We were on vacation and decided to have Indian food. Having tried good Indian cuisine in a couple of States, this is by far our least preferred place. For the price we paid, the food and service was just OK. We ordered the shrimp briyani, which came with nothing extra. Just curried rice and a few shrimps. For $13.99, it was a disappointment. Usually briyani comes with raita and some places even gives a boil egg and papadam! My husband ordered the beef brisket and he enjoyed his sandwich although the fries were cold. The waiters weren't attentive to refill our water or soda which was very frustrating.

The butter chicken is good as reviewed by others so as the Inferno burger. I ordered Spicy Lamb curry and enjoyed it. I love Indian food and this place will be on my list when in Orlando. The price is is also reasonably good. Just come and dine. You will not be disappointed if you like Indian cuisine.

If you live around Orlando area or just visiting, this place is a must check out.. Delicious food. Great burgers and even better authentic indian food.

Very good food. I really liked the Chapli kabob sandwich and inferno burger. The lentils on the sides were also good.

I went with a group of 5, and the seating wasn't really adequate since I had to sit at the end of a booth in a not-too-comfortable chair. The waitress forgot about us a couple times (she seemed to be new, as there was another more experienced waitress who came by as well), and the food took an eternity (we got in after a couple large parties/take out orders). So, why do I give it 5 stars? Well, just about everything I mentioned above has a good explanation, but also this place has some absolutely incredible food. The naan is the best I can remember having, and it was fresh, crispy and flavorful. Every dish we had was fantastic. The chicken tikka was well seasoned and creamy without losing any depth of flavor. Even the stuff I usually don't much care for, like biryani, tasted awesome. You can hardly go wrong (though I will say the chicken dishes came out better than the couple of lamb dishes we got).

This has to be my new favorite spot. The food here is amazing and every time I visited this spot it has been nothing but perfection. I would recommend every one to try there burgers, everything is made in house and it just makes it amazing. I recommend it to all my friends.

Order the Samosa Chaat. Yum! The chicken tikka is the best I've had. This is our go-to Indian restaurant, we've tried many of their Indian dishes. Beef, lamb, chicken, they're all good. We've tried most, if not all, of the varieties of naan as well. Always fresh and delicious! Service is always good too.

Formerly known as Charcoal Joes, Zyka has come in and made this place twice as good. The menu selection has doubled and the Indian dishes are made just right. Small place, but there is still plenty of room. Located on John Young Parkway and Taft Vineland. This place does not play when it comes to spices. As soon as I walked in the aroma engulfed me. YUM. They were quick to greet me and the chef is making the magic happen all by himself. Two servers and one chef. The official name is "Charcoal Zyka Grill and More. Home of the Portuguese Style Grilled Chicken and Beef Ribs". I think that says it all. NOW LET'S EAT!! Vegetable Samosas. I love when they come out nice and hot. The first bite is nice and crispy and all the seasoning and spices takes over your palate. You can tell from the pic but it was steaming. It was amazing with the sauces (tamarind and mint) love double dipping to get extra flavor. Chicken Korma was a must for today. And yes I ordered it spicy. It comes with white rice. Every bite was a dream come true. The spicyness was just right for me. And I do love it spicy. This is the place to be for a variety of options for lunch and dinner. Ayesha, you were awesome girl. Thanks for the friendly service and I will be back with my family.

Great hidden gem. Lunch prices are excellent and serving sizes are just right. I had the chicken tikka wrap. It was perfect. The samosas are fresh and delicious. Service is friendly and fast

Fantastic food, awesome service, the chicken and burgers are all fresh of the grill, healthy and clean. This place ranks at the top with Nando's and all the other big names, a must try....

My new favorite place! I'm a regular, love the Portuguese chicken, inferno burger, chicken tikka, samosa chaat, I mean this has to be best place for halal food in Orlando. Good service and greattttt food!!

I've been to this restaurant a few times. The Inferno Burger and Portugese Chicken are excellent. Most of the Indian dishes are subpar. The ribeye steak is better than you'd expect for a Desi spot. Prices are fair. The dining area is clean and it's a good place to bring family and friends.

My friend recently introduced me to this place and I've been hooked ever since. I love their Indian food and their butter chicken is a must if you come here. Also, the Portuguese chicken is amazing. Visiting this place is a must for anyone who is in the area.

Went here with family while visiting Orlando. Pretty solid spot. I got a tandoori chicken sandwich and fries. Both were very good. I asked for a side of jalepenos and they were some of the spiciest things I've ever eaten. My sister in law got something spicy too and she dying like I was. I can definitely handle my spice as well, so it was really spicy. The waiter was really nice and quick. Prices were fair. Would definitely come back.

Great Halal food restaurant. Visited Orlando on vacation. Ordered Dal, Chicken Tikka Masala, and Seekh Kabob. Although, I believe that that the kabob portion was a bit small. Food tested real good and fresh.

Fantastic meal. We had the samosa chat, outrageous. Tandoori chicken done to perfection, a goat dish and naan. Service was fantastic.

Food was pretty good, service was excellent. Was kind of empty when I went though, so not sure how service is when it's packed. Also, they are fully halal on their entire menu.

I ordered dal tadka and bombay aloo. Both were really delicious and low prices. The service was absolutely impeccable. Nice polite people. I loved this place.

Came all the way from Michigan for an interview, asked a friend for places he'd recommend. This was one of them. My favorite dish here was the Inferno Burger, just loved the way they incorporated spices into it. The Portuguese Chicken was pretty good as well, along with the Beef Short Ribs. All in all, a good experience, especially that Burger!

This is a small place that is low key with fantastic food. May not look like much but the food and service was terrific. We will be back!

Friendly staff. Had the chicken tikka masala, pashwari naan, and lamb jalfrezi. Food was very good but not amazing. The lamb was very fatty and full of bones. The parts of the lamb that were meat, and not fat or bones, were very stringy. Ambience of the restaurant was a bit strange. Overall it was a good experience. I would give them another try.

Love this place(For anyone paying attention I really only review places I love) This is one of those places that has something for everyone and everything I've tried...it's been good. Sometimes the service can be a little slow but they're extremely friendly and very accommodating. Don't go without planning on getting the Naan, it goes with anything. Their vegetarian options make it even easier to please everyone. I loved the Portuguese chicken, and anything korma.

Best naan we had in Orlando even for takeout along with the curry which was nice, if you want naan come here, the sweet lassi just tasted like milk with abit of sugar added to it don't order this. Staff where very nice and helpful.

How do I begin to explain this place. From there amazing food thats mouth watering just when i think about it to there amazing staff, this place is perfect. I can choose anything on the menu and leave extremely satisfied. Some of the more important things to try when your here are the beef ribs that melt in your mouth, The bbq chicken that amazes all my taste buds, and the indian food which is probably the best in town. There portions are more than enough and i usually have to take them home to eat it for later and there prices are more than reasonable. As you can see i really love this place .

Butter chicken to die for!! i order butter chicken&naan to go from here regularly, always satisfied!

Great Portuguese chicken, really enjoyed the inferno burger also. Mashed potatoes could have been better but won't fault them too much as I prefer the big ticket items and got my money's worth there. Others in the group got the biryani but I wasn't feeling that as much but would definitely try the american items again.

Good food but location is not well kept and 1 person handling all front of house on their own. Again food is actually pretty good though i lile the food.

We went there for the first time. We had six people in our party including 4 kids. Food tasted great. The waiting staff was helpful but overwhelmed. Ambience could be better. Portion size was enough but barely. Navaratna korma was awesome. The chana masala was ok but not great. The naan was a little dry. The mango lassi was great. Friendly staff.

This place has authentic Indian food at a very resonable price. We had chicken tikka masala, samosas, chicken biryani, and some chai. Everything was great! The best dish was tandoor chicken tikka.

My boyfriend and I had dinner here tonight. It was empty due to the Super Bowl. They have a great and diverse menu. Our waiter was extremely helpful while we were trying to decide what to order. But she made some awesome suggestions. The food came quickly and tasted great. The naan orders are generous. Enjoy! Thanks for the good food and friendly service.

Went for lunch, burgers were overpriced . Both Chapli kebab and inferno burger tasted same, just hot sauce on top of one burger. Not worth the price.

I went there last night for food to-go and it was awesome! I ordered the Chicken Tikka Masala (medium), Lamb Vindaloo (hot), Samosa and garlic Naan. It was delicious! I'm so glad that this is close to my home.

  • Chris P.

Samosa chaat tasty, salad is only iceberg/tom/white onion, & good garlic naan, but they fell flat on overcooked, close to rubbery Tikki Masala and Portugese chicken (which otherwise had a very delicious flavor). I wouldn't go out of my way to visit, there have to be other better places nearby.

Not bad. Average Indian cuisine. Service is lacking, but polite. "American" menu seems out of place.
