I've been to this location twice in the past week and have had great experiences both times. My visit last week was on the way home from running some errands. I stopped in to get a meal to take home, but there was some confusion and no one put my order together. After a few minutes of waiting, one of the cashiers asked what I was still waiting for. I handed her my receipt and she handed it to a manager who got to work collecting my food. As an apology for the wait, he threw in a three piece chicken strip - effectively doubling the size of my meal. I went in again today to claim my free Spicy Chicken Sandwich that they're testing. The cashier suggested/upsold me on a few add-ons that they're offering with the sandwich (pepper-jack cheese and lettuce/tomato). My food came out lightning quick this time, and I was off to try this supposedly "spicy" sandwich. The concept of a "spicy" sandwich at a fast food restaurant is kind of an insane notion, and I never actually expect to get anything that I'd call "spicy" or "hot". That said, this did have a tiny bit of kick to it - more than I would have expected. Granted, part of that may be from the pepper-jack cheese. While I ate, employees were walking around checking on customers, and offering to get refills. I've been Chick-Fil-As before - including this location, but I've never seen them do that before. There was also a person in a cow costume (no clue if there's an official mascot name) walking around entertaining the kids and whatever adults were amused enough to interact with them. This location is super clean - kept spotless by the number of employees roaming the dining room. Since they were testing the new sandwich, a couple of employees stopped by to ask my opinions on the sandwich and offered me a free coupon for another spicy chicken sandwich when they officially launch next week. The only real problem with Chick-Fil-A - any and all of them, really - is that I usually only get a craving for them on Sunday. I don't know if it's my subconscious that is annoyed that they're closed on Sundays and automatically craving them because I can't have them - but it's kind of annoying.

I typically don't go to this Chick Fil A for one reason - they are so busy. I was pleasantly surprised to walk in and find such great service this week. The line was rather long but move very quickly. After my order, the cashier told us to find a seat and she would bring us our food; WOW!! You don't see this every day at a fast food place. During our visit, they also had some girls making balloon animals and what not for the kids.... very cool of them. Highly recommend this place if you can get a parking spot!

Love their food - Spicy Chicken all the way, fries are wonderful, and the shakes are killer. What is bad in my humble opinion is that all of their delicious sauces have corn syrup. I have contacted the company and they are 'looking into it'. I cross my fingers they will remove it before 2015 :).

I know this location gets super busy, especially on Saturday afternoons, BUT finding a long blonde hair in the middle of my chicken club sandwich is pretty disgusting. I tend to favor Chick Fil A over other fast food places because their menu is on the relatively healthy side, but there's just no excuse for hair in food in any food service setting. Really regret going there today. Although my sandwich was replaced with a brand new one, I felt like I'd already completely lost my appetite and should have spent my money elsewhere.

Love chic fil a, but this one is ALWAYS crowded. The parking lot is terrible and the kids area smells REALLY bad, but it's a great place to meet my mom group and let the little ones play. I've been to this Chic-fi-la several times. I have never once ran into an issue. My food is always hot and correct. Not to mention delicious. The employees are nothing short of excellent. They are super friendly and patient; always willing to make your experience great. The bathrooms are clean and smell like roses. There is always someone cleaning the tables and or windows and floors. I have always loved going to this restaurant but my experience grew even more magnificent when I used the drive-thru. There was easily a 20 car line wrapped around the building; I was out of there, food in hand in less than 6 minutes. That includes waiting in line before ordering. I will continue to order the classic chicken sandwich because it makes my tummy happy. Also the myriad of sauces really adds a flare of flavor to any meal you order. Definitely pay this place a visit.

I love the chicken sandwich, grilled nuggets and fries, ice cream and chocolate chip cookies!!! The chick fil a sauce is my favorite. It goes great on everything even the fries. I also love that they have fresh carnations at every table. Very classy restaurant. Plus they have a nice indoor play area for the kids. There is always at least 10 cars in drive-thru but they seem to have a good system in place which keeps the line moving.

I never go through the drive thru because of the long lines. The line does tend to be shorter inside, but you have to find a parking spot... Once you escape the parking lot and get inside it's all good. The staff is friendly. They keep everything clean. There are activities for kids some nights. This is one of the better options for fast food in the Waterford Lakes area.

Great food, always clean. When eating inside during lunch hour Bonita will re- fill your drinks for you, get you more sauces, or exchange your kids toys for ice cream. The only reason I knocked off a star is because 50% of the time I go through the drive thru they get my drink wrong or forget a straw (which is annoying while driving) I ask for light ice and they will forget.

I don't know if I can think of any CFA that I've been unhappy with ... ever. I love the way they run their show as a company and all of the many CFAs that I've been to are awesome. You must try their Lemonade (Diet is my fave, it tastes the same). CFA breakfast is the bomb dot com. Yummy! If you haven't had their CFA biscuits or the CFA minis (OH EM GEE!) ... do it tomorrow!! What a deliciously fabulous menu and a fantastically clean restaurant.

I am a Chick fil a nut, but this location I've never had a good experience with. I usually go to the one in Oviedo, close to my house, and everyone is friendly, greets with a smile and even knows my name (bad thing? good thing?) Anyway, at this one, the fries are always cold, I hate cold fries!!! I hate pickles and the last two times they put pickles on my sandwhich when I specifically ask them to refrain from doing so. I don't know if the Oviedo location spoils me, but they always ask what sauces I'd like, not here. I avoid this location, I got food from them today and I couldn't even eat the fries.

Great fast food that is healthier than the corner Mickey D's. Side salad's are a nice alternative to the fries, but then those waffle fries are awful good aren't they? The chicken is high quality and you win with whatever you choose. What really strikes me is the superb customer service. Only had one issue in all the years it has been open and the manager addressed immediately.

They are super friendly and patient; always willing to make your experience great. The bathrooms are clean and smell like roses. There is always someone cleaning the tables and or windows and floors. I have always loved going to this restaurant but my experience grew even more magnificent when I used the drive-thru. There was easily a 20 car line wrapped around the building; I was out of there, food in hand in less than 6 minutes. That includes waiting in line before ordering. I will continue to order the classic chicken sandwich because it makes my tummy happy. Also the myriad of sauces really adds a flare of flavor to any meal you order. Definitely pay this place a visit.

I never go through the drive thru because of the long lines. The line does tend to be shorter inside, but you have to find a parking spot... Once you escape the parking lot and get inside it's all good. The staff is friendly. They keep everything clean. There are activities for kids some nights. This is one of the better options for fast food in the Waterford Lakes area.

Great food, always clean. When eating inside during lunch hour Bonita will re- fill your drinks for you, get you more sauces, or exchange your kids toys for ice cream. The only reason I knocked off a star is because 50% of the time I go through the drive thru they get my drink wrong or forget a straw (which is annoying while driving) I ask for light ice and they will forget.

I don't know if I can think of any CFA that I've been unhappy with ... ever. I love the way they run their show as a company and all of the many CFAs that I've been to are awesome. You must try their Lemonade (Diet is my fave, it tastes the same). CFA breakfast is the bomb dot com. Yummy! If you haven't had their CFA biscuits or the CFA minis (OH EM GEE!) ... do it tomorrow!! What a deliciously fabulous menu and a fantastically clean restaurant.

I am a Chick fil a nut, but this location I've never had a good experience with. I usually go to the one in Oviedo, close to my house, and everyone is friendly, greets with a smile and even knows my name (bad thing? good thing?) Anyway, at this one, the fries are always cold, I hate cold fries!!! I hate pickles and the last two times they put pickles on my sandwhich when I specifically ask them to refrain from doing so. I don't know if the Oviedo location spoils me, but they always ask what sauces I'd like, not here. I avoid this location, I got food from them today and I couldn't even eat the fries.

Great fast food that is healthier than the corner Mickey D's. Side salad's are a nice alternative to the fries, but then those waffle fries are awful good aren't they? The chicken is high quality and you win with whatever you choose. What really strikes me is the superb customer service. Only had one issue in all the years it has been open and the manager addressed immediately.

I know this location gets super busy, especially on Saturday afternoons, BUT finding a long blonde hair in the middle of my chicken club sandwich is pretty disgusting. I tend to favor Chick Fil A over other fast food places because their menu is on the relatively healthy side, but there's just no excuse for hair in food in any food service setting. Really regret going there today. Although my sandwich was replaced with a brand new one, I felt like I'd already completely lost my appetite and should have spent my money elsewhere.

Come on. It's a chick/fil-a, so yes the chicken and the fries are WHATS Up... Anyway make sure ur cell is charged cause u will get plenty of time to play ur fav game or tweet or whatever it is u do on ur cell phone cause them b's are slow!!!! Love chic fil a, but this one is ALWAYS crowded. The parking lot is terrible and the kids area smells REALLY bad, but it's a great place to meet my mom group and let the little ones play. Who doesn't like chicken nuggets and waffle fries? The food usually comes out correctly, which is saying A LOT for a fast food place, and it just tastes better than all the other places. Will definitely be back.

I've been to this Chic-fi-la several times. I have never once ran into an issue. My food is always hot and correct. Not to mention delicious. The employees are nothing short of excellent. They are super friendly and patient; always willing to make your experience great. The bathrooms are clean and smell like roses. There is always someone cleaning the tables and or windows and floors. I have always loved going to this restaurant but my experience grew even more magnificent when I used the drive-thru. There was easily a 20 car line wrapped around the building; I was out of there, food in hand in less than 6 minutes. That includes waiting in line before ordering. I will continue to order the classic chicken sandwich because it makes my tummy happy. Also the myriad of sauces really adds a flare of flavor to any meal you order. Definitely pay this place a visit.

I love the chicken sandwich, grilled nuggets and fries, ice cream and chocolate chip cookies!!! The chick fil a sauce is my favorite. It goes great on everything even the fries. I also love that they have fresh carnations at every table. Very classy restaurant. Plus they have a nice indoor play area for the kids. There is always at least 10 cars in drive-thru but they seem to have a good system in place which keeps the line moving.

Not 5 stars because of the entrance vs drive thru vs available parking. Very poor design. I love this place and should come here more often. Always greeted by enthusiastic smiling staff. Food is always as requested. I like that someone is always walking around clearing tables ( some people are inconsiderate slobs), and checking for refills for your drink.

Overall: Awesome chicken! Chick-Fil-A is consistently good and it seems that everyone knows it. Alas, I will wait in the drive-thru line for 15 minutes to fill my pie hole with delicious nuggets and waffle fries. Don't forget the Polynesian sauce and diet lemonade, I have to watch my waistline.

I've been to this location twice in the past week and have had great experiences both times. My visit last week was on the way home from running some errands. I stopped in to get a meal to take home, but there was some confusion and no one put my order together. After a few minutes of waiting, one of the cashiers asked what I was still waiting for. I handed her my receipt and she handed it to a manager who got to work collecting my food. As an apology for the wait, he threw in a three piece chicken strip - effectively doubling the size of my meal. I went in again today to claim my free Spicy Chicken Sandwich that they're testing. The cashier suggested/upsold me on a few add-ons that they're offering with the sandwich (pepper-jack cheese and lettuce/tomato). My food came out lightning quick this time, and I was off to try this supposedly "spicy" sandwich. The concept of a "spicy" sandwich at a fast food restaurant is kind of an insane notion, and I never actually expect to get anything that I'd call "spicy" or "hot". That said, this did have a tiny bit of kick to it - more than I would have expected. Granted, part of that may be from the pepper-jack cheese. While I ate, employees were walking around checking on customers, and offering to get refills. I've been Chick-Fil-As before - including this location, but I've never seen them do that before. There was also a person in a cow costume (no clue if there's an official mascot name) walking around entertaining the kids and whatever adults were amused enough to interact with them. This location is super clean - kept spotless by the number of employees roaming the dining room. Since they were testing the new sandwich, a couple of employees stopped by to ask my opinions on the sandwich and offered me a free coupon for another spicy chicken sandwich when they officially launch next week. The only real problem with Chick-Fil-A - any and all of them, really - is that I usually only get a craving for them on Sunday. I don't know if it's my subconscious that is annoyed that they're closed on Sundays and automatically craving them because I can't have them - but it's kind of annoying.

I typically don't go to this Chick Fil A for one reason - they are so busy. I was pleasantly surprised to walk in and find such great service this week. The line was rather long but move very quickly. After my order, the cashier told us to find a seat and she would bring us our food; WOW!! You don't see this every day at a fast food place. During our visit, they also had some girls making balloon animals and what not for the kids.... very cool of them. Highly recommend this place if you can get a parking spot!

Love their food - Spicy Chicken all the way, fries are wonderful, and the shakes are killer. What is bad in my humble opinion is that all of their delicious sauces have corn syrup. I have contacted the company and they are 'looking into it'. I cross my fingers they will remove it before 2015 :).
