Shakes were on point, but a little pricey. Brownies were noticeably old and lacking flavor.

This review is for their customer service only. This is the second time that I've been in a Cold Stone Creamery, and both times I have been very disappointed by the customer service I have received. I really hate to give a business one star, but they really bring it upon themselves. I recently received a free ice cream voucher from the Orlando Magic for Cold Stone creamery. On the voucher it points you to a website, (please see photo), I went to the website to check on participating locations. I did this just before I entered the store. I handed the voucher to the young lady behind the counter, and she then took it to Giovanni. Giovanni then stated that they could not accept the voucher because the PLU code cannot be accepted at the register. REALLY! He then informed me that the voucher was only good at the Amway Center. Do I really look like that much of an idiot? I left the store feeling very unhappy, and without any ice cream. I will be notifying Cold Stone Creamery HQ of this experience. What I find disturbing, is the lack of effort to offer any kind of resolution!

Cold Stone. Delicious ice cream flavor and mixtures. This particular location, wasn't too thrilled with the service. The place wasn't empty. There were patrons seated eating their ice cream. So why wait almost five minutes for an employee to appear behind the counter? Just seemed odd. But, it could've been an off day. We all have them....

I went there on the way home because I needed a little treat. That's exactly what I got. I ordered a small Milk and oreo cookie shake and got basically a glass of milk with some oreo cookie crumbs in it.This was not in anyway shape or form a SHAKE. It was so thin that I finished it before I left the parking lot! I expected better for 5 bucks and from a Cold Stone.

i've visited this location maybe a dozen times in two years, and i've always been happy with the ice cream products i got to-go. friendliness of the employees has only ever been ok...never better, nor worse. to the good: this location gets lots of business with good product turnover, meaning good freshness. employees i've encountered appeared competent. tonight (a friday), when i arrived at 8:55 pm, there were 10 people waiting to be served, and two employees. a man in a washed-out blue company t-shirt was working rather quickly. looked like he really knew things in and out. a younger female with name tag reading ana, worked quickly but not quite as fast as the guy. considering that all orders are customized, some requiring blending and more time to make, the two workers were making good time getting to each order. (by the way, not only did i not get the male's name, i can't say i recall even seeing a name tag. i wish i'd paid more attention.) to the bad: someone needs to train these two on customer service or else write them up for not following customer service training they received. if i were the manager and they acted like this a second time, i'd fire them. as more people came in and the line grew a bit longer, at least one of them should have taken two seconds to welcome those in line and assure them their orders would be taken as quickly as possible. or maybe just saying, 'hi there, we'll be with you as quickly as we can,' as people walked in would have made people feel like sticking around. but no one got even a glance, let alone a smile or kind words. the seventh person who came in after me waited about five minutes before leaving. the line was moving well, all things considered, so i'm guessing he got ticked at not being acknowledged. i certainly did. when it was my turn to order, ana seemed miffed to be there. she wasn't insulting, but there was nothing friendly about her. she managed to mumble, 'can i help you?' i asked what the size in ounces difference was between the 'gotta have it' size container and the 'take home' container that was marked 16 ounces. her response was to say she didn't know and continue to stare at me as if expecting me to give her the answer. or maybe she thought it was fine to just say she didn't know. after maybe seven seconds, i said, 'can you ask someone?' she asked the guy who replied to me without being the least bit friendly that there was no difference, they held the same amount. really? you couldn't act like i was a paying customer and at least sound interested or smile a little? at that point, i should have left. but i had waited 10 minutes or so and i really wanted my treat. after i ordered and asked for it to be placed in the to-go container, ana managed to tell me the dollar amount total. i wanted to slap some sense into her. she acted like she was being forced to be there against her will. she asked if i needed a receipt, then asked me to sign my credit card receipt. she pushed the container toward me and said thank you. in each of my past visits there (as well as to other locations), the container has been bagged with napkins and i've been asked how many spoons i need. so i asked, 'could i get that in a bag with two spoons and some napkins, please?' and i was nice about it. she said nothing, bagged the container and two spoons, and handed the bag to me. i said, 'could i get some napkins, too, please?' her response was 'napkins are there,' and she pointed to a napkin dispenser within reach of both of us. as soon as she said those words, she turned and walked away to take the next order. i stood there for a second in disbelief, grabbed a couple napkins from the only dispenser i saw in the whole shop, and left. at this point, i'm steaming. talk about not being appreciated. i found all the lack of customer service to be disrespectful. if you have that much lack of self pride and you are too lazy or too stupid to be friendly and represent the company that provides you a paycheck, then LEAVE. i hope to heck a manager reads this and does something about it. and i'm not the only one with these customer service issues. why is it happening so much at this place??? i'll be watching next time for names and whether i'm treated with respect as a customer. if so, i'll report back with positive words. if not, i'll report back and i'll make efforts to speak to someone in charge at the store. after that, i'll go directly to the company. i can name other companies where employees have a reputation of being unfriendly, disrespectful, uncaring, and unwilling to put forth very little effort and even they give better customer service than here. at least at other companies, they try to sound friendly and make a spark of an effort. these two robots should go across the street to the lee vista chick-fil-a where they seem bubbly, eager to help, seem glad you are there, act proud to have served you, and make you feel good about being there.

The staff never seems to know what they are doing. After charging my debit card twice for one order and never returning the money, I've never gone back! Great icecream, terrible service!

I am a cold stone snob. To me, Birthday Cake Remix is a taste of heaven on earth. I am so much of a snob that if the person making my ice cream does not do it the way I want it... I will walk out. Being that I have had my fair share of Cold Stone experiences, I know what a small (like it), medium (love it) and a large (gotta have it) looks like. I ordered a medium but they did not give me enough ice cream. I nearly had a temper tantrum but did not want to look like the irascible fat girl, so I refrained. I was über disappointed. I must now find another Cold Stone in Orlando that will satisfy all my fat girl needs. But, I will say that the service was great and the ice cream was still amazing. This place is just stingy with their portions and toppings... Or it could have just been the girl who made my ice cream. She was really skinny. Skinny people just do not understand when a fat girl needs her ice cream, A FAT GIRL NEEDS HER ICE CREAM :)

Store seemed clean enough as did the restaurant. However, was disappointed with the staff. Not super friendly, no smiles to share nor samples... boo-hiss. In fact, both gentleman disappeared in the back as soon as they could. The BF's shake took an incredibly long time to make. In fact, at one point I thought they had forgotten about it. Taste was good though, and all present enjoyed their treats.

Fine product but don't expect to make this a quick stop. Friendly staff but slow process made this a 15 minute process, a bit much for just a milkshake.

The staff is super rude and unfriendly. They don't add the right amount of ice cream and mix ins correct. They are real cheap with the toppings at this location.

You really cant go wrong with anything here. I ordered the Mint Chocolate Chip and had them sub oreos instead of brownies. They have a huge selection of mix-in toppings, so you can always build your own dish.

Since the Baldwin Park location closed, this is the only really close location to me. I try not to go too often, but it definitely satisfies the craving for ice cream. On this trip, I tried the funnel cake dessert substituting vanilla ice cream for sweet cream and it was delicious. It was only one scoop of the ice cream too, so it did not feel like I had too much.
