This is a pretty standard Firehouse, although it is a very large store. The day we stopped by they even had a Dalmatian themed bounce house in the parking lot. I love the pork and slaw sandwich but it's only available in the summer. That's probably a good thing because the sandwich is so unhealthy! When it's not around I get either the hook and ladder, engineer or turkey cranberry. I love the hot subs and they are always very filling. Staff is fairly friendly (that company forced, "Welcome to Firehouse" as every person enters). Call ahead your order for faster service.

I love the subs, and the staff at this location. Every time I have been to this location the staff greets you and is patient with you while ordering. When they are making the subs they seem to be having fun and like they actually care about making the subs right and delicious. Unlike my experience at the Doctor Philips location, this location is top shelf!

The food here is decent and it has lots of seating. My only issue is everytime I go the staff is so unfriendly with the exception of one person.

I have got to say, I was surprised by how much I have enjoyed eating at Firehouse. While I typically get either the Meatball or the Hook & Ladder, all their subs have been really good. The bread is nice and they have a huge selection of hot sauces. Overall, this place is really good and definitely a cut above other places like Jimmy Johns and Subway.

I enjoyed my time here... The bread was a little old, but all in all, they made a good sandwich:)

We used to have a Firehouse near my house that closed 2 years ago. We have really missed it. After eating here the last two days, while in Orlando, I remember what we have been missing. The service was excellent and the food was fresh and delivered to our table. Love the freestyle Coke machine. The only negative, was that someone made a big mess in the mens room. They should be checked more frequently.

We were greeted by a warm and friendly staff and the food was great. My kids love the meatball subs and the grilled cheese. We will definitely be back for more!!!

Really, really impressed with this place! Syesha and Nick made me a Stellar sub loaded with lots of fresh veggies. The manager Trell is running a well oiled machine because everything runs smoothly and efficiently. I'm vegan, so it isn't very easy to find a good sub place. Fresh veggies, tasty bread, and good service. Clean on the inside and friendly staff. I love, love, love most of all the hot sauce collection! They have about 30 bottles to choose from. I have eaten there 2 times in a day if that is any indication of hoe much I love this place:)

Really needs to pay more attention to customers orders. The sandwich was fine, but what I don't appreciate is after giving you $20 for a sandwich that costs $7.13, you return only. 87. To make matters worse, after I reminded you of your error, you mistakenly recall that you only gave me $2. No you gave me .87 and now you are only giving me $10 back from my order that initially cost me $7.13. So in retrospect, I just paid $9.13 for one sandwich. Aren't you guys charging enough? I didn't raise a stink because frankly I am tired. But I will definitely not return and will alert others of my experience. Have a good day.

I have tried almost everything on the menu but the Hook & Ladder fully involved will always be my favorite. Huge selection of Hot sauces to choose from. Great place for tasty subs!

I really enjoy the steamed subs at Firehouse Subs! The menu offerings are limited compared to other sub chains, but the quality and taste make up for it. Check out the menu and order online at firehousesubs.com My favorite hot sub is the Hook & Ladder (with smoked turkey breast, honey ham, & Monterey jack cheese) served "fully involved" (loaded with mayo, lettuce, tomatoes, onions, & a dill pickle spear on the side) on warm soft toasted bread, very tasty!!! I usually get it this medium sub as a combo meal ($7.09) with chips & a medium Diet Pepsi fountain drink. The dining area has Dalmatian spotted table seating, TV, and a self serve Pepsi fountain drink station. This is an order at the counter place and the staff will bring your food out to your table. A job well done again to Firehouse Subs for putting out the flames of my craving for a great tasting sub around 9:30 PM during my stay in Orlando.

Reminded me of Quizno's, if Quizno's moved into a fire station. EVERYTHING is firehouse themed - the menu, signs, decor - even the hot sauce they sell comes in a bottle shaped like a fire hydrant. It's clean, quick, and my sandwich was tasty. I got the "Engineer"... a hot turkey sub with sauteed mushrooms. Quite good! I've only ever been to this location but I imagine the others are similar. A notch above Subway, go here for good, quick subs... or if you've always dreamed of being a fire fighter and never quite fulfilled that dream.

I've never been a huge fan of this place although I've been a few times. The only thing I do like about this place is the high amount of different hot sauces on the counter although you have no idea how spicy each one may be. The subs are ok, kinda small. There's not a ton of meat on them, they use shredded lettuce, blah... Also, it's pretty expensive...owww. Word of wisdom...do NOT get mayo on your sub. Will destroy you!

I do not get this place. To me it is a slightly upscale version of a typical sandwich shop. The premium you pay for the upscale nature is reasonable for what you get. Hot sandwiches, fountain drinks, chips, etc are all good. What I do not get is how much others rave about Firehouse. My boss, based in MN, loves the place so much she wants to open one. Other managers in my office talk about this being the best sub-shop chain. I do not know, perhaps these people are amazed that a shop that gives you a dollar of upscale quality only charges you an extra dollar. I will go back any time somebody asks to go, but I do not go out of my way to eat here.
