I always go to Freshens at Orlando International Airport prior to my departing flight. I always get the Peanut Butter and Banana protein shake. It is really good and they make it good consistantly. It is a bit pricey, around $7 but worth it. #Yelp100

I wanted a drink that had a little extra protein so I opted for a "Feelin Peachy" with a scoop of protein. Hot damn that smoothie was sweet. I'm not sure why all of their drinks taste so artificial- they seem to market their drinks as fresh and nutritious but I can't help to feel that I'm drinking liquid candy when I get a drink here. I ordered the Maui mango last time. Mike M. seems to like Pb and banana protein shake so I guess I ordered the wrong thing. I know now to opt out of anything sorbet based. :)

Aside from the fact that it's not good, and you barely get any toppings, it's also expensive. Employees were nice though.

Ain't nothing fresh about it. Got the Tropical Therapy bc it sounded great right about now. It tastes like piña colada mix, minus the alcohol... artificial juice taste! Mental note to self: you have a phone, you're in an airport, please use Yelp and find a decent place or you'll just keep writing these mental notes to self. Idiot never learns :) dmo out.

These are the worst smoothies I have ever had. They tasted very strongly of artificial sugar. Terrible.

Stopped here to pick up a cold bottle of orange Gatorade before my flight out back to Dulles. Apparently they were having technical problems that day with their POS or their network connection - it took approx. 5 minutes for a credit card transaction to go through...

I just had the worst experience at freshens smoothies and yogurts inside the Orlando airport. The lady behind the order refused to make me my strawberry milkshake. I understand that fresh fruit based food items are sometimes difficult to make due to some snitches. But she could have said the same with a courteous smile or even a Sorry would have sufficed. I changed my order .but now She refused to give me a lid for my togo milkshake. Her excuse was that the lid she had wouldn't fit the container. But she clearly had the exact same size container WITH a lid like the kind I requested ON DISPLAY !!!! this is unacceptable behavior because the next lady in line was services with a pleasant demeanor by the same freshen employee. I don't know what warranted this kind of behavior except where I come from.

Tried frozen yogurt at this Yogurt & smoothie bar at Orlando airport. Only 3 flavors of frozen yogurt were available (vanilla, chocolate & praline)... On the plus side all these flavors were fat free. The downside not too many topping options... Especially fruits. Surprising, because this is also a smoothie bar. Only fresh fruits available were strawberries & blueberries. Even the bananas used were frozen! Makes me wonder how their smoothies taste like....

I went to Freshens just before my flight. I though grabbing a kale smoothie would be nice. It was the regular price for veggie smoothie which is 6,81 for a big one. When they started making my order I knew something was wrong. They had frozen fruits but the veggies came out of a can of powder and a squirt bottle ( just like when you order flavored coffee). My kale/spinash smoothie tasted like celery salt. Just like the rim of a bloody cesar. Sadly, i trashed the whole thing.

Best snack in the Orlando Airport. (That's a low bar, but hey, you're already trapped, so make the best of it.) I recommend anything with Peach and Mango, but ask for little/no sugar - it's sweet enough with just the fruits!

Once you're past the shuttle and in your terminal in MCO, there are only so many places you can go, especially if you're a vegetarian. This Freshens is decent if you're looking for a smoothie, but their frozen yogurt itself is weirdly, like, sanitized tasting, even though they only have vanilla and chocolate. The fruits are often still frozen, and the staff is pretty apathetic as well. ...but, I mean, if you really want frozen yogurt / a smoothie, and you happen to be in Orlando Airport, there are only so many places you can go, so--

Not too bad for an airport smoothie but it is rather watery. Jamba juice is a better choice if you can find one.

Bleccccch!!!! You're kidding me? My 6 year old is a fro-yo connosseur and she could not eat the vanilla/strawberry swirl. My "lo cal" smoothie was laden with sucralose and sorbitol and about a bazillion other chemical sweeteners. Had I read the ingredients BEFORE I ordered, I would NOT have ordered it. This is chemical food posing as healthy food. It is NOT. And you are trapped in an airport so the prices are super high.

Go somewhere else. The smoothie is more artificial "juice blend" and ice than fruit. Threw it away.

I tasted the Orange Sunrise... and I have to admit.. it was probably one of the best juice/smoothies I have had. It wasnt overwhelming sweet.. it was just right. Price was a bit more, as expected in the airport. The staff members are okay in my book. One was nice, while the other wasnt clear when talking to people.

There's nothing fresh about Freshens. I ordered a soft serve vanilla yogurt with toppings. The yogurt was sweet and grainy. The blueberries were still frozen solid and the strawberries were mushy in a syrup. Yuck!!!

With very few healthy-food or light-food options in the United terminal, I settled for a smoothie (#11 - All that Razz) and didn't think it was memorable but it wasn't bad either..

Service here was poor. They said they do not carry whipped cream to put on the cup of ice cream, they only carry healthy toppings??? First the pictures on the menu clearly shows whipped cream, second how is cookie dough and Oreo blast healthy??? Other than the attitude I got the shakes where good.

Arrived at Orlando International for my flight home....the rental car returned, the bag is checked and after a painful wait in line behind a family that just doesn't get how to make it through security I hit the tram and got to Terminal B. With just a small window of time before boarding I knew I wouldn't have time to get anything to eat so what better than a meal in a cup?? Freshens was in my path as I made my way through the Cat in the Hat topped tourists, kids with one big Mickey Mouse hand, little girls with their Caribbean braided hair and even some mom's wearing baseball hats with Goofy's ears draped on them!! I ordered the 10 fruit juice with pineapple, coconut and banana in the 21 oz selection and made a quick dash to my gate. Since the weather had taken a turn for the warmer, finally, as I was LEAVING Florida it was nice to have a frozen icy beverage as I boarded the plane. Content in my 18A window seat, no one in the middle thank goodness and a person on the aisle that was not in the least bit worried about engaging in idle conversation - I was a happy traveler as we went wheels up over the bustling tourist trap that is Orlando.

If you want customer service this is not the place. Stay away, You are all warned. Rude employees. It's like pulling teeth to get a simple thank you or smile. May be they should try re training their employees or actually hiring people that have good core values as good customer service and good manners. I hope one day give you an opportunity to earn my business back.

It's whatever... it's a smoothie shop... It's in the airport. It's a quick pre-flight breakfast... what else is there to talk about? Just get me my mixed berry or acai with double protein before my flight leaves.

It's a hit and miss with this place. I visited twice, once on my flight out to Jamaica & once on my flight back to California. First time: Service: the girl was pretty nice, though not warm and welcoming Smoothie: well made, Mango smoothie, only 90 calories! It was delicious too Pretzel: tasted like pretzel left over from the day before Second time: Service: a (different) girl definitely do NOT want to work here, she looked miserable as she was serving people Smoothie: too liquidy :( Pretzel: fresh and yummy Like I said, hit and miss with this place, good luck!

I am addicted to the Angel Food smoothie. I know it's not the most healthy thing I can get out there (as there is a lot of sugar in it), but I keep telling myself it's much better then getting Burger King or some other fast food joint.

I am sorry to bring your star average down but I cannot in good faith recommend this place. I stopped by before my flight yesterday, already wary because of a past experience in some Texan airport and all my hesitations were confirmed. Does Freshens have a contract with TSA or NTSB?! Why not a Smoothie King or Jamba Juice? The acai smoothie was grody at best. It was grainy and did not taste anything like acai. I added a superfood boost because it combined two things I like...things that are super and things that are food and it ended up tasting like I had added a poorly crushed Tylenol to my smoothie.

Overpriced yogurt. Menu board lists a cup as "up to 3 toppings" and no listed price for any toppings, which I believe suggests you would get "up to 3 toppings" included with the $4 cup. When asked, the cashier just smiled and said that toppings are $1 apiece. Next time, I go with the better Pinkberry.

Employees are so rude. They don't explain anything to you and when ur ordering then start to tell you what you can and cannot do. Poor customer service and the shakes were no that great. Had to ask if there were any boosters available, this should all have been offered. I don't see this place being in business long with these 2 girls working here. One had red curly hair and the other had black longer hair.

Smoothies. Fruit and fruit juice, ice. Cold, filling, relaxing, dreamy, healthy. Sometimes, when I need a pick me up before a flight and I don't want the bad calories of the Wendy's next door, I'll just a nice mango soothie. I am content.
