I was here 6 months ago and pretty much gave up on this place. One of my fellow Yelpers I trust gave them 5 stars so I decided to give them another chance. Service - 5 My server this trip was very attentive to all of the tables in the area. Food - 3 Many of the items I tried last time had been seasoned much better this time. The Dim Sum was MUCH better and so were the fried shrimp. The Wanton soup was MUCH better. The ribs were fully cooked this time and the General Tso had a good flavor. The beef in the beef/Broccoli and Beef/Pepeprs was still very bland. The egg rolls and spring rolls were still sub par and several of the items on the steam table are not being kept at the proper temperature. Overall they have improved but still have a long way to go. The items that were not up to the proper temperature I just left on my plate and did not risk eating them. In all fairness it was about 9pm and I know better than to go to a buffet at the slow time. I will give them a try at lunch to see if the food temp thing was just a fluke because I have never encountered that issue in the past at Giant Panda. I will be removing them from my DUD list

It's an above average Chinese buffet. What makes it appealing is the hibachi grille and sushi. Nice variety of food and they all look very appetizing. The fresh fruit is good but I'd stay away from the pastry. It was the only thing I did not like. They were all stale.

I'm not sure what type of expectations people have of Chinese Buffets, but this one is very good. We came here on my brother's recommendation for my nephew's graduation lunch. They had plenty of room for our party of 12+ with no reservations or private room requests prior to coming. Absolutely no wait and our beverages were brought out fast. Nice. Food-wise, I was pretty happy and so was my entire family. They had something on the menu for everyone in our party from hot and sour soup to General Tso's Chicken to sushi and hibachi and seafood to American food and shumai to a plethora of desserts. Rows and rows of food choices. I can tell you they really do have a wide selection of delicious choices and those who say otherwise, I wonder what smorgasbord you frequent? I left pretty full and happy. We all did. Yup, rolled out like Giant Panda Heads. :)

Great. Probably one of the best buffets in central Florida. The sushi was great and the food was good. Big selection to choose from. And I didn't even get to the hibachi which looked good as well.

Room temperature food. I asked them to make me some fresh Hot Wings and Crab Rangoon, they said no and to eat what was there. I tried to get the Sushi guy to make a fresh roll, because everything on the Sushi bar was dry and was told everything was fresh. These people are very rude and arrogant. I will not go back.

Large selection of everything to feed everyone. Clean atmosphere. Large seating area. Friendly staff great hibachi cook after selecting your own ingredients. Wide selection of fresh sushi. And as a seafood lover I enjoyed the constant refilling of the oysters, clams, crabs etc as soon as it was running low. Great price for great food compared to many other buffets that charge extra high for seafood. Buffets can be a hit or miss. I would come back here even if I'm a healthy person. There's an option for everyone.

This place is the best deal in Chinese Buffet Restaurants. Large buffet includes seafood, chicken, pork, hibachi, sushi, desserts. Luch is almost $8 dlls + $1.79 soda. Dinner is almost $13+$1.79 soda. They also have a 10%discount coupon on their website and UCF student discount (just go to the top of the yelp page under OTHER and coupons). The dinner menu is worth the price because it has more seafood, oysters, sushi, algae, edame, roast duck and even frog legs! :-) One plus is that they offer Green tea ice cream often not available at restaurants. Even though I am an small portion eater and not fan of buffets, I really recommend this restaurant at the corner of Alafaya Trail and East Colonial Drive. They also have take out.

  • Ho L.

It's an all-you-can-eat Chinese buffet located in a strip mall, for around $10 or less. It won't win any awards, and you probably won't instagram your meal, but you will definitely walk away stuffed. They have the usual culprits: american staples, stir fried chinese in brown sauces, made-to-order hibachi, and low-grade sushi with mostly cooked ingredients. If these are a few of your favorite things, then come on in.

  • Marisol M.

I go here just for the hibachi. I love it. They also have a huge selection of different foods and a nice variety of sushi. They are located on the corner of Colonial and Alafaya. The price is decent.. My ten year old daughter loves this place and wants to go there everyday.

  • J C.

As buffets go it was just ok. The pepper chicken and the fried rice were the best. The rest was marginal at best.

Let's be real here, considering all the food and the quality of the food you get for their lunch price this place is amazing! I have only ever been here for their lunch, but I've been here on multiple occasions. My review is solely based on their lunch. The service is always great and the servers are always super sweet! For $7.99 you get to eat a variety of food at lunch. They have a exceptional variety of sushi and sometimes have sashimi. They also have edamame which I love to have before sushi. Don't forget to grab chopsticks when at the sushi station! The variety of hot foods they have is great, everything from fried rice and rice noodles to steamed custard buns, chicken nuggets (great for kids), soups, vegetables (green beans, mushrooms, and even potatoes), and a large selection of chicken (general tso's, black pepper, hibachi, sesame honey, and sweet and sour --to mention some). On top of all that I already mentioned there is a salad bar with fruits, jello, kimchi, and pasta salad. Then there's the hibachi station, you can pick from a variety of vegetables (zucchini, sprouts, mushrooms, etc.) and meats (beef, chicken, shrimp). You put what you want and as much as you want on your plate and hand it to the chef at the hibachi station. He cooks everything in front of you and then hands you the plate of delicious food! I recommend trying the white sauce located directly to the right of the hibachi station with the hibachi, it tastes great! Now onto deserts, they have a selection of small cakes (coffee, mango, chocolate) and even a coffee mousse that I would recommend to any coffee lover. They also have elephant ears and almond cookies. Also in he back near the hibachi to the left there is ice cream. They have a good selection of flavors to choose from. My all time favorite is the green tea ice cream, I would come here just for this. Overall, this is a great place to come for lunch! The price is unbeatable, the food/food selection is amazing, and the service is great. I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone. I've brought many of my friends here and gotten them hooked. This is my all time favorite Chinese buffet!

As a whole, I'm not a big buffet person. Giant Panda had an extremely large selection of sushi, in addition to the grill, and some Cantonese dishes. I was hoping to see a bit more of authentic dishes, although what I tried was very tasty.

    (3)
  • Becca P.

The food was decent and the prices weren't bad. The bathrooms were clean. The server was very nice and attentive. The sushi was really good but I would definitely prefer going to sushi bar for sushi. Love the the ice cream for dessert.

    (3)
  • Katrina S.

I come here mainly for the all you can eat sushi. I think the price is worth it for the amount of sushi I eat. The entree items are limited but its just like your typical chinese buffet. Staff is okay, its just like any other chinese buffet. I have heard stories of the waitresses scolding customers for tips.

    (4)
  • Christina H.

Giant Panda is a pretty typical Chinese buffet. The things that really stand out about it are the sushi selection (lots of sushi made fresh) and the hibachi (pick your own ingredients from a selection of raw veggies, meats, and noodles and they cook it up for you). I have a lot of food phobias, so I'm a bit timid about eating food from buffets. They have a good selection of seafood here, but there is no way I would eat raw oysters from a buffet. If you are more adventurous than me, go for it (and if you survive write a review so I know it's OK). After several visits I have worked my way up to eating the sushi. It is pretty good, but I wish it was labeled. I'm not crazy about "guess the raw fish".

    (4)
  • Becky F.

Plenty of choices of every type of sushi rolls to entrees. The buffet was full and fresh looking. The place was clean and bright. The service was good. It is in a strip mall right next to mellow mushroom. Lunch buffet and drink total was 1042 including tax. Not bad for a lunch break.

    (4)
  • James M.

I'll keep this short and simple. This is probably the best Chinese buffet you'll go to. The service is sharp, the price is reasonable, the food is good, the selection is diverse, and there is a lot of space. It's worth going to.

    (5)
  • Alicia C.

My family's favorite buffet. The coconut shrimp is the best, and sushi is fresh. the coy pond for decor is always entertaining for my son :) dinner menu is better than lunch at a great price

    (4)
  • Paul G.

This buffet is hit-or-miss. Sometimes it's great, other times it's mediocre. If business is slow, then the food tends to sit around longer. I look forward to the mei fun, duck, almond cookies and ice cream when I come here.

    (3)
  • Irina N.

This buffet is really hit or miss. Sometimes is mediocre, other times it's great! I will say, their sushi is quite good and a large selection of it too and their seafood dishes are quite delicious.

  • Jafreisy P.

This place is great whenever you don't want to cook or looking for something that will fill you up for a good price. Sometimes I come here for the lunch special (which is a TOTAL bargain) or for dinner whenever I'm feeling lazy (which is only $12). The buffet has a huge array of different things to eat and isn't only Asian cuisine. Sometimes they'll have different foods from another day. You can eat as much as you want and I'm sure that by the second plate you'll be filled up! My favorite part of the buffet is fruit part! Whenever I'm done eating my food I usually head over for there for some grapes or melons ;) Overall the place is great, only gave it four stars because the sushi, which is my favorite, could be way better. They kind of put it together like they don't care sometimes. At least it tastes good though.

    (4)
  • Nia R.

We love coming here. Never a long wait even when it's busy. Service is quick and if u want something fresh they will go in the back and make it for you.

I was going to let it slide...but no. Not now. Went in at 3:45 pm the other day, there were no signs saying when lunch was over and dinner started. There were pieces of paper saying "Dinner only" by a LOT of stuff....but we wanted to save a little cash so we didn't eat any of those items. The food was less below average. Each time we've gone in it has gotten worse. People who think this tastes good have never been to a real Chinese buffet like are on the West Coast. This food was bland, over-cooked and often over-spiced. In fact, I've had tastier food off push carts in Tijuana at 3:00 am than this stuff. It was just gross. My wife (who is Asian) even said it was nasty. It just passed 4:00 pm when we got our bill, and they charged us for full dinners. At other places the waiter checks up on you to make sure if you had any dinner items. I pointed it out and the woman at the counter flat out lied and said she told me when dinner started when we came in. Sorry, I am so OCD it hurts and she did not. Then she claimed we only got our first plates before she took up the papers saying dinner only....which was another lie. I paid the bill and we agreed that we agreed as we walked back to our car that we would never be back there. 20 minutes later, my wife threw up. I had a major headache but kept it down....until this morning. I have had the worst diarrhea of my adult life all day long. I lost a day of work over this cr*p....and still feel like h*ll. It's clear Orlando doesn't have a decent quality, reasonable priced Chinese buffet in town. Never again will I chance food poisoning or worse at this place. It won't matter, it has a stream of college students who don't know what good food is and morbidly obese gamers who think they are Klingons for customers...so they'll do just fine. Never again.

So, I went to this buffet at lunch with some co-workers. I loved the selections!! There was nothing that I tried and didn't like! They had Sushi, hibachi, and all of the most common Chinese food selections you could imagine. In addition they had a huge seafood selection, as well as a fruit/healthy bar and dessert and ice cream. I may have indulged in one too many Chinese sweet biscuits (I call them Chinese sugar donuts)! Anyway, I would totally recommend this place for a quick lunch as we were in and out at about the half-hour mark. My only issue is they don't accept American Express.

    (4)
  • Tiffany C.

The sashimi always looks good. Which is huge for me to say at a buffet.... The rolls do but I'm very picky and like to know what's in the rolls I eat. Plus they put cream cheese in quite a few of them... I don't get the mix of cream cheese with sushi. The hot buffet has so much I can't even try everything. They bring the food out constantly refilling so your chances of hot and fresh is good... When it's busy! Overall I like this place and I'll be bringing my salmon loving son back for more very soon. He's new to sushi but a huge fan!!

  • Adam M.

Not impressed. The good news is that they have a lot of variety and dishes not common to your average Chinese buffet -- there were lots of seafood and shellfish choices like crawfish, calamari, and mussels. Not really my thing. The bad news is that most of the standbys were poorly executed. The Sweet & Sour Chicken was breaded with a pancake-like batter -- thicker (and therefore more greasy) than I've ever seen. Most of the veggies looked fresh and tasted good...I enjoyed the Crab Rangoon...but the Egg Rolls and Lo Mein were lacking flavor in a way I don't think I've ever experienced before. After tasting my first plate of "the standards", I had no interest in taking a chance on the sushi or hibachi. The service was on the inattentive side of average. I always do a walk-through before enjoying this type of place...but in this case...my "buffet-dar" was off.

Good for a chinese buffet in orlando. Decent food for decent prices. Go during lunch for better prices. They have a hibachi section that's not too bad and I like their sushi options. Their chicken was pretty decent too- lots of varied dishes to choose from. And my biggest plus, it was clean! I can't tell you how many buffets have disgusted me with their unhygenic environments.

  • Natasha O.

Based on reviews this place is supposed to have a large selection of sushi. There are about 15 items of sushi but most are similar. Came at 4:30 PM and most of the sushi was old and hard. Cream cheese was dry. Others were so deep fried that they were dry. Right in front of the sushi was a man preparing the sushi. He was unwrapping immigration crag in front of all the Sushi and a some fell on a towel used to clean. It was disgusting. There were signs for Dinner Only items and no signs describing Thr sushi. No way to find out the meat and no way to find out if spicy or not. Will not come again.

This place is honestly the best asain buffet I've ever been to. I've been coming for a few years and have yet to be disappointed. Sushi's good, and the hibachi is great.

    (5)
  • Antonio E.

Pretty picky about buffets, but went during lunch and it was really good. Food was super fresh, and had a variety of items. Sushi was amazing. Hibachi was great as well. Definitely recommend if you like buffets, but would recommend going around noon as they just placed the food out and everything seemed to be fresh.

  • Frank L.

if you want to get fat for cheap..This is the place to eat! For $7.99, you not only get your standard Chinese food, but you also get: Sushi Hibachi Dessert Steak And that is for lunch! The staff is very friendly and the food is very fresh. I have to say, if you are hungry, come here and become a Giant Panda for under $10!

I've been here a couple of times with my family, the first few times were alright. It was an alright buffet that is close to home so why not? My hubby and I went in a few days ago. He loves sushi and it was his first time trying it there. The price is reasonable for lunch. We notice a lot of the food is not fresh, don't know how long it have been sitting there. The sushi was a failed, even publix had better quality raw fish then they did. My hubby came home to a stomach ache due to the raw fish he was eating. I've given this place a try many times but I think that would be my last time coming.

    (2)
  • Dany C.

Tried it today for the first time and loved it. They have a wide variety of food and their selection of sushi is pretty amazing. Food was warm and flavorful and restaurant was very clean. Staff was friendly and attentive.

    (5)
  • Ed T.

Quite surprised by this place in a positive way. The restaurant is pretty large with a wide selection. The sushi bar is not bad for the price and it also includes sashimi, which was pretty good. For obvious reasons, don't come here expecting a 5 star meal. But, for a $12 buffet, it's worth it.

    (4)
  • Thiago V.

Meh... Typical Asian buffet with the fusion between Japanese, Thai, Korean and Chinese. As if they were all the same cuisine. The niguiri sushi was the worst I ever had. Looks like they were trying to save fish, as there was only a tiny piece in top of the rice. The hot food was ok. It's worth of you're more interested in Chinese food, but for Japanese, you better go to Publix and order your sushi there.

  • Raghu A.

You name it they have it :D I had one of the best Hibachi foods over here. There are many items to pick. As a lover chicken lover i get to eat so many varieties (Hibachi, Pepper Chicken, Orange Chicken, Fried Chicken .. so ooooon). The quality of the food is decent over here. They have noddles, fried rice, white rice with chicken, fish, salmon varieties on the side. They are many veggies to add to it. The one that i liked most over here is Black Pepper Chicken and Orange chicken. Desserts are amazing over here. I don't remember exactly the names but there are couple of pastries which are top-notch. I like the Banana with some syrup thingy very much :D They have pretty good amount of fruits and Ice cream too. Overall its a steal deal for your bucks ($7.99 on weekdays for lunch). Please try it if you haven't before. I know it is located in a plaza where nothing much is happening. I give 5 out of 5 stars for their number of varieties and equally maintaining the quality and taste for almost all the items. Note : Skip your breakfast if you are going for lunch. If possible skip previous day's dinner too... lolll !!! Coz you see food everywhere

    (5)
  • Jeremy K.

The food was okay tasting. That is not why they are getting a 1 star. The 1 star is that both my girlfriend and I got very sick after eating here. Within hours we were both feeling the effect with multiple signs of food poisoning. The only thing we ate similar was chicken, so its either their meat or the oil they are using. Do your body a favor and stay clear of this place. The food might look and taste as expected, but you will regret it hours later and through the next day. Reported to health department considering others on Google reported getting sick as well.

  • Katie W.

Great price for the lunch buffet $7.99! Great variety with the sushi, hot dishes, dessert, and the habachi grill. Service was great. The reason why I only gave it three stars was the hot dishes on the buffet were more like warm to room temperature. Next time I come here I'll make sure to come when its busier so I know the food will be hotter.

    (3)
  • Ashley H.

My friends swear by this place, so I thought I'd give it a try. I was pretty disappointed. Yes, there are a lot of food options here. However, I wasn't totally impressed with the taste of a lot of them. The sushi and sashimi were pretty good, but I didn't love the chinese food options or the dessert. However, there was one standout: the green beans! Crazy, I know, but they were awesome. My favorite food of the night. Service was spotty and not great. Overall, I don't know if I would come back here.

Food was very bland. And tasted like it had been out for a while. Also bathroom was very dirty. Wont go back.

So I was on the east side of O-town and decided to try this place for lunch. It is a pretty huge restaurant. They have the usual chinese buffet staples and the ones I ate tasted good. Their sushi spread was good for a buffet. The fresh fruit offerings was good as was their dessert and ice cream selections. They also have a hibachi/mongolian grill where you choose the items that you want cooked for you. All these for under 9 bucks - I had water for my drink of course. And they have free WiFi. Yep definitely coming back here again if I am in the area. I am gonna balloon to their namesake giant panda for sure.

A clean Chinese eatery. Choices aplenty. Buffet is fairly priced. So would keep going here. All in all can't complain

Great buffet. So much to choose from and the atmosphere is pleasant. Service is good too. Probably one of the better buffets in East Orlando.

  • Jeff K.

Presumably renamed from its original "Fat Ass American Diabetes Panda" to be a touch more subtle, Giant Panda is currently the newest all-you-can-eat Asian food hole stuffery in the east Orlando area. It's sparsely decorated with comical fake bamboo plants and a koi pond, and the menu is simple. $7.99 for the lunch buffet and $10.99 for the dinner buffet. Everything is pretty much exactly as you'd imagine if you have ever been to an all-you-can-eat Asian buffet in the past. There's the Chinese take-out standby items like Bourbon Chicken, General Tso's chicken, Sweet & Sour chicken and lo mein. There are "crab" rangoons that don't have crab in them, eggrolls, won ton and egg drop soup with those fried crispy noodle-looking things that I love for some reason. There is something called "hibachi chicken" which tastes nothing like any hibachi chicken you've ever seen or heard about, but despite its obvious unhealthiness was actually kind of hard for me to stop eating. Similar to the bourbon chicken in taste, but a bit better. There's also a sushi area. My wife's opinion was "meh" while I wouldn't touch the stuff with a 10-foot pole because I've been to exactly two Asian buffets in my life and I learned a very hard lesson at the first one. I did notice that the soy sauce at the table was... lighter than expected? Was it diluted to cut costs? I don't know. Hold it up to the light and it actually more resembled the soda I was drinking than soy sauce. A small hibachi area was set up at one of the tables with a number of ingredients laid out, presumably ready to be cooked on demand. No one was at the station though, and I was a bit glad because I don't know how long that raw chicken had been sitting out in the open like that. Okay look, the truth is that even though I generally hate these budget all-you-can-eat buffets and everything they stand for, I did rather enjoy my meal. Nothing was spectacular, but what do you expect? I'd say it was definitely better than that other place I've been to. So to summarize: if you are low on cash and very hungry, if you're a starving college student, or if for any other reason you absolutely need to consume one hundred thousand billion calories for less than $10, look no further -- your restaurant has arrived. I'll tell Wilford Brimley you'll be giving him a call.

This place is just okay, it is convenient living near UCF area if you are craving an Chinese All you can eat buffet. Sushi isn't the best but it can do. They also have hibachi i didn't try it this time. Nothing special similar to all the other Buffets just the location is convenient.

Small Fry loves going to the Big Fat Panda... errr.. Giant Panda. The grown-ups in Small Fry's life? Not so much, but twice a year doesn't kill us. This is your typical GIANT Chinese buffet, with your typical spread of deep fried dishes and Americanized Chinese food. Also available are a hibachi grill and long sushi bar. Lot's of gluten free options are out there if you look hard enough. If you're not into the buffet scene, an a la carte menu is available for the asking. I was not overwhelmed with anything, but it didn't make me ill either, so in the end I'll take it. Tip: DO NOT even think about trying to slyly take even one little crab leg. "They" will notice and charge you the extra 5 bucks. Yes, college boy... karmic justice is swift indeed.

  • Charlie W.

My mom liked the place, but I didnt like the food at all. If u want to get a big meal and dont care much on quality, this is your spot. reasonably priced ,too. But I likely wont be back. Nice people working tho.

Having frequented another sushi/hibachi asian buffet in the past, I was expecting a lot more from Giant Panda. Although it is advertised as a sushi/hibachi buffet, upon first entering the restaurant the atmosphere is definitely more along the lines of the stereotypical Chinese buffet--with cheap booths and tables and multiple rows of food being kept warm by heating trays. Granted, for $11 for an unlimited amount of dinner, that shouldn't quite come as a shock. And as advertised, Giant Panda does indeed have a sushi bar and a hibachi station. It's just that the sushi itself was not superb and the selection was not unique, which is more or less the same way I felt about the hibachi station. Essentially, the food at Giant Panda was good, and there was definitely a lot of it--ranging from french fries to crab rangoons to raw oysters--but at the same time I felt that the quality was lacking. None of the desserts were particularly good either, which is why I stuck with ice cream. At the end of the day, if you want a lot of food for a good price, Giant Panda would still be the place for you. However, if you are looking for quality in addition to quantity, I would probably recommend either ordering Chinese in or even going out to a pricier Japanese restaurant.

Not bad at all. Not over the top unbelievably fantastic but not bad. The service was somewhat lacking as the waitress stopped by the table a few times but never offered drink refills.

Its good just like any other Chinese buffet. Pretty big I love their peanut chicken.. The sauce they put on top is just delicious and their green beans too. I will come back.

Finally have good Chinese buffet on this side of town. My favorite is the clams. Soups are great, even the desserts are good. Looks fresh, clean and staff is pretty friendly. It's on corner of Alafaya/Colonial

A rather misleading experience for this whole thing. Despite loving sushi, I also like to get the most bang for my buck and voyeur off and feast on the forbidden fruits of the buffet sushi... I was mistaken into thinking that this place specialized in sushi and seeing as how they advertise.. ."AYCE sushi for ~$7 lunch" i figured we'd be in for some actual sushi. I was sadly mistaken. This is the lamest excuse for sushi I have ever come across. The extent of their sushi about a 15 ft table.. filled with krab, cream cheese, and rice. over and over and over and over and over again. I'm sorry, but "cream cheese and rice" cannot be called sushi. With that out of the way, the rest of the items were your typical run of the mill Chinese items; Which never seem to entice nor seduce me enough to pick up my ladle of life and portion myself some. It was packed though... which is... nice?

So we've got his here Chinese buffet...all I can shove down my throat crab rangoons - good to go. The food will not leave you in an ecstatic stupor, but it is probably the best Chinese buffet in the area...that said I'd only go if you really just want to bust your gut on Chinese food

    (2)
  • Sunny W.

2.5 stars... it a typical chinese buffet with the same type of food serve everywhere. Taste is decent, cheap and does the job (filling ur tummy duh!!) .. its a great place to go to after you spent hundreds of dollars on universal tix/disney tix.. this place will help the budget out..

Brought my brother here for lunch on Saturday and was really pleasantly surprised by the giant variety of food :D They had a pretty decent sushi selection that included both the fully cooked variety as well as the raw variety. They even had some dim sum items (yay custard bun!). I thought it was a great deal overall

I really love this place. $8 for an all you can eat lunch buffet is awesome. The spread is impressive, and will satisfy any appetite. The food is delicious, blows Ichiban out of the water! A definite must try.

Typical Chinese buffet, but with some interesting extras. BBQ ribs, crawfish, whole fish, pork roast to name a few. Plus a sushi section and hibachi. Two interesting ice cream flavors: green tea and red bean. I would eat there again

Went there tonight for the first time and it definitely wont be the last!!! food was good, quite the variety on sushi ( nothing great or fancy but as good as can be expected on a big buffet restaurant), entrees and desserts. Staff was friendly and place was clean.

Chinese Cuisine

The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.

Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.

There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.
