Seriously, the management needs to focus on training for accuracy. The frequency at which my order is messed up is higher than not. I'm not talking about complicated orders either. "Coffee w/ cream only" or "coffee w/ cream only & 2 glazed donuts". Yet, whether inside or at drive thru window, time after time, it's wrong. Come on, people, it's your job to get the order right. Thus location is getting a bad reputation, deservedly so! If I wanted sugar in my coffee, I'd ask for it!!

This review is based solely on my drive thru experience. I've visited this location 2x this week for my daily iced coffee. The line has always been long when I've driven up but it moves rather quickly , which I appreciate. On my most recent visit, I ordered my usual and when I got to the drive thru window, the gentleman handed me a hot coffee. When I told him I ordered a iced coffee, he got it for me right away with no delay. He had a very upbeat attitude and told me about the survey on the receipt to get a free doughnut . Anyways, on my way to work, I took a few gulps of my coffee and was very disappointed. It tasted like watered down coffee. UGH. What a waste. I ended up salvaging my drink by pouring some hot coffee from work into the cup to make it a little stronger and adding more sweetener. But really, I shouldn't have had to do that. So my word of advice for drive thru drink orders is to taste, taste, taste before driving away! That way if something is amiss, you can get it remade for you. Not giving up on this location but will totally be tasting my drinks before driving away!

Terrible service I'm always waiting 15+ when it should be FASTFOOD, and there's usually only like 1-2 people in line so why should I wait? I came in the other night right before they closed like thirty min before, and no one was even in the shop. Crack staff, place is a joke. I'd rather drive 3-4 miles to the one down the street.

Refused to take a valid DD coupon...and the kid at the register had an attitude about it.

Good lord hot mess of a crew. I ended up in here one day this week because my car was being worked on around the corner and this was in walking distance. I spent about 3 hours in here, which ended up being 3 hours too many. This spot is more of a drive through place, I would never go in here again to sit. The entire crew, and there were more than 6 of them, were so loud and talking about inappropriate things when you know the entire clientele can hear you over the counter. I will save you details. Also, the young lady who waited on me was so distracted by other things, she didn't even seem to really pay any attention to me which was just weird. The donut was okay but my Frozen Mocha Coffee Coolatta was not good at all, I couldn't even finish half of it. I was super disappointed with this place.

I am becoming addicted to Dunkin' Donuts. Ever since this store opened up we've been treating our kids to donuts a couple of times a month. If I'm getting them donuts there's no way I'm not picking up one for myself! I usually go for the glazed, but my husband picked me up some chocolate cream filled bliss this last time. I find the coffee to be decent too. While the donuts are quite tasty what stands out about this store is the amazing service I get every time I stop by. Everyone is friendly and helpful, making it nice when it can be a bit crazy on Saturday mornings.

Unfortunately I have not had the same experience at this DD as Kelli has. Every time I visit this location the employees are incredibly rude and don't listen to my orders. My husband and I were so excited when this place opened up so that when we are in a hurry some mornings, we can stop by and get a coffee and a wake-up wrap on our drives to work. However, after giving them chance after chance to improve their customer service, they have lost two (would have been loyal) customers. Check out this photo of my Dunkin "Dark" Roast I got this morning (I requested have a SPLASH of cream). imgur.com/AGWw1Ah It's a joke. And it wasn't drinkable either. Please DD corporate, take my complaint and talk to your employees! My husband has also sworn off this DD location for the same exact reasons as my own. It's such a shame because I adore your coffee! I'm giving two stars instead of one because my food is (usually) fine, it's the beverages and employee's attitudes/listening abilities that need quality control.

Where to begin with this place?! I love DD coffee, but the employees are all over the map and the quality/accuracy of service is pretty bad. This review is mostly about the one person I get almost every visit when I go through the drive thru or go inside the store. There is a heavier set woman who I don't think is a manager, but seems to be in charge, who is extremely rude every time I have visited this location. She barely listens to what you say and then tosses your drink on the counter with a "here you go" as she walks off. I went in recently after receiving a book of DD coupons in the mail. I knew my order, simple as it was, would be too much for the drive thru to handle, so i went inside. When I attempted to ask a question about a coupon, I got a "one coupon per customer" yelled across the store at me. I asked for clarification since there was only one of me in the store redeeming a single coupon. She made her way over to answer my coupon question, but suddenly she wasn't sure if they even accept coupons in the first place. After a three-word explanation about how franchises work and a two minute disappearance in the back of the store to ask a manager, I was told they would accept my coupon--this time. Someone in what appeared to be a manager's shirt backed up this decision as she eavesdropped on our convo without getting directly involved. Why direct mail coupons to homes near a DD that might not accept them? On a previous drive thru visit, I asked when Happy Hour was and received a snide answer about it being everyday from 3p-6p. I could hear her eyes rolling through the intercom. After the visit when I was graciously granted the use of a coupon, I checked my receipt and noticed I was charged full price during a Happy Hour visit. Lastly, as I was filling out the survey online from the bottom of the receipt, I noticed that the address printed on the receipt is "415 Colonial Dr." The actual address is 4115 East Colonial Drive. Good job. I have never been treated like this at the Colonial Plaza Starbucks or the one next to Pei Wei.... It is very apparent the owner of this franchise does not take running this store very seriously.

I love love Dunkin donuts. After being a slave to the other guy someone brought me a Dunkin donut coffee and I switched! I am hooked and spending way less money then my grande at the other place HOWEVER this is the third visit to the drive through ordering coffee for work only to arrive at work with the wrong coffee. I called. They have pumpkin spice but for some reason I never get it when I order. Don't get me wrong I love regular coffee especially DD but when I'm expecting pumpkin spice only to get regular-it doesn't make my day. Don't make me go back to the other guy. At least they never got my order wrong

So, after my husbands appointment with the doctor down the street we decided to grab a coffee and donuts since we had some guests staying at our place. OMG! we pulled in and one of the crew members is outside on her cell cursing away and smoking a cigarette with her uniform on. She even had the drive through headset still on her head. We walked inside and the girls were super nice. My coffee was awesome and the donuts tasted fine regardless of that first impression. Lucky for me this isn't a regular place of mine.

A place is only as good as the service. They kicked me out after being in there 30 mins and pointed to the "no loitering" sign. Seriously!!! I have never been kicked out of a place. I was uploading pictures for work. Wow. So rude. And I'm not the first person to say this. Not impressed Dunkin donuts. Shame on you.

This place is still working out its teething and needs to figure out a better system. They just built this dunkin donuts. It was a patch of dirt last fall. The location seems small for the needs of the area and the parking horseshoe can be a nightmare. I almost considered driving all the way out the Dunking Donuts at Forsyth and University 4 miles away because this one sucks so bad. I wish I did. Slow Service and reminding employees of your order gets annoying. They seem hassled as hell. I have been here a handful of times, every time leaving in a grumpy mood. The Place Blows, go to a different dunkin donuts if you can.
