Freshii has been on my "lunch list" for quite some time now, so I was thrilled to finally give it a try. I was weary of going after reading the Yelp reviews, but figured it was still worth a shot. Yelpers, I should have listened to you. I ordered the Mediterranean bowl and added steak for some extra protein. My ordering experience was pleasant and the restaurant was clean, but that's about where my compliments stop. My large bowl was filled with quinoa, lettuce, red peppers and a myriad of other colorful vegetables. While visually appetizing the bowl itself was tasteless and bland even AFTER adding pepper and sriracha sauce. I eat a healthy amount of vegetables and quinoa on any given day, but this dish was severely lacking flavor and the steak had a funky taste. Freshii, I was so looking forward to your healthy goodness, but I sadly don't think I'll be back for more.

Really good menu items, big portions and good juice bar! Great variety in salads and wraps.

A coworker recommended Freshii, she said that while she was there all she could do was think about how I would love the place. I was quite intrigued after she described it to me. Arriving with the intention of eating there, it was around 1:30pm so we were not worried about any lunch crowd. Well, the thing that we didn't know or expect is that although there are tables, however it seems that they were placed in this incredibly tiny spot just because they HAD to. We ordered, they only have bottled beverages and we asked for an unsweetened iced tea, and we were told that they didn't have any. Honestly, the reason why was just so unclear we just shook our heads. Fine, bottled water. I was none too thrilled thinking about the huge glass of ice water at my desk. We sat down at one of the tables, you literally have to go sideways to fit past the table to sit on the other side. The guy next to us started sneezing and no matter how hard we tried to avoid it, we were so close we both could FEEL it. He tried not to sneeze on us or the people to his other side, but the cramped quarters just did not let him. My hubby got up and asked for the food to go, we drove back to the office and ate it in the cafeteria. As far as the food, the bowls are good, I had the mediterranean with brown rice, it seemed fresh, and for vegetarians like us there are plenty of options. Next time I would like to try a bowl with the Quinoa, as I am a bit distrustful of the use of the grain since it is so nutrient and calorie dense it needs to be used as a main ingredient, not a filler. My hubby had asked for it and it seemed the ratio was good. I have to go back, my initial experience wasn't so positive and now I know that next time I know to just order to go.

This gem is a great healthy alternative to anything in the dr phillips area! It's a bit pricey but I feel like it's a small price to pay to feel a little better about your food. The customer service is top notch too! I've tried the Pangoa and the buffalo wrap so far and all have been awesome :) can't wait to come back!

The food is very fresh and the staff was friendly! It's an excellent healthy option for a fact casual restaurant. I will be visiting again!

I really wanted to like this place but my 1st impression wasn't very good. I ordered the Superbiotic Salad and my Mother ordered the Santa Fe Burrito. My salad was pretty bland. Mum says hers was just okay. The Green Smoothie was really good though! Service was a complete mess. Very very slow and disorganized. Way to many cooks in the kitchen with no direction. Party's that ordered after me received their food before us, and we still waited a good 15 mins after that until we got ours. I had to keep reminding them who I was and what I ordered...? If I do return it will for the drinks only. But I don't plan on making a visit anytime soon. Bummer...

My kids and I love Freshi. Wonderful healthy option between sports practices and mom errands on the weekends too!

I eat here 5 days a week...at least. It's not as cheap as chipotle or your local sandwich shop but it tastes less processed and much less salty. There is also a lot of variety from bowls to wraps and burritos. The staff here is very friendly and the owners are very hands on.

I went back...I tried it again, against my better judgement. Once again, my meat was not quite hot, not quite cold. There were little to no toppings, the employees seemed miserable. Nearly everything tasted old, and not "fresh". I won't be back.

I was told about this place by a friend and the food is better than I expected-extreme attention to detail and very well prepared in a casual setting

Not fresh at all. Very disappointed with their quality, I ordered a Cobb wrap for lunch a few days ago and the bacon in it was frozen, the lettuce was starting to go bad, it wasn't crunchy at all and it was not very green, their chicken tasted like cheap canned chicken... Not to mention I had more dressing in the wrap than actual meat. Plus their staff is not trained well, they seem all over the place and the owners always look lost and careless about the orders.. Do not go here it's expensive and not worth it #nastii

The kale and spinach smoothie is really great here! This place is pretty pricey though. You'd spend over $5 for a tiny cup of smoothie. The location is in Dr. Phillips, although you guys should definitely add a location in the Hunters Creek area! Guarantee you will make more business.

Freshii offers fresh, healthy, energizing food in a fast casual setting. It's Dr. Phillips franchise is the first in Florida and it is truly a welcome addition to Restaurant Row. Nestled between long time Dr. Phillips' eatery Carriera's and a doggie bakery, Freshii is clearly targeting the take out market, with seating for about 20 people in its immaculate space. The menu includes bowls, salads, burritos and wraps, all with customizable, healthy ingredients. Menu items are heavily influenced by Mediterranean and Latin American cuisine. I have now visited twice and have thoroughly enjoyed my meals each time. I've ordered both the Pangoa and Mediterranean Bowls but I have customized them so much that they really were my own creations by the time I had finished my order. Let it be sufficient to say that the ingredients were all extraordinarily fresh and flavorful. I can say with some certainty that I expect to be ordering from Freshii every week for as long as I live in Dr. Phillips.

This is what a fast food cafe should be- healthy ingredients, $5-$7 items and plenty to choose from without feeling guilty. Love having this as an option to Chipotle as they offer bowls, salads, and burritos (and more). The staff was extra friendly and have us samples of other items a few times unexpectedly. The manager greeted us and was really nice. I got the Tex Mex burrito and added chicken with a bottle of water. Afterwards I decided to try the Banana Walnut Crunch smoothie and it was delicious. Thanks Freshii for adding a new stop on my after work go-to list that's healthy! My only recommendation would be added outdoor (green?) seating to help market the place for people driving by, and calorie counts on the menu. :)

I love the food here and the people are always friendly. One thing to note though- 2 of the 5 or 6 times I have gone to this location and gotten my order to go, I am given the wrong food and don't notice until I get back home. Make sure you check your order carefully before leaving!

This place is so damn slow. Ordered a wrap and it literally took 25 min!!! Only 6 ppl in the place! I could have sat down and a full service restaurant and been served by now. Ridiculous for a walk up order wrap and salad place!

I've been here a few times and the service is not consistent. It's a good place to grab a quick, healthy meal but not my number 1 choice. It can get pricey depending on what you order. Haven't had a good breakfast experience and other items are just ok.

Breakfast, lunch and dinner I've eaten here and there is a lot of options of real HEALTHY plates that are delicious! 100% recommended. Get the freshii app to accumulate points and get free meals.

Fresh, clean, delicious food. Vegan chili rocks and you can add protein if desired for an extra charge. The juice drinks are great. Service is great and very friendly.

It's great that Orlando has a new healthy spot. I like to think of it like a healthy chipotle... With soup and froyo, and smoothies. Well maybe not like chipotle lol, but this place is awesome. Definitely try the pangoa and their freshii green smoothie! But one at a time because they're heavy lol

Well let me start by saying I am a full time regular customer! I am hooked on their juices. The beet juice in particular is addictive. I crave it! All the salads I have eaten have been very fresh, large, and delicious. I have not ordered wraps, soups, or bowls. Freshii has a small clipboard that customers can use to create their own salads. Total customization! So what is there to complain about? Like many others, I had the impression Freshii was fast food. It is not. Each juice or salad is handcrafted and takes a bit of time. With that said the service still seems unnecessarily slow. But I really like the food so I have adapted. I have learned to first place my order, leave, and come back 15 mins later. Alternately sometimes I call 15 mins ahead to give them time to make my order. They are fine with both scenarios. I agree with other reviewers that the service "sometimes" can be disappointing. My husband is more bothered by the service than I am. But again, I really like the food, so I have reason to be more forgiving. With a few simple tweaks it could be so much better and they will earn that 4th star!

I was really excited to try to new concept that has it's first location in Dr. Phillips. I work in the area, so it could be a great spot to grab a healthy lunch. The space itself it quite small, so it seems to assume most people will be taking their lunch to go and not dining in the restaurant. I ordered the Buffalo Chicken Wrap and the Powerhouse Smoothie which had pineapple, mint, coconut milk, low-fat frozen yogurt. The chicken in my wrap had no flavor whatsoever, so I'm not sure if it was in fact Buffalo. The wraps you get from Chick-Fil-A are better, but I could see they were using fresh ingredients in their prep area, so I did feel at least I was getting a fresh wrap, it doesn't didn't have any flavor. My smoothie was great, but very small for the $5+ price tag. I am all about a concept that wants to deliver people "fast food" that is healthy and fresh, but I wasn't very impressed with my first trip here. I will definitely try again before giving up.

I love the idea of the concept. They need to work on sense of urgency. It is painfully long to wait for food they don't even really cook. Needs to be faster and better service with the staff. Start with eye contact and moving faster.

If you're looking for a healthy alternative fast food restaurant, I'd definitely recommend coming here. The ingredients tasted fresh & we're quite delightful to the palate. It is quite pricey though, thus why I rated it 4 stars. Overall, the food is worth trying out :)

PANGOA RICE BOWL!! Best thing in DP. Get it with falahfel and chicken. So spicy. So delicious. I'm obsessed with this place. The powerhouse(sp?) Smoothie is also great, it tastes like a frozen mojito.

It's been a while since I've given any restaurant a 5 star rating. Specially a fast food place. This is not your typical fast food joint, but a healthier chipotle like option where the food is fresh and prepared daily. Definitely a nice break from the norm in the area, with plenty of options that will keep you coming here for more. For those that are into superfood and want to pack as much punch in your lunch as possible. You can customize your meal to add more greens and super foods like quinoa, kale, almonds, edamame, avocado, & more. I've had their bowls like the Pangoa and Buddha with protein, which btw is all hormone/antibiotic free, and they were not just filling but very tasty too. And by filling not that nasty/sluggish sensation you get from eating junk food but the full of energy satisfying feeling. I also tried their Freshii Green Smoothie which was boss!!! And super refreshing. It wash down the spicy dish I had very well :). As far as the service goes, nothing to disappoint here. Very fast and attentive, my food was out in minutes. Location is very clean, with awesome decor that's very modern and fresh. Even though the place is a little smaller than most larger own fast food restaurants in the area, this place is nicely distributed with seating inside and outside. I never felt like I was seating with a stranger. lol Next visit, I will be tackling on the salads and burritos/wraps. And maybe try their frozen yogurt while I'm at it. Hahaha

Finally a restaurant that serves whole wheat tortillas by default when you order a burrito. ;-) Freshii's just opened on Wednesday...and based on the green designs and menu on their website, we knew they were focused on clean, healthy food. And boy were we right! The use of this small space was done really well! There are seats inside and out, and a periodic table of the common wholesome foods us healthy folk are fond of: brown rice, Avocado, broccoli, egg, quinoa, etc. There are 3 or 4 menus screens with more options than you can read quickly. It's not clear if you can customize your own bowls, wraps, salads on the menu...but I imagine you can, since they let you build your own smoothies! Yumm. Some of the things that makes this place very unique: Falafel bowls. Wrap your burrito in a whole wheat tortilla or a green leaf. Soups, frozen yogurt, salads, breakfast lunch...with many options. I would love to see calorie counts on menu items, as many of us healthier eaters like to track that, thought I found many items on MyFitnessPal. Lastly...I highly recommend the Banana Walnut Crunch smoothie. Holy mother of flavor. Wow. Just...try it. I predict it'll be their best seller. :) I loved the Fiesta Salad with chicken and I added a little siracha (sp?) and I went to town. Great fresh flavors! I had the Green Energy Juice purely for the benefits...and drank it after sampling the Banana smoothie...so you can imagine it wasn't the best tasting for me. But it was juiced very nicely and you could make out the flavors. If you juice, you'll like this! Ok...stop reading and bookmark this place. It's worth it! :)

I really like this place. My favorite thing is the Pangoa bowl, but I've also enjoyed several wraps and burritos. Actually the juices are my favorite, but because they are so filling, I won't order a juice with another menu item. Same with the smoothies. They are all 12 oz, which is a good size for a single serving, but there must be a lot of fiber in all because they fill me up! The menu items are also big for me-a good portion to share or take home for leftovers.
