I've been here several times and have never had a problem. I love cinnabon, and added to the atmosphere of city walk, it's a nice night out.

The Cinnabons here are fresh and delicious! The frozen drinks are fruity taste and refreshing! The kind guy at register speak several languages and he is helpful when placing an order! This is a must stop at CityWalk right before you spend the whole day at Universal.Studios or Islands of Adventure. The only way to access here is once you pay Parking @ Universal or if you have somebody that gives you a ride at the Guest drop off!

Tasty cinnamon rolls! Really really sweet, but so good! I'd advise to have only one if you want to stay alive :)

I got Cinnabon for the first time in a long time. They are incredibly sweet and HUGE.(the original ones, at least). The were a bit too sweet for my liking, but if you are used to the taste of them, them you will love it. They were really soft and freshly baked. However, too big. I recommend 1 cinnabon for 1-2 people.

This place is ok. If you love sweet treats like the cinnabon with all the frosting then you may want to try it. I feel like their prices are pretty reasonable considering that no one else, that I know of, sells those cinnabons. Anyway, this particular location is ok. It's located in the City Walk area (I think that's what it's called) right before you enter Universal or Islands of Adventure.

Like many reviewers have said before me, this place isn't the best but it gets the job done. My lady is absolutely in love with anything cinnamon and after an evening of dinner and drinks, we decided that something sweet (plus a cup of coffee) would be the perfect end to the night. We ordered the regular Cinnabon and I wasn't disappointed or impressed, really. It's a classic cinnamon roll: sweet, spicy, gooey and warm. The location is really great and to be quite honest, I'll probably go back. I don't really have an opinion on the service, except that I don't really have any complaints there. Can't beat a cinnamon roll after 2 hurricanes...

Never thought I would say no to more cinnamon bun, but I could not get myself to finish this one. It was lukewarm, the frosting was lacking and flakey/cracking, and the cinnamon roll itself resembled cardboard more than the ooey gooey goodness you expect from a Cinnabon. Sadly, definitely one of the least satisfying cinnamon rolls I have ever had.

10.29.13 Sausage wrapped in cinnabon dough served with a side of maple syrup! I want to shake the hand of the person who invented this. This was a great midday snack for my cousin and I as we hit Universal Studios for some adventure.

It got the job done. Gf wanted sugar, I wanted coffee, Cinnabon had both. Not a lot of good reviews for this location, but it worked well enough for killing time waiting for a concert at Hard Rock Live.

Unfortunately, this Cinnabon is the last bastion of hope for those that miss the good old days of a Cinnabon in every mall here in Orlando. The key here, is to get a fresh one. That might require some time to wait, and hitting them up early in the morning, but that is the only way to truly enjoy one of these cinnamon buns. They get points for being convenient, they lose points for not being overly friendly. Not somewhere I would go out of my way to get to, but if I'm at City Walk, I have trouble passing one up.

Just like Carla L. said in a previous review, when it comes to these types of places, you're really just reviewing service and convenience. It's located right on CityWalk. So, is it convenient? Hell, yes! Is the service great? Hell, no! As a matter of fact, it downright sucks! The buns are usually not even that good. It's a sad, sad thing. If you're hitting the Parks early in the AM and skipped breakfast, look for other places. I do not recommend this Cinnabon at all. Instead, try Croissant Moon Bakery (It's misspelled on Yelp as Crescent Moon Bakery; although, I have put in a request for Yelp to change it) within Islands of Adventure yelp.com/biz/crescent-mo… or Beverly Hills Boulangerie within Universal Studios. If you are an annual passholder, you will get a discount here; but, if you're an annual passholde, you probably already know to avoid this place!

I was hoping they'd have something like Cinnamon Ice Cream, but sadly they did not. Service was really slow and really unfriendly. The women acted like you were the most annoying person by ordering something. The 3 of us got soft served ice cream, how hard was that? Sorry you had to hold a cone and pull a lever. Nothing special about the ice cream. I got crushed Oreos on mine, and they weren't stale. The smell when you walk in is amazing. They were also baking more Cinnabon's when we walked in, and you could see the oven.

Yuk! What happened? Cinnabon is consistent everywhere else. The only thing consistent is the presentation and that lovely smell when you walk in. But the under-buttered taste of this doughy tasteless mass is not worth your $5 bucks. Go elsewhere. I promise you'll be disappointed.

So the motto on the electronic screens inside of Cinnabon is "Life needs frosting". Sometimes this is true and sometimes you just need a cinnabon! Most of the Cinnabons in the shopping malls have been replaced with frozen yogurt places, so I was happy to find a Cinnabon after a late concert at Hard Rock Live. The buns were as decadent as I remembered, oozing with cinnamon filling and frosting. I got a little one (mini) and an iced coffee. Both items were nice and incredibly sweet. Won't do that again soon, but it was enjoyable at the time! Also, the bun I had was really fresh because there were a lot of people there and they were putting out freshly baked pans.

Nasty, nasty nasty. I'm sorry, I love cinnamon buns, but this location it's horrible. I tried to give it c chance three time before reviewing and every time no matter the time of today, the buns are stale. The cinnamon sticks are flaky to the point of breaking. Only nice thing is the Annual Passholder discount. That's it!!!

As I have said before in my review of Starbucks, for places like this you are reviewing service, convenience, etc., because the product will be the same no matter what. Only come here if you absolutely MUST. It is always packed, super slow and the poor employees are busting their asses to tend to the same incredibly dead behind the eyes patrons that I encounter in Starbucks. Really. Seems that both places are magnets for brain cell challenged folk.

Cinnabon in the City Walk. If you have much dignity you'd pack a granola bar for the park rather than venturing in here. But for what it is, its your run of the mill, oversized, overbuttered shopping mall cinnamon bun. Probably best to share; if you find yourself eating this alone, you may want to reconsider your priorities in life.

DO NOT EAT HERE!!! We went here before entering the parks and the food was beyond bad. How do you mess up a cinnamon roll? Don't cook it completely and over charge for it. My one child could not even finish the bun it tasted so bad. Save your money and eat elsewhere. If I could give negative stars I would. Stay away and spend your money elsewhere.
