Definitely a friendly staff here! As with other Firehouse sub locations, the food is pretty standardized and delicious. The staff at this location make the difference. They welcome customers as soon as they enter and check to make sure the sandwich is made right per the customer's taste. Definitely a good spot!

We stopped in to grab a quick sandwich while we were out and were happily surprised. The staff was friendly and quick with the order. Overall it was a decent spot, the only drawback is that their menu is a limited. Otherwise, it's pretty good as sub shops go.

These subs are a much higher quality choice than Subway. I find the veggies to be piled high and the meat/cheese to be of quality. Decent service with a smile. The vast array of hot sauces makes it fun to pick your favorite. My only complaint is if there's a long line, food wait times seem to be a little longer than would meet my expectations

Not a happy camper at all !!! On 12/6/2014 I ordered a Large MOMMAS Chicken Salad ....basically it was horrible, there was BARELY a skim coat of chicken in the sandwich ... a typical BREAD sandwich is more of what it was.... and not worth it at all ! If this place puts out that kind of sandwich daily I would be amazed if anyone would ever want to go back, either that or you have never had a "quality" sandwich or you simply don't know any better ! You could get a better sandwich just about anywhere on earth, than what was served to me at this place. This is my second visit to a Firehouse Sub and now, it's my last ever... I have had great sandwiches before and they are not hard to find but definitely not here! I feel this organization is riding on the coat tails of a firehouse image of guys wanting good and hearty sandwiches, unfortunately, you wont find that here at firehouse subs. I just wanted a decent sandwich .. it didnt have to be great... IT DIDNT EVEN COME CLOSE... I don't think anyone wants a bread sandwich......

Our favorite sub shop. When we moved from Buffalo, we didn't think there would be anything that could take the place of Dibella's subs. We're happy to say that we were wrong! And I haven't had to worry about MSG in any of the subs I've gotten. (I know you don't normally think of MSG in a sub, but I'm pretty sure Publix subs gave me an MSG headache!)

Still the best sub shop around and I'm so pleased to announce that a new team of employees have been there the last three times we've been in and they are like the "old crowd". Very friendly and super friendly as well as professional A little tip - for the best chocolate chip cookies ask one of the guys to pop it into the microwave few a few seconds. HEAVEN!

Arrived at the store at 1:00, ordered at 1:17, received my order at 1:46. Arrived at home only to realize all 3 subs were made incorrectly. Is it impossible to find subs in the Disney area even close to as good as you can find in the Northeast? I don't think so. I miss Larry's!!!
