Bad service. They got our order wrong and tried blaming it on us. Then they proceeded to make up pay the difference for the food we actually ordered since they rang it up wrong. Terrible customer service.

How can you not like Dairy Queen? Unless you're lactose intolerant! My sister and I go here A LOT! Sign up for their fan club online and you receive good coupons in your email such a BOGO ones. This Dairy Queen is great for lazy people, such as myself or if you're on the go. They have a drive-thru! It moves fairly quickly. Also, on the weekend they're open until 2:00am I believe! Which I found came in handy a couple weekends ago. One upset, is that not one person has handed me my Blizzard upside down :( I thought that was a rule...

One of the few places left that has soft serve Ice Cream!!!! don't get me wrong i'm a fan of frozen yogurt, but nothing takes you back to your childhood like a soft serve chocolate & Vanilla swirl cone!

Place is clean and looks like they went thru some renovations which is always good. You can't go wrong with the Blizzard,

It's okay if your having a late night ice cream craving and your favorite flavor is vanilla.

Had to go out of my way to visit this Dairy Queen had my hopes up. First and foremost my Blizzard was amazing. It was a limited time Chocolate Covered Pretzel with Peanut Butter in Vanilla Ice Cream. Need I say more. I also ordered a regular cheeseburger and fries. The fries were hot and crispy. But, then they lost me. The burger was well cooked, but cold? How does that happen except you pre-cooked it and let it sit out. If I didn't pick it up in the drive thru I would have driven back to return. You know that old saying about the drive thru. I had a bite, but was afraid if I ate it I would get sick. Two stars for the burger....Four stars for the fries and blizzard. You are one of the only Dairy Queen's in this city, you have to step it up.

Dairy Queen is a guilty pleasure I like to indulge in occaisonially. Sometimes when driving by an inner voice just tells me to pull in and get a blizzard. I usually resist, but every once in a while I succumb to the urge.

My sons love Dairy Queen. I do enjoy it too. They are huge fans of Blizzards. I like that Dairy Queen is always coming up with new kinds of Blizzards. I like that they are open late during the week and on weekends. 11 pm during the week. I have always had good service here. But on my last visit, we stood at the counter as 6 teenagers behind the counter walked past us and didn't even acknowledge us. It felt like 5 minutes but was probably only 1 minute or 2. Finally one of them said that someone would be right with us. I think the owner/manager needs to retrain the staff. With that said, I will still go back there (I know they are young and not properly trained) but it may turn away others and having them head to Twistee Treat instead...it's right up the road. I have never eat food at Dairy Queen, just dessert. This location is always clean.

It's a decent place... i don't think I would ever order food from a DQ but I do love their ice cream! As you can tell from previous reviews, their customer service is hit & miss, but I've never had "bad" customer service at this location.

So far, I've gotten the same burger here at least 10 times and it's always been good (#4), straight off the grill. Staff has always been cool. I don't feel the location is capable of handling a rush, but that just might be because everything is cooked so well, it takes time and gets backed up. I've had to wait in the parking spaces by the drive thru for a few minutes on occasion but overall, never had a bad meal and i think they deserve 5 stars for a fast food joint. I've had the ice cream once and it was also good for soft serve.

Dairy Queen ice cream has always been a favorite of mine, the sad thing is that they are only available usually in areas not very accessible to me. One evening after visiting a nearby restaurant we went through the drive thru at Dairy Queen. We ordered 2 small hot fudge sundaes. Simple enough right? We were asked if we would like the normal toppings... whipped cream... nuts, cherry. Sure, why not.... We get to the window and our total for 2 SMALL sundaes was almost $10.00. $10.00!!! Had to speak to a manager... whom wasn't helpful at all. Ends up the items that were offered there were additional fees for them. Even though.... we weren't told that when they were being offered. I then asked for just the plain small hot fudge sundaes. So the already made one with the toppings was then put into a freezer and our new ones were made. Even though it was tasty, It was really upsetting that for about 75% less in price I could have gone through a fast food restaurant and received the same size sundae, with extra hot fudge and a bag of nuts. Will probably visit another Dairy Queen... but most likely not this location.

Monday night had to have been the worst DQ experience I have ever had. It started out waiting in a drive thru line for approximately 10 minutes before ordering. I then ordered, simply a blizzard and a chicken strip basket, seemingly a simple order. I get to the window and am asked to pull aside (the only car asked to do so that I could see). 10 more minutes go by, and no one comes outside so I go inside. My order was apparently lost, and they forgot I was even there. 5 more minutes go by before I get my food. The person working gave me a sorry as if I had done him some sort of disservice. This location just seems to be the bad egg.

I just paid $3.50 for a kiddie blizzard that was more like a soft serve. So not going back to this or any DQ because of this experience. What a waste of money

I was given promotionals for a free chili dog and blizzard from the owners and they refused to honor them. Friendly service but unsatisfactory management.

Banana Cream Blizzard...Nuff Said. I don't come here for the service nor do I come here to eat at this location. I always take it to go. My Wife loves the Heath bar Blizzard. My review is based on the product only. In regards to the location just read all the other reviews and you will get the idea. lol Oh Wait I did forget to mention that their burger and fries are also really good. This place is really close to our Town house so whenever we are in Orlando "We live in NYC" we pay them a visit.

Can't say we were impressed. Footlong was on a very stale bun. Fries were fresh but, i wouldn't call 'um real potatoes. Clean surroundings ....yeah!

This place is a sham!! They tried to charge us over 9 dollars for 2 small Blizzards that cost only $3.19 each, and tried to tells us was because of the whipped cream. One suggestion, try taking a basic math class. This location has always sucked and still does!! It's too bad I can't give a negative star rating!!!! I only gave a1 star rating because it wouldn't let me leave it blank.

Love this DQ location! I've been here many times and it's always consistent! Great Blizzards, and great food! Their chicken finger basket tastes amazing and comes with a delicous gravy. I would suggest asking for your fries extra crispy for a perfect crunchy fry. Even the garlic bread that comes with it was tasty. I also liked the turkey sandwich served on waffle type toast/bread and would recommend it if you don't want fried food. In addition I've eaten Blizzards at numerous DQs but the Blizzards at this location are extra creamy! The new waffle cone blizzard option is great too! This location has a dining room and offers outdoor tables if you'd rather enjoy your treats out of the car. This location is open late if you need some late night munchies too! The service is friendly every time, and I've seen the owners working regularly, which is probably why my experiences here have been so consistent. If you haven't been to a DQ in a little while, give this location a try!

Eh, it's a Dairy Queen. Love the remodel, but definitely family owned and service is a tad slow.

Right 'chere! Dairy Queen ("DQ") is the go-to place for an ice cold treat! Or cheap hot eats! Soft serve ice cream served up 6 ways to sunset! Sugar cone, waffle cone, waffle bowl, oh lordy! Their signature "Blizzards" fuse ice cream and a candy bar or cookie of your choice into a single, satisfying milkshake! They do all kinds of sundaes, parfaits and banana splits. Where else you gonna get a banana split in town, sucka?! Want an ice cream cake? They got it. I personally go for a "dipped" in a cup, to go. It's soft serve vanilla ice cream in a plastic cup with magic shell chocolate poured over the top. This forms a hard crust that your spoon will commence to bust through upon engagement. The best part is that extra chocolate that forms around the sides into a thick ring of hardened coating. MM!M!M!! (This is the benefit of the cup over the cone, which won't offer you the extra chocolate that spills over. Ha!) Boy oh boy, that is my own simple, signature indulgent treat. In addition to the sweet stuff, they also have hamburgers, fries and other "fairground" food. Can't really comment on it, as it's been over 15 years since I went to DQ for an actual meal. Anyway! Inexpensive and a fun little way to sneak out of the house, or bide some quality time with your sweetie, so long as she has a sweet tooth like you!

And if this is not dedicated, I'm not sure what is. During Tropical Storm Fay's weeklong rain fiesta, this DQ stayed open for all of us who were going stir crazy from being inside so long. So although it was pouring and windy, DQ was the light at the end of our tunnel, even late on a Thursday night when we thought it would surely be closed. Thankfully, we were wrong and were able to happily go home Blizzards in tow.
