They were slammed as usual in the mid afternoon lunch rush. I placed an order online and went in to pay. A nice young lady named Michelle who was working the To-Go stopped the cashier from ringing it up! I put my sons name/Kid on the order, she saw that and instead of just ringing me up full price she asked me if I'd like to actually place it as a kids order, explained what it entailed, ALL WHILE they had a crazy rush!! She was then absolute nicest associate I had ever met there. Customer service you could tell was very important to her. I never write reviews, but being in sales I can always appreciate great service when I recognize it. Thank you Michelle!

Always good service and I go here once every week or once every two weeks. Never been disappointed. They don't get upset if you ask for more and the cashier is always friendly. He's my favorite, knows my dish every time cause I'm a frequent chipotle-er! I can't comment on the meat cause I avoid salt (the meat is just too high in sodium when I checked nutrition facts). But the beans are vegetarian (both of them now --black or pinto)!! Yay for healthy meals on the go. ;)

Typical Chipotle and the staff is very fast and friendly. However, the proximity to UCF makes it a magnet for college kids and the lines are atrocious any time of the day. If you are in a hurry and need a bite, this isn't your place.

I don't know what it is about Chipotle and I doubt I ever will. All along the east coast, people stand in lines to eat here, even in New York City where awesome, privately owned Mexican joints abound. The food is decent but nothing to write home about and you could get something quite similar in a millions other places. The food at this location was decent--I was pleased with the steak burritos we offered. I will give them a high five for generously serving real pieces of meat as opposed to gristle. The servers are also universally pleasant as well. If you don't mind standing in a really long line to eat soso Tex Mex, you will leave happy. The prices aren't bad at all either. Maybe THAT'S why they stand in those lines.

Go here if: You are desperately craving chipotle & can afford to wait at least 20 minutes You are okay with smaller portion size College population is okay for you. Cons: Always busy, expect to wait unless you order online and pay beforehand. Since of the high volume, they are pretty frugal with their serving size with toppings, but that is understandable. Brown rice was hard on both occasions I have bought from this location. Pros: --------- tastes like chipotle for the most part. Friendly staff that works hard.

Line is always moving fast, staff is friendly and the ingredients are always fresh. One of the better Chipotles I have ever been to. 5/5

Simply the best. If you Chipotle right, it's one of the healthiest quick meals in town. I get brown rice, peppers, chicken, pinto, corn salsa, tomato salsa, cheese, and a little sour cream. You can substitute meat for guac. I do that from time to time.

Chipotle has some of the dankest food. It's actually so dank that when you danked up the dank takes over and you feel even darker.

This location is a hotspot being right next to UCF, so standing in line is a given on a weekend night. I eat at chipotle now atleast once every two weeks and that's never going to change. I was used to the location in sarasota, so going to this one was actually very refreshing. The employees here are seemingly nicer, and a bit more generous, which makes it worth the money. One burrito bowl usually lasts two dinners with me. So $4 a meal is fantastic! Usually very quick lines even though they're long. I know that there are computer and call in orders, but for some strange reason me and my boyfriends bowls usually get split up whole they make the online orders, I think they should ask before they start making the other orders just to make sure they aren't splitting up a together order. But other than that no complaints about staff and food! Great seating and an outdoor patio to eat at also!

Chipolte is my new obsession. I know I'm a little late to the game - but now I can't stop. I didn't originally eat here because, well - truthfully, they have no drive-thru. With kids, it's difficult to get out of the car just for food, so I've always passed it up as an option. A co-worker suggested it for lunch one day - so I got the chicken rice bowl and am now addicted. Great food, massive portions. I can buy one rice bowl and make it last for two meals. I feel good after I eat this food, which is more then I can say for many places! I'm still wishing for a drive-thru!

Love Chipotle but I hate this location ! Lines are always ridiculously long. I often crave chipotle but end up turning away after seeing the wait. They should stop doing online/pick up orders at the front kitchen where staffs take longer to take orders from the people in line. Not going there again until they change something about the system here. Not going to stay in line for 45 mins as if I was in line at Disney World for "fast food "

I love chipotle. The food is always good and I always get a good amount of food for my money. It's near campus so it's busy.

I am a hardcore Chipotle fan. The food is absolutely delicious and the portion sizes are huge for the price point! The only downside to this specific Chipotle is that it's location (being so close to the UCF campus) draws in a large crowd and the line is usually quite long. I most definitely suggest using the Chipotle app for your phone or tablet and ordering ahead of time. I've done this multiple times and have never had any problem- it's super quick and easy & they have yet to mess up my order. I am a very happy customer and will continue to order my awesome burrito bowl from here :)

I don't think I need to speak about the quality of food of Chipotle. It's delicious and fresh. But this location is always slammed so be ready to wait. The upside is it means everything is extra fresh!

always super busy but the staff handles it well & usually very positive. you know what you're getting & it doesn't disappoint. extra marks for no antibiotics & hormone-free products.

I love it here. Fast and good seating inside and out. Bowls are a healthy option if you are watching carbs. Even with no rice and very light on the black beans, you can still get a great filling meal cheap.

My family came here for dinner because my daughter's school was having a fundraiser night. When we arrived around 5:15 the line was all the way to back of the restaurant and starting to loop through the (small) dining area. Even though we were there for a fundraiser, the majority of the people appeared to be UCF students, which makes sense since this location is so close to the campus. It took us around 30 minutes to order our food. The process is pretty much the same as any other Chipotle, so I don't think there is much they could do to speed things up, they were just super crowded. We realized (once we had reached the point in the line where we could see the take-out orders) that in the future it would be better to just order take-out. In all likelihood I won't go back here any time soon. There is another Chipotle at Waterford Lakes just a few minutes away, and while it also gets crowded I've never had such a long wait over there. Another note, and the reason I'm giving two stars is that the restaurant was pretty messy. And they were out of sweet tea (which would have been nice to know before I ordered a drink). There didn't appear to be anyone tending to the dining area. After waiting so long to get my food the last thing I wanted to do was clean my own table so I could eat.

Worst Chipotle I have ever visited they were out of literally everything I asked for... Black beans, steak and medium salsa... No apologies and rationing out the substitution beef. They were also out of forks when asking the cashier she comes over and. Finds a fork on the counter and says there is a fork... At which point I asked for a bag and just drive home.. Very disappointed with the bottom level of service these Chipotle associates displayed. Will not be returning nor will my family.

Wonderful employees, delicious fresh food, great price, and unique atmosphere. I have been there at least 20 times and have always left with a smile. For the same price as McDonalds you can get filling food, that is (supposedly) better for you, and actually has a little bit of flavor. However expect to wait about 5-10 minutes at peak time due to the popularity of this joint. Just enjoy :)

Chipoltes don't vary much, and this one is just as good as the rest. My main complaint is that they sometimes cheap out a little on the chicken quality and leave stringy/grisly bits in but their prices are reasonable enough that I can't complain too much. Also very busy given the location, make sure to avoid peak times or order ahead.

Can I say heaven? Now anyone that knows me..knows I dislike mexican food..but Chipotle is just amazing..I always order the same thing chicken burrito....Its hearty, tasty, and soooo filling. (and some say its messy..but I am such a master I manage to be a clean eater lol) I eat here so much I should be a franchise owner...this location is awesome, but I would avoid going right at noon during the weekdays, since it is off of the UCF campus the line is out the door. But its a clean location..great fast staff, and roomy! BIG FAN :)

Come here when you need to get a monstrous burrito to satisfy your crippling hunger! Seriously, the food here is nothing to play around with. You will not leave feeling any way other than full. The guys and gals at the counter are quick and ready to make a slamming burrito, taco, or bowl of the fresh ingredients. They serve beer as well, so this is definitely the place to relax and stuff your face after a long day.

I think it is weird that I frequent here quite often and still never see the same people working. Not one! Weird, right? Anyways, it is Chipotle...some 'healthy' fast food that is gluten free, so it is sometimes the best this busy college kid can get. This particular one is normally clean, has a good staff, and, as always, needs to listen when you say "extra". That is normal for everywhere, but when I am basically getting rice and beans you can spare a whole extra scoop of rice that costs ten cents, thanks!

Mexican Cuisine

If you enjoy Taco Tuesday, then you have officially fallen in love with the Mexican Food. The main grain of Mexican cuisine is maize. Also known as corn, maize is grown for the past 9000 years after the crop was discovered by the people in Mayan civilization. Mexican empire flourished when they started growing beans, tomatoes, chili pepper, sweet potato and cactus. Till this date these ingredients are used in cooking authentic Mexican dishes and drinks.

Great use of spices, fresh chili pepper dishes like fajitas, tortilla chips, corn chips, salsa, chimichangas, burritos, nachos and quesadillas are invented in America. But when you are looking for authentic Mexican food then you must find a restaurant in the city that serves Rajas con Queso, Garbanzo in a Guajillo Chile Sauce, Pork Filled Chiles Rellenos, Chiles en Nogada, Molcajete Salsa, Pico de Gallo and Frijoles de la Olla. An eye-opening fact – Mexican don't like their food hot. They use fresh chili and other spices to create a flavor that lingers in your mouth.

Mexican food is great for those who are Gluten Intolerant as they use Corn instead of wheat in most of their dishes. Also, you can easily find many beans based Mexican dishes. Another dish which didn't get similar glory as tacos or nachos is the Mexican hot chocolate. If you love something hot on a chilly day, then go for Mexican Hot Chocolate. On merry days, you can enjoy the authentic Mexican Drinks like Tequila, Mezcal, Tecuí, Sotol, Bacanora, Charanda, Posh O Pox, Puebla and Pulque. Mexican Cuisine is for people who enjoy strong drinks and hearty meals.
