I don't get the hype. No matter what Chipotle I go to, I always feel rushed by their assembly line manner. If I ever pause to make a choice it's as if I interrupted their day. I never feel appreciated or wanted as a customer & that is not exclusive to this location.

Back in the day, when I was a new college grad and unemployed and broke, I lived off a stack of free burrito cards a friend had given me for several months. I'd go in and buy a burrito and eat half for lunch and half for dinner. My tastes have evolved a little since then (and once I regained the desire to eat burritos which, frankly, took a few years): now I get the veggie burrito bowl instead of half carnitas/half chicken. I get brown rice instead of white. But the core of what makes Chipotle great hasn't changed at all. This Chipotle, like many others, has proven to have great customer service. The last time I was in (as I stop here almost every time I'm at Mall at Millenia), they'd just run out of their peppers and onions and a fresh batch had to be made. So they put everything else I wanted in the bowl and sent me down the line to wait while the peppers were cooking. The man at the register asked if I'd like a drink while I waited, which I would have gotten anyway, so I said sure. Then he rang me up and didn't charge me for the drink. I've had other similar experiences like that happen at other Chipotles, but on a particularly hot and tired day, it was exactly the positive customer service experience and pick-me-up I needed. You will wait longer here than almost any other place at the mall. This is the food destination, and it often shows from the length of the line. Nonetheless, it's no longer than I'd wait in a regular store during lunchtime and the quality and freshness (that awesome lime-cilantro rice!) is more than worth it.

Skimping on the meat is a big no-no and for the second time in a week (no judging), I felt like I got gipped on the chicken/pork half n' half. I even tried charming my "Chipotlerista" into hooking up some more...didn't work AND I felt like a creep. Probably was creepy trying to charm someone into giving my extra pork on my salad bowl....I digress. It seems like it is only this location but since this is right next to work, I wish that they would be a bit more generous in the barbacoa department!

It's quick and healthy. I eat here because it tastes good, but also because I vote with my dollars. I support this place because they use quality ingredients, like non-GMO meats and antibiotic free meats. I will always choose Chipotle over any other fast "food" joint. I dig the rice bowl--cilantro-lime brown rice, pulled pork or chicken, black beans, cheese, sour cream, and corn salsa. Delicious!

How can you go wrong here? Always tasty always consistent always under 10 bucks. Need I say more?

I love Chipotle so when I saw this is the food-court I knew it was where I would be eating. However, this visit was disappointing. The staff was friendly despite it being just after 11am and the service was quick but when I dug into my bowl, the meat was cold like it was the meat from the night before that came out the fridge in the morning. I figured first thing should be nice fresh food rather then leftovers.

Lunch close to work. Good old chipotle never goes wrong with the burrito bowl with lemon cilantro white rice, black beans, sautéed bell peppers, pico de gallo, medium hot salsa, roasted corn, cheese, and lettuce. Since this chipotle is inside the mall, if you are driving to millennia mall from a separate location make sure to park by California pizza grille entrance on the other side of Conroy. This will be the best location to access the mall food court.

The staff is always friendly and fast. This chipotle is one of the fasted moving chipotles I have ever been to. Even though the line is long, it goes by quick! A good quick bite to eat and on the plus side, chipotle always tastes good.

This location is in the mall and by far the worst experience I have ever had at a chipotle. I ordered soft shell tacos with barbacoa...they literally put about a tablespoon of meat in the taco...LAME My wife ordered soft shell tacos as well, one with chicken, one shredded pork, one barbacoa and they all lacked in the meat portion area. The toppings were all fresh and quantities were fair, even the guacamole. I guess we arrived at "shift change" and a guy demanded "all 3 o'clock people must be off the clock and EXACTLY 3 o'clock"...the girl preparing my tacos literally stopped in the middle of finishing my order. The people working seemed fairly clueless, friendly but didn't really know what they were doing. That is until you get down to the register, they know how to take your money! Overall bad experience, will not be back to this location.

Came here on a Saturday afternoon, this location is in the mall food court. The line was long and I almost chose another place to eat at. The line moved very quick and the employees were friendly.i got a chicken burrito however I asked them to put it in a bowl. Thought they were going to wrap it then put it in the bowl they did not. They got the bowl put the tortilla in it then the white rice and chicken. I got the tomato salsa corn lettuce and sour cream with the open face tortilla. They put more than enough rice as I've been to other chipotle and they skimp on the rice and chicken. The rice had the lime flavor that you can taste as other times it doesn't. I like the idea of the open tortilla and I will get that again

If you're looking for over priced under quality food this is your spot. Never staffer enough to service customers, stingy and rude with portions. Overall a disappointing lack luster chipotle experience. That's what I get for eating in a mall!

I'm simply in love with Chipolte. I need to commit to checking in more here. A great tip, order ahead. Trust me it will save you time standing in line. They have updated the app to store credit cards and it also keeps track of recent and favorite orders. I only wish Chipolte had drive thru but it hasn't stop my weekly, sometimes daily habit of frequenting Chipolte.

The service at this location was great. I ordered my usual burrito bowl w/ half sofritas, half chicken. She gave me a full scoop of each. Oh have mercy! They usually only do half a scoop of each. I've found I usually have to ask for more of the item like beans & etc, but they really loaded my bowl up. That made my greedy self become filled w/ glee. They also had limes at this location instead of only having lemons like other Chipotles. They were out of non-GMO chicken that day.

Quick, efficient, friendly and tasty. Good qualities that I've come to expect from chipotle. The line was long but it moved pretty quick. When I asked for my double wrapped, and lots of rice burrito I was given a smile and given exactly what I wanted. Others wrote that this location skimps on the meat but I felt the complete opposite. I was super happy with the amount of carnitas I was given, which was a good bit. The nice lady who wrapped my burrito gave me a huge smile of approval and even commented an "oh yeah!" The cashier was quick, and still managed to give me a smile. I wanted water and they had them ready to go for the grabbing. Overall, best chipotle experience I've had in a while. The food was good and even though you can't see it from the way I dissected my burrito, the carnitas was plenty once I dug into it.

It's Chipotle. Beside the long wait times ALL THE TIME, what is not 5 stars about this place?!?!

I've have been eating at the original Chipotle just down the street from DU (Denver University) since the mid 90's and have always loved their food and service. This is the first Chipotle we have eaten at since moving to Florida, the first experience was not good, but the second time was just what we expected.

Mexican Cuisine

If you enjoy Taco Tuesday, then you have officially fallen in love with the Mexican Food. The main grain of Mexican cuisine is maize. Also known as corn, maize is grown for the past 9000 years after the crop was discovered by the people in Mayan civilization. Mexican empire flourished when they started growing beans, tomatoes, chili pepper, sweet potato and cactus. Till this date these ingredients are used in cooking authentic Mexican dishes and drinks.

Great use of spices, fresh chili pepper dishes like fajitas, tortilla chips, corn chips, salsa, chimichangas, burritos, nachos and quesadillas are invented in America. But when you are looking for authentic Mexican food then you must find a restaurant in the city that serves Rajas con Queso, Garbanzo in a Guajillo Chile Sauce, Pork Filled Chiles Rellenos, Chiles en Nogada, Molcajete Salsa, Pico de Gallo and Frijoles de la Olla. An eye-opening fact – Mexican don't like their food hot. They use fresh chili and other spices to create a flavor that lingers in your mouth.

Mexican food is great for those who are Gluten Intolerant as they use Corn instead of wheat in most of their dishes. Also, you can easily find many beans based Mexican dishes. Another dish which didn't get similar glory as tacos or nachos is the Mexican hot chocolate. If you love something hot on a chilly day, then go for Mexican Hot Chocolate. On merry days, you can enjoy the authentic Mexican Drinks like Tequila, Mezcal, Tecuí, Sotol, Bacanora, Charanda, Posh O Pox, Puebla and Pulque. Mexican Cuisine is for people who enjoy strong drinks and hearty meals.
