This is a great sandwich shop. I love the firehouse theme and the service has been great at each store I have visited. The food is fresh and not to crazy in price for what you get. I love the hook and latter fully involved! If you like hot sauce this place has an entire bar full of them. From a heat rating of 1 to 10. I didn't do the 10. The 8s and 9s did me just fine! Thumbs up to this place. Subway is good if you have nothing else to choose but if you find this place close by it's definitely better and worth the drive!

Firehouse Subs can be heavy but there is no denying that they are filling. Plenty of meat, cheese and vegetables in each sub I have purchased there. I still prefer Jersey Mike's but if time makes the extra few miles impossible, Firehouse is a viable option.

Can't go wrong with any sub at Firehouse. I recommend the Italian fully involved. This store is in the midst of many great restaurants in the area. If you're looking for a quick sandwich place this is the spot to go.

Awesome subs! I work in the area and end up at Firehouse for lunch at least twice a week. Medium Italian combo on white bread no tomato. Throw some of their branded hot sauce on (it's sweet) and you have an awesome meal!

This place sucks! They locked me out 1 minute before closing when I was 3 feet away from the door. I went out of my way to come to this place in particular. When I knocked the guy just raised his shoulders and mouthed "sorry." are you kidding me??

First time at at Firehouse. You're welcomed by just about everybody. The order taker explained the menue and offered her favorites. The place was clean and food was great. What a welcomed relief in a world where customer service is all but forgotten.

I'm not really a sandwich person but my boyfriend loves it and dragged me here. I must say i'm glad he did. The service was quick and friendly and the sandwiches tasted good. Prices were also decent. And they have a good selection of hot sauce which is why i give them a 4 star otherwise it would be a 3 star.

By far the worst experience at ANY sub place! We love firehouse subs so we chose to go here over the rest of the sub places (there is a Which Wich, Jimmy Johns, Subway, ect) on Sandlake. Me, my boyfriend and our roommate walked in and ordered our meals.My roommate and I went to wait at the table while my boyfriend waited on our subs. A while later he came to the table with my sub and his sub and said the guy would bring our roommates food in just a minute. We went to dig in and we noticed our subs were not what we ordered (both had mayo and mine was on wheat instead of white despite our receipt including these requests). We brought the subs back and got our roommates sub (which was correct) and waited for our order to be correct. Once again we go to dig in and once again we have mayo! We bring back the subs again and finally 30 minutes after we place our orders we received the correct order. The gentleman working apologized and explained that while we were waiting for our order he had a bunch of others to finish first that came in between his mistakes. Now, working in the hospitality industry, this blew my mind as I know when a mistake is made that order should be prioritized. The other thing is there were two people "working" however the other woman did not seem to be helping the young man. I can safely say, there is no reason to go here when there are so many other great choices in the same area.

The story you are about to read is true. This is restaraunt row, Sand Lake in Dr Phillips. With choices ranging from Italian to Sushi, why pick a chain sub shop? My name is Skacey, I carry a badge. 11:52 am. I'm stopping my day for a quick lunch at Firehouse subs. Upon walking in I'm greeted with the now familiar "Welcome to Firehouse!" With a large selection of subs, all with firehouse themed names, you need to read the menu carefully the first time. The toppings are steamed and the bread soft and tasty.

Always fast excellent service at this location, staff greets you upon arrival, quickly takes your order then brings it to your table when it's ready. You don't get that at SUBWAY! Plus tastes a WHOLE lot better! Highly recommended for a quick lunch spot!
