I Yelped Peruvian restaurants because I'm from NY. I came across El Inka Grill the portions, pictures and reviews on Yelp looked amazing!! The customer service was great the food on the other hand were not the big portions I saw and read people say where for two. The taste was good nothing special. Sadly I was disappointed. Three stars for our waiter very sweet.

Hidden gem in the south Orlando area. Hunters creek finally has a good Peruvian restaurant! Lunch special M-F is great! App, entree and drink for $8.95

I absolutely love this place. My husband and I came here for lunch today to try their lunch special, which let me tell you for 8.95 you get an appetizer your entree and drink which is a bang for your buck. The food is really good and fresh to order the restaurant is very clean and the service was really great! I will be back soon!!

The ceviche is to die for. I am peruvian and I must say it's probably the best I've had in the states thus far. They also have lucuma ice cream which was heavenly and creamy just like the way it is in Peru. Definitely a must go to place. The service was excellent. The waitress was very attentive and the owner even came out to greet us.

Awesome Peruvian food! I can't believe how I have missed this gem for so long in my area. I ordered the paella and the calamari. Both were so good and very generously portioned. The price is good and the service is nice.

I went there tonight and yummy. I had the Aji de Gallion and after the first bite, I was taken back to fond memories of my trip to Lima. The spices were not as spicy as I remember but they said next time, let them know to make it more spicy. They go easy on the spiciness unless you say add more. The owner came over to check on everything...nice personal touch. They have live music on Tuesday nights and Peruvian fests once a month. They have lunch specials and I saw a couple of people coming in for take out. Very good and I'll be going back.

Outstanding ceviche! Very good service and reasonable price. Now I know where to go for authentic peruvian ceviche when I'm in Orlando.

I visited this place when it first opened because it was close to my house. I wasn't really happy with the food at the time but figured it was the first week and it would get better. NOPE! I have returned twice after that and both times the food has been okay at best. With so many food choices in Orlando these guys are going to have to work lots harder to provide a quality experience over all. Prices aren't cheep and the service is okay. Nobody was rude to us it's just pretty mediocre.

I had a great experience, took my Friend for her first time trying Peruvian Food. She loved it, service was amazing and super friendly. Good choice!!

This is a really good place for Peruvian food. You really nee to know Peruvian food to understand that the quality of this place is awesome. We had a great time and enjoyed the food, the service, and the chicha morada. We will be going back many times.

Stopped in for lunch on the way to the airport... The food was great, the staff was friendly, the environment was great! A delicious meal without breaking the bank... Will be back next time in the area.

Their ceviche pescado and tiradito are great starters that goes well with their cristal beer from peru. not a big fan of their traditional steak and french fries with rice and eggs but appreciate the influence of cultures. their lucama ice cream is a must have! along with their chicha morada! service was slow had to remind our sever for drinks that we asked for 10 minutes earlier. but overall good experience

Finally got around to visiting this, the closest restaurant to my home (by car). Didn't have the famous ceviche, maybe I'll try that next time. I had the Aji de Gallina, small chunks of chicken in a really yummy cream sauce with pieces of potatoes, served with rice: just delicious. The wife and child both had churrasco, deliciously seasoned and grilled skirt steak (though it was probably one level rarer than the 'well done' we requested. The beans were interesting, white beans, not whole like are typically served with Dominican/Puerto Rican meals, nor pureed (like Mexican refried beans), but in between. (They could have used more salt, and there was none on the table.) For dessert, we had the waitresses recommendations: the chocolate cake (heavy/decadent: good not great) and the fried dough in pamela (sp?) sauce, kind of a caramel, also pretty good. While eating, we saw huge platters of fried ?seafood? come out of the kitchen: that might be on the menu next time we go. Definitely, this one is a keeper.

Food was amazing, server was great. My fiancé and I went there for lunch, I got the bistec a lo pobre and my fiancé got Ceviche and for dessert was picarones, and everything came out perfect and it tasted delicious.

I heard that Peruvian Ceviche was unique, so came to try it. I had a sangria glass and the Lobster Ceviche, it took a few time to be prepared, servers we're very attentive. Once the Ceviche arrived I have three words for it : it was orgasmic. Seriously you must try it

  • Yvonne R.

Found this place on yelp while in Orlando on business. Amazing!!! This was the first time I have had Peruvian and I am hooked. The seafood was absolutely the best I have ever had!! Will always stop here when I can. Try it! It will NOT disappoint! yummy.

Once again we are here, and it is PHENOMENAL! !!!! The owner came to see us to see if everything was okay, it was GREAT! !! You must come here. The fried corn kernels as an appetizer are the best, the steak and Ceviche are both to die for...try it!!!!

This place was amazing best civeche that I ever had my daughter had the kids steak and fries and my husband had the Lomo saltaldo. Everything was delicious you know it's great when there are no left overs.

  • Rory D.

An excellent array of Peruvian comidas typicos. Delicious fresh ceviche de pescado, as well as shrimp, langoustinos, etc. Also bistec or chicken Saltado, puréed potatoes topped with either shrimp, chicken salad. Nice tostones (fried plantains), churrasco steak el Pobre, with fried egg, French fries, rice & platanos maduros, several soups & salads & desserts. They were out of pisco, so we shared a carafe of nice house made sangria. However, if you've never had Peruvian, & you like fish, definitely get the ceviche.

While vacationing in disney I figured I try something different then the usual food establishments in orlando. This Peruvian place sounded great and I couldn't pass a chance to eat pollo salteado. The location and decorations where lackluster. The waiters were nice until the place for filled and they forget about me. I had to get up and ask the waiter twice to come to my table. The food was good but I've had better. I think the cook used to much spices. All in all I felt that it was good but not enough for me to come back to try again.

  • Jackie L.

Very disappointed, we decided to try something new. They brought the wrong order and tried to correct with a dish that it was served with a greasy rice few shelled shrimp and some seafood dry and rubber consistence. I had to complain so they would try better next time but I was presented with the check. They removed that dish from the bill as a courtesy for their mistake, after all the meal was not only wrong but late and badly made. I was too nice to praise the restaurant for the appetizers which were delicious but not a par with the rudeness of bringing me the check immediately after I made the complaint. Zero tact and appreciation for choosing to patronize their business that evening.

My wife & I live nearby so when we saw this Groupon we thought "what the heck". Honestly, we've had mixed results with Groupon in this area, but this was an instant winner! We were seated quickly upon arrival and they had a seat for our 9 month old son right away. We were given time to look over the menu while we ate some roasted kernels/nuts??? that were delicious on their own and really good with the flavorful green hot sauce they came with. Our one little complaint is they didn't get us refills on our drinks quickly enough and we had to ask a couple times. After that hot sauce, we really needed it! Enough about that. THE FOOD!!! I ordered LOMO SALTADO A LA POBRE which right off their menu is "(With fried egg and fried sweet plantain)Traditional Peruvian dish of sliced beef sautéed with onions and tomatoes, white wine and soy sauce reduction served with french fries and white rice." I was looking up recipes on my phone while we sat there eating, it was so good! The egg on the rice was delicious! My wife ordered AJI DE GALLINA. It's shredded chicken with Peruvian yellow creamy sauce served with rice. Again, I've already looked up a recipe and just need to find a good market that carries aji peppers! It was a great meal and we've already decided when next either set of parents comes to town and wants to do lunch/dinner, THIS is the place we'll be taking them!

I had the chaufa Marisco. The wife had the ceviche. All tasted original and good! The desert was disappointing, the flan was flat and felt supermarket purchased! All and all we will be back!

Beautiful place, food is great. We love the tacu tacu lomo, and the ceviche mixto. However every time I eat the ceviche, I have to find the nearest restroom....

I bought a Groupon ($13 for $24 voucher) for this restaurant and we went last Friday. For starters, they bring out this roasted corn kernel with hot sauce. The roasted kernels didn't taste like anything and the hot sauce, although hot, was bland. My boyfriend and I both had the Churrasco a lo Pobre. Each plate was $18.95. A little steep for the amount of food you get, in my opinion. The meat was super tender and juicy. Very delicious, but the rice and french fries that came with it were just okay. I honestly wasn't impressed. They were plain and boring. There was nothing too impressive about this dish. I could have gotten more bang for my buck elsewhere. The service was great. I have no complaints there. They had nice live entertainment, which was nice. It was a quaint, dim lit romantic spot. It was a little hard to find at first. It is in a Publix shopping center. I honestly don't know that I would return unless it is to purchase their lunch special which is $8.95 for an appetizer, entree and drink. Oh, for those that purchased a groupon or want to purchase it, there were no hassles there. We didn't get treated any different for having one. Just keep in mind you must buy TWO entrees.

  • Yanina L.

The chicha morada, sangria, papa la huancaina, tallarines verdes was amazing! It was a little busy so the wait was longer but the food was amazing!

  • Sharon W.

We finally tried this place thanks to a Groupon. We started off with some sangria (really good, get some). Good thing we had this because the complimentary corn nuts (?) came with a spicy green sauce - drink needed after that. His entree was the steak lomo saltado with rice and a fried egg. I had the chicken breast topped with garlic & cilantro on a bed of linguine with a yellow cream sauce. Both entrees were quite good and we will definitely return though it may be hard to try something different because these were so tasty (although husband said he could probably do without the rice since there were also French fries on the plate). Service was okay, atmosphere was fine - nothing outstanding on either count which is why I didn't give it 5 stars.

Absolutely a hidden gem! We decided to try after 3 years of driving by this small restaurant. We are completely kicking ourselves for having waited so long! We started with the shredded chicken salad over potatoes - it was fresh, light, and beautifully plated; truly delicious! I ordered a wonderful beef dish with the most delicious marinade; served with sweet plantains and a fried egg. My husband ordered a fried seafood dish with a sauce that was so good, we were eating it by itself... We shared of course - and couldn't shut up about the wonderful flavors! Dessert was also a wonderful experience - and something we often don't order - but we had to go for it! We had what were similar to homemade donuts in a fantastic cane sugar sauce that had the slightest hint of clove in it. We also tried the ice cream - made using a fruit only grown in Peru. It was similar to a butterscotch flavor, but lighter and so creamy! This restaurant is clean; the service is top notch and so friendly - What a wonderful treat dinner was tonight!!! I can't recommend it enough!

Feeling adventurous, Melissa M. and I I hit this place up on the way to get our nails done. Having never had Peruvian food, I wasn't sure what to expect, and I really was surprised to be asked if I'd ever eaten the culture's food before. When I answered no, the Waitress was more than happy to offer suggestions and show us the monitor in the back that gave pictures of the mouthwatering food. They have an absolutely fabulous lunch special, so for $8.95 you get a drink, a starter and an entree, so we chose to have the starter of the boiled potatoes in a Peruvian cheese sauce, I had a pounded chicken breast in a zesty lime sauce with salad and rice, my friend had a chicken and rice dish, both were absolutely delicious. Had we not been so full, we would have opted for their donuts which looked exquisite!

I don't know if I can say enough good things about this place. It's a nice cute place inside, staff is great and very accommodating. Once, we had to ask twice for refills because it slipped her mind, but she apologized profusely. It didn't really worry me, it happens, but it was refreshing to know a waitress cares about her tables Onto the food. I took one bite of my chicken meal with yellow cream sauce, and I was in heaven. Writing about it now, my mouth waters wanting to eat it again. The white rice wasn't bland at all, nice fresh cilantro spice to it, and the sauce with the chicken just made it even better. I soaked up as much of that sauce as possible short of licking the plate! Prices are a little higher, but you get plenty of food, so I have no problem paying the price for a good meal. I highly recommend this place, and we'll be visiting again!

I'm not so sure if it was just a one time fluke or not, but the food was not at all what I was expecting based on the other reviews. I absolutely love Peruvian food, and there are a few places that I frequent when I'm in Miami. Therefore, I decided to search for a restaurant while in the Orlando area that has good ceviche, and this place came up first. Since I was alone, I ordered my food to go. This order consisted of the ceviche mixto and the lomo saltado a la pobre. Neither was at all up to par with what I'm used to. I ate about half of each before tossing them in the trash. The runny egg on top of the rice... ugh! I asked for it too be well done as I'm not big on consuming raw eggs. It was still raw and runny. The lomo saltado was decent overall but just still seemed to be lacking something... like it was too salty and maybe a rushed preparation? Honestly, though, I can say that this place is authentic, and I would give them another chance the next time that I'm in Orlando. If my experience is better the next time, I'll update this review, but as it stands now, the food is only average for me.

During my last visit to Orlando, I decided to have lunch from the lunch menu at $8.95 for an appetizer, main dish and a drink. I order Papa a la Huancaina with Lomo Saltado. The Papa a la Huancaina sauce tasted great, but the potatoes came cold (refrigerator cold). The Lomo Saltado meat was tender and nicely cook; came with a nice side of rice and french fries. My guests ordered Aguadito de Pollo, the soup was salty and had a funky taste it was not fresh. Overall we had an ok food experience. The servers were nice, attentive and the food arrived fast. The food needs to improve and in my next visit i will like to give the food a 5 start rating.

Good ceviche location for the Hunter's Creek location. Also had the paella, which was great. It was a huge portion. I will definitely come back with more friends.

Our food was very Good!!! I had the Lacu Lacu con Pollo a la Parrilla, wow! I was worried about the fried crispy rice, but it very very lite!!! It's Friday night so I guess they have karaoke. We didn't have to wait to long for our food, which is always good. But our waiter never came back and waited for a while for the check.

We had churrasco a lo pobre, tallarin verde con churrasco y choros a la chalaca, the best by far. If you come to Disney, you definitely have to come to this place to try peruvian food.

One of the best experiences we've had with Peruvian. After being at the parks all day we make a point to support local establishments in the area. Being fans of Peruvian food we decided on this place based on the later hours, but were so impressed with the excellent service and quality of the food. Husband ordered the Lomo Saltado & said it was the tastiest he's had- steak was juicy, extra tender and flavor was on point. I had fish ceviche and the Parihuela and both were super fresh and seasoned to perfection. So glad to have found this place! We can't wait to be back.

I ordered takeout, and was not disappointed. It is refreshing that my experience with the food improved from last time. They offer a lunch special until 3 PM for $8.95. It includes an appetizer, entree, and a beverage. I opted for the chicken Chaufa for my entree, and it was delicious. It is somewhat similar to Chinese fried rice but not quite. I had the Huancaina potatoes as an appetizer, and I really didn't care for them. It was a peeled potato cut in 4 pieces with a cheese sauce (Cheddar?). This, of course, does not reflect badly on the restaurant. It was just a matter of me being ignorant of what the dish actually was. It was a cold appetizer, and I was definitively not expecting that. Also, the sauce was just not what I was hoping for. I got the Lomo Saltado for my boyfriend, and the dish was... blah.... again. On my first visit, I had ordered this dish and declared it just okay. Therefore, I have to come to the conclusion that this dish isn't their strength which is fine. They have plenty of other tasty dishes that make up for that. I also ordered an alfajor as dessert. It is a cookie with dulce de leche and powdered sugar. If you haven't had this before, you have no idea of what you are missing out! They sell a very scrumptious alfajor for $2.00. It's a cookie worthy of the gods. I can imagine Thor and Poseidon cooking up a storm to get their hands on it ... I want one now that I got my brain thinking on this direction. I was annoyed, though, that the waiter ran my credit card three times for my transaction. He charged one lunch separately, the other lunch separately, and the alfajor separately too. While it is not a big deal, it just doesn't make sense. Also, I never got my beverages even though I had told them over the phone what I wanted. I didn't realize this because I was talking over the phone when I went to pick it up and spaced back in when I got home. I guess it is not completely their fault because if I had noticed in the restaurant, they would have given me the beverages. Oh well... All in all, while there is still some room for improvement, I find the restaurant is doing much better. I will drop by again.

A nice place for lunch, although I have to add a note it may not be best to come when they first open. It smelled really strongly of cleaner, so I sat outside with a friend. The service was good, and I appreciated the server taking some time to point out her favorites on the menu. The lunch menu is very well priced and the serving was too big for me to eat in one sitting. I had the aguadito de pollo to start, a soup with chunks of chicken (be careful of bones) peas, rice, and cilantro. It was mostly broth, but I liked it (can't say I would order it again, though) . My entrée was the chaufa de pollo, the Peruvian style fried rice with chicken- very delicious! Especially mixed with the spicy green sauce that goes with the corn nuts ( I think that's what they are?) on the table. My friend had the traditional ceviche with white fish. It had a nice creamy citrus sauce and good texture. We also had the fried yucca, a must try as an alternative to French fries. It's not my favorite setting inside, but I like that sitting outside is an option and there's some plants around to distract from the parking lot. I would say 3.5 stars overall, the food was good for lunch, and I would be curious to check it out for dinner sometime.

$8.95 for appetizer, soda and lunch? Now THAT is a lunch special! My most memorable time there however was not lunch, but a dinner with my girlfriend. We decided try some Chicha Morada which is a purple corn drink. It didn't taste bad but I would definitely consider it an acquired taste. For dinner I ordered the Churrasco A La Pobre which is Angus skirt steak fries, sweet plantains, white rice and an egg. Delicious! The rice and steak not over or undercooked and the sweet plantains absolutely delicious. Our waitress was both knowledgeable and friendly. To top it off the restaurant manager made sure we enjoyed our dinner and gave me his card wishing us safe travels and safe return. Overall a 5 star experience. Another Hunter's Creek MUST!

Had lunch here today, on a Sunday, and loved it! The ceviche was fresh and delicious. The steak was delicious also, with plantains, french fries, rice, and an egg. We also had the fried calamari which was light and fresh and really tender. Lovely waiter, good service, and we ate outside which was breezy but but nice. We were very very happy with our lunch.

I ordered a shrimp ceviche that cost me $20 and it was mediocre. The sign out front says ceviche, I expected better. The menu doesn't really blow you away either. Very basic selection. The staff was friendly and the venue itself us very nice

my favorite place for Peruvian food their churassco a lo pobre (skirt steak) is my favorite. always cooked to perfection and they never disappoint. owner is extremely friendly and the staff is always happy to help.

A Puruvian friend of ours took us out to lunch at this place. The Chicha Morada is a drink made out of red corn juice and pineapple juice. It looks and tastes a little bit like cranberry juice. It sounded kind of disgusting, but my friend recommended it. I thought it was fantastic. This is my first try at Peruvian seafood. My Friend says there are many Asians in Peru and so the Asian influence is heavy in Peruvian food. I had seafood fried rice which I thought was incredible. We tried a number of dishes, which was just shared from the table. They had absolutely no problem bringing us extra plates. I also had the ceviche, which was new to me, but that I thought was really good.. I would definitely go back the next time I'm in town. The atmosphere was friendly and relaxed. The music was quiet and allowed us to carry on a comfortable conversation. The server was super friendly. And very helpful.

I absolutely loved this place! I got their fish platter and honestly was the best fish I've ever had. Who would've thought they have great fish! The food is packed with flavor but the down side is that their really expensive.

This is probably the best Peruvian food I've had in a long time. Everything was DELECIOUS. The ceviche was fresh, super tasty and the perfect heat. Also the "lomo saltado a lo pobre" was amazing! This dish is what I would def recommend from here. The steak had super smokey flavor that is really hard to describe and even if I attemp is just going to fall short. It was truly delicious, so good that I actually considered going back the next day and getting some more! You just have to taste it! The tallerines verdes were very good also and the chicken was perfectly cooked, tender and juicy. The fried "donuts" dessert is so freaking good too! Perfect way to end the night after some of that ceviche heat. The service was excellent and the food came super fresh, hot and pretty quick.

Stopped in for lunch last week... The food was great, the staff was friendly, the environment was great! They are having music night once a month... check it out! Pollo saltado was delicious... I just wish they had fresh juices... but their Ceviche was delicious as well... all freshly made... We will be going back!!!

Reading the previous reviews we were very enthusiastic to make the drive from the East Coast to celebrate my Peruvian husband's birthday. Our children were here from out of town - we had a party of twelve. Though the meal itself was good and the Sangria wonderful - the service left a lot to be desired. At times we definitely felt abandoned by our server. When taking our order, he completely forgot about three of our guest. Our dinners came out at different time with the first and last people served more than ten minutes apart. Many of our guest ate cold meals as they respectfully waited for my husband to finally get his food. This process carried on into coffee and dessert as well. Unfortunately, our server - though pleasant - appeared completely overwhelmed by his responsibilities.

It was 5 of us we order 1 appetizer and 5 meals the girl brought only 4 meals and only when we complaint about the 5 th meal she said you never order a meal I though you were eating the appetizer . The food was ok but the service was terrible , the owner came out and all he did was apologized and the he was going to talk to the girl. If you want good service please don't go this place.

I used to live in Peru, so finding this place was a treat, the service was awesome, a word I seldom use (because its over used) but it fits here. I had the lomo saltado which was fantastic. Highly recommended

After reading some of these reviews I had to comment. I have had ceviche several dozen times over 20+ years and the ceviche here was not all that. It was a small portion, blander than I am accustomed to and left me wanting to eat it somewhere else. The place also reminded me of a hospital room with loud music. Anybody reading this can contact me for some suggestions.

Awesome little place. Wifey and I went one evening to check it out. They had lots of tables reserved. Seemed they were having a party. They sat us in the back near the restrooms which was awkward. I wanted the arroz chaufa. My Go To dish at any Peruvian restaurant. It was delicious. But the place is pricey. Wifey got the pasta and was very happy with it. Gave it a three star for sitting us in the back and being so pricey.
