I really like the Buffalo Wild Wings franchise. If you also are a fan, you will enjoy this location. They have a really solid selection of beers on tap (Hello, SeaDog Blueberry!) and there's often some decent happy hour specials. They also have the tablets with the poker games and other fun activities. I came here with my husband during one of the NBA Finals games and we were promptly seated in a booth. Our server was nice, didn't harass us about staying a long time, and the whole place was actively involved in the game. It was pretty fun. Our food, as always, was great. I got the boneless wings with a side of carrots with ranch. My husband got boneless wings and fries. He usually gets the Honey BBQ sauce (which is really good) and I almost always get the crazy spicy Blazin sauce. It's amazing. Overall, I really like this location and we'll definitely be back.

Been to many Buffalo Wild Wings before. This one was my least favorite by far. The wings were cooked right but the sauce was put over them very sloppily. Waited at the front to be seated a long time and it was not busy at all. My beer was FLAT and not very cold. Mozzarella sticks were good. The kids burger for my son was not very good. Had to track them down for service and to get the check. Coming back? NOT

If I could put zero stars I would! So we went here Saturday night around 11pm. I know it is late but this is a late place open till 2am. After the service we got we honestly would never go here again. We walked in and there was no one in line, good sign since last time we tried to come the line was out the door with a 45 minute wait. The host guy came over pretty quick, he was talking to other employees at the pick up counter. He didn't say hello or how many, just started getting some silverware. I told him we had two and his response and I quote was, "can you sit at a high top because all the booths are dirty and there is no one to clean them!" Should have been our first clue! He literally walked us passed about 10-15 high tops till he finally gave us one. We sat down and waited and waited. We sat there for about 10 minutes and no one had even come by. We were ready to order and we had not even placed a drink order. I looked around and saw about 10-15 employees standing around, talking to each other or helping another table or sweeping the floor. And they literally kept walking right past us. I finally grabbed a waiter and asked if he could get our waiter. He was nice enough, I really don't know what was going on. He may have been ours because he took our order but I really don't know. I know that he looked at us a few times but never came over. The food came out pretty quick, but it was just ok. My husband ordered a salad that was suppose to have all this stuff in it. It literally had lettuce, onions on top and a couple of peppers around the edge. I should have taken a photo! He also asked for a vinaigrette instead of blue cheese. When it came it had blue cheese but the girl literally dropped the food off so fast we couldn't have asked for it if we tried. Our "supposed" waiter never came back. It took another 5 minutes to pull someone aside and ask for different dressing. When I asked her, she rolled her eyes and sucked her teeth. I honestly didn't think she would come back. She did and again literally dropped it off. I was literally done eating my wings before he even started. We finally got the guy helping us to come over and I just immediately asked for the check. I didn't want to be stuck there anymore. I was so upset and angry at this situation I didn't even ask for a manager. I really should have but I literally just wanted to get out of there. After he brought our card back and as we were walking out, he was over talking to more employees. I understand that this a "bar type place" but looking around no one seemed overly excited to be there or receiving great service apart from a couple of people. I do not know what happened to our server but he or she never came over. I honestly had never had service this bad. I know that we went in late but not really because they were open till 2. There was well over 25 people "working" but they were more interested in each other then their customers. I definitely will not be going back when I can go down the road to Ale House and get much better service!

We came here to catch on some NCAA March Madness games with some wings. The service was excellent with Wendoly. She was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. The kitchen did take longer than expected. It took about 30 minutes for our orders to come out, which was longer than we expected. I guess it is the LBV factor. Probably will go to the one closer to Sea World next time.

Great place for appetizers, a couple of beers, watch a game with friends... We had crispy, good size, asian zing wings which tasted sweet yet hot with the chili pepper, some soy sauce and ginger... All that flavor in one bite. We had some mozzarella sticks which surprisingly was stuffed with gooey mozarella!!!

Wings were delicious and drinks were great! We had an awesome server named Jeremy who was very attentive and let me and my boyfriend try some samples of the local brews in the area. We will be back! :)

I actually liked this place. I went on a day it wasn't busy, in the evening. We had good customer service. I'd pick boneless chicken over wings any day. So of course I ordered 12 and had 4 of three different flavors: Thai curry (my absolute favorite. Must try if you're a curry lover) Parmesan Garlic ( my second favorite) and of course I had to get Blazin' I love spicy food and it definitely was that. I have no complaints I really loved the food and thought the paper crowns were cute lol

Great wings! I actually can't believe they were as big as they were. When the server said that you'd only receive six for a small order I was skeptical, but at four different types for two people, we both actually left full. As a cross between a restaurant and a sports bar we saw plenty of families with kids as well as people pounding back beers. Not bad, not bad. We were there mid week so it wasn't terribly busy. I can see how a place like this would be really busy though. My friend ordered a Fosters and I just got a water. Beer came in a can so no complaints there. The food came out reasonably quick. We started with chips and salsa. Nothing terribly special there except the chips were made fresh and the salsa was super tasty. That's alright. The wings came out shortly after that. We had four kinds and if I remember rightly they were a garlic parmesan, honey mustard, Asian something and Thai something. Sorry, if you look at the menu you'd know for sure. In speaking with the waitress she said that the ones we chose were the most popular. They were all really good although my least favourite was the Thai. We left full and very content.

...What can I say positive? It has recently been remodeled and they have a lot of TVs available. Where do the problems begin. Being sat at a dirty table? The fruit flies around the bar? The poor attitude from the server? The long wait to get a beverage? The over cooked wings? Under sauced wings? The nickel and diming you for extra sauce, sour cream, dressing, or anything extra costs $$$$$$&. Oh yea, going outside to the patio it says no smoking but, you are allowed. Hum, I thought it was not allowed if it was covered and enclosed? Stay away!!!!

My group all had really big beards and our waiter introduced himself by telling us he had to shave his beard due to his girlfriend not liking it when he went down on her. This place is great! Burgers are good, pretty sure mozzarella sticks are microwaved, oh well.

Great wings (and great server Willie!). Try mango habanero and asian zing sauces with your wings.

As they advertise on TV, they promote them selves as a sports bar and how you can "catch all the games." Well, without volume on any game and music playing in the background, how are you to watch anything. A sports bar should at least play the volume of the main TV no matter if it is basketball, football, soccer or even golf. Now for the service, we have eaten here twice and I think they hire the people that have no serving experience at all. As a customer I expect when my beer is mostly gone, the server should ask me if I would like another beer. Our server just had one line "everything ok?" If he wants better tips, he needs to up sell. The 2nd time we were there the service was mediocre. As far as the food is concerned, nothing is really outstanding, just average. If you order wings, it is by weight, not by count so don't ask how many come in an order because it depends on the size of the wings. So BWW, get better food and play the sound from the tv's and I might frequent this place more often.

We were part of a large party all paying separately--a servers worst nightmare!! However Alyssa handled it with a smile and was incredibly attentive and offered up some great suggestions. Have been to this place before and it was not really my scene however a server like Alyssa is one that creates a repeat guest.

Painful service, sub par wings. Not worth the money they charge for their drinks and wings. I will say however, they were more than willing to sit us with a perfect view of our "preferred game"

Our Server, Willie, was awesome! He was super friendly, informative, and helped us find a cheaper deal! He made sure we were satisfied and content with everything! He was a great salesman but not pushy at all! Thanks Willie!

This is my first experience with Buffalo Wild Wings and I am not impressed. I can see this being a good option for fans of a sports bar however their wings, while first bite are yummy with their strong flavored sauces it got really overwhelming to the point you can't bring yourself to pick up another.

    (3)
  • mike c.

The menu, when ordering wings, does not tell you how many wings are in an order- only snack, small, medium, or large. The service was very poor. The beer order was incorrect. Asked for extra napkins- had to get them myself from the servers station. Waited almost 15 minutes after asking for the check and no offer to bring boxes for the leftovers.

Great wings, nice service, must try. Will definitely go to another location near our home. Try this place for sure. Nice place to watch a game and chill! EnjoY!

We live down the road (535) from this location. This location is very hit or miss. We've been going for several years. I attribute the poor service to the fact their primary customer is a theme park tourist. Theme Park Tourist=Bad Tips. Each time we get noticed by a manager as a "regular," they do ensure a little better service and frequent discounts. I've had several comped meals just because we come in often. HOWEVER, this location burns through managers extremely fast. I've never seen the same manager stay longer than 3-6 months. I don't know if that is a corporate strategy or it's just a difficult staff to work with.

I had the best experience that I've had at BW - been a long customer and service has always been a bit sketchy. Zach was our bartender and he provided exceptional, and genuine service. Not only met our needs, but just came across as a natural service provider to all.

If you want to feel ignored and as if you don't exist then this is the place for you. Had to wait close to 10 minutes before someone took my beer order. Then I was ignored, looked at repeatedly but ignored for the next 20 minutes. This was the first time I have ever left a restaurant without finishing my beer. Congrats on that! Horrible service and after letting a manager know he didn't even ask if there was anything he could do. Thanks for welcoming me to town.

Seriously great customer service and food that meets the mark. I'm used to good food from BWW but this place really made it special by the customer service. Almar was the best server ever!

It was packed for the AFC Championship game and their service was still awesome! There was not an open table.. food and drinks came out quick.. The only reason it wasn't a 5 star was for cleanliness.. Love their boneless wings.asian zing sauce.yum!

I should be giving this place 1 star, but I'm being generous. I hope a district/regional manager takes a look at these awful reviews. I go to BWW several times throughout the year and have been to several different locations across the US, but this location takes the cake as THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! I've never even felt compelled to write a review for any location until today. I was a server for 4 years and compare the service I gave there with the service I receive. I placed an order on the 19th in the mid-late afternoon. I was told my order would take 20 to 25 minutes. When I get to the location, I expected to find To-Go parking spots. Apparently this is the only location to ever not have that available. I've been to very small locations and they even have 3 spots reserved for To-Go. I walk inside and up to the counter. Literally waited 10 minutes for anyone to address me. I had my wallet in hand as a sign I had already ordered. I smiled a few times at the waitress on the phone to see if I would be acknowledged. Even a MANAGER had walked by me close to 10 times and didn't say a word! I almost canceled my order because I was furious with the unprofessional demeanor. After literally 10 minutes of waiting, the waitress FINALLY took my payment. Remind you, this is a total of 35 minutes from the time the order was placed. After an additional 10 more minutes, a total of 45 minutes from the time I ordered, I got my food. The waitress showed me the food and I took it with me. As soon as I got into the car I decided to try the roasted garlic mushrooms because I had a strong feeling they would be cold by then. And I was correct. They were not fresh at all. I should have taken them back in and asked for my money back since I don't trust places like that to handle my food w/o spitting, sneezing, dropping, etc. I wish I would have canceled my order because places like this are a WASTE OF MONEY! This reminded me why I support the local, non-chain restaurants when I'm visiting places for work.

The wing's were great like always. I don't understand why you cannot get a large beer after 10 . I asked and was told because they convert to plastic. After ten it also becomes some sort of a club with cover charge. I guess they don't like families or park buisness seeing the park's close between 10- 12am . Thank god for TGIF Friday's next door.

What a fun place! This place is awesome. First it has two of my favorite things - Chicken Wings and Beer and lots of them. They have a pretty good size beer selection and the different ways they can make your wings is endless. There are different web and dry rubs. So of course I was overwhelmed with the available choices. So I did what I always do. I ask the trusty server what they recommend. I sat at the bar so I had to go with the next best thing, the trusty bartender. She went over with her favorites with me after I explained what I liked. I went with the Spicy Garlic! Holy crap were they good! And for the beer I decided to go with a Corona with lime (unoriginal I know but it's what I like). Now, unlike most restaurants where you order and you wait and you don't know what to do with your self, this restaurant has many entertainment options to choose from. From TV's showing different sporting events to TV's where you can play along with trivia or some texas holdem. There are also different arcade games and hot shot if you want to do that before, during or after you eat. The staff was friendly and personable and the atmosphere was the best. The Good - The Food, atmosphere and service. The Bad - That one is not located in my kitchen Will I Come Back - Of course!!

The only reason I didn't give this 1 star is the wings. They were actually pretty tasty. Lessons of the day... 1. Servers, don't fight over who's table we aren't. We don't care. 2. When you have beer on tap, make sure you have ample supply to take care of your guests. Please don't come back twice and tell us you're out. Our experience was tainted before we even had a drink or food.

  • Niegel B.

I'm not going to say that they have the best tasting food or the best service, but knowing that, I can still say that this is my favorite place to be. Despite my lack of check-ins here (as I've only recently started using Yelp), I've become a regular at this particular location, over the last couple of months, and I can truly say that this feels like my second home. Everyone has their "after work" hang out spot, and I can easily say this one is mine. They do have a fairly decent selection of beer to choose from and for any Puerto Rican's out there, they do sell Medalla now. Not that I'm PR, but my roommate is, and he got me pretty hooked on that. Haha. I think the wings are a little overpriced, but it reached the point where I became used to it and and surprised when I "don't" reach X amount on my bill. I haven't tried everything on the menu, but word of warning..stay away from the ribs. It may look good and tempting, but the flavor is horrible. *****Also for any first timers coming to this particular location, Wednesday nights after about 10:30 PM, is Karaoke Night. The high top tables are removed from the inside and a DJ is playing on the inside and the outside. It basically turns into a "wannabe nightclub" kind of thing geared towards Disney Cast Members/CP's in their twenties.******

I went there on vacation and had a bad experance. Cold food that took forever, bad service, and drunk disorderly patrons. The waitress come by few and far between and offered us awful service (which was reflected in the tip I left :)) If on vaction please spare yourself the aggervation! and go next door to fudreckers!

Melissa carter is the most incompetent manager I have ever come across. She is a rude, disrespectful individual who has never dealt with guest relations. While this establishment lets minors drink, she ends up penalizing those that are over the age of 21. Next time, make sure your bouncers explicitly state rules at the entrance.

I called Buffalo Wild Wings twice this morning to make sure they were showing the Gator game since it was pay-per-view. I was told yes both times (after the person answering the phone said she was checking with the manager) and the second time was told we could sit outside to hear audio. We show up (wearing Gator gear) tell them we are here for the Gator game and are seated outside. We order beer and an appetizer. At game time, I hunt our waitress down to have her switch the game. She tells me they might not have it and will send the manager out. The manager comes to tell us nope, they're not showing the game. And that he was only asked about Florida State. Are you kidding me?!? WhenI called, I specifically said GATOR game on PAY-PER-VIEW at 2pm. Not Florida State on regular cable at 3:30. So frustrated. We had just gotten our beer and app and since I'm not one to just leave the waitress hanging, we down our food and beer, paid, and went to another sports bar. That's the second time that has happened at this location. Not cool at all.

Meh, BW3 is allright, to grab a beer or see a game, but the food tastes cheap and old, don't plan on eating there.

Big venue, Big sauce selection and delicious wings. This place is usually packed during Sundays for NFL games and Monday nights as well. Lots of Big Screen TVs all around the room, including the patio area. The servers I've encountered were friendly and had a good sense of humor. I find that to be admirable considering how ridiculously busy this place can get. Pitchers of beer on a Saturday night were about $5.50, so not bad. Since this place is located in the heart of Downtown Disney allow for extra time to get there because traffic is ALWAYS ridiculous in the afternoon/evening time. ALWAYS.

  • Mario P.

It's a chicken wing place, but they are ok usually. Meagan was our waitress and she did a very good job of taking care of our table, if I go here I'd ask for her. Outside of this, the food is ok, beer is old, and is a great place to watch sports. On this visit I ordered the bones style with both garlic and Parmesan garlic sauce and the Asian zing as well. Consistent, predictable and great for game day.

  • Linda W.

Ok my actual rating is 2 stars because they simply do not have good food, but the waitress gave excellent service so the review got bumped to 3 stars. Buffalo wings were so so, 2 dollar corona specials when I was there, onion rings were ok, salad was huge but didn't quite make me satisfied and fried pickles were lacking. The decor wasn't bad and there were big televisions to watch games. I would come here again, but to drink and watch games, not to eat.

    (3)
  • Bill L.

Giving them a 1 star is generous. Wish I had read a few reviews before going in. Went in on a Sunday afternoon to catch last half of the early games. Really poor customer experience. Put name on a list with approx 6 others waiting. I leaned against an empty table for 30 minutes. Before I walked out, I noted 4 empty tables outside and 6 empty ones inside. Only 1 party was sat during my wait. Hostess commented the manager had told her not to sit anyone else for awhile. To space it out???? Appears the manager needs a lesson in running a profitable establishment. Corp should secret shop this one and force implement changes. I'd never go there again. Thankfully there is a Chili's and Ale House one block over. Caught the games at Chilis.

  • Robert G.

I know. Wings, what do you expect? I expect a waiter to acknowledge that I sat down. I waited more than five minutes and never received a menu or even a hello. I was confused seeing as how there were at least a half a dozen waiters standing around joking with each other. I couldn't take it so I walked out never to return again. I'll get my wings elsewhere.

This BWW is at the Crossroads near Hotel Plaza Blvd. It has the normal BWW food and drink offerings. The food and service at this location has been better than our experince at other locations of this chain. The thing that I like about this location is that they offer live music on the patio during the high season. I love music...I love live performances...I like to support real people with real talent...so we come here sometimes, grab a couple of drinks, talk to musicians between sets, and just enjoy the music.

I was kinda excited to come to a Buffalo Wild Wings spot because of their hilarious commercials. I was very disappointed with their wings. Small and dry. They offered a wing challenge, 12 blazin wings in 6 minutes. My friend orders the blazin wings as a regular meal. It's spicy but the challenge is definitely do-able. The wings don't come with any celery and just a cheap display in paper plates. This particular Buffalo Wild Wings from what I understand is different from others. I came here around 9ish on a Wednesday night and at 10, they have karaoke and "latin night". It's really weird. At 10, they treat this place like a night club. There's a DJ outside and inside. There's a velvet rope line and bouncer. There's a slutty chick at the door to sell you cheap bottled beers. I just found it very weird and awkward since its happening in a sports bar of all places. While we were eating our dry wings, just before 10pm, the bouncer was going from table to table asking for I.D in order for us to stay. It seemed so lame that they actually did that, I just decided to leave after my meal. The crowd in here is weird too. There's a bunch of LCD screens every where and no one is watching any sports. The younger crowd in here really thinks of this place as a club and I find that just hilarious. Service - BLOWS! Verdict - Never comin here again. There's way better sports bars that serve better wings and beers.

Well, it's been 37 minuets since I checked in on my Facebook that I was here... And no server has even bothered to ask us for our order. I am a HUGE Fan of bdubs and have been for a while... But never have I seen such poor service at a location. Very disappointed. Once we finally got someone to take our order, which was the hostess, because no one else would bother to check on us, another girl brought our food out and of the 6 boneless wings I had ordered with garlic parm, 4 of them didn't have a BIT of sauce on them. I questioned her about them the second she sat them on the table and her response was, "what do you want me to do about it" Am I wrong for wanting the sauce on my wings that I ordered???? After that we never saw anyone again.. I had to ask another server to take my money to pay the bill.. and my son and I sat with our mouths on fire, from never once getting our drink refilled. Just horrible service.

What makes this place ok is that the food is good. But the service is a bit slow. I was getting confused on who our waiter or waitress was because there were different servers throughout the entire night. Needs to be a little bit more organized. :-/

This is the worst BWW's I've ever been to. The men's bathroom is disgusting, I had to ask for my wings, multiple times, and they put my two flavors of wings in the same basket together....I've never seen another BWW do this! Avoid this place...

The worst experience dining out I have recieved in years. I'm a local and have given the place a couple if tries and will never return to this location ever. I would rather drive to the location on I-Drive (20min away). It is always the same thing that goes wrong. Poor management is the reason for their consistence in failure. Here is a list of them: 1. Being sat at a table that has yet to be bussed. 2. Servers are never around when you need them. They are at their stations goofing off. I've waited over 10min to be approached on two seperate visits now. 3. Servers seem to fight over tables, no assigned sections. Which leads to tables not being approached. 4. We literally got up and got our own water from their station and no one said anything to us as we did so. This was after we placed our order for water and never recieved it. (Can you see the theme yet) 5. Never saw a manage the entire visit. How do you know your staff sucks if you don't see it. 6. The restaurant is dirty. Bathrooms are a mess, and floor in the dining room was nuts. Who knows what the kitchen looks like. 7. Food was sub-par for a BWW. Wings not sauces hardly at all. Buffalo chips were cold and limp 8. At the end of the meal we had to get up and ask a host for our check. But they were little help. Server saw us leaving I guess and ran over real quick. Guess he thought we were leaving with out paying. 9. One positive note is that the host that sat us greeted us warmly and was very prompt. A little to prompt since we had to wait for the table to be wiped down. We will never return here. Avoid this place like the plague!

Zero Stars. Tonight was the last straw for this place. The service is always bad but the prices are what kept us coming back. The service was so awful tonight that none of our group will ever go back. The bartender was horrible and didn't care about us as customers. He was very condescending after we had to approach the bar on 2 separate occasions because he did not check on us to see if we needed anything. That's his job but he and other employees seemed more concerned with talking amongst themselves than take care of customers. I'm sure there are some good servers there based on reading other posted reviews but we have never encountered one. So other bars will be getting our business.

First off, this location is probably not the best location to go if you are a local. However, BWW is a great place to be if you want to watch College Football or NFL or any other sports as they pretty much show everything. I went on a Sunday night for an NFL game. This place was busy. I imagine because of the location at the Crossroads near Disney. The food and specials are typical for any Buffalo Wild Wings. The food is the same types of food you would get at any sports bar establishment. Our waitress was great. She was really friendly and made sure we got everything we needed in a timely manner to her ability. With that being said, the kitchen was REALLY slow. Now I understand that with a full establishment that the wait be a bit for food but honestly it was a bit ridiculous. If you go to this location, based on what I saw and what I've been told, expect a wait when ordering food. Your best bet is if you are really hungry and need food quick, do not get your hopes up for a quick turn around. If you're going to be there for several hours, then it isn't so bad because you don't notice the time going by. Overall, the environment is typical of a sports bar and the service is normal as you would expect. If you're in this area and need a sports bar to go to, I'd recommend checking it out, if you are not in a rush.

I really want to love this place. My best friend and I try to go pretty often. It's our "let's get away for a bit" place. And beer and wings. What more could a girl want? Well, this girl could want: -better service -sauce ON the wings, not dried up -beer when I order it, not 10 min later -decent service (oh sorry, did I already mention that) It just seems like every time we go, it gets worse and worse. Sadly I LOVE the parm garlic wings and would almost say that I am addicted to them. I however am NOT addicted to the service. We used to have a guy waiter (not sure of his name) that was very friendly and took care of everything we needed. When we go back we look for him, but it seems as though he doesn't work there. *Imagine that..good workers go elsewhere* I just got home from there and once again, we had to send the wings back because some of the wings hardly had any sauce on them. Seriously?! Plus it sometimes it seems that the sauce as been sitting on them all day and has dried up. What is going on Buffalo Wild Wings?! I just want consistently good food and service. Can we make this happen??

i think the only pro that I can find with this place is the amount of TV's they have. They are a "sports bar", but if you are expecting an experience like their commercials depict...you are in for disappointment. In an area that is crawling with servers and bartenders, they seem to hire the worst possible people. I have been there a handful of times, and I am always hoping it will improve. But it never does. I usually sit at the outdoor bar and there are rarely many people out there. Probably because they received service similar to mine. The bartenders have a habit of disappearing and not seeming to really care about their jobs. I had the same bartender on two occasions, openly mock my football team to my face after they suffered a tough loss. Now, I don't know this guy...so it's not as if he felt he could joke around with me. Real classy. Even a drunk guy at the bar probably wouldn't say that to someone. The second time the bartender made the comment, I was literally about to write his tip down. When i pointed this out, he quickly backtracked and made up a complete lie. So you insult my team, then insult my intelligence? I don't know his name, but he's a white guy that usually works the bar outside at night. Now I know why the Ale Houses in the area are always so packed. THIS is your competition? Ale House has much better food, much better beer selection, much better service, and a better setup. I am hoping for the day that this place is forced to go out of business, and someone who actually knows how to run a good sports bar takes over.

I came here for lunch recently and was appalled by the service. It must have been a very slow day because I was one of the only 2 customers at the restaurant, but even that did not assure good service because the waiter came over merely once to check on us and we even had to flag him down just so we could pay and finally leave; he was too busy sitting at a booth gossiping with another employee. The food was okay, although my order of 12 wings, came with only 11. The restaurant itself is way too sports oriented and I feel as if they shove sports down your throat and it's too in-your-face. I'll be going elsewhere for wings next time.

We were on our way to Giordanos but realized it was way too late for it to be open so we stopped here and figured we should try it out. Where do I start? Its 11PM and we just came out of a day at Universal plus a concert, we are tired and hungry but in a GREAT mood. The girl at the front lets us look at the wall behind her at the menu until she goes "dine in or take out" .. ok, "dine in" and she looks a bit confused starts talking to someone else about something completely unrelated and someone grabs us to seat us. The place is FILTHY, if I hadn't been so hungry I would have left because of that alone. We get seated and everything including the menus were sticky. A server comes up to us and asks us what we want to drink, we say Guinness and she cops a deer in the headlight look and without saying anything but walks away. We weren't sure what was going on. 5 minutes later ANOTHER server comes to take our order... ok. That server was good but up until that point the service had been crap. They have like 40 TVs up and were showing a fight, no problem, it is a bar geared towards watching sports. However, does the volume have to be so loud everyone has to scream to hear each other? It was uncomfortably loud in the place. We ordered Chicken Nachos and boneless buffalo wings. The Nachos would have been better at Taco bell, I kid you not. They were TERRIBLE the cheese was milky processed junk that you expect from gas station nachos. They are 'famous' for their wings... well we couldnt finish them, the breading was terrible, they were soggy. Plus the beer was warm. Everything just kind of sat in our stomaches and felt like lead. IF you must try their sauces, buy them at the grocery store. Otherwise skip it.

Went to the establishment late night, ordered 18 boneless wings with Sweet BBQ sauce. Also ordered a jerk chicken sandwich, sans jerk sauce. We received 18 bone-in wings with Blazin Hot sauce. I am currently unable to eat my food, and angry because this would be my last meal before heading back to Chicago. Worst BWW experience ever. Manager seems ok tho...

  • Scott A.

Even though a lot of the ratings here talked about poor service, I had never tried BWW, so I wanted to try it. The wings were average, but what killed it for me was how long it took. The service overall was good, but 20 - 30 minutes for wings plus carrot and celery sticks?! C'mon, did you have to run out and kill the chicken yourself? It was pretty packed that night, but that's not excuse. BWW, go to your room.

Obviously, some of the reviewers has not been to other BWW. It's supposed to look like a college sports bar. its supposed to be semi-pricy, its a big chain. they all over price. but when you go during happy hours and stuff, hooray XP im from Southern California (LA area) came to Orlando for...well, what else. Disneyworld :) anywho, back to the review: I got a to-go order because my dad and i left my mom and my brother at the hotel, and it was ready in like 20minutes! my dad and i walked to the grocery store next door, got some extra drinks and snacks for the upcoming adventure, walked back to the car, put it away. then walked back to BWW, and it was ready within 5 minutes. friendly staff, fast service. but, again this IS a take out. dont know much about the service at tables. but the food was good as always, we got ribs for my brother since he doesnt eat spicy stuff and that was soooo goooood. the meat practically slipped off the bones XP

My wife and I were walking around at Disney world when she turned to me and said..."I'm hungry for spicy chicken wings." So we yelped chicken wings and found buffalo wild wings. She loves this place. So we decided to go. The service was very friendly and they had a calendar of events on the table. We ordered 50 wings, 10 spicy, 20 garlic and Parmesan and 20 spicy garlic. 1 basket of fries and celery. The spicy wings weren't spicy enough. The garlic parmesan wasn't bad. And the spicy garlic was okay. It wasn't spicy enough The overall experience was good.. It was a common sports bar. Nothing special good or bad. The restrooms were nice and large and kept clean. The noise level was fairly loud.

This "B DUBZ" is sick! It was less than 8 minutes away from the hotel ... Got my sip on, and my grub on! Its nice and spacious! I went here on a Wednesday (IT WAS CRACKING) They had a DJ for the outside, and live Karaoke on the inside ... Drinks were pretty inexpensive, and the food was good as usual ... They have an outside bar which is pretty cool ... And on the other night that I went, it was just nice and calm... And this spot, being in Florida, it made it ever sicker ... haha!

Horrible service for so-so Buffalo Wings. I was there with two friends and we literally had to ask multiple times where our waiter was. We ordered salads and a variety of Buffalo Wings. Then proceeded to wait for over 30 minutes while the salad never came out. Finally the waiter brought out our salads and forgot to bring us salad dressing. Which then took us another 10 minutes to track down a different waiter and for him to bring the dressing to us. The Buffalo Wings finally came out at which point we were starving and were a let down after all the wait. I wont be eating there ever again.

Stopped in here for a work related happy hour last week. The bartenders and servers were quite pleasant. My only gripe was the wrist band and sharpie combo I had to endure. After having already been there for over an hour, a security guard came through and starting checking IDs and then required us to not only wear a wrist band, but he also placed a huge black sharpie mark across my other hand. From my understanding, this had something to do with some karaoke thing they had going on a bit later. Wrist bands should do the trick, I am not a fan of getting all marked up like that.

Eh! I know it's a wing place so maybe expecting a juicy burger is asking to much but I don't think so. They use frozen patties for sure. Our waitress was sort of in the clouds too.

On a recent trip down to Orlando, my girl and I decided we wanted to head out late night to grab a few drinks and munch on some appetizers. Our hotel was located right next to a huge compound of restaurants and stores, and we decided to stop into Buffalo Wild Wings because it was open until 2 am. When we first walked in around 10:30, the place was pretty much dead, and it stayed that way for the rest of the night. There are a LOT of seats in this place, both tables, booths, a large bar area, and a huge area outside with a bar in the center. There are big screen TV's all over the place, all tuned to different sporting events and SportsCenter. The music playing was pretty good, and there is also a sweet ass jukebox hanging on the wall, where you can choose from a massive library or download a song from the 'net, so you will definitely be able to find something you're looking for. The beer selection was pretty impressive, and they had some pretty good deals on mixed drinks. I had a couple of Sam Adams draft beers, and a few top shelf Long Island Ice Tea's... both were great. Our server was actually pretty good, although from the other reviews on here, we must have gone in on a good night. He was very cool, attentive, and took good care of us all night, I did not need to wait to get my drinks refilled, and all our food orders were correct. The food itself was nothing to write home about, but was pretty tasty after a couple of beers. The mozzarella sticks were the BOMB! I also had a spicy chicken wrap, which was very tasty, although it came with chips and salsa... no fries or onion rings? Oh well, the food was hot, fresh, and tasted good. The drinks were cold and got me drunk. The service was good and the atmosphere was fun. I had a good time, although I'm not sure I would stop in for a major sporting event, I would definitely stop in sometime for some wings and drinks and have a good time.

The wings too small - compared to other wing restaurants. There are more flavors than Hooters, but not enough meat on the bones. Great sports atmosphere, though.

This is a perfect example of a restaurant that is broken almost solely because of the service. Let's face it - food wise you know what you are getting. Wings with a great selection of sauces, burgers and other sandwiches and a decent bar menu. Prices are a little higher than other wing joints but not entirely out of line. Atmosphere... Meh. It's a sports bar. Unfinished high ceilings mean the echo becomes a deafening roar if it is more than half full. It also gets ridiculously packed any time there is a major sporting event. Service - its bad. REALLY BAD. As in you get the feeling from the moment you walk in the door, all through your dinner, and until you leave that you ruined their day and are bothering them. Prepare to be ignored, have wrong food delivered and wait a bizarre amount of time. It's gotten progressively worse each time I have gone. And each time I swear I won't be coming back.

Could one say the worst service ever? How could it possibly take 45 minutes to delivery wings, when they are a wings place. It might have been the neglectful nature of our server. He almost decided to wait until everything was ready before bringing our salads. He thought it would be a novel idea that we asked for the salads before the rest of the meal was ready. It was a really big tease to get the lemon wedges for my salad 20 minutes before my salad arrives. The wings were not even spicy. If I could give it less stars I would.

Great sportsbar and restaurant. May be partial having first met my future wife here, but they have excellent wings, fries, chicken sandwiches, and cheap beer. Great place to watch a game or hang out, with a consistently good experience.

I've been to better B-Dubs. Service sucked, food took forever, drinks were forgotten. But the food was really good and the atmosphere was great. Despite poor service the waiter was really nice and helpful, so it's not all bad.

First time here (location) and Raymond our waiter was great. The food was excellent; wings, cheese sticks, fries, ribs as was the huckleberry lemonade. It's in the shopping center off of Hotel Plaza Blvd and right by I-4. Come in ask for Raymond and enjoy your meal, thanks to all.

I think I'm in the minority here when I say that this place has pretty good food. From wings to chicken tenders, it's hard to go wrong, especially with the "Spicy Garlic Sauce," which is one of the freaking tastiest things I've ever licked off of my fingers (hey, get your mind out of the gutter, pervs). Anyways, this location is fairly par for the course, though their jukebox is retarded and plays the first 10-30 seconds of each song at a deafening roar. Really, did I need to hear the Jonas Brothers at 140 decibels? No, and neither did the people in Bahama Breeze, on the other side of I-4. Please fix that.

The 2nd night of my Florida vacation was spent at this BWW because we wanted to watch the Celts v. Magic playoff game and were hoping beyond hope that the Bruins game would be on as well. So not only were the Bruins on a big screen, but the Sox were on another TV as well! What fantastic luck! We sat at a bar table and were served by a girl so cute I wanted to pinch her cheeks and then put her in my pocket to take home! She was very good. When we asked for her opinion on the wings she was very honest and said she didnt like heat, but the medium wings were good. She mentioned the teriyaki as nice and sweet. She sold us and we ordered a basket of each with a basket of regular fries and spicy fries. One benefit of being in Florida is that there is Yuengling EVERYWHERE! I had a few tall ones to go with what turned out to be really good wings. The medium wings were perfectly hot and the yaki were great while the spicy fries were average. The downside of this location is that around 10pm the joint transformed into a shitty nightclub. All of the other bar tables were moved leaving us a lonely ship in the middle of the "dance floor" sea and bouncers started moving arcade cabinets around. Next thing you know the barflys swarm in and the awful dance beat filled the room. It was just very odd and without warning. I figure that it could be a place for locals after 10pm since tourist may not want to hang out there. Overall it was a good take.

This college sports bar was packed when we got there. We had to wait 15 minutes for a table. It was pretty loud inside with a million tv's and a million sports going on. The waitress was pretty on point considering our complex order. The food was good. The wings weren't too bad, the sauces were good. Everyone I was with enjoyed the food. If you're looking for a college sports bar or just a beer and wings this place will do the trick!

Don't get me wrong, I like the fried pickles and Asian Zing wings....but besides these things, I despise it when my friends want to go here to hang out. Not only is the service extremely slow and unattentive, but the prices and the general up-keep of the place is nothing to ignore. I got the hospitality card to make my evening cheaper (and it has), but I wouldn't suggest this particular "b-dubs" to my other friends. There is a better location that I've been to before - but as far as this location, you're better off going down the street 2 minutes to Miller's Ale House.

Just no good. This is the second and last time I will frequent a Buffalo Wild Wings. The first time, I was in Maryland. The wings were poor-to-fair at best. I thought it was just that establishment. I went again this time in Orlando, just because of its proximity to Disney. The same, if not worst. I just got the regular buffalo style wings. The wing was not crispy but fatty. They didn't leave it in the fryer long enough. The sauce was gloppy and had a yellowish tinge instead of the typical orange. Not appealing. Complained to the waitress, took it back and returned it with essentially no change. Overall, unless you're drunk or planning on getting drunk and don't care if you're eating the chicken's foot its wing, go elsewhere.

This place has a great energy but the food I tried was just so-so. The restaurant is full of patrons and the walls are full of high-def televisions, sports paraphernalia and tchotchkes. It's loud. But this place makes a deal about its "world famous" Buffalo WIngs and can I be honest...really...it's not a knock-out. I mean, the wings are good and there are probably 8 choices of marinade and another 5 choices of dipping sauce. So you can customize the wings. But they tasted to me like just another batch of frozen wings thrown into a deep fryer. If you're naming the restaurant after Buffalo Wings, I expect the most spectacular wings ever - maybe not formerly frozen ones, in a unique kind of marinade, maybe slow smoked, maybe with a richer sauce...you know, something truly unique. The basket of popcorn shrimp was made of very small shrimp that also tasted formerly frozen. Some of the shrimp on my plate were the size of pebbles. Doesn't this popular restaurant go through enough shrimp that they can use fresh ones? Couldn't they use bigger shrimp? Maybe you go here for the fun rowdy sport-fan energy. And it's worth it. But the food wasn't as good as I expected. I'd love to come back to this place again and try it another time because there's got to be a reason they are so popular that I missed.

Service was slow, pricey for the quality of food. The food tasted cheap, as if was frozen, and heated on a microwave and then someone added some sauce of choice. If you are looking for drinks, and watch sports on their dozens of big screen tvs then this is the place to chill. If you are looking for quality wings/food then look somewhere else.

I've been to several BWW and this one was by far the worst. Horrible service asked for a table outside (which there were at least 8 empty tables outside and numerous tables empty inside and still had to wait 30 mins to be seated) and they give us a table in front of the doors to go outside so I ask for a different table cause I'm not gonna be walked all over while trying to eat and the lady sitting us acted like it was to big of a problem to sit us somewhere else. That just started the night then we finally get our waitress after sitting for 20 mins. I order a shot which apparently the waitress forgot about and had to be reminded several times until I got it. Then my wife orders 8 boneless wings and only receives 6 her friend ordered the same and only got 7 so the waitress tells us that she will just charge us for 6 apiece (didn't know they offered 6 wings.) The only positive is that they serve alcohol cause that's the only reason I didn't go off on the manager and server for the horrible food and service. Do yourself a favor go to the BWW in Clermont or the ale house down the road cause this place is a joke!!! This place angered me so much that I just felt compelled to create a account and vent my frustration over them so no one else makes the same mistake I did by visiting this dump!!

I just happened to stop by this place yesterday to grab some wings. I LOVE chicken wings. Growing up in the Northeast PA/NY area, I can say I've had some pretty decent wings at best. I like to try wings all over the country just to compare. This place was like a sonic for me. I always see the commercials on TV but never actually live by the restaurant. Well, the hostess was more than accomadating. Blackberry had died and i needed somewhere to charge it. She laughed and sat us right next to a wall outlet. It didn't work. She then moved us to another seat, again it didn't work. Third time was the same, but it turned out my phone just took a minute to boot up enough to show a charge! Our waiter, Tony, was very full of energy. As a matter of fact, he scared the daylights out of me when he came behind us to say hello. I ordered a tall Miller Lite Draght, which was $3.50. We then ordered chili cheese fries and 24 wings made "wild" (this was the second to last one in the HOTTEST factor.) They all arrived together, and were decent. The wings were crispy, which is how I like them. The sauce had a bit of bite, but more of a "black pepper" taste to it. All in all, they were ok wings. If i were going out with a bunch of friends to watch a game and get slopped up cold tall boys of beer, this would be the place.
