Now don't get me wrong NOT ALL Buffalo Wild Wings deserve this rating! However this location does! My fiancé and I went to this location specifically to watch a UFC event, not once but two different times. The first time we got seated all the way in the back where the TV wasn't working and the waiter forgot to put our order in. The second time we went, the owner was a complete jerk! The host said they would be showing the fight after the football game. Well the main event was about to start and the football game was still on so we asked the owner and he said "this is my place I run it and we aren't showing the fight because this football game we sponsor" Great customer service right?? Well after A LOT of people pissed off that they weren't showing the fight, they FINALLY decided to put it on. Was that so hard?? We will never go back there again...

I don't even know where to begin. Is there an unwritten rule that states if you are on the touristy side of town customer service does not matter? Clean tables are not necessary? Greeting your customers a thing of the past? I stopped in for lunch with a coworker, and we decided to sit on the patio. Every table that was not occupied was dirty. No big deal, surely the host who is bringing us our menus will wipe it down, right? Wrong! Well the server who will take our order will clean it up? Wrong again. We wiped down our own table. Our server did not even greet us, just basically said, "What do you want?" He was not personable at all. I will give him credit for getting our food out to us quick, as we were on our lunch break. The food is just meh. I am not sure why I bother to go back, as I could hit up one of the many local sports bars around town and get better food and friendlier service. It was the only place by my office that sounded decent on that day. Lesson learned!

FAIL FAIL EPIC FAIL. Why must I do is to myself? Every time I pass this place I want to give it another chance and EVERY TIME they fail me. I ordered what I uploaded in pictures and it looks absolutely nothing like the pictures in the menu, the waiter/ress was pretty rude and the chicken was hardly sauced. My refill on my drink took me forever to the point my food got cold and I didn't finish it. My friends were under sauced as well and the first batch if chips came out soggy when we asked for them crispy. On top of that they put shredded cheese instead of the queso we asked for. When it returned the "proper" way it was way over seasoned and completely uneatable. (See pictures) Now Im going home with a fucking stomach ache and gonna try to force myself to sleep. I'll never fucking return ever again and I hope by reading this you decide to go to Fridays instead. The only good part was the Olympics playing so that deserves one star.

Great place to watch a football game and located across from Sea World in the heart of tourist country (International Drive). They have a ridiculous amount of TVs to watch the game on and they have plenty of wing sauces to choose from. The service is average and the food is on par with other Buffalo Wild Wings locations. With both in-door and outdoor seating this place is a solid choice to meet up with friends during their happy hour or for a football filled Sunday.

Waited 15 to get asked what we wanted to drink. Then they forgot sauce with out appetizer. Then we had numerous pieces of "boneless wings" that didn't have chicken just bread on the inside. Posted a photo on their Facebook and here.

The atmosphere was usual for a place like this. Appetizers: fried pickles- very good and the southwest sauce had a nice zing. Fried Cheese Curds- not bad nothing special Meal: we all ordered boneless wings a total of 4 orders and each chose our own sauce. The chicken was completely dry the sauces were even dried out on the wings . I ordered the spicy garlic and all I tasted was spicy no garlic. I didn't even care to finish the meal ordered a 14 piece and stopped after 4 pieces.

My son loves their wings so we went here for lunch. Mistake. Food was ok. I had the flatbread pizza and my wife had honey bbq wings. My son went for the blazin' wings. They were the hottest he has had but he handled them well. The fries came out cold and our waitress could not have been less attentive. We had to initiate any contact for drink refills, plates for our appetizer, or anything. Plus, with kids kicking a soccer ball around, it was annoying. Not worth 46.15.

Came with a large group, we needed separate checks and they were happy to accommodate. Small order of Carribean Jerk seasoning was very good. Would gladly order this again :]

Stopped at this location while in town for Fourth of July. Walked in on a Sunday and was seated right away. Our waitress, kayla, was friendly, got our order right, and brought out our drinks and food in a very timely manner. We were basically sat and our food came to us in less than 20 mins on a holiday weekend. Food and drinks were very good and had the same taste as the Buffalo Wild Wings as back home in south florida. Ask for kayla when you come here!!

Three stars only the balloon man.. He made amazing things from a wrecking ball with a girl swinging on it to a tongue to a teenage mutant ninja turtle to wings... The hostess seemed annoyed like she had to work when she was seating us. We were there for a going away celebration for a coworker and we told the server he didn't even care. He didn't introduce himself and rarely checked on us. I had gotten the buffalo flatbread which was ok and a blueberry mojito which had a weird taste. Would I be back hmmm not sure I guess if I want another balloon hat

Full disclosure, I really like the Buffalo Wild Wings franchise and we lucked out with a great waitress (Melissa). I came here with my husband at around 4 pm on a Saturday and was promptly seated. The host was a bit aloof, but he let us pick the booth. Our waitress came over immediately and took our drink and food order. She also heated a volcano cake we brought from World of Chocolate for us :-) Our drinks stayed full and the food came out very quickly. She brought to go boxes, to go drinks, and the check all very promptly (but she wasn't pushy about us leaving). Our wings were really good and so were the carrot sticks. We both got boneless wings and they were very good. I got the Blazin sauce (very hot) and my husband got Honey BBQ (his favorite). The restaurant was clean. Overall, we recommend this location if you're in the area (ask for Melissa!).

This was the worst Buffalo Wild Wings I've been to, it took way too long for us to get some cold food, and the charges on the check were wrong! Waste of time! Go to another location to enjoy yourself

We ordered 15 chicken wings on Tuseday and they have special offer for half price. Guess what, the wings is as half as those we got from Buffalo Wild Wings near UCF. It is really disappointing.

  • Victor F.

Been to many wild wings this one was very disappointing. Not open seating in the bar area, slow service and offered to change TV and 20 min later came by and asked if had been changed nope. Food was over cooked. Enjoy wild wings for what it is but not this location. Disappointing at best.

Nice place to watch sports events, love that have the ucf fights, good environment, nice wings, not a fan of the rest of the menu.

Food is ok as usual. Servers were nice. But the cooks were slow. I came here 2 times and the food always takes about 30 minutes to come out. Even when I ordered 10 original wings.

Service was very bad. Forgot to ring in half the order waited 10 minutes for drinks. The chicken sandwich that was ordered was slimy like it was about to turn sour.

Amazing Flavourful Wings, loved all 4 types we chose, esp. Mango habanero. It was a very sporty place, made it fun. We were there for the food more than the atmosphere. Service was great, I would recommend it, and return for those spicy wings, and more.

This is not a review of Buffalo wild wings generally, but specifically this location. We frequent Buffalo wild wings at home and on the road. We visited this location in June 2015 while visiting Disney World. The service was decent, though slow to start. The food quality was significantly below what we expect. The wings sauces were sparse and somehow less flavorful. Chips and fries were soggy, not crisp, and the seasonings on them were undetectable.

Awesome place. Is just so much better than the other locations. Service can be a little slow, but the food is always fresh and amazing. LBV really turned me off of BWW's and this location brings me back again and again. I love happy hour prices. The mushrooms are great and I just love all of the wings.

I love Buffalo Wild Wings, but it was my first time and I left disappointed. The service was slow! I ordered a beer and it took 10 min just for my server to come back and tell me they didn't have the kind I ordered. She wasn't helpful in explaining the beers, which is fine, but would have liked for her to go and ask someone who did know something. The food wasn't nearly as quality as other locations. The skin on the wings was chewy, chicken not cooked well, and the sauce was minimal and not evenly distributed (a couple wings didn't have any sauce).

Ordered 2 spinach artichoke dips to go, but the bread that is used for dipping was way too burnt, we were very sad that we spent the money on something we had to just throw away, it was burnt and tasted like they were fried in very old grease.it was disgusting.

We went here for a quick lunch. The atmosphere is quite nice. The host was on the phone when we first walked in and it seemed a bit of a strain to make eye contact with us. As for the main service, it is very slow and unorganized. There was only one server, Javie, on the floor who really seemed on top of things. Our order was messed up and took a while. We ended up talking to the manager who made everything better. Management is amazing here, but on the floor staff could use a little more organization. Overall I would say we had a good experience because of Lindsey.

If you're looking for a place that has lots of options to accompany your beer while you watch a sports event, Buffalo wild wings is an extremely good place to try. If you're looking for something more gourmet, definitely do not come here. this is exactly what it's meant to be, hot good barfood. Try the burgers and the wings.

Arrived at 8:05 p.m. on a Wednesday, waited 20 minutes for a table, and. ordered in a decent amount of time from a decent server. But it took over an hour to get our food! The server did not offer any appetizers, something to snack on the entire time. The manager came over and told us a party of 120 people came in before us so the kitchen was slammed. I understand that happens, but there should have been some type of accommodation for the other tables in the restaurant. At least bring out chips and salsa for them. We asked the manager of we could get a quick appetizer like that on the house and he flat out said no. At 9:35 our food arrived. I ordered the Mediterranean Chicken Salad with lite balsamic. My salad came out with no chicken and Italian dressing. The server did bring me grilled chicken once I brought this to his attention. The only reason I'm giving this restaurant 2 stars instead of 1 is because the salad tasted amazing. Maybe that's what I get for ordering salad at a wing restaurant

Hesitated to eat here because of the reviews. But, I'm glad we decided to give them a try. The gentlemen that seated us was very accommodating to our request. We order wings, fries and mozzarella sticks. All came out excellent and fast. The reason for 4 stars is I think the waitress has room for improvement. Not that she was horrible. Think she should have been a little more attentive to her tables. For example never offered drink refills unless we asked because they were empty. Overall worth eating at.

We got the fried pickles and 16 boneless wings for 60 cents each (they have a promotion on Thursdays) and we were so full we couldn't finish everything. Our server Bailey was very nice and really helpful explaining the special to us. It also has state of the art screens, tv's, and protectors perfect for football season coming up.

Went in for lunch in the middle of the week. There were very few people in the place. And yet, the service was pretty slow. At least the food was good. Typical bar-type food. The servers really need to step it up!

By far the worst Bdubs I've ever been to...took over an hour to get wings and our meals just straight up never came out, so we left. Waiters didn't care about anything. Thanks for nothing.

    (1)
  • Charles S.

The wings my party had were great, very pleased. The service is horrible. The waiter acted as if he was on downers in his demeanor and speech. Lots of big TVs everywhere so every table has a good view. If you don't mind the slow, indifferent service it isn't a bad place to hang out and watch sports or play trivia.

My friend and I went to lunch at Buffalo Wild Wings. As we were walking in no one greeted us. We had to go find a waiter to ask if it was ok to sit at any table outside. The gentleman said yes and that he would bring us some menus. All the tables were dirty which I wasn't really too concerned about being that it was lunch time. However, when the hostess brought our menus he just simply placed them on the filthy table. I know if I saw the mess he did too. None the less, my friend cleaned off the table for us. We waited for longer than usual for a waiter to put in our order. All along the waiter was maybe about 2 feet away the whole entire time. I guess he was on a break (I am just going to give him the benefit the doubt). The good thing is we got our food really quick. On the other hand, my order was wrong. I was going to just keep the wrong order being that I was on lunchtime, but the waiter quickly corrected my order. At this time I barely had any more time left to eat. We grab to go boxes paid and left.

We went here recently on a Thursday night. They have $0.60 boneless wings on Thursdays. This location was not as good as other locations I've been to. If you have never tried a Buffalo Wild Wings you have to go their wings are really good. Go on a Tuesday for $0.60 traditional wings or Thursday. Otherwise, I think they are too expensive for wings. The environment is fun and loud. The service at this location is pretty bad. Maybe we just had a bad waiter. I just didn't feel welcome. I got the impression the staff had better things to do. I really needed a cup of coffee after traveling and I was told they didn't have any. Hopefully, this was either an "off" night or not one of their better locations. But, if your in the mood for wings definitely worth a shot.

First time in Buffalo Wild Wings had the Buffalo chicken wrap. The wrap was made of mostly breading...very little chicken. Said something to the manager then said he would never order that because there is very little chicken in the tenders. Just dissatisfied and should have goen some where else.

So my family decided to go through take out. When we got back to our room we discovered they messed up on our takeout order. The manager quickly resolved the problem, brought our food out to us, apologized and provided great customer service!

Tried BWW for lunch with coworkers since I was attending a training session in the area. Liked that they have a lunch menu. I've been to the location in Casselberry and it's been great. Tried the International Drive location today and the food was good, but unfortunately found the service seemed really disorganized and slow. Our server, James C., did a good job of checking on us when he did, but there were stretches where our table needed drinks and condiments and we had to ask. The location didn't seem super busy, so maybe the kitchen was backed up? I tried to cut them some slack. Regardless, my order came out incorrect and I had to wait until almost everyone else was done eating their lunch to have my lunch come at the end. There was no official sorry, just a comment from that server "that is weird" that my lunch order was wrong and delayed. Just a disappointing lunch experience overall, except the food was okay.

    (2)
  • Denise C.

Worse dining experience. Waited 1.5 hours for our food, and it came out one item at a time. I had to go to the bar for refills. When we mentioned our frustration to the manager, he was extremely unprofessional and not at all concerned about customer satisfaction. Food was cold, would not recommend anyone going!

Horrible service, wings at Hooters are much better in my opinion, but love the atmosphere. Unfortunately service is always lacking. We have been there several times and it's never a great experience. Food is OK, but due to slow and bad service, we try to stay away :) def would not recommend it! If your in the mood for wings and decent service, I would go to Hooters, but if u want to watch games, this has better selection. Hopefully management begins to do a better job finding more attentive servers.

    (2)
  • Travis H.

Nice, new location but service seems to be hit or miss. Food is consistently good and the atmosphere is good for sports fans. On my last visit, the patio audio was turned up so high that it was impossible to carry on a conversation with the person next to me. The loud volume also caused our server to get 2 of the 4 orders wrong.

Good food. Good service. We had one small food problem that they immediately took care of.

We have been to this location 3 time's now and will defiantly go back again, the service, food, atmosphere and entertainment is spot on.
