All things considered this restaurant deserves five stars. Fab burgers, great value, excellent salad bar, free soda refills, fries have too much seasoning. Burgers certainly deserve their "best in the world" claim. The buns are freshly made and the meat is top quality. The range of toppings is extensive too. You can get a burger (8oz) plus fries, onion rings, salad and refillable soda for under $10. Our bill for 4 people including tax was just over $42, and there is no tip because it is counter service. The salad bar (for topping the urger) has a good range of fresh lettuce, onion, jalapaenos, salsa etc. The only thing that let them down were the fries. They were very very salty and also seemed to be loaded with pepper. This was a shame, because I am sure it is the easiest part to get right. Overall a great value meal that we all enjoyed.

Smack dab in the middle of Tourist Town, there's not much here that will be different than a few other places. With it also being a chain, you're going to get that packaged feel; which can work from time to time, but honestly puts me off to this establishment. Is the food good? Yeah, the meat is cooked well, though the portions are a little too large. I've been a few times, and each time I don't go away hungry. They have pretty good milkshakes as well, though if required to choose, I'd always pick a certain place with checkered color scheme over this one. Ultimately, it just feels very bland as a whole. I can't find much to complain about, but I don't feel blown away either. Perfectly satisfactory, and would go again if asked, but I don't know that I'd choose it over another place.

Food was great. Service was abysmal. Got there shortly after they opened, napkins and dirty benches from the previous night. Went to pump cheese, got nothing but water. Manager said the cheese needed to be stirred, uh no, your closers did the drain the water from when it was hopefully washed last night. Manager took no ownership for her venue. Missing flavor stickers on the Coke machine as well. This used to be a great Fuddruckers all around. Not so much anymore. Stay away unless you're desperate for food.

We were vacillating between a burger and pizza and opted for the burger. I am so glad we did. This place was awesome. Amazing burger, great fries and unbelievable toppings. The place was also super clean. Thank you for making our day. Will definitely go back again. :)

People are always talking about and comparing Five Guys and In and Out, but for me, Fuddruckers serves the best burger! I've known this since I was about 11 or 12 years old and went to my first Fuddruckers in Houston, TX. 3 decades later, and I still haven't found a better burger! I only hate that I now live 2 hours or so away from Orlando, so I can't get my fix whenever I want. Waaaaaaa... Pout... Pout! As for this particular Fuddruckers. Well, as you can see, I gave it all five stars... and for very good reason! Food, service, cleanliness... it's all there! There are 2 Fuddrucker locations in Orlando. This is the least busy of the two. As a matter of fact, I've never seen it horribly crowded. The other location is located near Disney, so it is pretty much always packed (but I recommend that location too). This location is located in the Festival Bay Mall on I-Drive and there are really only two reasons to come to the Festival Bay Mall: #1 Fuddruckers and #2 Ron Jon Surf Shop. There's really nothing else here... check out my review of the mall if you like: yelp.com/biz/festival-ba… The burgers are large, thick, and juicy. The bread is cooked fresh in-house every day; they have their own bakery. They also make really great cookies and other bakery items. Now, back to the burgers. Rather than buy two 1/2 pound burgers, hubby and I like to be cost efficient and buy one 1 pound burger and cut it in half (it's cheaper to do it that way). Yes, you heard me, you can get a 1 pound burger here. The thing is MASSIVE! The first time hubby ate here, he consumed one all by himself just so he could have his polaroid photo taken and placed on their wall (they no longer do this). Anyway, he was pretty darn impressed with himself.... it must be a "man thing" because I don't get it.... but I digress. Back to the burger. Not only is the burger itself awesome, but the toppings bar. Oh my oh my .. the toppings bar. Freshly cut lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, onions, jalepenos... I'm sure I'm forgetting things. Then you have their yummy hot, melted cheese sauce (I've never put it on my burger but it is perfect on the fries). They also regular mustard, spicy mustard, and honey mustard. You can build your burger to perfection! Love their fries. I'm usually not real big on fries, but I could eat the ones here by the pound! They are just so good. And as I mentioned before, don't forget to try them with the cheese! They have great onion rings. I've never actually ordered them because I love their fries so much. But once when we were here, I mentioned to a manger who came by to check on us that I'd never tried them before, so she went and got an order and gave them to us. Some of the best onion rings I've ever had! They have a fountain soda machine, so feel free to refill your drink as often as you like. I hear their shakes are the bomb, but I haven't tried one myself. They also sell bottled beer here. From what I've noticed, it's the usual like Bud, Bud Light, etc. The employees are great. They are all friendly and smiling. Even though this is a casual dining restaurant and you order your own food and pick up your order when your number is called, they have employees who walk around constantly cleaning and they come by and ask if you need drink refills or ask if they can take your trash. Just in case you couldn't tell from my review, I love Fuddruckers! It's awesome! If you haven't been... GO! If you are on vacation and are staying in the I-Drive area and have never been to a Fuddruckers... GO!

The mall that fudds sits in is under refurbishment, so it is empty in here. But even though there is no one here and the staff is bored. The place is dirty. Tables not getting cleaned off, booth corners filled with junk. Does not smell so good either. Not the new construction smell, just old smell. Booths have rips and large tears. Light fixtures crooked and missing bulbs. Manager ignored me when I tried to speak to her. Not accidentally, I don't think she understands English. They forgot to make my shake. Good things, toppings bar was fresh and clean. Food was good and tasty. But in this area there are cleaner better choices.

When I was on holiday this was a must have, and this place didn't let me down!! The burgers was amazing, so much flavour to the burger. And very cheap for what you get! Staff was friendly and restaurant was clean and tidy, what else could you want?? If your around international drive please try this place, it did take me a while to find it because it was on a shopping mall?? That hasn't been built yet. But kept it quiet and peaceful.

I only write reviews for exceptionally good or bad restaurants. This one is for a bad experience! How can a restaurant serving an expensive hamburger run out of cheddar cheese for a Cheddar burger, out of onions for onion rings, and mushrooms for a Swiss/mushroom burger??? Unbelievable!! Where is the manager? We had Fudruckers in Indianapolis back in the 80's but they have been absent since then. I hear they have purchased "cheeseburger in paradise" in Indianapolis, too bad. If this is an example of how they run their business, they will be out of Indy again. They have to count of regular return business in Indy, not tourists.

BIG. BURGERS. This place is great. You order a burger or dog (different weights and sizes) then go to town with toppings at the toppings bar. A great spot for burger enthusiasts and those looking for some serious grub.

My wife's favorite burgers by far but myself I am a five guys kind of guy. Place is ok and Fries and onion rings leave a little to be desired. Buns vary I have had them where you can't find the half lb burger and then where the 1/3 lb burger is hanging off and real real buttery and then dry. Burger itself has good flavor but overall no more than a 2.5 or 3. Unfortunately for me as stated previously ... This is my wife's absolute favorite burger so I will be eating them every chance we get ... Lol

We stopped at this Fuddruckers after a long flight and were hungry for a great burger. We used to eat at one in MD all of the time but it has been at least 8 years since we dined at a Fuddruckers. They are doing construction at the mall the restaurant is in and looks like doing some construction in the restaurant as well. The burgers were hot fresh and good. The reason for the 3 stars is service and atmosphere. No one greeted us when we got to the register. The gentleman at the register kept his head down for a good 20 seconds before acknowledging us. No one smiled. And the general atmosphere was just blah. I remember our visits to the MD Fuddruckers and it was always a fun event! I would always end up going back to the counter and ordering a milkshake. This place did not make me want to do that. I got the sense from all of the workers that they did not really want to be there. It was a big let down. And it did seal the deal for me that Five Guys is better. I would have given this place 4 stars though if it had better service and friendly atmosphere.

Of course this is a great place to go and get some burgers but my big fat favorite that not many people know about is the milkshakes. Yes, they have MILKSHAKES and they are mmmm mmmm goooooood! The shake menu isn't really up front on their menu so many people miss it but it's one of the great things about Fuddruckers. You can also upgrade your meal soda to a milkshake for an additional $1.50 or so. There are so many choices in terms of burgers, your usuals to ostrich burger, bufallo burger to the 2 lbs Angus burger and they all come with a really soft delicious bun. Fuddruckers also has a "condiments and sauce" station so you can transform your already delicious wedge fries into cheesy fries for no additional cost. Yes, they have hot melted cheese in the pumps!!! This place is my monthly... ok many weekly guilty, unhealthy, full of calories indulgence! And if you feel guilty like me and too full to jump into the car right after, you can walk around the Festival Bay Mall - although not THAT exciting, the Vans Skate Park and the Bass Pro Outdoor Shop always fun to look around in.

Just wanted to write a quick review as this brand should remain an institution in the US. It truly is. We're vacationing in Orlando and, like many families, our budget is stretched and we try to limit ourselves without needing to go to the dollar store We like going to good hotels and all the main parks and do some shopping so food budget gets slashed a bit...lol... With that in mind, we went to the Fuddruckers on International Drive in Orlando.. What and awesome place...not busy (mall in construction) , great service, quick and the food is awesome.. imagine this, a bucket of 5 beers for $18...cant be beat..we're no big drinkers but sat down and took advantage of this offer Andrew the manager at this location is awesome...he made us feel at home... Food, customer service, especially PRICE, are all AAA+++ if you're on a budget in Orlando, this is the place to go...you won't exceed $40 for a family of 4, which is amazing Fuddruckers ROCKS!

I love Fudruckers. Think one of my favorite things about it is that I can fix my burger how I want it. I order the basics of my meats and cheeses and extras like bacon then they serve you at your table. You can then go to their burger fixing stand and add what ever and how much ever of toppings you want. Have several choices of sides and their season wedge fries are awesome. I would have given them a perfect 5 star however you have the choice of how you want your burger cooked, I always order my burger medium rare and always get it cooked medium... but it's still delicious, I'm just picky on my meats and how I liked them cooked. They serve more than burgers. They have hotdogs and milk shakes and plenty of others for everyone. Not sure about vegetarian or vegan dishes though. They are kid friendly and have high chairs and offer a kids menu with several options to choose from. They have both booth and table seating. Tons of napkins in a dispenser at your table which is always great.

Food was great but the Manager was very rude. We ordered 2 burgers made them a meal deal and 2 kids meals. When we got our burgers the one wasn't put in as a meal deal. The man at the register made the mistake and the manager said we can pay the difference for the fries cause we were already given the drink for the meal deal. I said but we ordered the meal deal and after arguing with us a little more the man on the register came up behind us and confirmed it was his mistake. The manager said with and attitude I'll do it just this once. Well guess what? It will be Just that once for us cause we will not be going back. Don't argue with customers.

I go because they offer a BOGO on 1/3 lb burgers. I will go back because the burgers are juicy and delicious. To add there is a bar of just about any topping you could want in the burger.

I love Fuddruckers. It's a little pricey for a burger place, but for the exotic meat options it is worth it. This Fuddruckers is located in the Festival Bay Mall on International Drive in Orlando. Each time we make the trek to Bass Pro Shops, it's an essential lunch stop. The service is average, not over-the-top or underwhelming. I would say it's typical of this type of establishment. There are plenty of tables at this restaurant so you shouldn't ever have to wait for a table. My favorites so far have been the elk burger, which is incredibly lean and juicy, or the burger with an egg on top for some extra unexpected flavor. You also choose how you'd like your meat cooked. The produce bar is fully loaded with veggies and sauces. This is great for a picky eater like myself. The fries are perfectly seasoned and you can add all the cheese sauce you want, which is the best part if you ask me! The soda fountain is across from the toppings bar, so you can refill it at your leisure. Top it off with a delightful chocolate shake or cookies and you're all set.

I stopped by for a quick lunch for convenience and compromise. Big MANLY burger for him and a not so dainty salad for me. We started at the entrance behind their bakery section and ordered at the front. We grabbed our drinks and scanned the dining area for some seats. The restaurant was pretty busy as the table selections were limited. Nevertheless, we found a table and sat down. Our table was sticky and dirty so we wiped it down ourselves. Soon enough our food arrived and I was really surprised about how decent and delicious my salad turned out! The lettuce was crisp and fresh, toppings were tasty, and the chicken was seasoned. My bf said his burger was okay. He didn't appreciate how the bun was 1.5 times bigger than his patty. He just ended up eating the meat patty by itself and leaving the buns, lol! A-Okay lunch spot for the area, but don't expect much from here!

Pros: fast service, good meat quality and taste, great portion size for cost, excellent customer service, tables and booths for large and small groups, arcade games for kids. Buffet style for toppings for your sandwich (I added so many pickles) Cons: that buffet is also accessed by children, a sign would be preferred telling adults to attend the child. No sweet tea (big negative for me), too much seasoning on the fries (wish I knew if there was a plain fries option)

I must admit that I've never eaten at a Fuddruckers prior to this visit interestingly enough I had just been thinking about it when I drove past an old one the other day. So I decided Bob my son was playing on a ropes course that I would have a burger and beer I ordered my burger medium and it came out medium I only ordered the one third burger and it was plenty enough for me with a beer place was clean and service was good food was good. I was pleasantly surprised with Fuddruckers and will look in the future to use it as an option as the time should arise

Quality service. Food is quick and taste alright. I recommend substituting the fries for the onion rings. The onion rings are cooked right and are freshly made!

The food is pretty good here. I have only tried the salads though so I cannot comment on the quality of the burgers. Other than the food being satisfactory, I am not really a fan of this restaurant. My salads always take a long time to come out. (Between 15 and 20 minutes). The music is entirely too loud here so I wouldn't suggest coming here if you have any intention of dining in peace. Lastly, I talked to two people in this restaurant that spoke very little English. I am all for diversity it the workplace, but at least put your English-speakers at the registers or on the phones. I called and someone answered "Hello?", as if I had just called her personal cell phone. I will say that their cashiers (although lacking English skills) are very friendly, which is why I gave 3 stars.

So Im going to preface this review by saying that I should have really trusted my gut in this situation. Upon walking into this place you could feel how dirty it was. We should have just walked out and gone elsewhere, but my sister and I are pretty big fans of fuddruckers so we figured the food would be fine. The ordering process was fine. Despite the long line it went fast and the employee behind the counter was friendly and efficient. That's where the positives ended. We sat at a dirty table, not because we're picky but because EVERY table was dirty. We tried to look for someone to wipe down the table for us and no one was to be found. We wound up cleaning it ourselves with hand sanitizer and napkins. They brought out our food and we asked if we could have a side of ranch (our intention was to get it ourselves, but it wasn't at there condiment bar). The employee rudely said "yes" and walked away. We never saw her or the ranch dressing again. U got the buffalo chicken sandwich, which I've eaten many times from other fudd locations. The one that was brought to me was half the size of the bun and was as skinny and flat as could be. When I went to add condiments/veggies the vegetable bar looked old and like it wasn't being kept at the right temperature. I was over it. The bun was good, but if I wanted to pay $11 for bread I would have just ordered that. To be fair, my sister did enjoy her burger and the fries were good, but there was just too much bad for anything to make this a good experience. This is located on international drive... Every possible restaurant you can imagine is nearby so just pick somewhere else to go!

This is a great fancy burger place. The atmosphere is very casual, but they have an extensive burger menu plus a salad bar for burger toppings, you also get to choose how you want your burger cooked, great for those people who like very well done or rare. I got a plain cheeseburger and loaded it up from the salad bar, and my husband got the southwest burger, which had guac, bacon and pepperjack cheese...both were delicious. We didn't like the sweet potato fries, plain and no sauce to dip in except ketchup, but the regular fries were pretty good. The service was fantastic. Everyone was very enthusiastic and checked on us constantly. They were quick to pick up our plates and offered to get us to go cups.

I had been a few years since we had eaten here, the food was very good. The fixing bar is great, you can have all the fixings you want. I think it's a little pricy. For my spouse, grandson and myself it was almost $30.00.i do recommend it because it is a good burger.

Don't go here if you want to eat a veggie burger. They penalize you by up-charging you and it costs almost as much as getting a 2/3 lb burger. You can go to any other burger restaurant, like Red Robin, and just substitute a veggie burger ---without penalty! Sorry Fuddruckers I'm not coming back here until you stop your discriminating practices.

I haven't been in a FR for nearly 30 years. The food is decent. You can build your own burger and add your own toppings. The prices are ok, but nearing the cutoff for a premium burger or average quality. One of the kids in my party tripped on something and dropped her burger the manager offered to make another one no questions asked. I thought that was nice. Overall, decent food at an ok price.

No matter where I go Fuddruckers never disappoints. Great burger place that knows what I enjoy in a burger. The prices vary but it's never a deterrent. The music isn't annoying and its family friendly. I'm glad I came.

Every now and then a juicy burger is needed to satisfy my tastebuds. During a visit with my significant other one of the "ohhh a juicy burger" moments hit. Well Fuddruckers came to mind. Hey how can you go wrong with a burger. We entered the establishment and the floors appeared to have needed some attention as they were filled with dropped food all around. Needless to say I ordered a well done burger with grilled onions (mmmm). I wasn't disappointed. I bopped over to the salad bar and piled all my favorite toppings on the burger. The burger was amazing, seasoned just right. a bit pricey but overall it was worth it. If you're ever in the area and the burger monster calls head on over to Fuddruckers

We enjoy fuddruckers in NM and all but this location we have visited have been clean and a good place have a burger with the family. This location on international Dr was dirty and not well cared for bathroom stall doors broken no paper and overall just dirty management needs to clean.

  • Steve A.

For the record, my perfect burger is: A bun with some substance, grilled or toasted so it doesn't get soggy; a char-grilled patty with a slight crust, and not red in the center; melted cheddar cheese; bacon; a flavorful slice of tomato and onion; a leaf of lettuce; pickles or relish; mayo, mustard and ketchup. By selecting the right condiments from the bar, you can accomplish nearly all of this here. Fries are just OK, but the onion rings are pretty good. They also have some surprisingly good salads, and the salmon burger is good, too. The elk burger was nothing special. Note that burgers are expensive here, and you will be eating next to an abandoned shopping mall.

While driving through Orlando to the FL East coast, we stopped by Fuddruckers as the S.O had mentioned that they were a great burger joint and pretty quick service (back in the day the last time he went- he's also gone to other locations around the U.S. and enjoyed them). Unfortunately what we didn't take into account was the absolutely horrible traffic you must sit for an hour to get there from I-4! (just a mere warning - No fault of the restaurant). By the time we arrirved at the desolate Festival Bay mall we were hungry! This place is super outdated and poorly laid out. The carpet is the same that is in the skating rink I used to go to in the 90's! But I try to never judge a book by it's cover.... We snaked in to the register, placed our order for two 1/3lb beef burgers w/fries and then went to get our drinks from the soda machines and try to find a table. Mismatched decor, may have been the theme they were trying for, but felt more like a dirty Goodwill store, poor lighting, food crumbs and sticky-ness everywhere. Finding the cleanest table we could that was available (which happened to be a table for 8 but just the 2 of us). We sat down and shortly after our food was brought out. The burgers looked good, but the orders of fries was measily 6-10 fries. For the price, we both expected a little more. We went over to the "condiments buffet" to add lettuce, tomato, pickes, onions, peppers, relish, and sauces to our burgers. In the 2-3 minutes that we were over there, someone came by and threw away our drinks. So now we had to go get new ones. The burger was okay, nothing I'd ever crave or have a desire to go out of my way to get. So far the best part of this meal was the gentleman that came to take our empty baskets - he was very polite and curteous. I went to the restroom after my meal to wash my hands and almost walked right back out. Disgusting. TP everywhere, water and urine everywhere. That bathroom was a hot mess. Sealed the deal on my no returns policy.

I kind of have the same sentiments as the other recent reviewers. The food at Fuddruckers is decent. But the decor and the adjacent mall are really lame. It appears that the management of the mall are trying to do something. But I don't think its going to save the place. Too many stores have already closed. Fuddruckers would do well to bail on the place as well. As for the decor, its really worn and dated. We were a party of four but the table we wanted to sit at was in need of cleaning and there were several other tables that still had plates and cups from previous guests. The place definitely wasn't busy on a Wednesday night. Maybe four other parties were in the restaurant. We were able to find a suitable table and have our dinner. We also spent the evening catching up on our friendship and the staff were very courteous about checking up on us occasionally and leaving us be for the most part ... which was nice. We stayed until the place closed at 9:00 PM.

I grew up going to Fuddruckers in Ft. lauderdale. They closed down probably 20 years ago to my dismay. So as we were driving through Orlando and saw the sign, we got so excited. This one definitely did not look like what I was used to, but no big deal. I ordered a Kobe cheeseburger and fries. The staff was so friendly, they overheard me talking about the one in Ft. lauderdale and we started chatting about the chain and where it plans to go in the future. Which by the way is Tampa! The manager was present actively greeting guests and helping to serve food. I have to say, as a recent Burgermonger addict, I was so pleasantly happy as to how great this burger was. It was just as I remembered growing up. And the fries, well I really don't like wedge fries because no one ever seems to cook them just right, but these were perfection, nice and crispy on the outside, creamy on the inside. My friend had the loaded fries and those were even more amazing. Yes the decor is weird, but the food and service definitely made up for it. I am looking forward their arrival in Tampa. Then I will have 2 burger places to choose from.

I like 5Guys and I Fuddruckers beef burgers. The bun and condiments is the main difference at Fuddruckers, though 5Guys have better seasoned fries. If you enjoy large, greasy patties and adding your own condiments, you will like Fuddruckers. Wait staff was great. Not too worried about decor. The cheese sauce tasted more like sauce than cheese but I can't complain, the beef patties are great.

Friendly staff but not a fan of their food. I went there to try their exotic meat like elk, ostrich, buffalo. I had an ostrich burger. I think they charge every single topping, cheese. I paid $9.80 for my half pound ostrich burger. Just buns, and patty. It didn't taste anything special to me. Not a flavor that I enjoy. I don't think I would go back again., not a big fan. Disappointed with such anticipation.

My friends and I decided to eat here out of the blue, we hadn't been since they first opened and couldn't remember what we thought of the place. Big mistake. The restaurant itself isn't that nice, but we didn't think much if that. Decor doesn't necessarily mean bad food. When we got our food, none of us were impressed, but that's not why I'm giving only one star. The one star is because of how disgusting my burger was. The first few bites were greasy, very greasy but I removed the grease soaked bottom bun. That seamed to help. Then I took another bite and I felt a burst of liquid in my mouth. it was oil, burnt tasting cooking oil, not fat, cooking oil. It killed my appetite. I stopped eating and waited for my friends to finish. We were walking back toward the movie theater where we had parked and I felt so sick I had to go to the bathroom and spent a few minutes trying not to throw up. Luckily I made it home before I actually did. It has been hours and despite brushing my teeth three times and drinking a ton of water I still can taste cooking oil.

    (1)
  • Kurt W.

Lost one star for excessive seasoning ( too much black pepper) and a little under-cooking ( medium was medium rare , medium rare was raw on the first attempt ) but they happily and cheerfully corrected this. Well done!

Nothing spectacular both times I've been. The burgers are alright but not enough to justify the price for me to come very often. The decor is sports bar themed and the staff was forgettable. Overall mediocre

We went to Fuddruckers on a whim today for lunch. The waitress was really friendly and the atmosphere was nice for what it was. However, the quality of the food was a let down. They don't have any grass-fed beef to choose from, or many healthy options at all. Sure there was a salad or two, but nothing was organic. Their "fresh" produce bar even looked a little on the pale side. The real disappointment was when I asked to see the ingredients in their ice cream only to discover that it contains, among other preservatives and GMOs, high fructose corn syrup and carrageenan. Until Fuddruckers ups the quality of its offerings, it will remain in my mind only a place that I can tolerate in the event of a food emergency.

Fudd's has some cool burgers. They offer Ostrich and Buffalo along with the regular beef and of course grilled chicken. If you're looking for a good burger in Orlando, this would be the place to go. Unfortunately, it's a nearly dead mall. Don't let that deter you from going. It's worth it. You will have to stand in line to order. One you pay, you're given your drink cups. You're then going to be listening for your name to come up to get your grub. They will probably say your name wrong unless it's something common like Mike or Juan or Frank or Jeff....just listen carefully for it. I believe they called me "Moland". Not exactly what my parents had in mind but creative nonetheless. They call you number and you go up and grab your tray o' burgers & fries. They have a condiments bar that has nearly everything but chocolate chips to put on your burger. I think they had three types of onion last time if I recall correctly.

We haven't been to a Fuddruckers for a few years. We were somewhat disappointed this time. I think their quality and quantity of condiments have seriously deteriorated. They have turned into just another expensive hamburger joint.

This place is known for having a bunch of problems inside there restaurants and not keep up to date with state codes in food safety for that one reason i was not to excited to try this place out till i heard there was a 1lb burger witch turns out to be HUGE and hard to finish but in the end it was well worth it and u can choose your own topping and have the meat cooked how ever u want. The staff was not bad but the place was extremely packed and tables were dirty.

I have visited this Fuddruckers many times over the years but I had not been back since 2009. I was in the area and decided to stop in again. They still serve a decent burger but the quality has definitely declined and they have lost a lot of ground to new burger places like Five Guys. Maybe it's just me but in my 2 recent visits, my 1/3 lb. burger looked fairly small and thin. The 1/3 lb Angus burgers at McDonalds are much larger than what I got at Fuddruckers. The burger was cooked well and had good flavor and was served on a soft, fresh bun but there was no way this was a third of a pound of meat, even considering the shrinkage from cooking. My dinner companion also commented on the smallness of the burger. I'm not a big eater but when you are paying this much for a burger, you expect a bit more. The fries (more like potato wedges) that came with my meal were unevenly cooked - some were almost raw, some were crispy. Onion rings were really good. The topping bar was great but the area when they keep the condiments (ketchup, mustard, mayo, cheese sauce) was a mess. The dining room was fairly crowded during my last two visits which is saying something considering that the Festival Bay Mall where this restaurant is located is mostly dead. Overall, I think Fuddruckers serves a decent meal but they need to step it up a bit to compete with the new guys on the block. My experience was somewhat uneven. I would still return if I was in the area but it's not my go-to place for burgers

Took the family to this Fuddruckers March 2009, one of the first places we went after arriving in Orlando to see the Mouse. The place was very clean and organized. The rest of the family had a burger and i had a chicken sandwich and they were all pretty good. You get refills as much as you can drink and there is plenty of staff to retrieve anything you need or forgot to get yourself. There is a ice cream and cookie shop inside this location which made it even better for us. The bathrooms were clean as well and the food was prepared fairly quickly, we left pretty satisfied with the experience. There were stand alone tables and booths. Some of the booths could accommodate up to 5 or 6 people. This location sits in a mini mall just across from the intersection where the Hilton, The Royal Plaza and the Doubletree live which is extremely convenient if you're in one of these hotels, and which makes for a lot of available parking. Its a good spot for hamburger, a chicken sandwich or a steak burger.

Somehow I managed to live my entire life without visiting a Fuddruckers until about 2 weeks ago. My 1st time did not live up to the hype. Don't get me wrong...The burger I ordered was pretty good. What didn't hit home with me was the overall experience. First off...the place is simply too chaotic for me! I know...I know...it's located in the center of tourist hell...but it was crazy in there! I felt like I was at one of the fast food places in Magic Kingdom! There was a huge line which was moving at a medium pace. While in line, I'm reading all these poster ads describing all sorts of tempting (healthier) burger options than beef. Elk? Perhaps. Ostrich? Intriguing. Buffalo? Sounds good! But then when I finally get to place my order (One buffalo burger please!), I'm told that they are all out of all three!!! At 1pm!!! My heart was broken! My dreams were crushed. I was forced to make a rush decision as to not upset the other people waiting impatiently behind me! Would it have been too much to ask someone to maybe put a sign up at the beginning of the line stating what they were out of??? Like I said...the beef burger I ended up with was good...But it was a little less tasty for the fact that I had to settle for it. Add in a chaotic dining area and a hostess that barely cracked a smile, and I come up with 2 stars for this place.

Definitely didn't like it. Food was okay but the place was DIRTY. Forks and knives didn't look too clean along with the plates and tables. Table's smelled damp as if we're wiped with a wet cloth. Not coming back

After the craptastic dinner that was served to us at Cricketers Arms, that we did not eat, my BF suggested Fuddruckers. It was next door, and we still had time to grab a bite before the movie. I was hesitant, but went with it. Couldn't be worse that what we had already experienced... right? So yeah, it's a fast food\burger joint but along with the typical fare they offer Bison and Ostrich burgers. I was impressed! We split the half pound ostrich burger with cheddar. A side of fries and a drink came to about 15bucks. Not bad! I liked the seasoning on the fries, and I really liked the condiment bar. Lettuce, tomato, onion, relish, pickles and jalapenos. 3 kinds of mustard... it was great! 3 solid stars from me, I'm sure if I'd had a shake it'd be 4. Next time!

Tasty burgers but I feel a little pricey. $1 for cheese? $10.50 for burger, fries, and drink? And you have to get all your own stuff. BUT, tastes good so that's what really matters to me.

The sautéed mushrooms & onions on my 'Works' burger were WAY too salty, otherwise the food was OK. Restaurant was adequately clean. Service was OK. Kind of pricey for rather average food/experience.

I'm so glad that Fuddrucker's returned to Orlando! A great burger. I especially like the ostrich burger which is leaner and doesn't taste much different than the beef. They have many different options for toppings and cook to order. Once they call you to get your food you head to the cool condiment bar that has tons of stuff like pickles, tomato, relish, mayo, etc. All the trimmings. We always get the "Frings" too which is a basket of fries and onion rings. The onion rings are large and cooked just right and go well with a bottled beer that Fuddrucker's sells. Yumm... One drawback, the place always seems busy when we visit and the busers have a hard time keeping the place clean. The tables and floor are dingy and could use a deep clean soon.

Came her to eat after shopping inside the mall. This mall has nothing much going on. I am thinking it is quiet because of the outlet stores right across the street. But the mall was quit empty. To my surprised there was a Fuddruckers. This Fuddruckers is so much better than the one at Union City. I had never known that they made their buns from scratch. The vegetables at the condiments bar is also all fresh. The staff is also extremely nice. They also did a good job in trying to keep everything clean. There was a guy that came to whip our table right as we were leaving, and he was also extremely nice. Maybe they changed things from the last time people were there. The price point is about $8 dollars. They also have ostrich burger, buffalo burger, and Philly cheese steak sandwich. I ordered a chicken grilled salad and it was very very good. I wish that the Fuddruckers from where I live did things that way.

Didn't start well but staff corrected problems quickly. First you should know that it is located on the north side of Festival Bay mall. You can not see it from the street and I couldn't find it to begin with. Most of the mall is closed and run down, but this Fuddruckers is a shining light. As I said things didn't start well. The restroom was out of all paper and the stalls are really dark. So when I went to order my hands were wet and I was grumpy. One of the guys there offered paper towels with a charming smile and tried his hardest to make up for the problem. When I placed my order again I was impressed that the staff was cheerful and considerate. My order was ready quickly and everything else was great. I got the Bacon and Cheddar burger with onion rings. I would like to also point out that the 1/2 lb burger, onion rings and a drink and tip was under $12. The burger is just $6.50! I just came from another fancy burger place and it was $12 just for the hamburger! This is a family friendly place and I would certainly go back when I am in Orlando.

Fuddfuckers! I think this place is more of an attraction than a staple restaurant. Please, read on. Today I went with a friend because he had a coupon. We ordered the 1/3 lb burger and wedge fries. The burger was pretty good. The condiment bar is a nice change. Although it's buffet style, the tomato, lettuce, pickles, etc were all very neatly arranged, and looked very fresh. Some unordinary choices were there too, including jalapenos, nacho cheese topping, salsa and honey mustard. I didn't care for the fries at all. They were about as unhealthy looking and tasting as possible. The service was a mashup, aka some good, some bad. The chap at the register tried to tell us a coupon valid through Nov '08 was expired. The girl who gave us the food explained that my friend's burger was cooked to a temperature which he didn't ask for, without any offer to fix it. The good was that there were people walking around cleaning up constantly, and offering to get people to-go cups and other stuff. One Argentinian/Mexican girl was pretty hot. I told her she had a nice body. The theme of the place is all-American diner meets Denny's. Bright colors, video games and anything goes, I think. But most of the prices are pretty high. Think $10 for a combo meal. The location and atmosphere of this place won't lure me back anytime soon. But I least I gave Elmer FuddFucker's a shot.

We ordered take out from this location. We had a burger, salad, chicken nuggets, and Mac n' cheese. The food was very good, bit the Mac n' cheese was generic. They forgot my onion rings and could not refund my money without me trekking back to the restaurant. Thats a $4 loss on my part I guess.
