As always 5 guys is great, really good food and all that, and they're very good at making sure to keep your food separate if you have a wheat allergy (or gluten issues because it's the same thing that needs to be separated) but the fries were a bit burnt and it just wasn't as good as the Altamonte store which is ALWAYS great and on point.

While the food did meet the usual somewhat high standards I have experienced in the past from this carnivores haven the service did not. Stopped by this food court location on 2/6/15 at about 12:30 pm. My wife and I both ordering the little cheese burgers, one small fry, and one regular diet Coke to share. Our order taker seemed to be in a hurry and for some reason wanted to anticipate our order.....Received a regular Coke, regular fry, and had some difficulty getting her to understand the burgers were not the larger double size. The bill was $18.07. I gave her a $20 and 7 cents in change and received $1.93 back. When we asked another employee to replace the Coke for a diet we got the frustrated look from her. As usual in todays retail service world a "thank you" was non-existent. Not at the top of their game in this location.

A Five Guys hamburger was the FIRST hamburger I decided to eat in, oooohhhh, about 5 years. No joke. I usually avoid burgers like the plague, especially "fast food" burgers, because I am one of those anal "healthy eater" types. Stumbled upon Five Guys and was impressed that the burgers are made from 100% ground beef, no filler, no additives, no nothing. You can see them make the burgers. Hallelujah, it doesn't come frozen from a box! A "regular" hamburger here comes with 2 patties, both about 3oz. You can also get a "small" hamburger which is 1 patty. The regular ones will set you back about $5 bucks and if you order it with "everything" you get mustard, ketchup, mayo, grilled onions, grilled mushrooms, lettuce, tomato and pickles. Lots of other free ingredients can be added too. Very thin, grilled bun. The verdict = DELICIOUS. This could convert me back to a once-in-awhile burger eater. I heard they have opened shop in Canada. Yay. (Their fries are apparently award winning...but I didn't try them)

If you're looking for a place to use up your cholesterol credits....this be the place. Boy got the cheese burger and I shared a bacon cheese burger. Judging by the speed of how fast the burgers disappeared it was definitely good. Not exactly sure what goes into the burgers but definitely the standard mayo, lettuce, onions, mushroom etc. believe it was the fresh beef that they use that stood out. First time we tried this and won't be the last - sorry mac and BK you guys better watch out for these 5 guys!

Five Guys is a great place to snag a burger on your shopping adventures. Located in the food court at the Premium Outlets, it does get flooded with tourists easily. This would be a five star review if only it were in a bigger location. But if you had the time to wait, this is a burger worth waiting for. If you're like me who works in the mall, this isn't ideal for your lunch breaks because of the wait.

Here in Hawaii, In-N-Out is a big deal. If you go to the mainland, it's necessary to eat at In-N-Out and then tell all your friends about it because it just makes you that much cooler. This past Florida vacation, I broke my Five Guys virginity and dear lord this kicks In-N-Out's butt by miles! I was in fast food heaven. I've decided to make Five Guys the next big thing down here in the islands. You're welcome. P.S. I almost forgot to mention the service! The service was fantastic! The young lady who took our order knew that were Five Guys novices and was so helpful and patient. She even comped our drinks and proceeded to fill our bag 1/2 full of extra fries. I don't know what's in that Florida water, but I need to get me some of that stuff!

Five Guys makes a pretty decent burger. I like the fact that if you have a wheat allergy they'll separate everything. The fries are a little bit overcooked but that's okay.

Same great five guys food that I've become accustomed to. This location is housed in the food-court of the outlet mall in. I had been craving something tasty all-day long and was happy to see their logo!

Heard a lot of good things about this place but it didn't live up to much of the hype. It's a tasty burger but it's still just a burger. Nothing too special. It's kind of pricey for a burger but I guess it's because it includes so many toppings which I did like. Toppings include: Mayo, Relish, Onions, Lettuce, Pickles, Tomatoes, Grilled Onions, Grilled Mushrooms, Ketchup, Mustard, Jalapeno Peppers, Green Peppers, A1 Steak Sauce, Bar-B-Q Sauce, Hot Sauce. There's the "little" burgers, which just have one meat patty and the regular burgers have two meat patties. I added hot sauce on mine and I think that's why it came out soggy. I do not like soggy burgers. I think if it wasn't so soggy, I would have enjoyed it more. Tasty but I prefer In-n-Out over Five guys any day.

Nestled amongst the amazing outlet stores and the largest mass of un-ironic Ned Flanders moustachioed patrons, lies a genuine Five Guys Burgers and Fries. The idea of gorging on a burger prior to trying on Banana Republic dress pants didn't sound appealing to me but my inner-Yelper spidey sense kicked in and I had to try it. Besides, a person I trust implicitly with these things, swears it's her fave. The verdict? Pretty damn good! I realize that MAYBE I'm not getting the ultimate experience in an outlet mall food court but when you establish a brand name synonymous with quality, you have to stand behind every place you put out there. I had the small cheeseburger with nothing on it. I wanted to compare it with the Burger's Priest, my penultimate burger reference scale. yelp.ca/biz/the-burgers-… This "small" burger was extremely generous and freakin' delicious. The fresh ground meat and cheese were exceptional but not the best burger I'd ever had. Still, the fact that you can get quality like this in a food court, speaks volumes. Yay, I'm a fan!

First time to a Five Guys, and I wasn't impressed. The food was average with just about any fast food restaurant, nothing special. And the price was a bit heftier than your typical fast-food joint, at least a good $11 for one person to get burger, fries and drink.

I've heard so much about Five Guys and was delighted to come across this location while shopping at the Prime Outlet mall. The burgers are very good. It's real meat, patties like you'd make at home. The fries are salty, crispy goodness. Just lovely, even if you've just consumed a weeks worth of salt in one meal! I'll definitely be back. I heart Five Guys!

Fries were burnt and looked greasy, burger was ok but nothing special. The burger with fries were about $10. On the plus side, the fries portion was sizable, it can be shared by 2 people. However overall, It didn't seem much different from other fast food places.
