I've been a fan of Chipotle for several years, but my fondness for this chain is quickly disappearing. The issue with this Chipotle? When I order a vegetarian salad, I expect to get a decent amount of beans and fajita veggies, but instead I got less of each than my fiancé who ordered a chicken burrito bowl. I put a picture of the lackluster salad somewhere on here, but I was just seriously unhappy with that. If I'm already paying way too much for food, I want to at least receive what I deem to be my fair share of additions. Also, sodium levels are off the charts everywhere, but the nutritional information for their salsas (which I do like) are pretty crazy. 3.5 oz of the tomato (mild) salsa has 470 mg of sodium. 470?!?!?!?! Seriously, that's way too much. I'm avoiding this chain now because their salsas are all just too sodium laden for me, but without the salsa the food doesn't taste too great. 2 stars for the employee (bless her heart) not being able to adequately dish out the black beans and fajita veggies.

Burritos are not mexican, they are tex-mex basically although the quality and the flavor is good while in America is a near-like mexican taste although guacamole is a little pricey

Always great food, super fast service, and some great options. The barbacoa is my personal fav but carnitas (chicken) is pretty friggin good too. You always get plenty of food - it usually last me two meals. The guac is a must but the chips are a hit or miss depending on the batch.

UNBELIEVABLY RUDE STAFF!!! I just returned from picking up a to-go salad bowl from my nearest Chipotle and my roommate and I were appalled by the way the cashier spoke to us. OK so, I ordered a salad bowl with Barbacoa, priced at $6.65. When I got to the register my bowl was $9... hmm ok. I asked the girl (wish I remembered the name) about the price difference, and she looked at me like I was idiot and said "because you got Barbacoa." Yes I'm aware of that. When I pointed out that the board said Barbacoa was $6.65, she laughed and said "there's TAX" oh and plus guac was extra. OK, how much extra? $1.92 extra. Wow, didn't know that. But OK. My roommate then comes behind me and gets a vegetarian bowl, priced at $6.25, with guac, and her bowl rang up to $6.75. I asked why hers was $3 cheaper if guac was an extra $2, and, again the cashier looked at me like an idiot, laughed, and said snidely, "because she got Veggie." Really?! It says Barbacoa costs $6.65 and Veggie costs $6.25. I know WHAT we ordered, I'm asking you why the prices are so different than what you display. It's ok if there are extra charges or something I'm missing, but its your job to explain the pricing. Instead, she treated me like a moron who did not understand what I ordered, the price, or the way taxes work. Kicker, they were out of corn AND lettuce. I had to do shredded lettuce, which is fine, but racking on extra charges for ingredients when you are out of ingredients that normally come included in the bowl is not a great business practice and certainly reduced the value of the bowl overall. Plus corn is my favorite :( Chipotle management: you are one of my favorite chains ever. Your food is super tasty, fresh, and unique. I always tell people that Chipotle is a great spot to go to for reliable, quick grub. Please take note of the staff you had working tonight, namely the cashier and guy next in line to her, and explain to them how much you value your customers and want them to feel respected when in your establishment. I'm afraid tonight they represented your business very poorly.

Don't normally do chains, but there's very few fast carry-out options near my office and my boss is pretty fond of Chipotle-- and so I'm sent out on a grand adventure to go get us (and whoever else in the office overhears that I'm making a run) lunch at least once a week from this location. The food is always fresh and the service is fast. All of the people behind the counter can be a bit curt but I can't really blame them for that during the lunch rush. They get me in and out quickly and my order is always correct. They're willing to work with me on handling 3-5+ different "orders" on a regular basis without complaint. My favorite part of any Chipolte experience is the chips-- they put lime in with the sea salt and it's tasty! I can't complain; a hot lunch from Chipolte is much better than food court nonsense. My biggest complaint is about the parking situation during the lunch rush-- the entire plaza where Chipotle is located is a zoo and it's close to impossible to find a spot between 12 and 1 between the gym, Starbucks, and Jason's Deli being so close to eachother. I normally try to be there around 11:15 or 11:30 to find a close parking spot since I tend to have to carry lots of drinks and bags back out to my car.

My FAVORITE place to get a vegetarian burrito around. Everything is always so fresh and just so full of flavor to me. Clean and the staff is very friendly.

By far my favorite burrito/taco chain! The pricing is straight forward and their burritos are huge. I suggest asking to have them double wrapped for extra security. :) My only complaint is that I think their guac is too oniony.

This review will be an exercise in context. 1. This is fast food. Quick, easy and cheap 2. Chipotle utilizes fresh ingredients. 3. Their flavors are great. A spiciness to the chicken, the cilantro in the rice gives freshness and the salsa's are simple yet flavorful. So, if you are looking for a cheap, fresh, quick, and flavorful meal than Chipotle is for you. I would rank Chipotle at the top of the Chipotle/Tijuana flats/moe's fast food tex-mex genre.

I know, I know... it's a chain but it's my FAVORITE burrito and taco chain around. Everything is always so fresh and just so full of flavor to me. I always go with the carnitas, YUM! The mild salsa and corn salsa... OMG! It's pretty much always clean in here too... the staff at this location is always friendly so that is a huge plus. I am not sure how anyone can like other spots over this one cause the meat here is SO FRESH and each and every different kind, steak, carnitas, chicken... all taste different; unlike other spots where the different meats all taste the same! They also have quesadillas that are on the childrens menu, SO GOOD!

Got here right before they were closing. Staff was quick making my burrito. I love chipotle's chips and guacamole. Food was great. Staff was good but felt like tgey wanted us to leave. They were putting everything away and cleaning the soda fountain.Overall had a good experience.

Ok, so it's basically fast food...but it's not!! They "source organic and local produce when practical and use dairy from cows raised without the use of synthetic hormones." It's really easy to get a healthy, inexpensive, quick meal at Chipotle. You can add all the toppings you want, including a variety of hot sauces & salsa, and the guacamole is actually some of the best out there (even compared to expensive sit-down Mexican restaurants in town). I've noticed over the past couple years at this location that their employee turnover isn't crazy, and I see the same people there time after time. They offer quick service with a smile, even if it is at a counter. One new bonus: they offer a brown rice option - with no additional charge!

This day in age some chain restaurant folks put funky stuff inside of food. I do not like mystery horsemeat swirled with random chemicals for consumption. So this trusty chain has earned my admiration with by using animal raised products without antibiotics or hormones. Plus 50% vegetables are organic and locally purchased! The food here is always fresh and served so quickly. I'm always like I want this, that, and everything so they end up giving me a mountain of goodies on my rice bowl. I'm always mixing and matching since no matter what rice bowl, burrito, taco, salad you get it's always on point. This place has failed to disappoint and is always super filling on those hungry hippo days. During my vegan trial period I would come here to purchase brown rice with black beans, peppers, onions, corn, pico de gallo, along with some guac and it was the best stuff ever! My stamp of approval comes from the soul Chipotles.

This Chipotle location does the franchise a huge disservice. The staff isn't inviting, they are stingy with toppings and meat, and they rush even when there are hardly any customers. It's such a disappointment as my family enjoys the other Chipotle in the area.

Great staff, tasty food. Good prices if you are looking for something comparable to Panera's prices. A step above fast-food type places like Taco Bell and Pollo Tropical. Was surprised that they served beer too. Who knew?

I like many yelpers try to stay away from chain restaurants. However I make the exception sometimes for Chipotle. Overall I like Chipotle. I like that I can get a satisfying vegetarian item for a decent price. However, I have some issues with this Chipotle. First is the parking situation. I almost got hit last time I was there while try to park in their crazy packed lot. There is just too much in this area and not enough parking. My other complaint would be the size of my vegetarian bowl. I was in line with two meat eaters and I couldn't believe how much more food they got. Obviously they got meat, but I am talking vegetables here. The main item a vegetarian normally eats. I thought maybe I was just crazy, but when I checked some other reviews out from this Chipotle I noticed I wasn't the only one with a complaint. My vegetarian bowl cost just as much as the chicken one, so why is it that I am getting less food? Still this is a convenient Chipotle for me, so I know I will be back again and again..

Come here when you need to get a monstrous burrito to satisfy your crippling hunger! Seriously, the food here is nothing to play around with. You will not leave feeling any way other than full. The guys and gals at the counter are quick and ready to make a slamming burrito, taco, or bowl of the fresh ingredients. They serve beer as well, so this is definitely the place to relax and stuff your face after a long day.

I love this place. Their food is consistant, natural and down right tasty. This location made the best burrito yet. They just happened to mix the right amount of each ingredient and I leave super happy. I have never had a bad experience but I wish they had a better system when they were busy. During the lunch rush you spend awhile in line which stinks but well worth it at the end.

The service at any chipotle is good but they could have seemed happier. Been to more lively ones. But food is always good.

So... after watching Food Inc, I decided to give Chipotle another shot. That was like, a year ago. I finally made it back in and while I'm impressed with the things the corporation does to be more environmentally friendly, the food is still... meh. I had a burrito bowl, black beans and chicken, no rice, corn and hot salsa, lettuce and guac. The guac was a hefty extra price wise, and for the amount you get, it isn't worth it. My first bite all I could taste was salt. The beans weren't cooked all the way through, and the chicken was cut up in such small pieces, it was hard to believe it wasn't heavily processed. Maybe it's just this location? Dunno. Either way, it goes up one star for being an eco-conscious company, but... that's about it.

Good food and quick service, even when busy. Long line today, but went pretty quickly. Steak had a bit of grissle in it today, but not bad.

After much debate about where to eat tonight, we finally settled on Chipotle even though we just ate there four nights ago. I am unbelievably disappointed with my dining experience tonight. I've noticed that the portions keep getting smaller and smaller. I actually had to ask for more rice, as the amount the young man initially put on barely covered half the bottom of the bowl. He acted as though he didn't hear my request for more rice, filling my bowl with black beans, then flippantly adding more rice without saying a word. He asked me what meat I wanted, and when I said I wanted vegetarian, he quickly flung my bowl across to the condiments without even asking me if I wanted veggies. I had to again stop him and ask him to put veggies on. I've been getting this exact same bowl for probably 6 years now, and I've never gotten so very few veggies in a bowl. I almost asked for the normal amount of veggies, but he had already moved on to the next customer (my boyfriend). And by the way, we were the only ones in line. It's not like he had to rush to get the the next customer, as there were none. As they finished my bowl, I noticed the trend in skimping on ingredients. My boyfriend was also appalled by how skinny our bowls were compared to other times when we've visited. I understand that providing quality ingredients is expensive and it's in your best interest to err on the side of caution with regards to portion control. I usually have Chipotle about 1-2 times a week, but one thing is certain: I will not be returning. I will drive the extra five minutes to go to another location where I'm not nickel and dimed on ingredients. How much does losing a weekly customer cost you? How much will it cost the restaurant as a whole when other customers realize how this particular location is sacrificing the customer experience to save a dime here or there? Corporate Chipotle, I hope you're taking note of how damaging this particular location is negatively affecting your brand!

I always love a chipotle burrito. My personal suggestion, even though I am not a vegetarian: Vegetarian burrito, with pinto beans (not veggie safe), fajita stuff, corn salsa, hot salsa, and all the fixins. So good you don't even need the meat in it.

Just finished dinner here after numerous visits and I must say that of all the locations in Orlando, this one has to have one of the best crews. They've never failed to smile and or accommodate any specifics in my order. Friend has had her birthday dinner meet up here two years in a row and the crew never fails to join in on our happy birthday sing along. I recommend going Veggie. They never fail to give you that burrito that would seriously help you cross the Sahara. Skip the chips, all 'potle's' carry them too salty.

Mexican Cuisine

If you enjoy Taco Tuesday, then you have officially fallen in love with the Mexican Food. The main grain of Mexican cuisine is maize. Also known as corn, maize is grown for the past 9000 years after the crop was discovered by the people in Mayan civilization. Mexican empire flourished when they started growing beans, tomatoes, chili pepper, sweet potato and cactus. Till this date these ingredients are used in cooking authentic Mexican dishes and drinks.

Great use of spices, fresh chili pepper dishes like fajitas, tortilla chips, corn chips, salsa, chimichangas, burritos, nachos and quesadillas are invented in America. But when you are looking for authentic Mexican food then you must find a restaurant in the city that serves Rajas con Queso, Garbanzo in a Guajillo Chile Sauce, Pork Filled Chiles Rellenos, Chiles en Nogada, Molcajete Salsa, Pico de Gallo and Frijoles de la Olla. An eye-opening fact – Mexican don't like their food hot. They use fresh chili and other spices to create a flavor that lingers in your mouth.

Mexican food is great for those who are Gluten Intolerant as they use Corn instead of wheat in most of their dishes. Also, you can easily find many beans based Mexican dishes. Another dish which didn't get similar glory as tacos or nachos is the Mexican hot chocolate. If you love something hot on a chilly day, then go for Mexican Hot Chocolate. On merry days, you can enjoy the authentic Mexican Drinks like Tequila, Mezcal, Tecuí, Sotol, Bacanora, Charanda, Posh O Pox, Puebla and Pulque. Mexican Cuisine is for people who enjoy strong drinks and hearty meals.
