Love the pizza. The area seems a little ghetto but the staff is very friendly. Pizza is always fresh. They always make personal pizzas at request and quick!

Everyone on the staff here is friendly and the place is clean. The value for money is out of this world. About 10 different kinds of pizza, a couple different salads, and always some pasta. There always seems to be someone watching when selections run low so I've yet to ever find something unavailable. Definitely going to become a favorite place...and better value than any fast food joint.

The manager was very nice and the food was very fresh. Not bad for $5!

Cheap. Variety. Clean. Filling. Though they auto charged us for the drink without asking, which was upsetting, but it's not a deal breaker.

This is a great place to go if you are watching your budget yet want a lot of food and choices. The food was a 3 (better than most we have been to), the customer service and communication I would give 1 star, so it averaged a 2. Another reason for the 1 is because my son went to tell someone he dropped his drink and needed someone to clean it up so no one would fall, he said "They are just not nice here and rude". After about 10 mins of no one coming, my mom went to tell the guy cleaning tables (who didn't speak any English and just nodded) and finally another 10 min later he came back and cleaned it up.. This is the 1st CiCi's I have been to that there is never anyone around when you need them. Other CiCi's we have been to they are always cleaning off your table of empty plates, here, we were there a little over an hour and left with a huge pile of plates and stuff that never got cleaned while we were there. I have been to several considering my son loves CiCi's and have to say this one had the best tasting food by far! We got there about 6, so they had just put out a lot of fresh pizzas (I tend to stay away from ones that have been sitting out). Their Alfredo sauce (white sauce) on the pizzas were really good. My mom also requested a Chicken Alfredo which they made to order and brought her out half a pizza. The salad bar was OK but didn't have a lot of options, I was kind of upset that the broccoli was mostly brown & looked a few days old Dwould have asked for some fresh, but after standing around and waiting for someone, I just picked 2 pieces that looked the best) :-( I didn't eat any soup or pastas and from the looks of it no one else was either. The cinnamon rolls as always were fabulous and the brownies were good also. My aunt said the pudding pizza was disgusting and the apple pizza which is usually good wasn't this time which was disappointing. Overall we got our moneys worth and everyone left full, so it was a good night :-)

My experience at Cici's Pizza was relatively pleasant. Buffet pricing is extremely low ($5.50). The staff was very helpful and upon arrival gave us an update about their newly improved buffet. The pizza that was featured was not exactly fresh, had clearly been sitting for at least 30 minutes, was not appealing to someone desiring hot & cheesy pizza. But fresh pizza did eventually come out of the oven and tasted 100% better than the first round of pizza. The options were not extensive but had a few staple toppings that were pretty good. The labeling wasn't correct for every pizza but there was a staff member that was attentive to costumers' curiosity of toppings. I give Cici's a 3 star because the service was great, the pizza wasn't bad, and there was enough choices to be able to enjoy a select few options.

Thought they would have more variery. Would have preferred to ordered from dominoes pizza.

The 4-stars are based on Value & the fact that this is the best CiCi pizza we tried (went to other 3), staff responsiveness is very high to any item missing & cleanliness is best across all the one's tried. I prefer the buffalo chicken pizza & veggie pizza.

This Cici Pizza location is like any other. I do like the manager that manages this store because he greets everybody who comes in as well as explaining to us that he can make any pizza that we don't see on the buffet line. Their service is very fast in the kitchen. There is always fresh and hot pizza. If you've been here before, you know the quality of the pizza is not the greatest. Sometimes it tastes like cardboard, but my favorite one is the dessert pizza with icing on the top. The cleanliness of the store is okay. There were a lot of uncleaned tables when we arrived and we didn't have many choices of seats to choose from. When we got up to get more food, the lady was going around cleaning tables. I had to yell and tell not to clean our table and she gave us this look. Maybe Cici Pizza can have a sign that customers can use to show that they are not done or done. Other than that, Cici Pizza is great on their price especially if you have a big family. There are always an arcade in the back that the kids can enjoy after eating. Noise level is okay. They don't have loud music blasting.

It's cheap pizza at a cheap price. Minus one star for the religious music that is blasted throughout the dinning room.

This was our first visit to this location (me, wife, and son) and it was a terrible experience. My wife has special dietary requirements that doesn't allow her to eat anything on the menu, so she wasn't eating. We were told that if she was going to be in the restaurant she had to pay for a buffet, they called it an entrance fee. We were regulars at another location and this never came up. This is the first time we have ever been discriminated against based on my wifes special diet.

The place is almost always crowded, the Manager is very attentive and courteous, all you can eat pizza for a bargain. just don't go to the restrooms, they're always dirty. sometimes is better to order pizza to go because the place is noisy, lots of families with kids unattended jumping running and yelling.

Ok, I admit, I have eaten at this joint several times. What's strange is I enter the joint filled with anticipation and leave with regret for some odd reason. Maybe it's the fact that I continue to plunk down $ for their buffet including a drink yet end up wishing that I ate somewhere else. Cici's Pizza is staffed with enthusiastic workers who blare out a Welcome everytime someone enters. It is always extremely crowded at dinner time, since Orlando is full of families and little kids, and of course, they eat here since it is cheap. It is very impossible to find a seat at night. The pizzas are really weird, though their better than Little Ceaser's. Little Ceaser's tastes like skin. At least Cici's have a little flavor in them. The pizzas looked like they are hurriedly made, and as a matter of fact, they are, especially during the busy dinnertime. Usually they have your basic pepperoni, cheese, spinach, pineapple, and then they also have barbeque, jalapeno, macaroni and cheese, and three cheese pizza. They have specials from time to time, I had sampled the Philly cheesesteak and the chicken fajita pizzas and their alright. The pizzas look like they are artificial, in that it does not resemble your typical pizza. They are cheap indeed! They also have something which resembled Hot Pockets, and some cheese bread that is so greasy. They also have their "pasta" which is some weird pasta with tomato sauce or alfredo sauce. The salad bar is really basic. It looks like the salad itself is made from the take home salad kits you can buy in groceries. Not anything to write home about. There is also a nastified soup, whichis more like a sodium-y broth with tiny pieces of "chicken" - the same tiny pieces that you see inside one of those cup-o-noodles. This restaurant, even if not busy, is really dirty and cluttered. It looks disorganized. The arcade has outdated games and the TV seems to be on CNN all the time. I would not recommend Cici's to first time eaters. Stay away from this place. I hope I eventually do too.

4-stars -- mind you --- only is given based on the value:deliciousness radio. Which is also determined by a very complicated set of algorithms that would only confuse you so I'll put this review in laymen's terms. Super cheap food, pizza buffet with a choice of 2 (OMG!) salads. The pizza's not something to write home about, but I almost did. More than being delicious, the za is nostalgic. It reminds you of the days when your taste buds were growing up and it didn't matter what you stuffed in your face. Memories of 5th birthday parties, Chuck-E-Cheese, and sleep overs flood your brain as you devour the $4.99 pizza buffet. Plus, we bought a 2-for-1 Groupon so $8 for 2 pizza buffets and drinks covered it all. Would I go again? Of course, if this was in Seattle, it'd be a guilty pleasure. I'd also weigh 350lbs.

Its 4.99 + 1.89 for a drink, variety of pizzas, not the best but its only 4.99. Content :)

Not bad. Clean and friendly staff. After getting in and eating and got into my car. I looked at my receipt and realized that they charged me for a drink when I asked for water. So I paid for my water cup! Oh well....next time I will have to clarify "water cup"
