So, I have been to several different Firehouses before, this is the best one yet. I was very impressed with the staff and pride they took in making sandwiches. I had a Sriracha beef which hit the spot. I also tried a sample of the chicken salad, which was very good. All and all, a great franchise. If I am ever back in the area, I just might stop in. I also might give some other Firehouses a chance again.

This place doesn't rate 1star but I couldn't post without it. We ordered 6 sub, (5 cold and 1 hot'). All the sandwiches came hot. Wilted lettuce and sautéed onions do not belong on a cold sub. The bread was both tasteless and soggy. We end up throwing the majority of the food away. The State Consumer Affairs should look into this place for false advertising that they sell subs. They sell the poorest excuse for a sub that you will ever experience. There are multiple fast food locations in this area. Try one of them, you cannot do any worse.

Our subs were hot and fresh and the staff members were extremely nice and friendly. We will definitely stop by again the next time we are in the area. Sometimes while on vacation we get tired of eating sit down, elaborate meals and this place made us feel a little more like home.

First time here. Great sandwich. However it took over 30 minutes for people to get served and for me to get one sandwich. The staff was not very friendly and seemed not to care that everyone was waiting so long. Would have been a 5 if the service was better.

Excellent subs! We stopped for lunch one day before heading off to the Disney parks, fast service, a ton of choices and served hot and fresh! Will be visiting again in the future.
