Got stuck coming here as every other restaurant in the area was packed. What a mistake. We could have found more appetizing food dead on the side of the road. First of all it's clear that this is a tourist area and it's affordable which means it does a huge amount of volume. The place is a dump. The dirtiest food establishment I've ever seen. The food is literally bathed in salt and then right before they put it out I think they put a little more salt on it. Our waiter was great though, very attentive. The people at the buffet well that's a whole other story. It's like some of them were just released from a hunger strike program. I've never seen such aggressive behavior to get probably the worst food on Earth. I would avoid this place at all costs. I needed a shower afterwards, the place just felt dirty.

Basic buffet food but it gets the 1 star review because while there was a sign in the restroom that said every employee must wash their hands before returning to work, there was no soap in the dispenser!!!!

Oh Golden Corral, you teased me with delicious looking commercials, only to have zero locations in Southern California. Well, I found you at last and it was disappointing to say the least. Something told me to turn around and leave as soon as I walked in. Maybe it was the hoards of children running amok or the crumbs crushed into the carpet or perhaps even the stacks of tacky colored plastic plates that even the worst Vegas buffets would snub their noses at. But alas, I persisted. One look at the buffet and I said to my mom, "whoa this is junk food heaven." So much food in varying shades of golden brown and beige - stuffing, mashed potatoes, hush puppies, shrimp, chicken, fish, okra, fries, mushrooms (all fried, natch). Actually the fried mushrooms were kind of good, in a heavily battered sort of way. The roast chicken was also surprisingly juicy and I liked the rice pilaf. Anything with pasta was boiled to oblivion and the other meats were dry. If you're a first timer like me and don't know how to get a steak, you need to go up the grill and stick your plate out, at which point the grill man will put meat on your plate. There are also stations for cooked to order seafood (including krab cakes - note the K) as well as your usual salad, soup and taco/nacho bar. The bread case was also somewhat tempting and I missed the giant yeast roll, but I did try the garlic cheese biscuit thing which sort of reminded me of Red Lobster. And of course the highlight of the dessert bar is the chocolate fountain. Strawberries were quite good, but I found the rice krispies and macaroon to be tooth achingly sweet. Lesson learned - avoid buffets unless you're in Vegas. There was some good people watching though, like the 300+ lb woman at the table next to us who brought 2 heaping plates at a time - I'm pretty sure she would be a shoe in for the next season of Biggest Loser.

This GC was probably the worst I've ever been to. Not a lot of variety. Long line and wait before we got a seat and the food wasn't even tasty. Was looking forward to having some kind of steak and nothing even close. Will not be back here.

Great place! They have great food AND its inexpensive!!! This place is not too far from the outlets and Downtown Disney. Went there for breakfast and everything tasted amazing. There was a large crowd but I'm surprised that the crowd was not even larger!

  • Lawrence B.

They suckered me in with their 'seafood commercial'... $11.99? Nope - $13.99. Jumbo shrimp? Nope - 'popcorn' shrimp. 'Founders' steak'? Nope - nobody there to cook it. Fair amount of (cold) vegetables. And, are you hoping somebody might answer a question for you? Maybe - if you trip one up and you can stand the scowl on their face as they answer you. Should have known better. Now I do.

This was by far the worse Golden Corral I have been. There is no love in their food.

  • Yami D.

Every Time we come to Orlando we always stop here for breakfast because it's cheap, all you can eat, and a huge selection of food and finally the waiters are great, but there is something special about this particular place , he's name is Carlton on the salad/ made to order omelet station check him out when you go, he gives it a special kick to the food and serves huge portions.

I've been to Golden Corral several times throughout my life. Unlimited food/drinks, messy presentations(at times) and reasonably priced. Not much to say; I like the food on my last visit, but my group didn't really care for it at all. But hey, they got good cotton candy and dinner rolls, so I'd say check this place out. They also sold breakfast all day. So I thought that was cool.

Well, trying to see something good and cannot find nothing. Direct to the point - service is bad and rude . Server treated me like s@&t, thats was i said - the guy serving and cutting sirloin, when you request a piece of meat he'll look at you like he own the cow - food quality low, salty, no flavor etc - no is not cheap deal If i will return again Hell no! You have much better options around, check Yelp reviews!!!!

My in laws , my boyfriend and I stopped here yesterday after we landed at Orlando International. I had not been in a Golden Corral in about 4 years so I was looking forward to it. First off the restroom was DISGUSTING , I know not to expect much from public restrooms but it could have been better than what it was. Our waitress was very attentive but I wish they had someone attending to the restroom just as much as she showed up to our table. Now lets get to the food ... Hands down the fried chicken was the best thing I put on my plate. I would consider broccoli second best but my first batch was great then the second batch I had was raw. The cauliflower was also too raw for me. As far as dessert I didn't have anything other than a Rice Krispies treat , Im not huge chocolate and pastry person so I skipped out on that. Hopefully Ill have a better experience at another location.

Where do I begin. Tasteless food: powdered mashed potatoes, pasty pasta, hard rice, nothing had flavor or salt. Even the pudding had a gross taste. Only good thing about this place was their prices. I'd rather eat at Hometown Buffet or Fast Food.

  • Dani T.

This Golden Corral is a definite tourist attraction, therefore it is quite crowded. However, food was pretty good for it being Golden Corral. I was just impressed by the unlimited cotton candy! Woohoo

Breakfast was very greasy and nasty my husband almost threw up we had to get up and leave the restaurant before he barfed all over the place . I don't recommend this place unless you are looking to get clogged arteries .

F,ck no!! The worst place ever my mom can cook better and she can only cook bake chicken this place makes mc Donald's a high class place never come here for breakfast go to Disney mc Donald's burger king or go to hell they will have a better buffet

Mixed reviews from our large family group who dined here shortly after arriving in Orlando. Some of us, including me, loved it. Others, not so much. I guess it depends upon what you get. Highlights included the Mac and cheese, fried chicken, roasted asparagus, and black eyed peas. Folks didn't seem to like the mashed potatoes or the breakfast very much (we arrived as brkfst was ending and lunch beginning, so got to try both). I cut some slack to buffet restaurants when dining with a large group because they have something for everyone. Golden Corral in Kissimee was reasonably good overall, and quite good if you factor in the low cost.

    (3)
  • Nick K.

Food was mediocre at best and the selection was just poor and very limited. Add on the fact that meat options were limited and the bread based options were far too overwhelming. Really disappointed by this....oh yea and if you plan on getting breakfast before 10:45am....you're SOL

I love Golden Corral and this is a pretty decent one. Although it's a chain buffet, different locations can be better or worse than others. This one is right in the middle. It's located along a very hot tourist corridor so it's always busy no matter the time of day, which means a higher turnover of food which equals fresher food since it's constantly being replenished in the trays. This location has a weird layout which results in long bottlenecks at most of the stations. It's reasonably clean for a Golden Corral and there are lots and lots of big tables in the dining area (great for families and large groups). Plenty of parking too. Be sure to pick up a free coupon book in the lobby for 10% off your purchase (but ignore those "tourist information" people in the lobby, they are trying to sell you tickets and timeshares).

  • D Y.

Of all of the Golden Corral's our family has been to over the years, I have to give this restaurant 4 out of 5 stars for the following reasons: You're in Orlando, one of the busiest places in the world, and the restaurant was clean, restrooms were clean, staff was friendly and attentive, and food was always stocked and hot. Can't complain after running around being a tourist. This was a most welcome experience after watching dollars just fly away from the purse for two days only to come to a place where the choices are plenty and the food plentiful. Thanks and keep up the good work! Will stop in to see you next time we're in middle Florida!

  • Josh C.

Avoid!! I'm not a huge fan of buffets to begin with. They don't deliver great quality food and you're rarely sitting and socializing with the people you're having dinner with. This place takes the crowning achievement for the worst buffet I've ever been to. If you come here expect to spend $15 for complete garbage. Easily some of the worst food I've ever had. I don't understand the appeal of a place like this and why there were so many people there.

    (1)
  • Buffie B.

Yuck... And it's $17 per adult by the time you buy a drink and pay taxes. Go sit down and have a nice meal for the same price. As I was making a salad I noticed nasty slimy carrots on top like they had been dumped from the bottom of an old container. I pointed these out to Jose the bar attendant and he insisted that it was beets that had fallen in the carrots. I had to tell him 3 times before another girl came and dumped a few off the top. The restaurant was filthy and the food was not good.

    (1)
  • Jodie G.

I only gave this one star because I can't figure out how to give NO stars.... the place is filthy, buffet selection is terrible and the only thing that tasted good was the rolls. There wasn't even any silverware available. It cost $35 for 2 adults.

    (1)
  • Rob M.

What can you say. It's a basic buffet. We went for breakfast on a Sunday morning before hitting an amusement park. The breakfast was decent. They had plenty to choose from. The place was fairly clean and the servers were attentive and friendly. This wasn't a bad choice for a cheap, quick, filling breakfast before heading out to a day at the parks.

Out of all the Golden Corral's we've been to in Orlando this is by far the best, however we did go to the one near UCF (11731 East Colonial) and it was nice, big, clean and a good choice but far from the parks. This GC is the best near to the parks - Sea World etc - It could be because of the high volume of tourists in the area and they tend to do a good job of keeping the food line moving, well stocked and always cleaning the area. The cooking staff are nice & helpful and about 99% of the time the table staff are there to clear dishes and bring dishes. The best deal $ time to go is during the weekdays at lunch 11-4 - if you get there about 3:30 and linger on your meal, the dinner dishes start to roll out. We've been to the breakfast, lunches and dinners - weekdays and weekends and this GC is the most consistent with service and food. We go out of our way to go to this Golden Corral - even though we live much closer to several others and we like to go there after playing at the parks as it should be known as the Lake Buena Vista GC - but closer to Little Lake Bryan. This location is also a favorite of ours when it's Military Appreciation Day. They do a great job for our veterans.

My family comes down to Orlando often and we make it a tradition to stop by Golden Corral as our last meal before making the long drive up back to the northeast. I've been satisfied for most of my visits to their establishments and today's was definitely a plus!!! They really have a nice oiled machine going here and our server Gus was very polite and prompt in tending to the needs of our party of 16. It's rare to not find a buffet that serves dry and tasteless chicken. The chefs today are spot on because their Aunt B's fried chicken and grilled chicken were both juicy and very flavorful, not too salty either (even the chicken breasts were very juicy). For dessert they have a nice variety for the sugar-conscious. The blueberry pies weren't sweet and the chocolate fondue station was very impressive for a buffet, with strawberries, pineapple, soft rice krispie treats, fresh soft marshmallows, pretzel sticks, etc. In addition to the soft serve machine, they even have hand dipped ice cream and cotton candy too!!! I look forward to returning and seeing if they've maintained their high level of yummy foods! Nothing we had was too dry, overly seasoned or sitting out too long!

Employee blasting rap music from his android phone... Walking around, clearing tables... Customers doing double takes... Management doesnt even notice...

This was a very good Golden Corral! It seemed new; very clean. Plenty of food on the buffet. Food was hot and tasted fresh. Some GC are better than other. This is definitely a good one! Plus, it was conveniently on the way to Disney World!

  • Rhonda S.

This location was so bad. The food taste was less than 1. It is 9.26 after tax for breakfast buffet. I don't recommend this at all. There is a Panera on the same road towards the outlet stores.

    (1)
  • Nick G.

Place was half full and they acted like it was packed with their heads cut off. Didn't have any trays or spoons available. Food was decent though.

    (2)
  • Brenda R.

Over all the food was very good. Only complaint is if you are a dressing person you will be disappointed. The quality is as if croutons with broth just poured on them. The staff working really hard to keep up with the crowd. I would definitely return.

This Golden Corral location gets so busy especially right when it opens at 7:30 AM it's a madhouse. It gets so busy that it looks like an angry mob is about to start a riot.Waiting over an hour to eat is not good we finally sat down this location needs seriously cleaning ASAP.The food is good and staff is nice but they need to serve faster because it's technically the slowest service I've ever experienced

    (3)
  • Bob C.

At $13-$15 a plate I'm not sure why my oldest son insists we go here when we are down south... $9-$10 would be more reasonable. Don't go there late! Salad is all picked over, potatoes and casserole dishes crusted over! If you want steak you may be OUT OF LUCK! The desert menu has GONE DOWN HILL since I last visited. I liked banana pudding/cherry dish... that is now gone. Could get a better meal at Olive Garden for the same price.

  • Sean L.

Lovely food and everything you could ask for, the only down side is the plastic plates that are used to eat and there was some dirty cutlery being handed out. Nice waitress and nice atmosphere, would use again

  • L S.

No Golden Corrals up north so we had to try it after seeing a billboard stating 'voted best buffet'. I think they fed the homeless and then have them ballots to fill out. Dirty dining area, empty steam table containers, wait staff must have better things to do in the back of the house. The kids liked the chocolate fountain. No need to go back now that we've experienced the horror on our own.

  • Cheryl H.

There's a huge food variety there, whether you're there for breakfast or lunch. We came in while they were switching over. We were interested in the breakfast and they still allowed us to go with it even though it was close to cut off time. We are vegetarians and there was lots to choose from. Everyone is so nice and friendly!

    (4)
  • Tiana L.

I've been to other Golden Corral's and this was the worst. Maybe the food was bad because it was so busy and hectic. The place was packed and had a line out the door. I did enjoy the freshly made bread, desserts, pizza, and fries. But the steak and anything meat was bad. I'm not expecting great meat considering it's Golden Corral, but it was pretty bad. The best thing about this place was the waiter, he was on top of everything. Very quick to give us refills and take our old plates away.

This is the worst GC I've ever been too. I was craving the yeast rolls on Vacation in Orlando(i know) and battled the TERRIBLE traffic(took 20 mins to go less than 1 mile down the road. we should have walked). We got there 30 mins before they closed and went straight to the cashier to order and pay for the rolls. In ALL the 20-11 GCs I've been to, they bring the rolls straight from the bakery. The guy in charge hands me ONE take out box for ONE DOZEN rolls. Me: what's this for? Him: The rolls, they're right there *pointing at the bakery where the rolls have been sitting I walk over and count 10 rolls while thinking how it doesnt make sense to take all the rolls that the people dining in would get. I walk back over to him and tell him there's only 10 when will the next batch come out? Him: Thats it for tonight we'll be closing soon He grabs the box from me and goes to put 6 in it. Him: Here's what's left. It's six. That's it. In the same breath, he's informing a party that just came in that they were almost closed that the only option is take out. They put my to-go box in a generic plastic bag. I'm not trying to be UE(Upper Echelon) here but once again, ALL the GCs use that nice, wierdly shaped plastic bag. I get to the hotel and im ready to dig into all 6 rolls(yes i also eat a dozen in one sitting. i like to eat bread) and realize THERE'S ARE NO FUCKING BUTTER. I was basically foaming at the mouth at this point and ate only 2 rolls. The bread was not sweet enough and without butter, there was nothing i could do. I left the bread in the fridge at the hotel when we left and never looked back.

Food options good for non-veg eaters. Waiters were nice and lots of variety but mediocre food. Facility was clean and well taken care of.

This place was a mess. First of all they tried to trick us into buying sodas that they told us were included. We said no and then they tried to charge us for them. Some of the food was okay but some of it was just horrible over cooked crap. There was food all over the floor and kids were running around the place like ferrel dogs shoving their hands in food on the bar. Honestly the clientele were like a pack of wild dogs and the wait staff just could care less. Avoid at all costs. I hope I don't have food poisoning.

    (1)
  • Susan L.

Roughly 17$ per person including tips and tax for all you can eat dinner buffet. This buffet is pretty cheap but one down side is the cleanliness of the restaurant. Not only are tables filled with dirty plates but you see waiters and waitresses piling plates onto empty tables instead of taking them away. There is a wide variety of food from different cuisines but nothing really special. One upside is they have cotton candy which is a kids favorite. However, it seems that every time a fresh batch comes out, people will grab 2 or even 3 and then it will be gone within 5 mins. Overall this place is a cheap spot to hit if you are starving and don't mind bland food but if not, then i won't recommend going here.

Yuck, Yuck, Yuck! The parking lot is always busy, and the advertisements looked appealing on TV, but it was all misleading! I have never been to a Golden Corral before, and I do not plan on going back after my experience there. The place was dirty, sticky, and smelly. The utensils and plastic dishes are very "used" and looks like they need to hit the dishwasher another time before being placed out for customers to use. The food was a total miss! Lacked flavor, & freshness. The bourbon chicken must have been bathed in salt, and then cooked with more salt, and then served with another sprinkle of salt on it. Everything was covered in salt. The fresh baked honey buns & the banana pie was the only thing that I ended up enjoying. I also saw that they had truffles at the desert bar. I filled my plate up with them...bit into one...and to my surprise it was chocolate icing balls with colored sprinkles on the outside. What the... $39.00 for four people with two drinks. Service was good, but that may have been because the owner just arrived, and all the staff were running around nervous. Overall,We all wanted to vomit afterwards, this food is not good for your body, and it showed after. Our energy levels were so low. If you want quality, avoid. You will get fresher food down the street at McDonalds, and that say's a lot!

  • Mikki N.

We stopped here for breakfast since it was near our hotel. Big mistake. The place was not that clean and the choices of food were very limited and not very appetizing. The food was very bland.

    (1)
  • Andy S.

Not a bad place to go for dinner. Lots of variety and you'll most likely find something that you enjoy. Food's decent for the price. Not really a place I'd go out of my way to go to but I'd stop by again if I'm nearby.

    (3)
  • Ann-Gelina T.

We went here to meet a couple who insisted on this place for breakfast. We arrived at 10:15 A.M the breakfast bar was completely empty, the lines were ridiculous for omelets, and staff was unfriendly. Maybe if you attend this place early in the morning to get all the goodies but if you wait a while forget it, the quality goes down the gutter.

    (2)
  • Fannie S.

Food = okay. Plenty to choose from. The grill area is awesome though. Salad bar is nice too. Service = okay. They bus the tables but they seriously need more people behind the counters...to watch the food, scoop the hand-scooped ice cream, clear the countertop areas. Prices = okay. Better when one goes Monday to Thursday for the 2 for $20.00 special. Overall, good place to go to for cheap comfort eats, in a pinch. Fine dining, this is not.

    (3)
  • Parmy C.

We're from San Diego and were always teased by the commercials, as there aren't any locations near our home so we decided to try Golden Corral while visiting Orlando. I was disappointed with the food. It was boring and bland. I wouldn't eat here again.

"Rawr" I'm a zombie. UNSANITARY. Nasty. Never going back!

A friend also recommended this place. The best thing here was the guacamole and popcorn shrimp. We came here 12/26/12 for dinner. Our server was so nice (we sat by the bathrooms). When we entered, the female (African American) next to the cashier serving us water, was rude. She kept breathing loud and rolling her eyes at us because we couldn't decide what we wanted to drink. Excuse us for being first timers. When we left, she was manning the cashier and I overheard someone callher a &*$%. I would give it 0 stars, but our server was the best. For $12.99/person, go elsewhere!

    (1)
  • Patty W.

4 plates for breakfast and lunch. Who can beat that? This is one of the nicer ones that I have been to. They have anything from hashbrown casserole to a chocolate fountain. Seriously, where else can you dip your sweets at 10 in the morning? Mmmmm.

    (3)
  • Tram L.

This place is alright. Wide food selection but nothing really stands out. Dessert selection was the only thing I liked. I expected a lot more because of their commercials.

    (2)
  • Kenny P.

It was not our first time here. I remember it was better. But well, here is my review The server It is OK. It is basic friendliness and basic attentiveness. We cannot complain anything about the service The food the food was better when i came here two years ago. However, the selection is good. They provided different kind of foods from fried chicken, bread, fruits, pudding. They also have a wide selection of desserts. With 8.99 it is actually a good deal if you can eat a lot in the morning. The location The location is nice. Parking is easy. The atmosphere Nothing special here. Just a normal restaurant. could have been better though.

    (3)
  • Megan B.

Golden Corral is GOOD. But this one? Sucks. I like Golden Corral, but visiting this one was literally a mad house, they were out of a lot of things and did not have a big selection like how they advertise on TV. I won't go to this location again, but the one in Altamonte is great! I cannot blame them for the masses of children banshees running around without any parental unit having any common sense to control their PIA's, but it's a turn off. I don't wannt to be eating my baked potato and have some 5 year old come run past me with a tonka toy ask me what I'm eating. This isn't chuck-e-cheese, but it sure felt like it.

    (2)
  • Mark F.

This is just plain horrible. I was stuck in a traffic jam and was starving so we pulled in. My kids were surprised as I do not like buffets. The place was dirty and the people were like vultures that did not have a meal in six weeks. SOme of the food was not bad but the whole experience at this Golden Corral made me want to take a butter knife to my throat !!!

    (1)
  • Roswell B.

The food's not great but you have a large selection to choose from. Cake, pizza and steak for breakfast anyone? Servers can be a bit pushy at times, i'd rather eat my food than be asked if I like it every 2 minutes.

    (3)
  • joanna K.

All you can eat dinner buffet for $11.99 PP plus tax. (Drinks not included) Pros: 1. Good variety of food. Fresh Salad bar if you like salad. 2. Great location near International Drive and Universal Studio. 3. Good Chicken noodle soup. I think that is the best thing there. Cons: 1. AYCE restaurant but most meat items has to give out by them (Rib/ steak/ beef brisket). You can not pick which piece you want, if you want a different piece than then one they slap on your plate, they will give you major attitudes. 2. Good Steak?! I don't think so!!! The chief (if he is even a qualified chief!) overcooked my steak. When I asked for a new piece, he got super mad at me!!! Instead of cooking me another piece of steak that I like, he cut me a piece of rare steak (95% rare) and tried to put it on my plate without putting it on the grill!!! IS THIS FOR REAL?!?!!?!?! I stopped him from doing such thing because I don't want to eat rare meat! And he said: I don't know how to cook your steak!!!! ARA U SERIOUS??!?!?! Do I have to cook my own steak now?! 3. Ribs are mainly fat meat , not much taste at all. Meatloaf is super dry and all you can taste is Ketchup. 4. Ran out of fruits around 8 45 but never refill it. 5. Services was okay. I think the services would be much better if the server won't"t spend 90% of the time talking to their friend (who were also dinning there the same time as us) Overall, we would not return to this location again!

You can't buy more or better anywhere in America for $12. This is the best mediocre food in America. Lots of variety. Fresh. Cheap. Some items can be a bit salty. Each Golden Corral varies from location to location in food freshness.

  • Gregory N.

An all-you-can-stuff-in-your-face buffet, this place is not all bad. If you're in Orlando, near the theme parks, you just ain't gonna get fine dining! Step into the Corral and you and your kids will be confronted by a huge assortment of food items. Even the most picky eaters will find something they like. Although most people head straight to the carving station or the steak grille, I found the fried chicken hot, fresh and perfectly seasoned. I enjoyed it immensely! Then there are dozens of sides and vegetables, all pretty good. My strategy: get a tiny bit of anything that looks good, and go back for a little more of what you like. Then, plan to exercise the next day!

Giving a 2 star because really should have known better. Wanted quick and not overly expensive. Got that. Also got younger patrons being abusive to older ones. Heard one woman say to an older, slower couple "move it old man". Food was institutional to the max. Will never darken the door of a Golden Corral again.

  • Allison C.

I've seen the commercials for this place and I don't live close to one. So, on this trip we drove by so many that we made it a point to check it out. I did not know that this was a buffet, from the commercials it seemed like a Sizzler's or Red Lobster. Turns out its like a Hometown Buffet. Difference is, the server/busboy provides you with your plates and drinks. Ours worked hard to provide us with excellent service. The food was alright, with more a southern blend. It had a decent selection of food.

I get it, it's a buffet. No buffet should ever garner 4-stars. But, I think Golden Corral deserves it because it is by far the best buffet for your buck that I have ever been to. I can't add anymore than others already have, but you get your steak, fried chicken, tiny popcorn shrimp, plus other goods like baked potatoes, mashed potatoes, corn, spinach, etc. They also have a HUGE dessert bar. For 15 dollars a person plus drinks, why not? You've come to Orlando for touristy stuff, stop in at the Golden Corral! I wish they had these up here in New York CIty, we only have the crummy Asian buffets. There's only so much General Tso a guy can take. Oh, added bonus? There's a pretty good outlet right down the block...a long block.

I had breakfast here twice since it was almost half as expensive as the buffet breakfast at the Courtyard next door. It was clean. The food was fresh and the buffet was well stocked. One visit, the waitress wasn't as efficient or friendly as I would have liked, but the waitress on the second visit was much nicer. (Neither was terribly prompt with coffee and that's important to me.) My only other complaint is that the food didn't stay warm and the food that should have been crisp wasn't. But it's a buffet and that's to be expected. All in all, it's a very nice restaurant and a real bargain.

sooo many people and soo overcrowded. the bathroom is a mess and hecka dirty. the food was ok. the pot roast and the grilled chicken was good. i have to admit, the chocolate fountain was the best thing. the salad bar could use a bit more toppings. i feel so smothered around people there, but the variety is definitely better than california. i wish they had something like this back there. was it worth it? yea i was stuffed for the price. would i go back? prob not because i want to try other buffets around this place. they do have some what a decent veggie variety, onions, mushrooms, bro, and squash.

This place was alright, nothing special. Wouldn't go back again. There was a lot of food, but none of it was that good. The only thing I had that was decent was the prepared in front of you steak and fish. The rest was typical buffet garbage. The server was alright, nothing memorable. It cost us around $27 bucks, not really worth it.

I'm Chinese and I'm used to the Asian buffet places. This food is more for steak and fried chicken lovers. Not saying the food is bad, just not exactly my cup of tea. Actually, I thought everything I tried here was just ok. Nothing was bad at all. That's why I need to be fair and give them four stars. I remember having a lot of the fried okra. That was good. The bourbon chicken was pretty tasty too. Everything else was just ok. For dessert, I helped myself to a ton of their banana pudding. It was so good!!! The service was good. The wait staff was very friendly and came to get our dirty plates often. The layout of the restaurant was nice too. No traffic jams, and things were laid out pretty logically.

For small children who only want to eat macaroni and cheese or ice cream like my little yoopers, it works great. But if you want to eat well and don't call fried or rotisserie eating well, I'd try something else. Being the oldest of 6 kids, we have frequented this restaurant over the last two decades of family vacations at Disney. The food is always the same and we have fun creating Santa Claus out of the mashed potatoes and ketchup or having an ice cream eating contest, but we always seem to spend the rest of the day feeling like we have a gut full of lead. The saving grace of Golden Corral is their amazing dinner rolls - yum!

I'm usually not a fan of huge buffets, but for 12 dollars a person (not including drink)? You don't even have to eat that much to get your moneys worth. I'm shocked at how these people stay in business. Golden Corral is a great value. The food is pretty high quality also. My menu favorites: hushpuppies, bread rolls (so delicious right out of the oven), chocolate cake, salad bar. There are so many things to choose from. The list could go on and on. Our "waiter" was really nice too. He checked up on us often and always asked if we everything was alright. They work very hard at this particular Golden Corral. Good job!

a lot of okay food but they seem understaffed. the hot food line is way too long because, unlike other Golden Corrals my family and I have been to, they combine it with the steak line. doing that made the line unnecessarily long but if you wanted anything hot to eat, you had to stay on it. that might be the result of poor management. the silverware and plates were not cleaned well and the service was poor because the waiters and waitresses seemed frazzled and overwhelmed. if you go there, which I don't recommend any of you do, please leave them a huge tip because I really feel sorry for them.

Food is Ok. Very disorganized. They have a line for the grill and people on the line blocking the tray line. I was also surprise that we have to carry our own drinks to the table.

I do not understand people who are saying the food is good/great ! Never went to a GC before. A lot of cars at the parking, but we couldn't see much more. Went into the resto and bought refreshments. Went to the buffet.... OMG... A lot of choice, but the quality and presentation.... Terrible ! Price for the buffet is too high. Never ate worser than here. One advice : stay away.

this place was very good! i can't believe how good the food were, compared to the other places we have been to. it certainly changed our minds that for american buffet (forget about chinese buffet) this golden corral beats old country we are used to in variety and better food. the next time that we want american buffet, we will look for better managed golden corral because it certainly something you can't pass up. thanks for a wonderful dinner.

I normally don't like buffet style eating because its usually gross. We ended up at this Golden Corral 3 times during our vacation because it was close, good and cheap. Everything was fresh and tasted pretty good. We went for dinner and breakfast and both offered a huge selection including dessert.

Cheap food at cheap prices. A great place to go for a quick meal other than fast food joints.

Unsanitary. Crowded. Unorganized. Messy. Short staffed. The plates and utensils were dirty. Flavorless food, all of it had absolutely no seasoning. Hands down worse place I've ever eaten at, and not all golden corals are bad. I've been to other golden corals before but it's this one specifically that is just disgusting. Very disappointing, especially when your tired and hungry from walking in the parks all day.

The food was Mehhh tbh. I'd let it of it was cheap but it isn't, I found the ponderosa to be less expensive and better quality but that's my view. Didn't like the plastic plates. And meat loaf was terrible!!! The wood grill is so much better, even though one of the staff from woodgrill said they are turning it in to a corral ;( boooo...... But on the other hand the desserts was nice! Good selection... Actually a lot of selection, so if your more of sweet person come here, more of savoury person go woodgrill!!! And if you like both. Woodgrill. Ha!
