Service over the phone was great. They delivered the pizza in the time that they stated. Everything we ordered was present the wings were good....but the cheese pizza was mediocre. Also make sure that you ask to see the little bit of extra that they charge is the delivery fee or tip so u know if u need to tip the delivery boy.

After ordering gyros from this place, and specifically telling them no sauce due to a friend's dairy allergy, they put sauce on them. She took a bite before seeing it and had a HORRIBLE allergic reaction. Called the company and requested new food. They said they would call us back. 10 minutes, no call. So we call back. Lady REFUSED to acknowledge that sauce is different than veggies and wouldn't offer a refund or send out different food. She wouldn't put us on the phone with a manager and said "there is nothing we can do."

Trespassed on Disney property to slip a flyer under my hotel room door. Given that they've already established themselves to be unethical, I'm certainly not ordering from them and finding out how bad their food is.

I called this place last Friday to order a pizza. They took forever to take the order. When they finally took it they said it would take at least an hour. I cancelled the order right away and asked the person on the phone to cancel the credit card charge. This was on February 6 and on the 9 a charge from them for $22.22 appeared on my card. So I called and they told me to speak with Alex, the owner. Today after 4 days trying to get them to reverse the charges, Alex told me he has no time and that it was my problem. THIS PLACE IS A RIPOFF! Don't give them yout credit card number!

My Girl just got sick from these folks. She has an Extreme Dairy Allergy and ordered Gyros with NO Sauce as it is Yogurt. Upon biting into the Gyro she found that there was sauce inside Under the Meat. She immediately spit it out and asked for a replacement or refund. They Refused and kept saying she asked for Vegetables. What do Vegetables have to do with SAUCE...They were completely rude and kept making excuses. Her entire weekend will be ruined now that they POISONED her!!! They should be ashamed!!!

Whyyyyy?!! Why didn't I read reviews before coming here! I actually had my bookmark list for this trip to Orlando, but we were exhausted from our day and ended up here. BIG mistake. Pizza took 30 minutes to cook and to top it off it was cold. Flavor was meh. Do not confuse this Francesco Pizzeria restaurant with the good reviewed Francesco's Ristorante.

It took almost 2 hours to get my food, then when it arrived it was cold! When I checked in the bag I noticed they gave me the wrong stuff, cheaper then what I ordered and paid for, I called and they said they would bring me the food I did order. I waited and constantly called back for 4 hours until they closed and they kept saying they would bring me the food but never did!! THEY ROBBED ME FOR $10 and I'm sure they will rob you too!!!!! This whole experience is so crazy I can't believe any business would do this! My only regret was not checking yelp before ordering food from here or else I would have seen all the scam warnings!!!

Francesco's is a scam operation. They slip their flyers under the hotel room doors without the hotel's knowledge or consent, making guests think that they're partnered with the hotel. Then they deliver you something other than what you ordered, keep your money, and lie to you about a replacement being on the way. I ordered a pizza. An hour and a half later, they delivered a different pizza with fewer toppings than I ordered. It was also cold, maybe an hour out of the oven. I called the delivery driver (he had called me when he was in the lobby) - no answer. I then called Francesco's. After I told him I got the wrong order, the guy kept putting me on hold. After about ten minutes, I was talking to air - it was clear he wasn't going to deal with the issue. He was just playing for time hoping I'd hang up, which I did. I immediately called Francesco's again. A different guy said they'd have my correct order to me in 30 minutes. It never came. In summary, they took my money and gave me something cheaper than what I ordered (a pizza with fewer toppings). Then they ignored me and lied to me about their efforts to fix it. They don't care - they're just exploiting Disney tourists until Yelp or the BBB puts them out of business. I hope that day comes soon.

Didn't dine in, ordered for pickup. We got a cheese pizza and garlic knots. The pizza was pretty good - was lacking sauce, barely had any, so I'm thinking next time I'll ask for extra. Flavor was good though. Garlic knots weren't quite as "greasy" and garlicky as I like (I've been to some great pizza places where the garlic knots/garlic rolls are dripping with garlicky oil, which I love). Wouldn't get those again, but I would go back for the pizza (with extra sauce on it).

Hole in the wall whose food is excellent. Warning: They put an autogratuity on the bill (only 2 in my party, dining in). They didn't call attention to this, but also gave me a spot to tip on my credit card bill. I zeroed out the opportunity to double-tip. The excellent food combined with the bad taste in my mouth from the tip maneuver averages out to an overall 3.
