Since we don't have Chick-Fil-A near while I live, I had to give it a try, now that the whole political brouhaha has died down. I'd say that while the food is probably overrated, the service was extremely friendly. And aside from that, the location was great...perfect for a meal after leaving WDW. pros: location near WDW. service is VERY fast, and VERY friendly. I was also impressed at the quality of the fruit in the Grilled Market salad. cons: the chicken nuggets and tenders are pretty average to below average. WDW actually makes better chicken tenders, though at a much inflated price. I even think McDonald's has tastier nuggets.

I can't express how excited I was to find out there was a Chickfila down the street from the hotel we stayed at. That translates into a deluxe chicken sammich meal for dinner 2 nights in a row! I couldn't be a happier camper.

Visited this particular location of Chick-fil-A on Monday, June 8th at 8:02 a.m. utilizing the drive-thru. James was my cashier in the drive-thru lane. I've always preferred Chick-fil-A over Burger King, McDonalds and Wendys when it comes to fast food. With that said, most of the Chick-fil-A locations I've visited are always busy and typically have long drive-thru lines. Early on a Monday morning, the line here wasn't very long. As I indicated earlier, James was my drive-thru cashier. I ordered two complete bacon, egg and cheese biscuit combos, two chicken biscuits, two chicken burritos, two oatmeal and two fruit cups. Total order came to $33.47. Unlike a lot of fast food joints that either short you on your order or screw things up entirely, this particular Chick-fil-A got it right the first time. My coffee combos came with Splenda and sugar individually and with plenty of cream. The hash browns had ketchup and the oatmeal had plenty of brown sugar along with dried fruit and nuts. The bag had plenty of napkins and my receipt. How else would I be able to recite my complete order four days later? LOL Centrally located and a very clean location. Nothing beats a Chick-fil-a sandwich except maybe their nuggets. The customer service is always exceptional and the food is delicious what more can you ask for. This location is usually pretty busy since it is in the middle of a very tourist driven area so expect to wait but the employees are very friendly and efficient and serve up the food hot and fresh. We had to wait a few minutes in the drive thru to place our order and then to get to the window but when we received our order the sandwiches were hot, fresh and delicious.

It's Chick-fil-A. Nice people, quality food. We were craving ice cream, so we stopped by for a cone. Nice and icy just like we like it! Not much more to say. CFAs tend to be awesome no matter where you go.

Chick-Fil-A Orlando is one great place to get lunch when visiting Orlando- it is worth a short drive in your rental car from Disneyworld- to visit if you have never been to one before. The food quality is strong, the location is clean and the prices are very competitive.

We don't have Chick-Fil-A's in Hawaii, so this being my first experience with the Chick was probably the best that I could have expected! They are a fast food quick service restaurant, but they treat you as if they were a table service. The food is pretty good topped off with its workers greeting you with a smile while you sit and eat asking if you need more water or anything. I've never felt so waited upon in a fast food restaurant.

I feel so weird reviewing a fast food place lol, but I had one of the best first timer chick-fil-a experience. I'm not sure if it typical of the chain but this place had everything spot on. I've never seen a staff crew so happy and polite, not even at 5 star fine dinning establishments. The staff was super friendly. I told the cashier that was hoping to get lunch even though it was 15 min away and my friend wanted breakfast. They said it may take a little longer and I was completely ok with that. The gal also knew it was my first experience at chick-fil-a and was like here are all the sauces. She said her favorite was the buffalo and chick-fil-a so tried those first. What happen next blew my mind, they bring the food to you and took our trays when we were done. What i assume was the manager/assistance manager was super nice and went around asking how everything was. Oh right the food. Yummy! I want more chick-fil-a sauce though!

Best service ever! I never had any trouble choosing a burger but today I did. I didn't know what to eat so I just whent with something spicy, I had the spicy chicken deluxe with a lemonade ofcourse. When I got to front to get what I was going to eat I was called by Caitlyn.. what a service with a smile she was very helpfully in fact when I ask it was my first second time here she reply no worries take your time and still smile. At other places they would be more frustrated if you did not know what you wanted but this time someone actually loved what she did. After ordering and going to take my seat I saw another employee asking people if they needed any refills on their drinks. WAOW TALK ABOUT GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Jorge came and ask and I reply by saying No but if I can get a cup of water with in seconds he got me one. Waow I'm amazed how they work here with that service I will keep coming back here as long as I can thank you guys. Rock Guarisco you have a great crew. We don't eat fast food often. This Chick Fil A location is just outside Disney Market and still performs as well as the others we have been to. The new Grilled chicken with bacon and Colby Jack cheese was great.my wife said its chicken that tastes like real chicken. My friends had never been to a chick Fil a and said "It is food served fast but doesn't taste like fast food " Great job. Keep it up and please don't tell anyone that we eat at fast food restaurants because we don't.

Ok, I'm from up north and all the bad press about this franchise's CEO lately almost kept me out during my stay at Disney World. I was surely surprised by the breakfast at Chic-Fil-A! The sausage, egg, and cheese biscuit along with fried chicken biscuit and hash brown were to die for! It was delicious, hot, fresh, and the grease was well drained from the chicken, while the biscuit was buttery and crumbled as a biscuit should. I don't understand why other chains don't have a full staff such as Chic. When you walk in there are a ton of staff behind the counter, cleaning the floors and tables, and gentlemen that waits near the bathroom door to clean it at a moments notice! Every other chain should take notice of this behavior and mimic it, immediately! Not to mention, the price point is great! Less than $5 per meal. $2.25 for a sandwich! Great spot to maintain a budget! It was good enough for us to find more chain locations during our trip back home. I really wish we had more locations up where I'm from.

Got back to my destination and discovered that part of my order was not included. I should know better and check the bag myself, but if I ask you to make sure and you say you did, doesn't that count?

Chick-Fil-A is my favorite fast food restaurant! If you've had C.F.A. before then you know "chicken, chicken, and more CHICKEN!!" And I never said that was a bad thing now did I? With C.F.A. there is enough variation of chicken in some meal for everyone to enjoy! Whether it be a salad, sandwich, or nuggets Chick-Fil-A is a great place for a bunch of friends or family. And don't worry, if you aren't a fan of chicken they have a selection of fries and desserts that don't consist of chicken. If you are looking for a good dessert at Chick-Fil-A I suggest any flavor of the milkshakes. The service is superb, food is superb, and there is free wi-fi for those looking to pass time. A great place to get food!

First time here I ask for well done chicken tender meal, and they give me burnt tenders and the bottom of the barrel of the fries. Totally not edible. After calling and complaining they said they'd make it right for me. I come back the next day and they only replace the burnt nuggets. You would think that because my WHOLE meal was ruined that They would have enough DECENCY to give me measly drink and a fry for free as well, but not here. They'll burn your nuggets and your gas. Last time I'll ever come here again. Totally unethical and stupid as fuck to come all the way back just for a few nuggets. Manager should be fired and replaced with someone that has enough common sense and courtesy to replace everything after the whole meal was ruined.

We were on vacation when we visited this location. Both times it was after a long day at Disney Theme parks. It was late (around 9:30pm) and we were tired and hungry. This store is a bit of a challenge to get to the drive-thru, as there is a ton of traffic and crazy stop lights. Our order was pretty simple, 4 Chick-fil-a sandwiches with extra pickles and various sauces. The problem was that they forgot the extra pickles. I asked twice and was told I had them. Not. Apparently in FL they give you the extra pickles in a little side cup. Nothing is more frustrating that pulling away and getting on the road and realizing your order is wrong. And with traffic it's not worth the hassle to try and turn around and wait in line to get your order fixed.

For starters, my family and I LOVE us some CFA. We always get some (many times over) when we are vacation and that has been no different while in the Orlando area this week. CFA is the standard of the fast food industry for service and taste to me. The food is consistently good throughout the many stores we have been to and this location is no different. The employees here are extremely kind and seem very efficient given the traffic they get (lots of tourists). My only knock I have to give this location (which would has made it a no question 5 star to me) is that on our 2 trips here so far (both drive through visits - Fri 2/3/12 & Tues 2/6/12) is that they have forgot out straws BOTH times. We are a family of six with younger children and our kids look forward to the straws (may seem weird but they do). It's a simple thing but the lack of the attention to detail is annoying especially when you spend $40 on "fast food".

I love Chick-Fil-A and should probably preface that first. This CFA is filled with helpful and energetic faces willing to do whatever it takes to get your order right. I ordered 3 meals and they got those right without any problem. I was in line and someone came in stating they'd ordered 3 sandwiches but had only been charged for 2 and only received 2. They manager took care of the discrepancy quickly and refused to take any money for the sandwich that wasn't paid for - nice touch. One thing that's really really nice about CFA is it seems our tourist friends from South America and the UK haven't figured out what this place is about. So, they're not here. It is a nice change of pace if you're a local or just tired of people invading your personal space. So, if you've spent the day pushing and shopping at the Premium Outlets nearby, this is a wonderful oasis. It's a great place to get to a clean bathroom, a cold cup of Icedream, or a Spicy Chicken Sandwich. Keep up the good work CFA and keep setting out those after dinner mints - it's a VERY nice touch.

Service is wonderful. Manager comes around seeing how all is going. Making sure your drinks are full and you are enjoying the food. Then there is the food, the chicken is so moist and tasty. The crinkle fries are crispy on the outside and potato-y goodness on the inside. I know this sounds weird, but the mayo they have is so good, I don't know why, but it just tastes creamy and perfect on the chicken and fries. Enjoy!

I will always love Chick-Fil-A even though I do feel conflicted about it. I don't believe in their beliefs, but I grew up on this stuff. Chick-Fil-A is a part of my childhood. When you're five, you don't know what a business supports or doesn't support. All you know is that you like the simplicity of a chicken sandwich with pickles, served with a real lemonade. All you know is that their waffle fries are different from McDonald's -- and possibly better. All you know is that their Chick-Fil-A and polynesian sauce make you happy.

3.5 stars its a well known fast food chain in florida. I just found out recently that we have some locations in california too! all we ordered was the spicy chicken sandwich and some criss cut fries. based on the sandwich, id say its cool. the meat was fresh and hot. not at all dry. wish i could taste the spicy-ness more. its just your average fast food joint. but, the only thing that stood out to me was they came around asking if we wanted our drinks refilled. they also brought our tray of food to us at our table, and asked us if we wanted to take it away when we are done.

I went to visit family in Orlando and my brother took me to a Chick-Fil-A. I've never been to a Chick-Fil-A before and I he told me it was good. I was skeptical because I had never heard of Chick-Fil-A before. I'm glad I tried it. It's basically a fast food place that serves primarily chicken. The food is very good, even for a fast food place. When I was here I had the chicken sandwich and it was very tasty and much better than I anticipated. The other big plus that I didn't realize was that they will bring the food to your table after you order. This doesn't seem like a big deal but when you're dealing with a bunch of kids and have to keep your eye on them, this helps a lot. The service and staff is top notch. The staff is very polite and very helpful. I love Chick-Fil-A so much, I found the next closet Chick-Fil-A to me. It's 60 miles away but I will go to eat there. A week into my stint on the Disney College Program, I had no idea that Chick-Fil-A would be one of the (many) highlights of my stay down here in Orlando. But for those of us staying at Vista Way, the 5-minute walk down the street to this heavenly chicken joint is sheer bliss (or, depending on how you look at it, incredibly dangerous). Honestly, I sometimes feel like I'm the only one here new to the Chick-Fil-A experience, since New England is apparently the only place in the country where Chick-Fil-A's aren't all over the place. West of 495 in Mass., there literally aren't any, so you'll have to forgive my exuberance. Where I come from, Taco Bell and Dunks are the pinnacle of fast food, and that's unfortunate, because - corny as it may sound - CFA takes your perceptions of fast food and turns them on its side. Every employee is in high spirits. The entire store, every booth, is kept in tip-top shape (saying something, considering the traffic this place gets between thrifty Disney visitors and CP students). And the food - oh, my, the food. There's something intangible about it, but the food just seems like FOOD, rather than FAST food. The presentation is the same, but everything's just so tasty. I try to keep in shape by avoiding fried food whenever I can, so I'll admit I haven't tried anything fried yet, but the grilled chicken, whether in sandwich or wrap form, is spectacular. The waffle fries are superb, as are the healthier substitutions you can get. The side salad comes with a great selection of dressings. And honestly, what other fast food joint offers Diet Dr. Pepper, the diet beverage of champions? And if all that didn't seal the deal, how about employees who come around offering to refill your drinks for free? How about sweet deals for the CP students, like two-for-one chicken sandwiches on Thursdays (I think) and handy coupons for incoming participants? How about the free mints on your way out? And I haven't even tried the breakfast yet. All of this, mind you, at prices comparable to the "other guys." I loves me some T-Bell, don't get me wrong. But I'll never look at fast food the same way again. I don't even mind the subtle "go to church" message implied by their not being open on Sundays. I guess the only thing that's gonna keep me away from this place is divine intervention.

This is another one of my lunchtime stops. My office loves this location! The guys I work with go at least once a week. I go once or twice a month. Even though it's in the busy tourist area and is crowded at lunch, they are always fast and pleasant. Even in the busiest of times, unlike a lot of fast food restaurants, they have someone helping in the dinning room.

I ate Chick-fil-A...and I liked it! Being from Nor-Cal, it wasn't familiar at all. Took the family to Walt Disney World, was leaving for home, wanted something simple and quick before the flight. This was perfect. Better than I figured. All chicken items, and they are proud of it! Everything we tried was simple but delicious. The waffle potato fries were very good- better than they looked... they didn't look done but were. The various sandwiches were quite good. I think the quality of the food is the key with this place. They seem to use fresh ingredients. They also have done a good job regarding informing patrons of the healthiness of their menu items. Nice touch. Parking was good. My only knock is the condiments. Nothing comes on the sandwiches, so you have to use packets. That's ok if you're running out the door. For sit down, it's a little strange. I'd go back.

We don't eat fast food often. This Chick Fil A location is just outside Disney Market and still performs as well as the others we have been to. The new Grilled chicken with bacon and Colby Jack cheese was great.my wife said its chicken that tastes like real chicken. My friends had never been to a chick Fil a and said "It is food served fast but doesn't taste like fast food " Great job. Keep it up and please don't tell anyone that we eat at fast food restaurants because we don't.

Simply amazing. I went to breakfast yesterday across the street at he holiday inn Applebee's and was shocked how terrible that was. Came here today spent half the money for wayyyyy better food, service, cleanliness. Go here instead of Applebee's!

Ok, I'm from up north and all the bad press about this franchise's CEO lately almost kept me out during my stay at Disney World. I was surely surprised by the breakfast at Chic-Fil-A! The sausage, egg, and cheese biscuit along with fried chicken biscuit and hash brown were to die for! It was delicious, hot, fresh, and the grease was well drained from the chicken, while the biscuit was buttery and crumbled as a biscuit should. I don't understand why other chains don't have a full staff such as Chic. When you walk in there are a ton of staff behind the counter, cleaning the floors and tables, and gentlemen that waits near the bathroom door to clean it at a moments notice! Every other chain should take notice of this behavior and mimic it, immediately! Not to mention, the price point is great! Less than $5 per meal. $2.25 for a sandwich! Great spot to maintain a budget! It was good enough for us to find more chain locations during our trip back home. I really wish we had more locations up where I'm from.

After I asked them to ease make sure that we had everything since we were in the drive through line and it was busy, they said we were good to go. Got back to my destination and discovered that part of my order was not included. I should know better and check the bag myself, but if I ask you to make sure and you say you did, doesn't that count?

Chick-Fil-A is my favorite fast food restaurant! If you've had C.F.A. before then you know "chicken, chicken, and more CHICKEN!!" And I never said that was a bad thing now did I? With C.F.A. there is enough variation of chicken in some meal for everyone to enjoy! Whether it be a salad, sandwich, or nuggets Chick-Fil-A is a great place for a bunch of friends or family. And don't worry, if you aren't a fan of chicken they have a selection of fries and desserts that don't consist of chicken. If you are looking for a good dessert at Chick-Fil-A I suggest any flavor of the milkshakes. The service is superb, food is superb, and there is free wi-fi for those looking to pass time. A great place to get food!

Very nice fast food restaurant near Downtown Disney. I would say their Chicken Sandwich is the best of any of the fast food places. However, they are CLOSED on Sunday.

First time here I ask for well done chicken tender meal, and they give me burnt tenders and the bottom of the barrel of the fries. Totally not edible. After calling and complaining they said they'd make it right for me. I come back the next day and they only replace the burnt nuggets. You would think that because my WHOLE meal was ruined that They would have enough DECENCY to give me measly drink and a fry for free as well, but not here. They'll burn your nuggets and your gas. Last time I'll ever come here again. Totally unethical and stupid as fuck to come all the way back just for a few nuggets. Manager should be fired and replaced with someone that has enough common sense and courtesy to replace everything after the whole meal was ruined.

We were on vacation when we visited this location. Both times it was after a long day at Disney Theme parks. It was late (around 9:30pm) and we were tired and hungry. This store is a bit of a challenge to get to the drive-thru, as there is a ton of traffic and crazy stop lights. Our order was pretty simple, 4 Chick-fil-a sandwiches with extra pickles and various sauces. The problem was that they forgot the extra pickles. I asked twice and was told I had them. Not. Apparently in FL they give you the extra pickles in a little side cup. Nothing is more frustrating that pulling away and getting on the road and realizing your order is wrong. And with traffic it's not worth the hassle to try and turn around and wait in line to get your order fixed.

A hunk of fried or flamed chicken and some pickles. That's all you get. After paying $100+ for every meal at the parks I was freaking ecstatic to feed my family on a $20 bill. Pickles and chicken have never tasted so damn good.

For starters, my family and I LOVE us some CFA. We always get some (many times over) when we are vacation and that has been no different while in the Orlando area this week. CFA is the standard of the fast food industry for service and taste to me. The food is consistently good throughout the many stores we have been to and this location is no different. The employees here are extremely kind and seem very efficient given the traffic they get (lots of tourists). My only knock I have to give this location (which would has made it a no question 5 star to me) is that on our 2 trips here so far (both drive through visits - Fri 2/3/12 & Tues 2/6/12) is that they have forgot out straws BOTH times. We are a family of six with younger children and our kids look forward to the straws (may seem weird but they do). It's a simple thing but the lack of the attention to detail is annoying especially when you spend $40 on "fast food".

I love Chick-Fil-A and should probably preface that first. This CFA is filled with helpful and energetic faces willing to do whatever it takes to get your order right. I ordered 3 meals and they got those right without any problem. I was in line and someone came in stating they'd ordered 3 sandwiches but had only been charged for 2 and only received 2. They manager took care of the discrepancy quickly and refused to take any money for the sandwich that wasn't paid for - nice touch. One thing that's really really nice about CFA is it seems our tourist friends from South America and the UK haven't figured out what this place is about. So, they're not here. It is a nice change of pace if you're a local or just tired of people invading your personal space. So, if you've spent the day pushing and shopping at the Premium Outlets nearby, this is a wonderful oasis. It's a great place to get to a clean bathroom, a cold cup of Icedream, or a Spicy Chicken Sandwich. Keep up the good work CFA and keep setting out those after dinner mints - it's a VERY nice touch.

Service is wonderful. Manager comes around seeing how all is going. Making sure your drinks are full and you are enjoying the food. Then there is the food, the chicken is so moist and tasty. The crinkle fries are crispy on the outside and potato-y goodness on the inside. I know this sounds weird, but the mayo they have is so good, I don't know why, but it just tastes creamy and perfect on the chicken and fries. Enjoy!

I will always love Chick-Fil-A even though I do feel conflicted about it. I don't believe in their beliefs, but I grew up on this stuff. Chick-Fil-A is a part of my childhood. When you're five, you don't know what a business supports or doesn't support. All you know is that you like the simplicity of a chicken sandwich with pickles, served with a real lemonade. All you know is that their waffle fries are different from McDonald's -- and possibly better. All you know is that their Chick-Fil-A and polynesian sauce make you happy.

3.5 stars its a well known fast food chain in florida. I just found out recently that we have some locations in california too! all we ordered was the spicy chicken sandwich and some criss cut fries. based on the sandwich, id say its cool. the meat was fresh and hot. not at all dry. wish i could taste the spicy-ness more. its just your average fast food joint. but, the only thing that stood out to me was they came around asking if we wanted our drinks refilled. they also brought our tray of food to us at our table, and asked us if we wanted to take it away when we are done.

I went to visit family in Orlando and my brother took me to a Chick-Fil-A. I've never been to a Chick-Fil-A before and I he told me it was good. I was skeptical because I had never heard of Chick-Fil-A before. I'm glad I tried it. It's basically a fast food place that serves primarily chicken. The food is very good, even for a fast food place. When I was here I had the chicken sandwich and it was very tasty and much better than I anticipated. The other big plus that I didn't realize was that they will bring the food to your table after you order. This doesn't seem like a big deal but when you're dealing with a bunch of kids and have to keep your eye on them, this helps a lot. The service and staff is top notch. The staff is very polite and very helpful. I love Chick-Fil-A so much, I found the next closet Chick-Fil-A to me. It's 60 miles away but I will go to eat there. First time here and couldn't stay away from it!! Since I'm not a beef eater.. this place was right up my alley! Tender chicken breast, moist and juicy. Fresh ingredents and a variety of sauces to dress your bird anyway you like. I was away on vacation down here....now I hope I can find this place in Brooklyn!

A week into my stint on the Disney College Program, I had no idea that Chick-Fil-A would be one of the (many) highlights of my stay down here in Orlando. But for those of us staying at Vista Way, the 5-minute walk down the street to this heavenly chicken joint is sheer bliss (or, depending on how you look at it, incredibly dangerous). Honestly, I sometimes feel like I'm the only one here new to the Chick-Fil-A experience, since New England is apparently the only place in the country where Chick-Fil-A's aren't all over the place. West of 495 in Mass., there literally aren't any, so you'll have to forgive my exuberance. Where I come from, Taco Bell and Dunks are the pinnacle of fast food, and that's unfortunate, because - corny as it may sound - CFA takes your perceptions of fast food and turns them on its side. Every employee is in high spirits. The entire store, every booth, is kept in tip-top shape (saying something, considering the traffic this place gets between thrifty Disney visitors and CP students). And the food - oh, my, the food. There's something intangible about it, but the food just seems like FOOD, rather than FAST food. The presentation is the same, but everything's just so tasty. I try to keep in shape by avoiding fried food whenever I can, so I'll admit I haven't tried anything fried yet, but the grilled chicken, whether in sandwich or wrap form, is spectacular. The waffle fries are superb, as are the healthier substitutions you can get. The side salad comes with a great selection of dressings. And honestly, what other fast food joint offers Diet Dr. Pepper, the diet beverage of champions? And if all that didn't seal the deal, how about employees who come around offering to refill your drinks for free? How about sweet deals for the CP students, like two-for-one chicken sandwiches on Thursdays (I think) and handy coupons for incoming participants? How about the free mints on your way out? And I haven't even tried the breakfast yet. All of this, mind you, at prices comparable to the "other guys." I loves me some T-Bell, don't get me wrong. But I'll never look at fast food the same way again. I don't even mind the subtle "go to church" message implied by their not being open on Sundays. I guess the only thing that's gonna keep me away from this place is divine intervention.

This is another one of my lunchtime stops. My office loves this location! The guys I work with go at least once a week. I go once or twice a month. Even though it's in the busy tourist area and is crowded at lunch, they are always fast and pleasant. Even in the busiest of times, unlike a lot of fast food restaurants, they have someone helping in the dinning room.

I ate Chick-fil-A...and I liked it! Being from Nor-Cal, it wasn't familiar at all. Took the family to Walt Disney World, was leaving for home, wanted something simple and quick before the flight. This was perfect. Better than I figured. All chicken items, and they are proud of it! Everything we tried was simple but delicious. The waffle potato fries were very good- better than they looked... they didn't look done but were. The various sandwiches were quite good. I think the quality of the food is the key with this place. They seem to use fresh ingredients. They also have done a good job regarding informing patrons of the healthiness of their menu items. Nice touch. Parking was good. My only knock is the condiments. Nothing comes on the sandwiches, so you have to use packets. That's ok if you're running out the door. For sit down, it's a little strange. I'd go back.
