servers may have gotten mixed up with regard to the floor chart". Of course this doesn't explain the HORRIBLE TRAINING of staff that would allow the servers to our right and left to look at us and not acknowledge the fact that two new guests had sat down. I inquired also at this point if he was the only manager on duty. Apparently a bar manager and kitchen manager were also on duty but I'm assuming since Reese had to come out of the office to deal with us, the other managers are either incapable or it's not in their job description. Ok, now we have been assigned Francis as our server. She's sweet enough and apologetic, however when my girlfriend and I ordered an appetizer and a sandwich (that we told her we were going to split) they both came out at the same time. When you think the experience in a restaurant can't get any worse, you're once again surprised by how bad the training must be in this venue. The icing on the cake was the sandwich that came out. It had about 5oz of chicken on one half of the sandwich and maybe 1oz on the other side. Someone in the kitchen assembled this sandwich and thought it was acceptable to send it to the guest. Once again I called Reese to our table. I think the part that had me most dumbfounded was the blank stare and unapologetic look on Reese's face as I was explaining the difficulty his staff was having. There was absolutely no attempt on his part to salvage our experience other than to say, "be sure to come back and see us" as we were getting up at this point to leave. I can only assume this was sarcasm, because if you're willing to allow guests to have this type of experience and offer no explanation or anything else for that matter in return, who in their right mind would ever frequent your establishment again? I'm speechless for anything more to say. In over 30 years in the restaurant business I can honestly say I don't think you could accomplish this type of disaster if you tried, yet it seemed completely natural for the staff and management of Harry Buffalo.

I was pretty disappointed after finally eating here on SuperBowl Sunday. We had stopped in before when heading to a Magic game and thought the menu looked impressive so we made a note to actually come in and dine someday. I must admit, I almost wish we didn't. I say this because the time having drinks at the bar impressed us. The bartender was really friendly and the drinks were good. The lunch experience soured the overall thrill of this place. We first ordered the Buffalo Chip and Dip. It was a concoction of grilled chicken, cream cheese, buffalo sauce and pita chips. I'll admit, this wasn't bad at al. It was actually the best part of the meal. I had the BBQ pulled pork sandwich with fries. It was a total miss. I had never had a pulled pork sandwich on Italian bread that was thinner, flakier and more bland than grocery store toast. If it wasn't for the BBQ flavor I could've shut my eyes and imagined myself feasting on dry overcooked breakfast toast. I got halfway through and figured I'd feast on the fries instead. Yeah, not very cooked fries and no flavor. I was done. My dinner mate was also not impressed with her meal. She didn't even get half through hers either. Service overall was very mediocre and this was on a super slow Sunday afternoon. I'd say there were maybe two other tables at the time. Might come back for a drink if in the area but definitely won't try the food again for some time.

Came here on a Saturday night. It didn't seem too busy with customers at the time but it appeared to be understaffed. My fiancé and I sat at the bar for a good few minutes before we were acknowledged. Once we were, we put out drink orders in. The bartender gave us a food menu to which we decided what to get fairly quickly. Bartender grabbed our orders and placed it in. We waited. and waited. We saw this other couple next to us looking upset that they have not received their food yet. The bartender did come around and say that it was on the way. So, looks like we were not the only ones that had a long wait for our food. Literally, 45 minutes later (I am not exaggerating, I was looking at the clock because there was an event we had to go to right afterwards) we received our food. I had the bison burger to which I requested medium rare- it was definitely rare. It was pink and cool on the inside. I was so hungry that I made myself eat it because I did not want to send it back and be late. The food would have been mediocre at its best even if my burger was cooked to my liking. There really wasn't anything special about it. When getting out check, the bartender thanked us for our patience and apologized for the wait. That is honestly nice that he did that, we gave him a reasonable tip. The wait was too long. The food wasn't that great. I will most likely not be back, and do not care to go back.

We had a great meal, the bison burger w buffalo mac n cheese was amazing. The prezels rolls are very soft and chewy, not like the hard ones at most other places. And the drinks a very good. Our bartender, Jamie was excellent.

Slow service, no utensils, lost order, mixed up bill. I eat out a lot and don't ask for much but it was just awful. Food was average and not worth the aggravation. We looked for a manager but none in site. Sorry folks. Just bad.

Dishonest and Greedy... I called ahead to find out if HB was airing the Mayweather-Paquio fight, and was told on the phone that it was a $10 cover charge. After waiting in line for about 30 minutes to get in, I was then told the cover charge was $20. When telling the attendant what I was told on the phone, she said, "I know, but the cover charge just went up to $20, because of how busy we are... sorry". If I could had easily found another place that was airing the fight on HBO/Showtime/PPV, I would have left. Then, it was standing room only, which is fine until you constantly get knocked into by a couple rude bartenders (most staff were friendly about trying to move through the overcrowded upstairs). For as many people that were here tonight, this place was clearly understaffed and ill-prepared for such a large crowd (they ran of of pitchers for beer and started selling them by the can and bottles). I noticed customers all around me making faces and getting impatient with the really slow service.

Stopped in for a quick bite before a concert, food was Delicious! Hostess stand was empty & since we weren't greeted for a min, we sat at the bar. Once we were seated it didn't take long b4 we had a waitress & she was nice! We ordered Burgers, angus Beef w/ fries! Crafted to our specifications & it was wonderful! Great prices too! Sports Bar atmosphere w/ lots of TV's for ur viewing enjoyment. Bathrooms coulda used a lil more TLC but were still Ok. Would go back & enjoy another burger! ;)~

Harry Buffalo is a big, cavernous sports bar on Church Street by the under-I-4 parking lots. When we went in for lunch, several games were playing and I'd say about 8-10 tables were there to watch the games. I ordered one of the bison burgers, which I enjoyed. I'd say probably a solid 4 stars for the burger. The rest of our table seemed to like their food as well. Service was another story. While she was friendly when we saw her, she was almost never around. We walked in and took a seat with a couple of menus (we grabbed them ourselves because no one was at the podium), and we had decided what we wanted to order before anyone had come to the table. I don't know how long it was, but we were able to fit in a few minutes of discussing whether or not to just get up and leave before she arrived. Once we eventually got our food, we didn't see her again. Well, we DID see her, but she was standing around talking to the bartender and another server the whole time. After finishing our meals, we waited around for a while for the check. I don't know if she saw me getting up to finally find someone to get our bill, but as soon as I stood up, she was there to hand it to us. So, based on my one experience, I'd have to say it's worth checking out the food. Just don't be in a hurry.

1st - they have specials that they don't honor. Boneless wings for .39 on Mondays ended up costing $15 for 15 wings. 2nd - wing plate is supposed to come with fries, which never came. For anyone in the party 3rd - my meal and a coworkers meal got "lost" according to the waitress. Who also told us the kitchen said they made it and didn't want to cook it again. Said she asked the manager yup give us a discount (which we didn't receive). I ended up paying $26 for 15 wings, fries that I didn't get, and 2 beers. We did finally get our food when the rest of our party was about halfway through with their meal. 4th - silverware. The waitress brought some food, and told us she'd bring silverware once all the food was out. I ended up going to the hostess stand and getting the silverware for my entire party by myself. 5th - we had to beg for refills. I could have dipped $26 in bbq sauce at home and ate that for pretty much the same experience.

This place was "fine". Nothing that I ate, drank, or experienced is calling me to return. I sat at the bar and the staff barely paid attention to the customers. A look every once in a while, but even then things got missed- taking an order, getting another beer. The guy next to me tried to engage the bar tender in friendly conversation, but it fell on deaf, disinterested ears. The beer I had ordered was out. I got the mushroom bacon burger, which was good. Just good. Oh well, now I know.

We have been a few times before hockey. Bison burger is good. Cooked right and tasty. Pretzel sticks, good but seemed to be from a package. We have tried a handful of things, all OK but not special. This doesn't need a lengthy review as it's a bar with OK food. Service is just OK, and often on the slow side.

Nice bar overall! Usually bars get 3 stars from me for just being 'good' and any added plus can raise it a star. Well in this case, this sports bar hopped up a notch in ratings because of great service! The server was fantastic. I tried their house merlot, and she did not make me feel bad for drinking wine at a sports bar...cuz I'm classy like that. And a tall cup was $3. Can't beat it. I went on monday when they had their monday wing madness, which is boneless wings for $.39 a piece and .49 for wings with the bones. I opted for the thai chili flavor. Excellent! I just feel like wings aren't the same unless you order them with the bones in them. They are just juicier that way.. plain and simple. They also had live music when it hit 7pm. Because I was waiting on a few friends for awhile I also tried the boom boom shrimp appetizer. It is small...so meant for one really. But it was really good. It also seems that a place will get an extra star rating out of me if I consume alcohol there haha. Just one note, come around 6pm. You'll be in time for free parking at the meters wherever there is space downtown, and you'll be in time for happy hr at Harrys too.

Average sports bar with average food, drinks, and service. Came here on a very busy Saturday night and got the last booth in the place. It was super loud and busy downstairs, so the original plan was to sit upstairs. We found many open tables up there, but once we sat down we were told they are closing the upstairs for the rest of the night. There is a decent selection of beer here. However, choosing a beer is very difficult if you aren't at the bar. When you look at the beer menu it list the normal domestics and then says to ask your server for more choices. When I asked our server she didn't know the additional choices. I ended up having to walk to the bar to see what they had. We started off with a shrimp appetizer. The shrimp were pretty good! I ordered the fish tacos, and these were the driest tacos I've ever had. Overall, it was a pretty average place I don't see myself going out of the way to visit again.

Unfortunately I cannot give this a higher rating. I've been to lunch and I've been to dinner and both times the food is just OK. Nothing out of the ordinary. I do like that they have a nice bison burger, which is their one saving grace. Despite having very nice servers the actual service was slow and not a good idea for lunch at all.

I came here just once but the bar food was pretty fantastic. I got the ribs with fries and Mac and cheese all just for $11. The bar is lined with TVs so it seems like a good place to watch the game. My work rents out the upstairs for events and from what I've heard it's a great place for such things. The staff was friendly and attentive, and I'll definitely come back. My friends said the burgers were great too, and the pitchers of beer were $5 for Bud light and only $6 for red hook that was a Wednesday. Overall, it's a good deal. I'll definitely check it out again

Was here a few weeks ago, before and after going down the road to catch an Orlando Magic game. We arrived with about 90 minutes to go before the game, and it was happy hour, so had a couple of beers. Cannot remember the price, but cheap. We then decided to have some snacks - wings, etc. and I must say the food was delicious. After a couple more beers, we walked down the road to catch the game. I got to the arena and was told that I could not bring my backpack in. What a predicament. The guy said, "put it in your car." "What car," I asked. They didn't give a crap. Anyway, I thought, "let me check at Harry Buffalo's to see if I can leave it there!" I could. They looked after it for me and I got it back after the game. Joined by my cousin, we had another couple beers, watching the recap of the Magic game and some other sports on one of the many televisions around the place. There was a great atmosphere with super sweet waitresses and friendly customers. If I get back to Orlando, I'll be back to Harry Buffalo's!

The wings are great much bigger than the mini-wings most places serve. The Quinoa salad was very fresh and the sandwiches were also quite tasty. Definitely a great place to stop in for a beer and some bites.

Was greeted right away by a super friendly waitress. The amotsphere is relaxing and makes you just want to eat. Menus are easy to read and prices are moderate. We had the 39 cent wings to start and then dove into an amazing Angus burger and delicious french onion soup served with a warm pretzel stick! This place is Greta and u would recommend it to anyone.

I came back here to give it one more shot and was a lot more happy than my first visit. I was so excited to see that they had a quinoa bowl available on the menu, and it was really really good, especially the cheese they put in it! The place was quiet enough to have conversation and just enjoy Sunday afternoon. It sucks that I had such a bad first impression here but major points to the menu. The appetizers were great and I really like the quinoa bowl.

Foods great but the server we had upstairs acted like we didn't exist. Pretty much threw the menu at us and left to talk to her friends. Food took forever but at least the manager came out and apologized. She didn't give a damn about us. Continued talking with her friends and barely said anything. Even had someone else bring us our food because she was busy talking. Gave her no tip and apologized for disturbing her day. Attractive or not her attitude was terrible

Very disappointed!!! They claim how the wings are marinated in a dry house rub for 24 hours, not buying it! I ordered them buffalo hot, they came to me mild and 100% flavorless. The worst wings I've ever had! My wife had their cheesesteak sandwich and that may have been only slightly more flavorful. My recommendation is to avoid this joint, despite the location and ambiance, the food was a wreck. Service was okay and the atmosphere is a traditional sports bar.

Great Concept...HORRIBLE EXECUTION! I love the building. The inside truly has character to be so open. All the TV's...wonderful. The Staff....HORRIBLE and somewhat friendly. I mean they failed. Failed at EVERY POINT. Failed to the point I had to ask one of the cooks that just got off to get some dressing. Wouldn't go back if it was the last restaurant on Earth. The Food took a long time and was Cold. Which is an indicator...service SUX! I literally paid to be abused.

Our friends raved about the burgers at Harry Buffalo so when we were in town it only made sense to check them out. Unfortunately, I think the burgers in Austin have spoiled me forever because I was less than impressed. Our server was inattentive and despite our glasses being empty, he never took 2 seconds to swing by and ask if we wanted another round. There were 4 of us and we were all drinking alcohol. If it were me, I'd want to get my table another round or two, get that check total up and increase my tip. He wasn't the least bit concerned. More money in our pocket I suppose. My burger was overcooked and two of the toppings I paid extra for didn't make it on to the burger. I wouldn't have sent the burger back (not my thing, don't want to hold up the rest of the group) but at least would have liked the toppings brought out so I could add them to the burger myself. The food was delivered by a food runner and our server didn't come by to make sure everything was okay until 3 out of the 4 of us were done eating. The whole experience was very disappointing and hopefully isn't the norm for Harry Buffalo. If you want to have the best burger of your life, come visit me in Austin. Your mind will be blown, guaranteed.

Good looking staff. Good beer selection. Mediocre food. Lots of TVs for game watching. I ate here twice in one week, and was underwhelmed by the food both times. The wings, both traditional and boneless, were small and dry. The ribs were tangy and tasty. Good place to hang-out and watch sports, as they have a number of quality beers on draft and dozens of TVs. While this is not a destination eatery, I will say that the value is very good. Their daily specials are an extremely good value, so combined with the beer, a pretty good hand-out spot.

I attended a private cocktail party here. It reminded of the old school days when it was "Lili Marlene's Good Time Emporium." You Orlando old-timers will know what I am talking about. Any way, the cocktails were good, the bar service was excellent and the food was good.

Pretty legit sports bar! This took the spot of MoJo on Church St. The inside is set up pretty much the same just with updated decor and so many TVs! Sports everywhere! The booths are also set up so that everyone is facing the TVs, great for game watching, not so great if you want to hold a convo with the entire table. They have a huge bar so tons of bar seating and tables as well. The menu is quite large so you are def going to find many items that interest you. They are known for their Bison burgers which are "leaner than chicken" and a more healthy option for those who love beef. I have yet to have one but I will make it a point next time I am there. This time around I went with the Jack Daniel's Sweet Bourbon Wings. Yep, they were messy but had great flavor. They were a little overdone and the fries came out after I finished my wings which was not the most ideal situation but they did apologize. Not sure I would get the wings here again. My friends ordered the signature homemade Buffalo Chicken Mac & Cheese, topped with grilled chicken breast tossed in buffalo sauce, Cheddar-Monterey Jack blend & Parmesan cheeses. WHAT? Yes, it was amazing to look at and tasted delicious but I really couldn't see any chicken on it. I would def get this though, their crust is delicious! A giant freshly baked chocolate chip cookie topped with gluten free vanilla bean ice cream, caramel & chocolate sauces. - Must for dessert. It came out hot and piping and it was delicious.

I've had friends recommending this place for at least a year, but it just was never convenient to stop in and try it. On a Sunday night around a visit to Bob Carr, I purposely parked near here so we could visit afterwards and give it a try. The experience could not have been a bigger disappointment. We fully planned to have drinks and food here after a show, but could not leave fast enough. Put it this way, we had a certificate for a free appetizer and chose not to use it. The bar area smelled absolutely disgusting and the thought of trying to eat something here was a stomach turner. Plus, the only thing I actually ordered was a single draft beer...and I even sent that back because it tasted horrible. Honestly, I cannot envision any future scenario where I would return to this place.

I wish there were a 3 1/2 star option. HB's was fun, the atmosphere kept my interest, drinks were ok & the food was good. But for some reason I wasn't overly thrilled. All 4 people in our group got something different. I got the grilled chicken cranberry salad. It was good except for the mango, I literally couldn't swallow it because of its sliminess. I quickly picked those out and my salad was just fine after that. The person who got the fish tacos said they were ok. "You just shouldn't put fried fish Ina taco." Go to Jimmy Hula's and you'll change you're mind (see review). The Quinoa salad seemed to be a hit with the person with us who got it. My sister got the Fish Fry special who said it was light and not greasy at all. She also raves about the coleslaw. The drink special for $3 was pretty good for a fruity drink. A mango something. For fun food & drinks it was a good time. Pics included so take a peek.

I was invited to Play Date Orlando which was held at Harry Buffalo on Church St. I only order wings & fries to share with my friends. I ordered the medium Parmesan flavored ones. They were just OK. I will say that maybe they could change the cooking oil in the fryer. The color of the chicken & fries were pretty dark colored. On the other hand the drinks were great and inexpensive.

Burgers

Burger or Hamburger is savored as the most desired fast food meal in the United States. A hamburger is basically a sandwich prepared by stuffing ground meat patty, generally beef, between two slices of a bun cut in half. Hamburger is also famous for its seasoning.
